Ive been coming here from Florida City for awhile now. I have consistent and excellent service from the staff, Jason is always a pleasure to deal with, has even helped me when I came short some change from his own tip jar.Product selection is varied but concise, have most everything you need usually priced well, especially compared to online prices which they compete with easily.Thank you for being my preferred shop, Holy Smokes Too

Bad experience AND bad coustumer service i bought 2 smok nord Coil AND give him the old ones to the cashier a Hispanic kid with bad Attitude when i try them they did not Fit in the pen so i tell him i want my money back AND he told me you need a wait until (thursday 🤔) and explain that to my boss with negative Attitude dude you Dispatch me the wrong Coil AND he told me that Is my boss rule i tell him kid that Is crazy so i gone a report them to the business management in Miamidade county thats againts the law Dont go there.Horrible experience .Bad coustumer service

This store is very organized and has a large variety of items. Mars helped me find what I needed and was so nice. I will visit again soon.

The blonde lady with the piercings has very nasty attitude and rude to two different customers. I’d go there everyday after work to grab stuff but after this id rather pay more at the 7/11 gas station that has better employees.

Im from way out of state but I was in town visiting family. I stopped into this shop and a younger guy was there. He was very helpful and was really funny. They have a good selection and prices are not bad either

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. The person was rude and not helpful at all. Rolled his eyes and couldnt be bothered to help. I still continue with my purchase and gave him my opinion thats when he started verbally attacking me inside and outside the store. Screaming at my car while I drove away. This guy should be fired. Never going back.

Tired to give it a second chance and it wasnt worth it. At 1056am on sep 7th, the employee was so unpleasant and unprofessional. After we been looking for a starter kit and been to two different stores before this one.. the problem is the moment we started asking questions we got attitude. ... Im looking for a charger to go with my vape after Ive tried 4 others thats didnt fit from other stores.. quote ITS EITHER YOU BELIEVE ME OR NOT ... excuse me ?I then went to tell him how I just been to two different stores and the charge didnt fit. He cut me off and repeated ITS EITHER YOU BELIEVE ME OR NOT. Guess what went to the 5th store and spent over $150 with a store that appreciated my business and time... If that was the owner for sure yall wont be in business for long. Its a pandemic people are Now more than ever more conscious where they spend their money and with who

This is The best smoke shop not only in homestead but in Miami in general. Great ppl, always well educated awesome selections of goods! Super kind & courteous. pet friendly too. Always my place to go for all my glass art work and all other tobacco needs

Well I started.going to the location in cutler bay which is excellent. Now I moved down south and go to smokes too. Another great experience.

This was my first time visiting this store. Its small but nice. The man that was there was very informative. I was there to by CBD oil which Ive never bought before. He showed me what he recommended and also explained that they had way more expensive stuff but it isnt worth it. Of course I greatly appreciated that.

Dont know if Im being lied to or if they dont know how supply and demand works. For months Ive been asking for a particular product and its never in stock. They keep telling me that I just missed it and other b I bought it before I got there. I understand if this happens a few times. But when it happens every single time Im there. It either means they forgot to order it and give that excuse. Or they havent figured out that of demand is high, order more!

Hey Hey my friendly chief Kiefers, this shop is most definitely one to check out. I tend to go during the day time closer to their open hours with my fiancé. Their Incense and beautiful bongs are super AFFORDABLE and WONDERFUL ! its 4/20 ..they have a sale right now on some of their glass pieces!!!! ;) Ricky is an amazing person inside and out ! I love the fact that he is patient, engaging, and super knowledgeable about many things... including towards his job.He is a great asset to the shop. Cherish that man yo!!!! cheers 🍻

Horrible experience! Too bad I cant give this place ZERO stars. There was some short fat dude watching Sponge Bob cartoons when I walked into the store. The fat dude seemed upset, even though the store was completely empty. Maybe he was upset that I interrupted his cartoon watching session? In any case, he was pretty douchey with a condescending attitude, so I decided not to spend my money at this store and I drove 5 minutes to the next closest shop and got great service from actual employees, that were actually working. Go figure.....

Walked in to my neighborhood vape shop and encountered a nasty person in the front counter. From the very start, he was rude and told me if I didnt like the prices to get the f**k out. The treatment and demeanor towards anyone, nonetheless a paying customer who lives a block away is unprofessional. For anyone going in, the rude gentlemen was a spanish heavy set individual. I do not know if he is the owner, but if he is not he is costing the business a lot of money. I will Never ever go there

I just recently got into this and let me tell you there is so much to know about perfect setups, luckily I went to this place and had the pleasure of speaking too a bigger guy (couldnt remember his name maybe like Jamie or Jason) but he was extremely knowledgeable and didnt try to take advantage of my inexperience, if you go here make sure you ask for him... He will hook you the f@#$ up.

Horrible customer service horrible employee. Was there 15 minutes when dude watching tvFinally attended me after i called him out. Dude was nasty and some ego trip and had odasity to kick me out for asking for help.Never again. Stay away . Deserves 0 stars

Ive been suffering from spinal stenosis and several other problematic issues that are very painful. When I decided to do some homework on other means of pain relief. Im still working on dosage of cbd oil but Jason at holy smokes too is very knowledgeable and helpful trying to help me out getting it all figured out. It is working thanks Jason.

I wasnt let in 10 minutes before closing. When I showed up the dude behind the counter ignored me until closing time came. When it did he told me to go away. He could have at least said something instead of making me wait 10 minutes for no reason.
