I really love this place. I have been coming here for a few years now. The ambiance is nice and the therapists are always good. I have never had a bad massage here which is saying something. If you aren’t into the Thai style they are great with regular massage as well

So my cousin came to town and ofcourse she wanted a Thai Massage! I usually take her down the street to River Oaks but decided to come here since I’ve been here before (for my birthday in March)and had a good experience. NOT this time. We did a couples massage so we could be in the same room. Her therapist asked if there were any spots to focus on. Me being a hair stylist I immediately chimed in but she wasn’t talking to me… eventually my therapist Alana I think is her name speaks up. I told her my neck shoulders and upper back. She began and beat me up! No lie! There was no rhythm, no pressure, no care at all for my well being. It seemed very rushed. I told her she’s rushing could she can slow down some. She told me I should’ve gotten a 2 hour massage instead. We paid for 90 min… they never dimmed the lights our massage was with a bright light half the time. She did good on my lower body but that wasn’t giving me an issue. It was my upper back and shoulders and I still have neck stiffness. Please book someone else not “Alaina” or “Elaina” she doesn’t like what she does or maybe she was having a bad day. Next time I’ll go down the street.

I have been to Nava de Massage multiple times and I have a great experience every time! The staff is so nice. Mona is a Gem…book with her. I have severe back pains and she had my back feeling loose and pain free. She incorporated some stretches into the massage which I can appreciate! The environment is very relaxing and clean.

Our absolute BEST couples massage EVER! 12 out of 10! We will definitely be back here every time we escape to Houston for a weekend getaway. Location was great, very clean, quiet, and most of all our two masseuses were phenomenal! Thank you for a great, relaxing experience.

By far the best massage I’ve ever received. I came in with a lot of pain, specifically in my lower back and neck. Massage therapist knew exactly where I was hurting, and she provided an incredible experience that released deep knots and tension throughout my body. It was clear that she was well-trained and knowledgeable on alleviating pain. In addition to my amazing experience, location was beautiful and staff was friendly

We went for a couples massage, where we both had a four hand massage and omg! It was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend! Both therapist who massaged me simultaneously were in total sync. My boyfriend’s shoulder was bothering him before we went in and the therapist knew exactly where his pain points were and massaged it out, when we left he no longer had the pain! It was nice that this location was able to provide a couples four hand massage with us being in the same room, other spas couldn’t accommodate this 6 ppl in a room. Hands down, I’ll never get a massage by only 1 masseuse, the 4 hand massage is totally the way to go! We’re already planning our next visit!

My boyfriend and I experienced a couple massage for the first time and we loved it! The experience was literally hands down a good time. They asked questions so they knew where to focus on and how to handle the right areas. For sure will come back and for longer.

I recently visited this spa for the first time. I had a Thai/Deep Tissue massage with Tina. Tina is great at her job and very nice. I am super picky about my massages and a fanatic about the pressure of my deep tissue massages. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. The spa is really nice, clean, and has great vibes. Cant wait to go back.

Booked a couples massage with my wife for our anniversary ended up receiving a couple massage but not the one that we had expected to get had originally booked the cloud 9 package but felt like we got 2 hrs of just massage and body scrubs but overall it was still good

Ive been having problems with my shoulder for a year. Gone to doctor and physical therapy with no relief. This week after a session with Adele, I have hope that my shoulder will heal. I did cupping, and she saw my shoulder condition and worked on it. She spoke with me. It was still relaxing experience and for the first time, I have relief and guidance. She is a excellent therapist and this place is wonderful!

Had an AWFUL experience here on my birthday, which led to over a thousand dollars wasted in: chiropractic care, physical therapy, medical massage therapy, and x-rays.My masseuse BRUISED my entire back, it was all purple. I asked for a relaxing massage with gentle pressure but she dug in with deep pressure over and over all over my body. I could not walk, sit, or stand without being in excruciating pain. I was out of work for weeks and eventually had to get x rays and go to physical therapy to relieve the pain.I called 3 different times to speak with the owner about my experience and get a REFUND for terrible service but was never called back or contacted in any way. I have gotten any refund, no call, no apology, so here is my review so everyone can beware of their shady practices. They showcase their state “licenses” in the front but only one photo is showing, all other ones are covered. Don’t be fooled by looks and aesthetics. This place seems zen and in a nice neighborhood- but they are super shady and overpriced. I don’t think the “owners” are anywhere to be found. They’ve been on “vacation” for over 2 months.

My partner had specific requests for his hand due to a previous injury and Ice was amazing. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and enjoyed a glass of wine before our massages began. I came here with my husband and my experience wasn’t that great can’t speak for my husband though! I felt like the masseuse I had was a bit new she was getting guidance from the lady doing my husband massage. She also expose almost all areas and didn’t cover one area as she went on tot he next. She used the same hot towel to literally wipe off all my extremities. Yes by the time it got to the second third limb towel was cold and I was freezing and exposed in 3 places!I felt like there wasnt method of tackling the massage and making sure she used all available time wisely.The front desk was nice the masseuse was very professional and establishment was very clean! I just didn’t enjoy my massage at all and that very disappointing considering my expectations to a foot massage in bellaire!

Randomly went here for a massage and it was actually surprisingly good. My masseuse didn’t speak a lick of English so I had no idea what she was saying but she had magical hands so it didn’t even matter. We understood each other in the end.The walk on you if you’d like, it was actually quite pleasant.

This was my first time at this message parlor and had the pleasure of having Maya as my masseuse and she did and exceptional job. It didn’t feel rushed or too rough but just right and you can tell she really loves what she does. The atmosphere in the parlor was very calming and as soon as I laid on the message table I melted away. I already scheduled my second appointment for the following two weeks, I definitely recommend!

Today I had a terrible experience in this location. My wife and I were on a date night and we decided to get a couples massage. My masseuse was so bad I stopped my massage after 30min we booked a 90 minute couples massage. The person in the front desk offered to have someone else but we had plans after the massage and we wanted to have it together. They did not offer to provide a 60 minute massage for another time when I requested it so I just threw money down the drain worse experience at a massage place and the customer service from the supporting staff was terrible hope this helps someone considering this location.

I had an appointment today at Nava for the first time and I can tell you that this place is truly a gem. I felt like a princess and the experience was super relaxing , the massage therapist was super experience and knowledgeable. Took the wife to get a couples massage and from the entrance the place and service was amazing. We were greeted at the door and ushered into a lovely room already set up with a wonderful ambiance. The massagers were beyond outstanding. Professional, hitting all the right areas and giving me instant relief. As a bowler I am content my using my muscles and bones and always sore but they were able to relieve my pressure and give me total relaxation. Truly one of the best massages I have had in years . Defiantly setting up a monthly schedule. Thank you so much to the staff and owner. I’m telling u if u don’t try this place then u are missing out.

I had a wonderful experience here receiving a sinus and migraine 90 min massage from Kayla. She was effective and checked in on pressure and my needs. She made every minute count during the massage and I felt very relaxed and like the massage effectively helped with sinus pressure and neck and shoulder tension. The atmosphere was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I enjoyed this so much I booked my husband a massage right as I finished mine. I will be a return customer.

Bad business, owner, and staff. They don’t care about making it right to customers. Massage was trash, lady didn’t know what she was doing. My wife couldve done that at home for free!

This is the most incredible massage Ive had in Houston. We let the staff know wed been hiking for days and would need extra care in certain areas of our legs and backs. The masseuses were true experts and took extra special care in these places; I could sense that they were truly in tune with the body and what it needed to be relieved and nourished. I felt cared for, relaxed, and in spectacular hands. They also gave us periodic whiffs of peppermint to relieve the senses which was lovely, and listened attentively to our responses to their touch, adjusting accordingly. The rooms were immaculate, sheets soft. My husband & I opened our eyes in awe when it was all over, feeling as if we were reborn - we cannot wait to be back again!

My wife and I arrived late for our appointment, but the staff were gracious enough to accommodate us.The ambiance throughout the waiting area and private room is very tasteful, inviting, and relaxing.The massage itself was even better than expected. My wife says it is the best massage she has ever received.We will certainly be back soon for the 90 minute session.

I really do not understand how this place has 4.6 stars because my experience was horrible. As someone who tries to get massages regularly, I know a good massage when I have one. I reserved a 90-minute deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, my masseuse essentially just rubbed me down with oil for 90 minutes. The medium pressure I requested, was not existent. The stretching was okay and I could have done a better job myself. Parking was a little difficult on a Sunday afternoon. Though they do have 3 parking spots in the front, 1 spot was inaccessible. I called and was told I could park by the business next door. Anyway, the place is clean and the front desk lady was nice. Also, it takes away from the massage experience when you can hear the staff having conversations during your session. Will I be back, I think not.

My favorite place in Houston to get a Thai massage. The massage therapists are all great. The deep pressure is just right and I love that they walk on my back. I visit every 6-8 weeks. Get the package...its well worth your money! The place is always clean and smells good. Parking right in front can be hit or miss because they share the lot with a very busy nail salon next door. They do have 3 spots reserved but if its not available street parking is available.

Best place for massage in HTX, BOOK WITH MAYA!I am not new to massages but I am new to Thai massage I was just looking for a Swedish hot stone massage my therapist Maya suggested if I wanted to try Thai mix and if I didn’t like it she would stop . Oh my ! When I tell you that was the most satisfying and relaxing experience all that tension in my back left! She was making sure I was feeling good and comfortable adjusting pressure and temperature.Definitely want to come back and do the wraps and scrubs, the place is super nice and calm and very beautiful inside too!

Almost everything about this place was wrong, from making the appointment online to finally leaving. For the price, I paid, not worth it. Go somewhere else who will listen to you. I only stayed cause my shoulder was hurting so much that it was hard to ignore.What is the point of filling out the massage paper, writing down where not to massage, and telling the person verbally but then you ignore it? I told the massage therapist that I wanted deep tissue only, yet she did some stretches on me. She also started late, so I didnt get a full 90 minutes. The lotion or oil she was using smelled awful...like it was menthol mixed in with seafood with mint and expired. They have showers here, but you cant use them. They had the light switch taped down, so if you want to use them, good luck. When I told the front desk, she didnt seem to care. Then as I was leaving, the valet disappeared, so I had to figure out where my car keys were.Overall, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

What an incredible experience. Brought my wife here for her birthday on a couple’s massage and were attended by Donna and Elena who are of Thai and Brazilian origin, respectively. They truly brought their skills to us for an unforgettable experience. Having spent a great deal of time in Southeast Asia, esp. Chiang Mai, Thailand, I can say that you’ll get the real deal here. Both of our masseuses were thoughtful and skilled in their technique. My wife and I highly recommend them both. We will with 100% certainty be returning but for the 1 1/2 hour massage.

James was amazing!!I woke up with the worst neck pain. Felt like I was locked up.I got in and he informed me that my muscles were all super tight and I had knots all over. Not only did James give an amazing and relaxing massage but he was super informative as well. He gave me tips on some stretches I could do and some vitamins I could take to avoid this discomfort.I walked out feeling so much better!

I usually do the Thai massage at Nava with a female therapist but this last time I called I was in pain, requesting a last minute appointment and Ruben, a male therapist, was available. His technique is very different than what I am used but he worked wonders. He was able to stretch and massage me. He did some trigger point massage, deep tissue massage and sports stretching and cranial sacral to relief pressure and tension in my jaw, neck and shoulders. I did a 90 minute massage both times I saw Ruben. I might do 2 hours next time. I like that he talks to you at the beginning to make sure his work is aligned with your goals. When working through soreness, he asks you how the pressure is, which was very helpful. When he targeted certain areas, I felt immediate relief. I had overcorrected a turn on a bicycle and had a deep, restricting pain in my hip and groin area. Although it was a weird place on my body that I injured, he was able to stretch and massage while I was professionally draped. He would adjust sheets to ensure I was covered and comfortable. I will definitely go back to Ruben and highly recommend him.

Didn’t have the experience I was hoping for. Went in for a prenatal massage and the massage therapist did nothing I requested. It felt like I paid to get rubbed on instead of relieving me of any aches and pains I’ve been experiencing. No lower back massage, no foot massage and no tummy massage. Very disappointed.

Great spot for massage. I came here for a lymphatic and sport massage and it was amazing. I don’t even have to tell her where is the problem area. As soon as she touch me she knew my problem area right away. Definitely be back. Super clean place

Massage therapist was 25 mins late and ended massage 6 mins early. Seemed distracted throughout, as if she was on her phone. In fact, I believe she had her phone on the massage table because it vibrated a couple of times during the session. End of massage was very haphazard and rushed. Not a pleasant experience and not worth the money.

This is my go to massage place. Very clean and welcoming. The lady at the front desk is so sweet and always gets me in last minute. Only con is the massages tend to be different each time I come but I guess that is dependent on the masseuse. Worth checking out.

Let me start off by saying my massage was really good. Her name was Patty (i could be wrong - the gentlemen over the phone was hard to hear). I asked for a deep tissue massage but I dont believe the front desk gentlemen relayed that information so it was a mix of that with stretching & hot stones. Still very good. 90 minutes for $120 - not bad.and now... MY COMPLAINT: the front desk gentlemen was uninformative. I thought I paid for my massage when I booked it online. To my surprise that wasnt the case. I assume they could just charge the card but the front desk gentlemen told me that cannot do that - the information isnt saved on the computer. Thats weird to me. So he asked for the card. I dont keep cards on me. I use Apple Pay. So he brings out the apple pay machine and it doesnt work??? How could it not work? He then asked for the number to the card -- I didnt have that information off hand. It took nearly 30 minutes to get this figured out because I had to call someone in NYC to find the credit card for me. So I want to feel bad and say this was an error because I was pretty steamed -- its not something I want to deal with after a massage and the front desk gentlemen was not helping at all. I finally get the information so he can type it into the machine. He received the information but I definitely spoke in a tone that meant I was not happy.As I signed he said we have a camera ..... EXCUSE ME?! I dont give a **** if you have security at the door - what does that even mean?! I wasnt looking to be tried this morning but apparently thats what was happening. After a great massage THIS is how you want me to remember my experience? His we have a camera was followed by me saying and I have a voice and you will be receiving my review -- so this is all I could think of doing after that terrible experience.Go for the massage, smile for the camera and try not to let this person at the front desk ruin your experience.

Came in for 2 hours hotstone. All I can say was wowww. I never had a hot stone massage like this ever. They actually incorporated Hot stone to my massage, not just place hot stone on my body. The appointment was very easy to book. They really take time to explain the different type of massage to me. I cant wait to go back.

My masseuse was very sweet and personable but she was very rough, even after I asked for a more gentle massage. The front staff was not very welcoming and there was nothing special, they just led you to the rooms and said “undress and get in the massage bed.” Parking lot was small, prepare to park your car in the street.

I love this hidden gem. I wish I didn’t have to review, but I have to share my secret find. This is a high quality establishment and massage. The 90 minutes session is &110, including hot stones, which is great value. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and feeling better! The entire staff was lovely!!

My experience was getting a prenatal massage. Normally, massage places have a special table or special pillows to use for pregnant women, so we can lay on our fronts. Apparently, they do not. Nava De Massage just gave me a massage while laying down on my side… very disappointing, and I feel like they missed a lot of areas that I really needed massaging in (like my lower back and hips). Even though it was relaxing, I feel like I payed for a nap. And, like a nap, I got up feeling stiff like I needed to stretch out. Not worth the money IMO. Maybe for a different type of massage, but not prenatal!

We are in Houston on a short vacation. My nephew and niece recommended Nava for a massage. So we requested a couples massage. This was one of the best recommendations Ive ever received. The staff was amazing, Mimi and Kamsi were wonderful. The establishment was very clean and updated. The rooms were nicely lit and very comfortable. I booked massages for five people here because it was the only place with availability shortly after Valentine’s Day (first mistake). The reviews were decent (second mistake) so I proceeded to book the massages on February 1st with reservations scheduled for February 19th. The company sent me text messages and email notifications to remind me of the appointment and asked that I confirm the appointment 1 day prior to the reservation and I did that. I arrive at this location the day of the appointment and the receptionist says he called earlier that morning (while I was getting ready to come to the appointment) and because I didn’t answer he gave one of the five slots away. His only explanation for canceling one of my appointments was “ I didn’t answer the phone!” That’s insane!!! Especially when I had previously confirmed all five appointments.My guest and I left without being serviced which we were totally happy about because this place gives middle of mall + happy ending vibes (creepy is an understatement). SAVE YOUR MONEY and Visit another reputable spa!

I had a full combined Thai and Swedish massage with Elena from Brazil and it was fantastic! It was both perfect Swedish and surprising that she know the Thai method too. Nava de Massage is a wonderful place, good vibes, clean, upscale, and welcoming. I recommend her NdM!

Came here for a maternity massage. It was delightful, I think it’s the only time I’ve relaxed to that level since I became pregnant.Appointment was easy to schedule, service was professional, respectful, calming, and soothing.I will be back!

My husband missed his massage session due to him waking up ill..his appointment was at 10 a.m. So when he did not show up the guy at receptionist call me with an insulting attitude and told me we have to pay the full price of the hour which is $80.00.. Usually its only half of that which is $40 his negative attitude towards me was very upsetting to me and i did not appreciate it. The therapist we had all are nice accept the guy at reception has poor attitude every time (few times) we been there, like he is the best and he insult to everyone.

Mimi is gifted. Thats all I can say. Nice ambience as well. Reasonably priced.

Best massage I have had in a long time. The place had a great atmosphere to it and the modern style really gave it a cozy feeling that made it easy to relax. I have been looking for a place to get a massage since the place I used to go to recently closed down and I think I found it. If you have not tried this place yet you need to!

We love Nava De for a quick, last-minute massage! Clean and kind. The hardest thing about it can be parking. Gloss nail bar takes over basically the whole lot and their valet use the no parking fire lanes (unsafe) so it makes parking difficult.

Everything about the experience was great. I went with my boyfriend for a couples massage for an hour. The hot stones were so relaxing. We both laid there for about 30 minutes after because we were so relaxed. Well definitely be back, together and separately.

Overall 3.5/4 star. Massage was 4/5 star and ambiance was 2/5.It’s similar to the other quicker in and out massage parlours where they tray to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Pricing is good so makes sense for the value of money you get.

Great massage and scrub experience as always. I went in with a specific issue and came out feeling better immediately! I always try to stop here when Im in Houston. Looking forward to my next trip back.

Life changing!! That is all I can say about this place. I hurt my shoulder yesterday and was searching for massage place online and found Nava de massage. They are very professional and caring about the pain of my shoulder. My therapist took her time to and work on my shoulder. Afterwards she doing this amazing stretched. I walked out feeling absolutely much better.

My therapist Mi Tha was pretty awesome. She was very communicative, sweet and nice. She kept checking in on me throughout the massage and asking if it too rough or if was it okay.Just a couple of things for next time:The website says $160 for 2 hours and $150 for 90 minutes. When I actually got there, they told me it was $160 for 90 mins and $190 for 2 hours. Please fix the glitch on your website.Even when I had called to confirm the pricing yesterday, I was told it was $150 for 90 mins. I mentioned that the website says differently and the lady said she’ll have her boss give me a call back which never happened.Parking here is absolutely horrendous. I recommend calling them when you’re about 5-10 minutes away to ask where you can park since it’s always full and street parking in this area sucks.Overall I think the prices are reasonable and the massage is definitely worth it.

I’d give a zero I’m so hurt. My S.O purchased a groupon for a prenatal massage this past Sunday. I stopped to get food downtown on my way to my appointment and car got towed. I had him call them to let them know ahead of time that I’d be a few minutes late. He was told I had to reschedule so he called me to do so but by then now 220 I had time to make it as my appointment wasn’t until 230. Once my phone was charged I called my SO to let him know I had made it he said the guy on the phone was rude, wasn’t listening to him nor allowed him to get a word out as he was trying to ask if I was over a certain time late would I be able to just do 60 minutes instead of 90 the guy kept saying, we booked we booked we booked as he was trying to Speak. So I get them 20 minutes late. New customer not knowing anything about the company or their rules as he ordered this as a surprise for me. And, the manager tells me that they are no longer taking Groupons and that they’ve cancelled mine already. Well if you told my SO I could reschedule why would you cancel it. She proceeded to tell me that Groupon don’t Kay their therapist what they deserve. So basically because Groupon does pay full price the people whom purchased this is cheap or not worthy of service. It went on from there. I own two small businesses so I was livid that I was being treated this way as if because I purchased a Groupon I could afford a yearly memberships which was my intent to purchase after trying them. And, because as a customer it is not my business to know or care that your deal with Groupon didn’t work out for you. Either way I rescheduled for the upcoming Sunday at 10am after arguing to the point I was in tears when exciting. Remember I’m 7 months pregnant. They call me today, the rude guy called, to tell me the therapist would not be there Sunday and I could not use the Groupon because they have cancelled it so I couldn’t reschedule it. Once I asked for the owner Amy, he lied about his name in which I had already wrote down from Sunday. And would not let me speak with her nor tell me when I could call her back. To me how could I trust your establishment when your front line, customer service, is prejudice, unprofessional and rude apparently to certain folk! I will be reporting everywhere I can leave a comment or review even to the BBB.

I visited this place. Very professional with good knowledge of what they do. I came out so relaxed and rejuvenated. I recommend this place to everybody…who is looking for a Thai massage!

I came from Seattle and just want to relax so I decided to get a massage. I found this hidden gem!! Kammi was so good to me, she listened to my problem and helped me. Shes the best I ever had. I wish you guys will open one in seattle. Will definitely be back next time I come to Houston.

Do not go there! SCAM! If you bought a massage through Groupon they will tell you that there is a “problem with the redemption” and that they have to cancel it but will honor the same price to avoid paying Groupon their 50% commission. They didn’t even tried to call Groupon in front of me they told me I was the one who needed to call to get a refund and if they asked why to “not say anything”. Never going back there again.

Honestly this was the best service I have ever had in my life! So professional and so clean! Tammy really put in WORK on my massage and I haven’t been so pleased like this in a LONG time! Will be coming back!

Always leave here feeling good. Have been coming since 2021 and have not had a bad experience yet. The one thing I wish they could change is parking. But hey this is city life.

This place is BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN & FULL OF TALENT THERAPISTS who really takes their time. The rooms are so nice, aroma therapy is rich. Im so happy with this place. I wont go anywhere else!!!
