Beware they sell faulty equipment! Refuse exchanges for other product. Then advised I didn’t know how to use a vape pen . Extremely RUDE! Does not deserve your business!!! Much better smoke shops elsewhere! Anywhere actually.

Area 51 is hands down THE BEST SMOKE SHOP AROUND!!! The staff is what makes it the best (awesome people!) Especially Eszter & Michael, and they have killer selections for all products 😁😁🥰🥰 Id give 10 stars but max is 5...I love this place!!!

Fake carts.I bought a cart advertised as thc o and it does not work. I went back to the store to exchange it for something else and they told me they wouldn’t do that. This shop is selling fake carts so be aware. Its a shame, been coming here ever since they opened but i will not be coming back anymore. Bad customer service

Her knowledge about each product is honest and greatly helped in the decision making process. She was able to give her undivided attention while maintaining her professionalism with other customers as well. Will definitely be coming back for another visit!

They offered a free soda on a hot day. The customer service rep was on point and gave me full acknowledgement. Hubby loved the variety of what he wanted like RAW products. Relaxed environment to shop. I love the vape flavors they have. I did see her ask for ID on some teens who were pursuing to buy a vape pen so thats always a big plus with me, being a mom. Got some awesome stickers for my laptop and CBD gummies, which taste amazing.

Esther is the best I’m not gonna lie. Just be honest and courteous with her and it’ll be the best customer service ever. I promise.

Ive been patronizing this shop for more than a year and have finally come around to giving them the praise they deserve. I expect staff at any business to be friendly and knowledgeable but the genuine feeling of being welcomed is what keeps me coming back here. The fact that theyve welcomed my big dog doesnt hurt either ❤

I used to enjoy coming to this place. Everyone is friendly and informative. There’s a new blond lady who is far from friendly and will over charge you on things. It’s ridiculous. For example I bought a torch a year ago. It’s time for a new one, she tried charging me $30 when it’s supposed to be $20. I came another day when someone else (someone more friendly) and they charged me the normal price. Why is she over charging people? Just makes me not want to come here anymore cause the integrity isn’t there.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store before from the moment I walked in they were following me around the store as if I were going to steal something. I was never treated when I walked into the store until I said hello myself. I then proceeded to buy some incense which were priced at a dollar which they proceeded to charge me 2 dollars for. I felt I was Racially profiled the entire time I was in the store will not be going back

Well 3 times now I go and there’s a sign be back in 15minutes and the staff is getting high in the back because we can smell it and they light inscene to cover it . 4 customers walked up to the door and walked away so they don’t care to loose business . They over charged my card thinking I’m dumb and I still have not received a refund . I support small business always but you have to run your business with care for your customers . Out of convenience I’ll still go buy but bring cash and don’t expect fast service

Just a couple days ago I walked into Area 51 SmokeShop looking for Grabba Leaf and met Brandi! She was super nice and showed me around the store and then I realized I was looking for a future piece and seen all the cool selections they have! Not only that but the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was a WHOLE vibe. I’ll be back for sure , thanks guys for such an wonderful experience! 😃

The smoke shop is definitely a gem in the heart of Hollywood. The two owners of the store are the most pleasant people that I’ve ever met shopping in smoke shop plus they honor their loyal Repeat customers which you don’t see a lot of down here in South Florida. Out of all the smoke shops that I’ve been to down here area 51 is by far the best. I live all the way in Davie and will drive the 20 minutes passing at least five other smoke shops before I get to this one because it’s Worth the high quality of service that is Received.

I came here twice and It was so welcoming and tremendously informative! The owner new everything from mixing oils, to changing the cartridges even being honest about the quality and pros and cons about products. Super attentive and incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to any one into smoking,vaping ect. You cant go wrong. Yall are dope and wish yall all the success in the world. Blessings.

This is a mixed review of this shop located in Hollywood.I initially went in earlier this week to buy a vape pen and ended being very well helped by the young lady behind the counter. Was in and out fairly quickly and so on this end it was a positive experience.Fast forward today, where since having no need for the vape pen battery after all I went and tried to return the unopened item to only learn from the guy there that there is a no return policy. Which would be understandable if this were some of the other products there but this was a battery which isnt in the category of a pipe or bong where it may be used.In the end its not a big deal, but there should be some sort of notice of their return policy so customers know that it’s caveat emptor.Unfortunately my desire to use my refund at the store went unfulfilled due to their own policies and thus any potential repeat business.

Brandy and Rob are so nice. They took their time to explain me everything about hookah and CBD. Ill definitely come back to purchase more stuffs from them. And if you like the color green, this is a perfect place for you!

Great smoke shop and selection is on point. Was my go to place until i purchased a Grav hand pipe for almost 40 bucks and found it online when i got home on Gravs site for 20 bucks. My fault for not doing my homework but i think i may just order my glass next time and avoid the high upcharge on certain items. Other than that they have most items you could need and good service.

This place is 1) AWESOME 2) convenient 3) owned by 2 extremely dope people!!!! they have a great selection at extremely good prices. I won’t be going anywhere else!!! they’re also super knowledgeable about anything they have in their store and are HUGE believers in supporting small/local businesses. they sell local products right in there! Go support a great business!!!

Brandon was super helpful and had knowledge about products! They didn’t have one of my favorite hemp papers, but Brandon would try to see if they can bring it in and provided great alternatives! I like the convenient location as well as it is on the way to my favorite coffee place, Koffee Kult.

So after hitting up just about every smoke shop in Hollywood Florida I have officially landed at my go to smoke shop! Best customer service and an absolutely great selection of pieces to choose from! Small selection of some higher end pieces with more to come. Everybody needs to go there now because Area 51 is the spot to be! Plus you get a free drink when you shop!

I honestly love this store, however the other day when I came in while a lady was working, it REAKED of cigarette smoke. 10/10 will avoid the store while she’s working if this is the quality standard the stores allow 100% 2nd time coming in today and still same woman and it smells of cig smoke. Just walked out. This place has really gone down hill.

I love this place. The only place that gets my favorite papers Komg wraps, ive been searching for a long time. And this is the only one in the area with them. Also the employees know how to cater to their costumers.
