Every worker here has over the top knowledge and superb customer service. Their products are high quality. I have owned electronic devices for over 3 years that still work. I upgrade them every year. Very clean and organized inside. All the flavors I enjoy never get tired some. And they have several if not many flavors to choose from sweet, sour, tangy, fruity, coffee, bakes, candy and many more. Check them out for sure.

Really an awesome place to shop all vapes, mods, cbd, and any juice you can imagine. I went to vape city got overpriced on a simple smok stick prince and a 60 ml of juice all for the high price of 91 dollars. At this spot I bought my mod batteries and 2 juice bottles for 60 bucks almost double the load and half the price. Be smart and shop with boom town.

I cant recommend Boomtown Vape enough! Their wide selection of flavors is incredible, each one better than the last. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was so helpful in finding the perfect vape for me. Ive tried many vape shops, but Boomtown Vape is truly in a league of its own. Vast variety of different vapes. My usual spot in Houston. Occasionally theres only 1 person ok the register so you may have to wait a minute or two before checking out but never spent more than 10-15min throughout entire visit.

I’ve been going to Boomtown Vape for over a year now. There’s NOT another vape shop that comes ANYWHERE near this business when it comes to inventory, prices and customer service! Outstanding business all the way around! I have absolutely nothing but good to say about this business!

Would love to leave good review about this place however they make it impossible . Long story. Was working in town found house blend juice I liked.i bought lots before leaving town and was told by the store manager ( a male younger guy) I was able to call them when ever I needed more juice and they would gladly ship it to me wherever I was. Fast forward to today and I call to order spoke to George the manager. Was informed they indeed wont ship me any juice in the mose disrespectful unprofessional way possible then hung up on. I will not continue to do business with people who just dont care about the customers that pay rheir paychecks. boom town has lost my business and everyone I know from this point forward hell of a way to treat someone after they spend thousands on vape products in there store but its ok plenty of other vape shops out there

This has been my go-to vape shop for years. Outstanding customer service, products are well stocked. Prices will out compete any other vape shop around. I go out of my way to come here (27 miles). Go see for yourself and you wont be disappointed.

This place is bright and welcoming. They have a great selection of products and are extremely helpful. I look forward to running low on juice so I can go in. Ive never had a bad experience here, and have even sent other people to pick stuff up for me when I couldnt make it in and they always say the guys are friendly.

Service was good but the juice I purchased was a 30mil of house juice I havent gotten threw even half of my bottle and have burned 3 coils allready

Ive been to this vape shop twice now and both times I have been very impressed. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Today I met Ben and he went through his entire list of 0 mg flavors to find me one that is closest to my regular flavor. Fantastic place. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful no matter what your experience level is. They have tons of devices and all the accessories and replacement parts you could ever need. Their juice selection is great as well. They carry all the major brands and produce some of the best house made juices Ive ever tried. If youre new to vaping or a pro, check them out for sure.

Boomtown is bomb!! The guys here are super helpful. They give good reccomemdations on mods, juice, coils, etc. The layout is awesome! The store is so pretty and very organized. Everything is super affordable. They have huge selections and are very well stocked. I bought an entire new setup! Steven is awesome!!

This is the only place I go when getting vape supplies. The staff are always knowledgeable and super helpful. Ive had a couple of small issues with my mod and tank, and theyve helped me figure them out and Ive always left happy.Ive also found that the juices here are of higher quality and flavor to what I get at other stores. Due to that, I only get my liquid here. They have so many flavors and they always have something new.Check them out!

Hands down the best vape place. And no joke I’ve been to every place from vape city in Pearland to this one ( I work in Pearland) They have cheaper prices than name brand ones. Bought my first vape here from here and were patient. Armando Literally waited 3 hours till I Found the perfect one. Sammy, Samantha, Brandon & Armando are dope guys I sit there for hours just walking to them. Would recommend this place to anyone

I got a vape with juice and everything it needed for about $100. It gave me burns and melted part of itself on the lowest setting and poured juice on me. I got a new vape with new juice and a battery, also $100. The person that sold it to me said voopoo makes good vapes and it won’t do that again. Me and several other people have tried to get it to work and it’s just a bad vape. It leaks juice and burns on the lowest setting too. I was told I could exchange it for the same thing but after spending $200 on garbage I didn’t want that. They gave me some advice but it didn’t work. Waste of money and time. Very frustrating.

Staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and dont try to push products. The prices here are outrageous, some things having over a 100% markup like coils, and parts. E-juice is on the high side as well. I get your still a brick and mortar business but Ive never seen prices like these, even with other vape stores in Houston.

This vape store is AMAZING!! The owner is a gem of a man. The staff are very helpful. The guy that helped me out set up my new mod for me. They always have what I need and want. There house juice is top notch. I recommend it for anyone that is hard to please they will not disappoint.

Amazing place. People at boomtown know their stuff inside and out. Eric was really helpful on finding a replacement coil and tank for which I was lost how to replace. Their local flavors are also pretty high quality and fairly priced. Cant go wrong with this place.

Left my mod at home in Florida so I found this place and got a nice little setup to hold me over until I go back. Great pricing and awesome service! After driving around to three different Vape stores I was recommended to come to Boomtown and I am overjoyed that I found the exact device that I was looking for. Service is great, always friendly. The coils and hardware are decent price compared to others but the juice prices are not. Premium eliquids are way too expensive 25$ for 60 ml? 35+$ for 100 ml. And house ejuice are expensive too, 20+ for 60 ml. It’s a shame.

Love this place. Amazing staff and always helpful. Its a bit of a drive for me to get here but I always stop by for all of my pods and juice. So far their prices has been much lower than most vape shops.

Stopped in with my roommate to get coils for his e-cig. Great place.(Edit 10/23: called at least 4 shops, including Boomtown Vapor, in the general vicinity of Voss and Westheimer looking for the Nord 4 mod. They were 1/2 the price of the most expensive quote received!)Excellent customer service!

Had the luck of breaking the glass to my Tigon tank not once but twice in 2 days! Eric did his best to find a compatible glass but no luck. He was able to get me a temporary fix and I was on my way, you rock man thanks!

If youre new to vape go here. They have everything. This place is definitely the best vape shop Ive ever been to. The in house juice selection is diverse and gigantic they also let you try all of them in case youve never been there. Ive had in house juices from other places but theres honestly no comparison these seem like they put actual effort into the selections and VG/PG ratio is perfect. Fair warning they ID everyone testing and shopping witch is a good thing of course but dont forget your ID. The people are really really nice and supportive even if youre brand new to the vape world. I got there like 5 minutes before they closed without knowing so and spend a good amount of time shopping but they were super nice about it even though I definitely kept them there way to long please dont do that to them.

My first time here I bought a wonderful flavor but with my current Nic Salt use I couldnt taste the lower concentration freebase juice. Everyone is so helpful. Eric was really nice and accommodating. He let me exchange my vape juice free of charge. Customer for as long as I vape! ❤❤❤

Let me preface by saying ive only been here twice. Once to buy a vape and e-liquid( which seemed reasonably priced) and the second to buy replacment coils of that vape. The replacement coils ended up being like $26 for a pack of 3. Which seems a little pricy. When i was sold the vape i wasnt told the coils would be so expensive. If i knew that i might have considered other options.That aside the staff seems super frendly , I dont know what the prices are like generally for other items, and i havnt been enough times to say this place is overpriced or not, but that is the impression i got after going there twice. And I definitely wont go back to buy coils as i found them way cheaper online.

Hey vapors, I discovered a gold mine in Beaumont while working there this week. I have spent a fortune on e-juice that I couldn’t try before I buy and hated them. Money down the drain. Not only does Houston have a branch of Boomtown Vapes but they have a sample bar of the best e-juice I have had to date. The are smooth, very tasty, a huge variety of flavors in all strengths 0 > Nic. The store is quiet a ways from me but well worth the drive to know what I am getting. Store looks new, staff are friendly and helpful. I normally don’t do reviews but couldn’t keep quiet on this one.

I have been a long-time customer at this business. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly -- especially the proprietor, which perhaps should come as no surprise -- and the glass cases offer an excellent variety of vape products that are not only immaculately arranged, but clearly labeled with legible and concise descriptions and competitive prices. I have no reason to go to a competing business for what Boomtown Vapor provides. They also used to offer a juice bar -- an innovation I have seen nowhere else -- until the pandemic killed it. In addition to vape products, they carry a limited supply of CBD products (no gummies here) and a decent array of glass pipes (there are better selections at head shops) but for all your vape needs, this is definitely *the* place to go.

Great friendly service. And with over 60 different house ejuice flavors. This was my first time going there and i will for sure go back. I bought blooper and cupid ejuice. I have only tried blooper yet and its awesome.

They have a reward program and frequently have sales. House and import juice. Honestly I dont know what elese you could want from a cape store. Well, it is strictly cape, there is no crossover into the smoke shop world.

I absolutely LOVE Boomtown butt I do not live anywhere near one. I order my juices,pods, coils, vape device etc from Boomtown. I use their house juice. I noticed they dont burn coils/pods as fast! Well I found out that its bc they use less sugar in their in house juices! I do wish there was a bigger selection of nic salts and e juice but I know that comes in time!Ive been able to call it use Facebook to help with orders and my million and one questions lol.The owner is amazing at getting back with me ASAP via Facebook!The best customer service! Ive been using Boomtown for 5 years now and I have no plans to stop! I highly recommend them to ANY and ALL!

Updated review: I keep coming back to these guys after trying some other places. Their prices are competitive and their service is awesome. They are no BS and sell authentic products. Dont even bother going to any smoke shops, this is the place to go.

Walked in for an atomizer and new juice, guy with the beard was real helpful, found the right atomizer and replaced it for me and showed me an entire menu of juices. Bought their homemade flavor which was bomb af and it all cost me less than $20! Best vape shop in h town. Super nice dudes!

Ive been familiar with the store in Beaumont since I started vaping (about a year ago) and have been waiting for them to open a store in Houston, since I live here, and its finally happened!This place is awesome because the staff has excellent product knowledge/experience and are all about helping you, the new or experienced vaper! They make their own juice, have lots of great third-party juices, and you will definitely find something you like. Were talking about a literal wall of juice. Finally, they have basically any kind of hardware you can think of.Between the time I first visited the Beaumont store and now, Ive never even come close to finding a store like this in Houston and the surrounding areas. Boomtown is basically the only vape shop you will ever need.

One of the few remaining fullly vape stores, not a head shop, with friendly staff. They go out of the way to recognize you and get to know you without being unprofessional. Still better, they have an entire wall of their own line of vape liquids that are beyond amazing and the ability to order online to adjust flavor strengths with a minimal (and very reasonable) upcharge. A+ all around.

11/10 smoke shop. Been a heavy smoker for about 15 years now and have been gaining interest in vaping and I decided to come to boomtown because my friends recommended it to me saying it’s a chill environment, helpful staff, and great deals and prices. And well they were 110% right. I walk in and was immediately greeted with a smile and was asked if I needs any help so I went ahead and told them about me some and they immediately started helping me find exactly what I needed. Zach helped me to their testing station and walked me through all the flavors almost. Talked to me about how often I used. Great staff. I always come here for everything I need. They have one of these in Beaumont too. Its busier there, but the little space makes for way more one on one if you need it. Plus their liquids are the bboommbbb. Like I said, i only shop here.

Sold a faulty vape that I’d spent $80 on. It had weak metal prongs inside device that didn’t want to connect with charger and I’ve only had it for a week. The salesman rebutted “it must be you’re not using an actual vape charger, but instead an android charger...” Never coming back to this place again. I can buy from China if I want a poor quality device without breaking my pockets.

Awesome store! Just like their Beaumont location, the Houston location does not disappoint. They have a huge selection of house and third-party e-liquids, hardware, and accessories. You can sit and try the wide-variety of e-liquids at their testing bar. Their prices are the lowest Ive seen in the Houston area and are usually comparable to internet prices. If you havent been able to find something vape-related at your local BM, its worth the drive to Boomtown because they most likely sell it. This place is by far my favorite vape shop.
