Just left the store today. The place is very clean and safe. Prices are great. Like really good. Sabrina helped us and her customer service was remarkable. I highly recommend carbon glass tech smoke shop for beginners or pros looking for vapes, gummies or CBD. The quality of their merchandise is a 10 out of 10.

My first time here and they were great! I had the store to myself so they took their time to make sure I got the piece I wanted. I had a few questions about cleaning and they were very knowledgeable and helpful! They even have me a discount for my first time there. I get my brows done nearby and I will definitely be coming back! And the dog Max is adorable!

I come here for all my vapes and wraps because they always have the best selection, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They carry the whole line of Fume, HQD, and Flum. They got the banana backwoods too, which I’ve had a hard time finding elsewhere since they dropped. I love the selection of snacks and drinks they have as well. All very unique flavors and varieties. They had the Dabrite in the color I wanted. Definitely recommend!

Worst smoke shop in miami! High prices, Manager is rude, doesn’t know half the products they sell. There’s like 3 smoke shops in the same block, hopefully people go there. Don’t waste ur time, i hope they close down. Unprofessional.

Overall was very happy with the service I got from this place. They were very knowledgeable about each of the products they have on the shelf and took the time to explain how everything works and why certain products are better then others.It was great that they were stocked up with the latest products. I got everything I needed for them while having to deal with the quarantine.They even had a bunch of exotic sodas and candies that I haven’t scene at any grocery store.I recommend this spot. Very clean and friendly place compared to other smoke shops I went to in the past.

My experience going there was so amazing, the front desk girl Kate was so helpful and sweet, super attentive and extremely knowledgeable of CBD. I bought a CBD vape that lasted so long, and I really did enjoy the calming benefits in its use. The shop is super cute and I love the music choice. I also really love the pieces they have there, it’s so affordable and very unique. PS the fact they have Artists real work from Florida is so intriguing and admirable!!!!

Hey guys real quick to let you know this is one of the best stores that I have been too and have bought from. As far as quality and return policies some of the most honest and straightforward guys youll find work in this industry. Bought a directional carbon cap from them today. And was one of the best quality directional carbon caps that I bought for $20. Great quality excellent craftsmanship and guaranteed to be strong glass. I bought one from another store near the area. Was not happy with the quality and paid the same price for what I think was a knock off of a very popular name brand within the industry. So if youre looking for honest and straightforward customer service carbon glass is what I consider quality and educated customer service.

I love this place. These guys are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They were patient and had me walk out knowing I bought exactly what I needed at a great price. I will definitely be a life long customer and will refer all my friends/family.

A glass piece broke with barely any use. Not banged up against something like the lady behind the counter assumed i did to it. No discounts or even empathy were brought up for a replacement. I even found out later they had a %10 check-in discount that same day they didnt even offer me. At least that wouldve made me feel better if that was all they were able to do. Customers always right. They had me buy a new expensive one that also broke within a couple days with normal use. I was treated with lack of respect in their shop and will never go again. I rather drive a lot further than to deal with this company.

This is my absolute favorite vape store! The staff is amazing, Ethan and Selena who are usually in the store are so amazing and friendly. Their stock has a huge variety of everything from disposables bales to snacks.

Great shop. The store is a nice change of pace to other local shops. They have a high quality selection of glass not available at other local shops. If youre lucky you might even see a cute french bulldog they have from time to time at the shop.

Erica Jane was the ish! So freakin’ sweet and adorable; such a friendly demeanor - so much cool stuff in this store, not to mention stocked on non smoking supplies such as toilet paper, 75% alcohol hand sanitizer, bottles of Clorox and more. Very happy costumer here

The owner is terrible. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional. This is NOT an environment for anyone!!! I’ve been there a few times and leave sick every time. Like going to them when Im up that way . But I bought something that was damaged and went back and told them it didnt work and all he said was to buy a new one and I didnt days later try to charge the vape pen and it work all I needed was a new charger. They also did almost the same to a friend with the cartridge it was leaking. Not nice .
