Loved my experience ! first time here , so simple , so cute, so fun. drinks are straight to the point . our bartender jesus was so friendly & amazing with the drink making . definitely will be back

Con: Bottom shelf liquor is being poured into top shelf liquor bottles here. Folks, youre NOT getting actual Titos. Or even Casamigos . What youre gonna actually get is one hell of a HANGOVER from drinking the cheap stuff this establishment is serving 🤢. Shady business practice SMH. Fix this, or TABC will be notified.Pro: Bartenders are quick. Mixed crowd. Great music. Good security.

Normally I have fun here but my last few experiences have been poor, the catty behavior of patrons to the antagonizing attitudes of security & staff is beginning to become too much. I say this as someone who regularly visits this bar. Hopefully things turn around soon.Edit: I came here again on 8/2/24 and the security told me I couldn’t sit in the chair anymore and made me stand up. Totally ruined my experience, and I immediately left afterwards.

I very much enjoyed this bar! The security guard outside is professional and a gentleman. Great ambience, and the music was diverse. The bar staff were very attentive and the drinks very much worth it and at a great price! Outside patio seating available. If you want somewhere with great drinks and a great conversation this is the place to go!

There is an white security guard who impersonates his self as a real police officer BUT HE IS NOT HE PULL A GUN & TASER ON ME SIMPLY BECAUSE HE GOT PUNK OUT BIGGER DUDE, & HE GOT DISRESPECTFUL HE JUST DIDN’T THOUGHT I HAD IT IN ME, CROCKER YAL GOT 30 DAYS TO TERMINATE HIM OR I WILL BE SUING BY THE WAY IM GONE GET YOU YOU BETTER BELIEVE THAT YOU GONE REGRET PULLING THAT GUN & TASER ON ME SIR 👈🏾👈🏾👈🏾

Ive been coming here for a few weeks since moving to Houston. I like the vibe. I am not sure if the bar next door, 2.0 is associated but I see some of the same staff over there and I like that one too, especially Tazzzz with his sexy self! Anyway, my comment is more to the safety. I felt bad for the way that police they have there as security was treated. It is trult sad that my people have to act like that. That cop showed GREAT restraint in not beating tha black off that dude after he psuhed the cop down. What is crazy amazing is that the cop didnt even arrest the dude and let him go home while the whole time his friends are calling the cop all kinds of names trying to get him to react. Kudos to the people that are trying to keep us safe. It is sad that people cant just go out into public with a little home training and behave. Will definitely be going back tonight. They say Sunday is LIT!

Entirely racist. The Hispanics were rude and I will never go back. I asked for a email address for the owner and they told me to google it.Black men shouldn’t be seen as problematic in the Deep South because they’ve requested for an email address to contact the manger addressing their concerns.

A fun place to go for cheap drinks and good music. Had a great time took my little brother and sister in law and they enjoyed it too. Bartenders were on point with drinks. Probably can use a bigger restroom given that their clientele is mostly male.

Went on Friday 12/10/2021. Small place. DJ was pretty bad. Notice that all the bartenders were White Caste even though many of the patrons were Brown and Black Caste. A busperson picking up drinks was rude and pushy, wanting me to buy more drinks after I already bought one that had a stale taste coming from a old ingredient.

The best place for a drink, to relax or just a night out in the town.

Im not much of a fan of bars or clubs in general, but I was pleasantly surprised with Crocker. Got there about 9:30pm/10:00pm and it was pretty much dead; didnt get busy until almost 11:00pm. Drinks were fairly priced and service quick. Security was also polite and helped keep the drink ledges clear of empties, as there are no waiters. Music selection was good and varied, though they played music videos on the TVs completely unrelated to the music playing on the speakers.

Fun atmosphere and I loved that the crowd was friendly and eclectic. Drinks were good and very reasonably priced. Saturday night was packed and it seemed it was due to the great music and vibes that the spot provided. Will definitely visit again the next time I am in town.

Crocker Bar held a great reputation! Started with the awesome/friendly/attentive owner and staff members. Then it got overcome by others, “patrons” have not manners, no home training! In other words they are turning the place like it is at Scary Mary’s or something more scary. Please do not embarrassed a good/sacred place for anyone else.

Fun place to hangout on the weekend. Drinks were cheap, music is an eclectic mix of hip-hop, rnb, top 40, 2000s,2010s all to my taste. Good mixed diverse crowd. Patio is small and club is pretty small as well.

Was desperate for breakfast at 1:55am. Got a great breakfast, fast and the the service was friendly! Perfect place if I was still a drinker. Sports bar too! Could have a good time then a good breakfast tl beer up before heading home.

Cheap drinks, good music and a diverse crowd!No dress code and it can get pretty crowded in there so expect for all that body heat to build up. You can have a good time if you allow yourself to.

This place has turned very shady. Bouncers are rude customers are rude you can’t move because it’s so packed and they don’t enforce nor do they encourage social distancing while they allow in over 2/3 times the occupancy limit. The good bartenders are the only good thing keeping this place open.

By far my favorite bar in Houston. Mix of dive bar plus dancing plus karaoke. Thursday karaoke is a blast, and Friday-Sunday is great for dancing. Every time I go I feel welcome, drink strong drinks, meet great people, and usually never leave sober. Bartenders are very friendly.

I only go for drinks! But will I say you gotta watch these bartenders because if ur NOT HISPANIC THEY WILL KEEP LOOKING OVER U UNTIL U SAY “HELLO I WAS HERE FIRST”.. especially the one that be on the patio!! It needs to be two bartenders outside not ONE! But the drinks are good and strong!

I like coming to Crocker they have a good atmosphere good music good drinks. Weekends this place gets packed the dance floor is small and it gets crowded. You do have to have a actual ID or DL to get in the bar. They have a outside patio. You will have to park in the neighborhood to come to this bar. They have a small parking lot and they charge for parking. You will always have a good time a Crocker. PLEASE BRING THE PHOTO BOOTH BACK.

Fantastic gay bar where the pours are heavy, the men are aplenty, and they will caress you ever so gently! Seriously though, great bang for your buck for drinks with a huge variety of liquors. Karaoke on some nights, with a big wraparound patio outside. Parking can be a bit of a tight squeeze - check out the nearby streets.

My favorite bar with awesome friendly bartenders. I just wish they had a better a/c unit. But for the price of the tasty drinks, Id gladly dance in the heat.

I have been visiting this place for a long time.My first interaction with the owner was today.He was extremely arrogant and rude.He may be bitter because he’s in a wheelchair.Terrible way to treat his customers.

The Crocker is a cool night club. The bartenders are great and the DJ plays a good mix of music. My friends and I typically go on Sunday night. If youre looking for a mixed crowd, great music and phenomenal drinks this is the place to be.

Fun little dive but seating is extremely limited. It’s also hot as hell for these Houston summers. The plus side is the good bartenders.

Go hear often with my besty. They over pore on their drinks, which is not a problem for me. Just be careful on how many you have... My only complaint is drink prices are inconsistent. prices change depending on who you are and which bartender.

Horrible place. Don’t trust the bartenders! GEORGE was mine! I was overcharged on my card and they added quite a generous tip themselves! ILLEGAL! I’ll be discussing this with my lawyer, and when I called to communicate nicely and try to get my money back.. the person who answered the phone aggressively might I add said there was no manager at the moment and when I explained what happened he flat out said, “you’ll have to call your bank and figure that out with them.” Horrible place and horrible customer service.

Sunday funday! The music was everything. Brought some friends from out of state. Started at Hamburger Marys which we were bored but had a great time at Crockers. Thanks for representing Houston that night!

Great drinks prices. Fun times. Regular acting patrons and staff , meaning no pretentious conceptions and associated attitudes by patrons or staff. Line at the door is ID check. Dj is good. Mixes all genre. Leave your pre conceived notions at JRS or eagle once you venture into Crocker. Be prepared to have a good time with friends and strangers. Street parking or paid lot parking.

I waited in line for 20 minutes but the place looked exciting so I was okay with that. When I got to the door guys I asked what was going on and if it was always this packed. They told me if i didnt like it I could leave and that they didnt need my money as they pointed to the crowd who was already inside saying that they were enough. Then when I expressed my disapproval of that remark, I got pushed in the face out of line by the door guys.I will never spend a dime in that place. And I highly encourage everyone I meet to not go there.

Owner of the bar is a TRUMP supporter. A vote at Crocker is a vote for TRUMP. Know what you support. We have sat and argued with him for one hour and wouldn’t confess on camera that he supports for TRUMP. Good luck if you drink there. He his milking you for your money. That’s right. He doesn’t even drink at his bar. He is at RIPCORD because he is not welcome there! Ask him about his political beliefs. We did... he said “I support Everyone with MS”

Very fun! Great prices for drinks and everyone is more privy to dance. Absolutely no place to sit though. Maybe thats on purpose to get people dancing!

Best bar in Houston. Karaoke on Tuesday and Thursday. DJ Reid on most other nights. 2 dollars or less for shots on Sundays and none of the pretentiousness of some of the other bars. Also, no cover and strong drinks.

Great place for cheap drinks , good music, and good people. Always a good time at Crockers! Theres a dance floor inside and outside there a wrap around porch with seating. Usually there is a photo booth inside where you can get some cheap pictures and hang them up on the popular photo wall.

They have excellent drink prices although it could be considered a hole in the wall bar. Its always busy and great place to pre game for a night on the town.

It was karaoke night at crocker and I had a really good time there. There were a mix of classic and modern songs being sung from Respect by Aretha Franklin to Formation by Beyonce!

Crocker has great specials on Fridays. Other than that, there really isnt anything to brag about. Its a fun place to go, but pretty divey and just overall average.
