Bought a vape pen, when I got it home i charged it but it wasn’t staying charged for very long, so I took it apart and there was a very small cheap battery inside. Wouldn’t recommend going to this shop, it’s a rip off.

This business is by far the worst business I’ve come across when it comes to smoke shops. The horrible smell of the structure was the least of my problems today. I brought a vape and within an hour of me buying said vape it died I proceeded to charge it for over 45 min and it was still showing indications that it was dead. I brought it back to the shop to get an exchange as this never happened to me before with any other smoke shop and they refused to honor the exchange. Don’t throw your money away at this business at least not when it comes to vapes.

Love this place. The woman who works there is super friendly. This is the only smoke shop I go to in the area and the prices are affordable. It is always pleasant to stop by. I’ve been going for a little over a year now and I can honestly say I’m loyal to this shop because of the customer service.

Not sure why Google keeps asking me to review this place, it keeps saying I recently visited this place and every time I grab my phone it wants me to leave a review, its possible this place was in the same plaza as another store I visited, I do not smoke and I didnt go inside this store at all. This review is only to stop my notifications from asking me to do this. I honestly didnt even know there was a vapor shop here so if anyone is looking for a vape shop, maybe this place has what youre looking for. Im old fashioned and back in my days we smoked the real stuff, I heard from others that vaping is dangerous, so is regular smoking, so not sure if they mean the same thing or that there are different types of dangerous. Do your own research, make wise choices, I had to learn from trial and error and make all my own mistakes, anyways, have a great day.

It says online they open at 12 and i came at 12:30, its pouring rain, I got out of my car and got all wet to find out they are closed.It was definitely your smoke shop and you were closed. The sign said open though.

Horrible experience!!! I just walked in looking for some wraps. The lady was being super rude because I simply asked what flavors she had because I couldn’t read them from where I was standing. She yelled “what do you need!?!?!” in the nastiest way ever. I walked out. Never coming back. So disappointed it was my first time going in here too. The worst customer service ever!! Save yourself the bad experience and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We originally bought 2 batteries and the next day had to return them because they were defected. We then bought 4 batteries and had to once again return them. The lady refused to trade them out, would only give us a $5 credit for pens we paid for the original price of $20. She would not contact the owner for us and told us to get out. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

$10 for a coil and then the owner insists its because its genuine Smok product. Pack of 5 down the street at Vapor Fi $20 and yes genuine... Im more concerned about this shop having bootlegs. The worst part is the dishonesty after you rob me.

I would love to say nothing but great things about this place because the woman who I see most is very nice. But,,,,the first CBD oil I bought had a thick layer of waxy stuff that would not mix in no matter how much I shook the bottle and let it warm in my hands. The vape kit battery wouldn’t hold a charge. The CBD oil was exchanged for another with price applied. The battery from the kit was replaced with another larger battery with a price reduction. I broke my refill chamber recently and was given one that overheated in the battery. That one cost 10.+ when I went the next day for a larger one that wouldn’t overheat I was charged just a little over 5 bucks only to have that one leak ALL of my CBD oil out within hours. So freaking frustrated. There’s a VaporVi just a mile up the road I’ll have to start going to
