Went into the store and described what I was looking for. The staff was pretty helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a $30 juice to end up not liking it. I called and asked to exchange it for something else. In this case, something I already knew about and liked. I was then told once it’s sold and open there is nothing they could do. Mind you, there are no signs, wasn’t on the receipt nor did the staff give me this disclaimer. Long story short, I am stuck with a $30 juice for my vape that I do not like and they are not willing to help. This is definitely my last time going there.

Great shop! Great staff! Very convenient! I usually buy my tobacco products online, but the holiday caused a shipping delay. So, I found myself searching locally for a backup and I found these guys. Better still is the shop is right around the corner. The guys were very friendly and they even offered to stock my brand!! Lucky find!!

Awesome spot for your daily pick ups. They’re always super helpful and their prices are way better than most shops nowadays who charge an arm and a leg for no reason. They’re always nice and Christian has always looked out. He lets me know about the latest products added to the store and they always have the freshest packs of grabba.

The shop was organized, had everything that I was looking for! They have over 30 different types of papers and wraps. The customer service was great, Allen and Victoria are knowledge, nice and on point! Small shop but definitely the best shop I have been to in South Florida! Check them out!

Owner was very well spoken and clearly dedicated to his job. Honestly the best Smoke Shop I’ve been to in a very long time. Had a great quantity of high demand tobacco such as Grabba both big and small leaf, Zo Lady Leaf, Backwoods, etc. and if you’re a disposable pod smoker they have a variety of flavors to choose from my guess would be like over 70+ flavors. But the best part is how great the customer service and hospitality is!!! The two guys that helped me out in the shop were sure to provide me with as much relevant information I needed and were able to answer all my questions. P.S I went in the store 5 minutes before closing and they still welcomed me with open arms. 10/10 stars from me and you guys over at Tree House smoke shop will definitely be seeing my friends and I again.

I arrived with my friend a when they opened, around 11. The first thing my friend noticed was the gas masks on the shelves while for me it was the sweet smell of incense. We walked in looking for wrap and ended up getting a few other things. Great hospitality, nice inventory and decent prices.

Was just inquiring about the CBD oil and Hemp Roll-on. Place was clean, fresh and organized. Ill definitely be going back to purchase my natural products for my aches and pain!

The delta 8 cart that I bought from here was a little fishy. The cart came all sticky the oil looked hella weird and when you hit the cart it doesn’t even taste like weed. Another thing is when you scan the QR code it only shows up the testing for the potency not for any harmful chemicals , heavy metals or pesticides . But two stars because the employees here give good service

For the best grabba “fonto” in town for the most friendly beautiful staff. For the best quality and caring customer service in town. Come to tree house smoke shop. Seriously I drive a few miles just to be here because the owner really does care about his products and customers. He even knows the proper temps things should be stored at to avoid being stale! Now don’t quote me here but I’ve even seen the owner accept broken wraps that was purchased like a backwood and exchanged it for a fresh one. Today marks my 5th visit to the store and every single time it’s wonderful. Owner if your reading this, it’s your customer from New York. Stopped by here to pick up a fewThings. They had just moved to their new location. Chris was so nice, and knowledgeable! Everything was clean an organized. Prices were great, not eye gouging like other smoke shops. I highly highly recommend this shop.

I loved the shop first ,the Brownies he has for sale is great for getting a great night sleep. So happy I found this little gem on my way to another smoke/vape shop that was a few blocks south. It is next door to the always great, Mile High Sub Shop, which has been around as far back as I can remember; I went their during high school, which was a long time ago :). Big ups to Barbara, a very cool, always smiling, young woman who is very knowledgeable about all products and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Barbara even FaceTimed the owner of the store to help determine whether or not a device that I purchased from a convenience store on Taft Street was counterfeit (it was). This store is very easy to pass, it’s in the industrial area on Dixie highway in a very nondescript small building which houses Treehouse and the sub shop. The prices are very reasonable, and I don’t have to worry about whether or not my products were made in a bathtub in China.

Not only is there no other smoke shop around but its super close to my house! I love it! Allen is a super nice and friendly guy. He has good merch for a good price, nothing cheaply made. Got a card? No problem either. Has it all from papers, wraps, water pipes, smoke pipes and more. Im def going back. Check it out!

Recently went into the store to purchase some papers and I was immediately welcomed. I honestly felt like I was home with the crew. I believe his name was Christian which helped me and ended up selling me a water pipe as well. Dude was super cool and knowledgeable.Will be back soon ...

Randomly walked in one day and was pleasently surprised with pretty much every aspect of the shop. Treehouse has the best prices and selection on kratom, tobacco, pipes and smoking accessories. Excellent and personable service as well. 5 out of 5 stars every time.

I dont care if Im ever unhappy or not trying to make the right choices. This man has the widest selection of everything in the best location... Other than parking. Being right on the cutting edge of the market is the main reason I shop there, if you can handle the charisma. Nowhere else sells bulk tobacco.

This place has a great selection on everything a smoke shop should have, I loved the new products I got to see which I hadnt seen before, my guess is theres a lot I havent seen but Im sure I will see it at Treehouse Smoke Shop cause they seem to have stocked up on everything, my only regret is that I was pressed for time so I didnt get to look around more, which brings me to the next thing I should point out here, the gentleman who helped me find what I needed, Chris was so efficient, I told him the item, a price range, and a style I was looking for and he directed me to exactly that, no bs, no trying to push other items, the vibe was awesome, Thank you Chris you guys are a great place to shop at, Id have given you guys ten stars but they only have 5 on here, thanks again and Ill see you guys soon.

Smal quaint shop, but they do know and have the best rated E-Liquids on the market. Great service and very knowledgable and have all the highly rated and tested products on the market. Definitely a go to if your a beginner or veteran vaper.

Came in to buy some kratom to see if theirs is better then euphoria, the guy was very pushy on taking his super white, he said its a high Alkaloid, but how does he know that without real lab results? $35 for 2 oz?euphoria is definitely better, nice owner but a little condescending, wont be coming back for his kratom

One of the best smoke shops in Miami, no they do not serve minors. i was there today, yes it’s a bit busy but he IDs everyone. including me and I’m 23 -_- but anyways some of these ratings looks like they are out of hate because of their infants but whatsover the shop is amazing it includes from glass pieces to wraps to cbd, treys, grinders, batteries, pods, stigs anything, love this shop, amazing quality, very recommended

This guy has the best kratom in town. He gets it directly from the grower and it pays off. You can tell it doesnt have a bunch of pesticides, and good pricing.
