This place was awesome. It really helped me pick out what I want and they was not too busy to help like most places. I came all the way from Oklahoma to go check this place out. They have awesome glass prices cannot be them hands-down if you want a good piece at a really good price and some really good service I highly suggest you go check this place out.

This place is good vibes! One of the owners, Jake, helped me out and he was incredibly knowledgeable and super nice. When I walked in there was someone blowing glass in their shop in the back where they have a window for you to watch it be done which is super dope. They definitely have something for everyone and they support local artists while they’re at it. Comparable prices to treat their customers right and beat out the competition. Jake even offered to order a different brand if it was my preference. Will def be a returning customer.

THE BEST! This place is the best smoke shop Ive set foot in, hands-down. The man who helped us was so knowledgable and cordial - - made us completely comfortable asking questions, and actually opened up boxes and showed us the products we were considering. They stock everything youre looking for (CBD in all kinds of forms, pipes, accessories, etc), but they also have a huge selection of hand-made pipes from artists all over the world. Whether youre looking for the basics or gorgeous, one-of-a-kind art pieces, this is the place to go. SO impressed - we definitely found our new go-to!

Prices are drastically higher from their original price online (this is expected but not to the degree of severity at this place).Most pieces and butane, etc have been used by the shop runners and contain fractures yet are sold for the aforementioned luxury price.Do yourself a favor and shop online if you can, because headshops these days are absolute trash🗑 🚮

This place was so awesome! The glass is amazing and the service was great. Talked to Jake for a while and he told me all the cool things they are doing and what they want to do. He told me they want to build and give back to the local community. Such a cool mission from an unexpected place. And they blow glass on site. Definitely something I want to see next time. And there will most definitely be a next time.

Got a awesome one of a kind Glass Piece from this shop! The staff and owners were extremely helpful with making sure that I was able to check out the Glass Piece fully before making my purchase.Since I was not in the same state as the shop they sent me many high quality pictures and even had one of the owners video chat me so we could look over it together when I noticed there might be something wrong with it. (There was nothing wrong we found out what I saw was just a piece of left over scotch tape)Once I had payed for the Glass Piece it was shipped with UPS in no more then 2 days and made its way to me fairly quickly. When It arrived it was double boxed with each box being stuffed full of packaging peanuts and bubble wrap for extra safety. Then to top it off they sent it in a padded bag. Which I felt was a really nice touch.

I didnt expect to find such a cool shop in Katy, Texas, so Bomdiggidy was the ideal find for me. I visit AT LEAST on a monthly basis, to see whats new from the artist or to chat with the knowledgeable staff. Their focus on quality has the unexpected corollary of humanizing the artists that create the work. Everything is fairly priced, though they do have the museum-quality pieces that are quite expensive. Theyve recently renovated so the shop is even more spacious and museum-like. In many cases, whoevers behind the register will personally know the artist and most (all?) of the staff are artists themselves. Live demonstrations are held often, from the parking lot in front of the storefront, to local events and help to drive interest in the art form. For the adventurous, they offer classes for every skill level. The folks at Bomdiggidy have a multitude of “irons in the fire” and still manage to give generously to the community. I have been searching for something small - but a particular size - for quite some time. When I described what I was looking for to Kyle, he showed me several beautiful pieces, and I finally found the perfect one. I bought my beautiful little piece, and the thing is just fantastic. Bought some mats that had happened to get damaged while in their possession, long story short Corey made the process silky smooth in getting me replacement mats/ refund, he sent me a some extra stuff as well which I appreciate a lot. Definitely will be back. 🤙🏼

Had some glass repaired. Was told 6 weeks. Waited almost 4 months. They punty’d the mouth piece and left it rough and sharp. The actual repair looks great but I can’t use my glass because of the mouthpiece. Can I bring it back? Maybe. Will I have to wait months again? Probably. Is it worth it? No.Otherwise a nice place to find glass in the heights.

Went in and the employee Kyle helped us out a lot, very informative and provided good customer service 👌 he helped my girlfriend and I pick out a nice piece as well. The store has amazing vibes and plenty of nice glass pieces see and choose from. We will definitely be going back to get more items 💯

Incredible glass art work in this place, And they do in house glass work. Try their house brand Wicked bongs! I had considered purchasing from an overseas supplier, and let me say, I am so happy I didnt! It feels great to purchase a locally hand blown piece a price comparable to shops that sell products from China. Keep it up guys, Ill never go anywhere else for glass again!

Bombdiggity is not only a smoke shop, its the definition of a glass gallery...when you walk into Diggity you are immediately flooded by art of all kinds, theyre supportive of many artist and all kinds of styles. As well as everyone who works there is welcoming and well educated on anything they could help you with. Ive had to get a piece fixed there before and they did an amazing job you cant even tell it was ever broken. Im not kidding when I say I swear by this shop, i refuse to go anywhere else for my smoking/glass needs. They Raised the bar to high for me and I know i get consistent great service and respect here. I thank the guys at Bombdiggity and am very grateful for them to be in my area. If youre ever around stop by and see it yourself, definitely a must stop for all smokers and artist enthusiast.

Love what they bring to our city, There are a lot of smoke shops and or Head Shops around town but there is truly nothing close to what these guys keep stocked in their inventory! Being able to come into an establishment and see more then just your average glass, and to not only get to see some special art but to watch the guys blow glass is defiantly a treat & fits right in with our Houston Culture. This Gallery truly cares about custom glass art. Great selection of all ranges of prices. No matter what level of collector they have something for you. My favorite thing is you can sometimes catch Matt blowing glass right behind the window behind the counter. Go stop in say hello everyone is friendly and you’ll leave with something I swear. It happens to me every time.

Awesome employees and a large selection of really great hand blown art pieces makes this place a must see! They also do glass repairs as well as custom glass pieces. Truly a one of a kind shop.

Private Glass Blowing class for 2Pros/Cons1. Dustin is kind and cool to work with. You know that he loves doing what he does. I went to the store to set up a class prior to deciding to go with this place.2. I liked the convenience of the location.3. We did get a little hands on when we started ours piece . You could tell that he tried to give us some time to work but given that he had one torch to use I felt the counter was always counting down in his head.4. The expectation set was much higher than what the class actually offered.5. First 45mins he did a demo. I wish he made an example prior to us arriving. We had two hours and we just watched him make his demo in the first half.6. Hygiene - was not really ok with blowing into a glass someone else put their mouth on7. Safety- we wore glasses we should have wore safety sleeves. I could feel the heat on my arm and it was not comfortable to keep turning the glass and feeling the heat. Dustin is definitely experienced so you could tell he was very use to it!Experience:I went in about 2 weeks earlier to check out the place and learn about expectations . The expectation that was set was that we would be making a nice decorative piece that could be made via torch. I picked out two from the display of beautiful thing they had and he had set the expectation that we wouldn’t be able to too much detail work.We got to the class - he said we would not be making that we would be making coffee cups. This was a surprise date night for my husband so I was disappointed but trying to keep positive. We wanted to know what they looked like and were trying to imagine it.When speaking to other locations though, they did set the expectation but also said that we could make more than one smaller item. SO for $200 for 2 hours, essentially you may be watching someone do a lot more than you can do. But this art form is difficult and the person doing the work is definitely well respected in my eyes because the practice that goes into it is phenomenal.Overall I would say we ended up with some cute tiny little cups. You probably can’t drink out of them more than a shot for example. It was a cool experience to see how the glass expands and you could also tell that Dustin loves doing what he does.

Jason is the man! He is the the store manager and he has excellent customer service. He helped me get a problem fixed with my piece that I wasnt sure if it was even possible. In all businesses customer service always sets people apart and Bomdiggity smoke shop made my month. Thank you Jason for taking care of me!

I visited recently for a variety of things I had trouble finding other places and was immediately blown away(haha)! The glass pieces were gorgeous with an extensive collection, the staff was highly knowledgeable, organized and friendly. Jake was incredibly helpful and I’ll definitely be coming here from now on

I have been shopping at Bomdiggidy since it opened in Katy. The glass is quality and most is blown on site. We need more paces like this and less places peddling imported glass. I always buy quality and help our local business and artists thrive in the community. Keep up the good work guys!

I just moved from PA and didnt know where to go when I broke my piece. I read some things and decided to take a peak. I walked in and met Jason who answered all of my questions. He was extremely easy to talk to and very informative. He knows his stuff!! He helped me pick the best one for me and when I asked where it came from he gave me the artist name and location and was very helpful. I will never go elsewhere and soon Ill be back to see Jason and take a beginners course in glass blowing there!! Stoked that I found this place!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever delt with sit there and tell me 2-4 weeks and then take almost 4.5 months, everytime I call they are rude and act like it’s my fault there taking forever.. tells me I will not have to pay the other half for taking forever and when I get there to pick it up they make me pay🤣🤣 joke of a shop

I was going into the shop to get some glass blowing supplies and check into advanced glass blowing classes. As all artists, I have several different kind of art that I do. As I drove up I noticed that a BRAND NEW vinyl shop has opened up next door. I popped in next door to check it out before going in the glass shop. I was not in the shop 2 minutes when some green haired girl comes flying out of the glass shop and YANKED up my windshield wiper and put some NOTICE of parking in the wrong space, took down my license plate number and stated the vehicle was being recorded under the wiper. There is no telling what false accusations or where she is going to post my license number. The windshield wiper is now loose and doesnt not fit properly against my windshield. Under no circumstances should one of your employees ever TOUCH MY VEHICLE. She does not have a security position nor a law enforcement license to be touching property that does not belong to her. Light up chickey, ARTIST do SEVERAL different kinds of crafts. THE WORLD DOES NOT EVOLVE AROUND JUST GLASS BLOWING!!!! I will be sending you the bill to have my windshield wiper spring replaced. I like to give my business to small shops but if my vehicle is not safe due to over zealous employees I will take my business where they value other peoples property. WARNING to other Artist, unless you want your vehicle damaged, look for a different place to get your glass blowing supplies.

Saw on their website late last night they had an E.Ross 4.0 piece I had been searching diligently for. This morning gave the shop a call, and spoke with Jake. To my delight Jake, confirmed the piece was still on the shelf available for purchase. I live in San Antonio so Jake, said he’d hold it for 24 hours for me. I got in my truck and drove straight to Houston lol. They made it a fare price for driving out to avoid have to ship it. Check em out if ur in the area!

They carry a lot of beautiful hand made peices and artwork. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend that everyone interested in glass check them out.

Ive been taking classes there for a few months, and dealing with all of the employees on a consistant basis. Everyone is really outgoing, and very helpful. They have some truley talented glass blowers there, and some of the coolest pcs in Texas.To the moron below posting non sense about fake helix, smells, and high prices..... you sir are a fing moron. And obviously a rival business.

Price gauging the repairs.Ive had 2 different pieces fixed here on separate occasions. Both simply needing new 18 mm joints on straight tubes. 1st repair = $110 ... 2nd repair $130.I had the exact same repair done in San Diego for $50.I had the exact same repair done in Austin for $25 (RIP Glassy Knoll).With glass blowers in house there is absolutely no reason for the repairs to be priced so exorbitantly.Being one of the only glass repair shops NEAR Houston they will charge what they want.
