Ive been going here for over 7 years, and after not seeing me 4 years since I had moved to a different neighborhood, they remembered me and were excited to see me. Now thats customer service!The owner and employees are all top notch, hard workers that will have a nice convo whenever I visit. The employees are all long term, meaning this business trains and keeps talent! They all will help me outdoors if my purchase is heavy/delicate, andother customers I run into are affable and great conversationalists while we wait.During Hurricane Beryl, I was able to cool off for 15-20 minutes since they had power and reminded to stop by if I needed to cool off again or charge my devices. Top Notch owner right there!!I cannot recommend this shop enough. Once again, best prices and deals while focusing on customer service and retention versus making $$ on ya like so many shops do.Love me some BC!

I cannot say enough, how grateful I am for Chris and this wonderful shop STILL GOING STRONG. Today I purchased what I expected to cost me AT LEAST $100, it was HALF that!!! And I was EXTREMELY fortunate to be gifted a green bandanna. An item they do not sell. Long ago, I was gifted a black one and wore it till it was SHREDS of fabric. Couldnt ask for a more chill experience.I forgot to ask his name but the guy running the place was super helpful and enthusiastic about helping me find what I was looking for.He sold me on the Puffco Peak Guardian, an expensive, but absolutely worth it concentrate vaporizer (oh yeah, its good, you were justified in your enthusiasm).He didnt pressure me to buy it but allowing me to think for myself and come to that determination on my own - something more salespeople should start doing.They have a LOT of good stuff here. Electronic Vapes, dab rigs, a huge gallery of pipes all neatly arranged and easy to window shop.They must have at least 300 bongs of all shapes and sizes, much of it very high quality glass.And then of course a decent nicotine vaping selection like any good smoke shop. Not sure if they sell rebuildable tanks as I was too busy being fiscally irresponsible to see much of that section. Next time.Highlight was seeing a magic flight box chilling on one of the chairs behind the counter. What a nostalgic piece of gear that is.Oh, and you can see exactly what they have in stock by going to their website. It auto updates inventory in real time and it is a well designed, easy to navigate website.Fantastic smoke shop. Ill be coming here a lot often even though its a 25 minute drive.

I have driven past this smoke shop so many times in the past few years. Today I finally went into the shop just looking for a cart pen and the selection of glass and electronic smoking selection was great. Their selection of incense is also very exciting to look through. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

Last week dropped I in and was helped by a dude named Albert. He was very helpful and I had a product that was cheaper on the other side of town and he price matched it at their site. Inside is clean, didnt feel sketchy and in a decent location.

I did not get the name of the guy that was working tonight, but I came in for e-juice all the way from Fairfield in Cypress right before closing time at BC. I picked one I usually get, and went to pay for it. When I opened my wallet to get my cc, it was not in my wallet. I had $5 in my wallet which was not enough for anything, and he could see the stress on my face, and offered me a sample that they had been sent. I offered to give him what I had on me, but he assured me that it was okay. I was completely out of e-juice and seriously feeling it, so this awesome employee saved my night and possibly my next 2 days. Shout out to BC Smokeshop for having the best employees, most reasonable prices, an amazing selection of glass, juice, and on an on and on!!! I cant say enough about how amazing this place is!! The BC smoke shop made it extremely easy to buy a water pipe online! I never visited their shop but Joe and Kris made ordering everything from the case to the pipe and accessories extremely easy! Shipping was done extremely well and could the box could have been thrown off a roof and my glass water pipe would have no damage! 10/10 recommended buying from BC Smokeshop online!

BC has always been incredibly over priced. Ive been before and was helped immediately with an attitude I appreciate, however customer service is a tribute available at any head or smoke shop with more suitable prices to the public with an equally potent selection so while I am grateful the lure of BC has existed, it seems like it might be time for a less conglomerate driven franchise for my business, personally. If you are someone who prides yourself on having what is considered the nicest by someone elses standards and price points, perhaps BC is the spot for you, but if you are trying to master your pocketbook, I suggest shopping elsewhere.

I had gone all over town and even went to an authorized vendor of Silver Surfer Vaporizer wand. Half the people didnt know what I was talking about and the rest just didnt have it in stock. They had the right size and even had the right color to match the heat cover. This place has an awesome selection of glass and it might be on the higher end but you for sure get what you pay for. Im going to be coming back for a new glass piece soon!

I went into this store to buy a pack of the little quarter-sized circular screens. The cashier told me “they sell the screens 10 for a dollar.” So I requested 100 screens. Simultaneously as we discussed my order another customer behind me in line made a request. The cashier proceeded to handle the other customers request and left me standing there several minutes. After he grabbed her items and checked her out, he began to count out the 100 screens. I suggested the cashier “tell his manager that they should sell the screens in some form of a pre-counted package instead of making customers wait while the cashier counts out 100 quarter-sized screens. The cashier and I got into a verbal dispute and he told me to the leave the store and refused service. Of course I immediately left because I’m black and the person he chose to skip me for was Caucasian. Just be careful here.
