I’ve been coming here for a very long time and they are the sweetest team! Very professional great products never had an allergy and I have sensitive skin. Jay the owner is so nice and very good at everything I 1000000% recommend this Buisness always to everyone.

Yailen is the best! I had been searching for somewhere to do my brows for some time and I am glad I found her spa. She always takes her time and handles my brows with care. Not to mention she is extremely friendly.

I did a walk-in just to ask a question and was immediatly goiven an appointment with little to no wait time. The lady in the entrance was extremely nice and helpfull. Price is great, reasonable. Jae is the lady that attended me with my wax, she was amazing, friendly, attentive and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was my first time in 10 years so let me tell you it was not the best feeling lol but she did a really great job, very gentle. Thank you I’ll see you soon :)

Unfortunately it’s upsetting that I have to write this in a review but please do not support this business. The owner of the company does not prioritize paying her employees first before herself. I used to work for her and she still owes me my last check from September 5th 2023. I’ve given her more than 8 months, each time she says she’ll do it next week and still nothing. She even told me she didn’t have enough money yet because she was branching out the same spa business somewhere else. I tried to be understanding but when I told her I needed my money she simple read my message and didn’t reply. I’m not the only one she still owes. Also apart from her not paying her employees, the way she handles the spa space is not very hygienic. This is just to inform you of the type of business owner you are supporting by paying for her services.

I started coming here for wax (chin, neck, lip and sideburns) in May 2022. By November, I began a 6-month journey of laser hair removal. This was something Id been wanting to do since I was a teenager and couldnt afford it and was also incredibly painful. Today, March 29, 2023 was my 6th appointment and I couldnt be happier! Marta (for wax) and Yai (for laser) have been absolutely incredible. Not only was the price of the 6 treatments more affordable compared to when I was younger, but it wasnt as painful as getting my face waxed or laser from my teen years. Theyre nice, professional and take care of you. Yai told me she couldnt guarantee 100% with laser and I was okay with that as long as it got some of it off, but its been better than I couldve hoped! I went for eyelashes but the abundance of glue makes you horrible when you come back to get them done again, not even she can remove the glue that she herself made horrible!!!!!!!!!!!
