Amaaazing. Bee took care of me and my sciatica pain. She is right. I just work straight hours with no stretching. She made a good point. We don’t stretch and then get massage and it hurts. It hurts her too. I call it good pain. Much needed and great reminder. 🤗

Mira is amazing! I have never had a massage quite like hers. All of my knots from my upper back are gone and I feel incredible. I will certainly come back, wow wow wow!! Because my upper back was tight, she gave me a combination hot-stone, swedish, and Thai massage focusing on the area, and I feel free! Im going to sleep like a baby tonight, Im so glad I found this place. The hibiscus tea she gave me at the end was so perfect, very refreshing to end such an amazing massage!

Don’t walk to make an appointment here, RUN!!! This literally was the BEST massage I’ve ever received. I’m a “Post Oak Spa” type of girl, but this experience tops that. B is my go to now, and I almost don’t even want to give her name because selfishly I want to keep her to myself. But, she was the absolute best. AMAZING experience at Avarata Healing Massage today. My daughter bought me a gift certificate for Mothers Day so I finally got to book my appt.I can’t even explain how talented B is, she knows exactly where to go for your troubled spots and it was the perfect amount of pressure to take out all my knots and relax me.B asked me where I was having trouble I told her and she went to work. I got the 60 minute session and I got the full body massage. She stretched me out as well. The word healing is exactly how I felt when I left today.Run, 🏃🏻‍♀️ don’t walk to book your massage session it is the best place I have been.

Amazing! I had two types of massage done with B. And she made sure I knew what I was getting before starting and if I was okay with it. Very considerate and sweet. I feel like I’m 3X lighter after my session. Will definitely make this into a monthly habit!

B and Mira are soo sweet. We were having a couples massage for Christmas present and are so relaxed. B was able to help me find all the hard spots and work on them for a few seconds and then break to run somewhere else, then go back to the sorest spots after a few seconds . She also made us green tea to refresh after :) we will come back to Houston just for them !!

They fit me in to a quick 40 min session on relatively short notice on the weekend. I asked to target my calves because they were locked up. The massage was wonderful, and she targeted my calves like I asked. Didnt try to upsell me on anything or try to drag out my time. I will definitely be going back.

Jenny is the BEST!!! I work as a fitness instructor and she her deep tissue massages are truly magic. She’s helped me so much with muscle tension and tightness in my shoulders and hips. I now have a standing appointment with her every week! Highly recommend!

Came this place at 3/12 Tuesday cuz the high rate. Tried to book with B cuz high recommended on the review. but she was day off, so just got to try with a lady randomly. The massage was just not good cuz I didn’t feel release the tension. I told the masseuse my tension was at back, arm and hands, I want she would focus on these area, she told me all muscles are connected, she would work on whole body, that’s fine, it was 90 mins massage, I think we had enough time. Well She spent time equally without focus my tension area. And she didn’t ask about :”how is the pressure “ during the session or targeted my tension spot and work on that. So after 90mins I didn’t feel anything, it was just waste time and money.

Had a wonderful experience here I wasnt able to sleep because I was in so much pain after my massage Im feeling great thanks for everything.

These women are spectacular and really focus on healing and the best massage I’ve had anywhere, better than resorts or spas. Our whole family goes here and leave soo happy and rested.

Omg. First time trying because it was on my way and realized they have just a back massage for 40 min which sometimes I just need to focus on my back and shoulders (where I carry my stress) had no expectations but it you like it very firm and therapeutic then Myra will have you covered. She worked out most of my knots. Exactly what I needed. I will be back and bring my husband!!!!

Avarata exceeded my expectations. I was greeted immediately by my masseuse, “Big Bee.” I was then taken to my room (clean and serene) where Big Bee asked what my expectations for my massage were. My massage was even better than I hoped: firm, but not painful (although we got to the edge of pain, she knew just when to back off—perfect). The towels and the massage table were comfortably heated. The rooms (including the bathroom) were clean and tranquilly appointed. Afterwards, I even received a delicious fresh fruit and tea beverage. Certifications were clearly hung in the hallway for anyone to see—including the phone number for complaints to the state, if warranted. Avarata is a truly professional establishment, not to mention very reasonably priced. Above everything, this place feels safe, which is so important to me. I highly recommend it.

Ive tried this twice. First visit was wonderful. Massage from Maria was wonderful and it was very therapeutic.My second visit wasnt the same. I booked 60 minutes massage with B after reading great reviews. I found out after the massage that the therapist was Jenny and there was no communication of staff changing at the time of check in - I think this shouldve been addressed upfront. The massage was just okay. It did not give me the same uplifting and pain free like it did last time.I am not sure as of now if I will try again this place.

I’ve tried multiple different massage parlors so far, and I came to find this place while visiting a local coffee shop nearby. Alin was my masseuse. I came into the shop at 3:06, on 1/5/2024. Massage began around 3:10ish after I laid on the bed and when she walked in. I did keep my timer on.By the time she said happy new year and the massage was done, the time was at 3:57pm. I was still charged for $75. Alin was nice, but I did feel like she hurried to finish the massage as she left the shop after my massage. I know 13 minutes may not be a big difference, still, 60min is what I agreed to pay for, not 47min. But I still gave her 20% tips for her service.Would I visit again? I don’t think so. I chose this business because it had 5 star reviews. But my expectation was not met with proper service length. People are nice there. Maybe this might have been a one time mistake on them, but once the trust is broken, I would not return for another service.Pros:1. Friendly2. Clean3. QuietCons:1. Does not provide full hour massage.2. Masseuse hurried to finish.3. Still charged me for an hour service when I only received 47 min service.

Just finished a 2 hours couples massage given by Jenny and Myra, this was hands down the most amazing massage my husband or I have ever received! I dont think either one of us knew how to talk straight for a few minutes it was so relaxing! We will be coming back again ands refer anyone to them! Thank you for an amazing time!

Thai combination deep twist massage was ok. I’ve been to many thai massages and my massause here appeared to be in a rush and did a half a$$ job. First, I paid for a 90min. She came in at 18:10 and finished at 19:25, so that was a 75min massage, not 90min. Second, her thai stretching was not good at all. She did not do any deep stretches and barely stretched me. Things I could’ve done without her. She also said they don’t step on your back” there. I will not be back

I never write reviews, but I have to for this place. I’ve been coming here for months now. Every single masseuse is amazing (I’ve literally tried them all). The Thai combo massage is perfect. I have lots of back/shoulder/neck pain. I used to only want deep tissue massages before coming here - But they left me sore and uncomfortable for a week. Every masseuse here has a different style of stretching/massaging - I leave feeling relaxed every single time.I also have to give a shout-out to Julie. I get debilitating migraines. I called to come in one morning after having a terrible migraine at the base of my head. It felt like she knew exactly where my tension was built up without me telling her anything. Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had.

Avarata is my go-to spot for Thai massage - B is a fantastic provider. The assisted stretching she does makes all the difference, esp if you have an office job where youre sitting most of the day. Really helps release tight hips and alleviate shoulder tension. They also have an online appt scheduling system, which makes it super convenient. I have an old sports injury that flares up randomly and Ive always been able to get in when I needed to, even sometimes same day. Hurts so good!

I did the Thai combination massage, it’s been over a year that I have gotten a professional massage done. The experience with Julie was amazing! She did a fantastic job!! I work from home so I have very tense muscles in my shoulders and upper back and I couldn’t take it anymore so I found Avarata. The staff was very friendly and Julie is not too rough and really is a talented massager. Will be back again and will bring my husband too!

If youre looking for a massage place, this is not for you. If youre looking for a physically and spiritually healing place, then heres your sign. I have had many, many massages and most do the job but nothing that lasts. This place is the exception. I found this gem in late 2022 and wished i had found it sooner.I was involved in a car accident in 2012 and went through PT and many hours of chiropractic therapy as well. Massages helped but like I said, nothing lasted or relieved the pain for more than a week. After B did her magic I was able to move my arm without the pain and I am almost completely pain free.Went back in today because my lower back has been an issue, and just like that, B fixed it again.B is a master at her craft.I highly recommend this Healing Massage Palace to everyone. Whether you need a relaxing back rub to soothe your aches or going on a mystical journey that B maps with her hands and arms, this is the place and she is your guide.

We had our 90mins couple massage this weekend in Avarata.We have tried several places before and we agreed that this place is the BEST.Our therapists were very good, they were using the different techniques to each of body parts depend on what they need.I had very tight back and shoulder after 2 weeks traveling in Europe (backpack and gigantic luggages) and also my calf muscle were so sore from all the walking. My therapist fixed them all, that’s how good she is. I feel like I just got me a new back, shoulder and calf.Fiancé had issue with a low back pain (he’s currently using crutches for the last 3 weeks due to severe ankle sprains) - and he said he feels a lot better after the massage.Nothing to complain from this place, they even gave us matcha tea after the massage - and that matcha tea is so good 😊.Thanks Avarata team, we will definitely coming back and be a regular, since you’re close to our place too.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now, through pregnancy and now post. I have always had neck and back problems and see a chiropractor. This place is AMAZING!! They basically heal me and all my pain every time I go and are so professional. Best massages I have ever had, and I’ve gone to a lot of places.I have seen Mae and Myra and they are both incredible!

I first tried Avarata in early 2022 based on Google reviews and have never looked back! At the time, I had left another membership-based massage establishment after being a long time member, and was looking for a skilled professional with reasonable prices and availability. I have gotten all that and more with Bee at Avarata. From the traditional Thai walking on my back to deep stretching, the effectiveness of her techniques have really enhanced the routine, deep tissue massages I’m used to getting. She’s strong and able to successfully use her body and positioning to meet any pressure level I need. On top of that, she’s courteous and kind (she even gave me a little gift on my birthday, how thoughtful!). I also like the ability to book a massage via the website- very handy. I’ll be coming here for years to come!

My Dr recommended I do lymphatic massage as part of my treatment for Lyme disease. Its not an easy service to find, but Avarata offers it. I had been suffering fitness related back pain and Deena (spelling?) was amazing. It made a remarkable difference. The business is very clean and relaxing. Without saying she knew exactly where to direct her focus. I received a combo massage that had hot stones and hip stretching with it. Ill definitely be returning.

I did a combo massage with Anna and it was absolutely incredible. I came in with a lot of built up pain and tension emotionally and physically and Anna was able to release all of my pains. The last month I’ve had inflammation on my entire left side of my body from holding my child and she was able to release all of that. I have gotten many massages in the past and she was one of the very few people to relieve this pain. Thank you so much!! I will be back!!!

I was experiencing really bad neck pain and the woman who did my massage was so sweet! She made sure she understood my pain and pressure levels and did an amazing combination massage to fit my needs. I love eastern influences in my massage because of the overall health benefits like stretches added and it was amazing. This is a very knowledgeable and customer focus spot. Be sure to call and try to make an appointment they prefer this so they can dedicate time and focus on you.

Bee came highly recommended by a married couple friend who both frequent her services often. She did not disappoint in making me feel comfortable and addressed my concern areas that I pointed out ahead. The masseuses know what theyre doing, asthey take time to understand your issues and areas of concern. I’ve been going to Avarata regularly, after booking an appointment on a whim earlier this year. I’ve been seeing B for months now, and she is absolutely amazing! She knows just how to blend different modalities of massage to take care of all my knots, strains, etc. I normally get a Thai/deep tissue combination massage, and on my most recent visit, had cupping done also - I would recommend B to anyone seeking a professional deep tissue massage, cupping, or Thai massage. She is so friendly and kind, and is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to! She is also the only massage therapist who has been able to heal the pain I’d been getting that had built up in my side shin/calf that was awfully painfully anytime I ran on inclines (an issue that I’d had for years that had never been resolved by other therapists). If you’re looking for a therapeutic massage, relief from sore muscles or pain, definitely go see B!Bonus, Avarata also has flexible schedules (with appointments), and I can often get in on even short notice.

She used a combination of hot towels, lotions, and stretching techniques to make me feel like a new person! I have a terrible back pain and she easily spotted this while giving me the massage. This place is incredible. Professional staff and relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoy deep tissue so this is the place for me.
