This is one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to the customer service is amazing and I can trust them. Noah the sales man always makes sure to satisfy every customer and make them leave the store with a smile on their face he won’t try to just sell you anything. He takes his time to explain every product and let’s you know what’s good and what is not. If you ever need help with a product he will take his time and help you figure out what’s wrong.

One of my fav smoke shops in town hands down! They have everything you need from hemp blunts, to bongs and if theyre out; they restock pretty fast. If your driving down Westheimer and youre out of supplies....pull up.

Leaving another bad review purely because now the owner is saying that I am making up my experience with this store. I purchase AirBar Max about once every two weeks consistently. I have had issues with these specific products but have never complained about said issue until my very last purchase on Thursday November 18th to be specific. Every single time I purchase one of these products I try it in the store. On my last visit, this was the first and only time I ever had an immediate problem with this product while still in the store. In the past, I’ve had products work initially, but then the flavor fizzles out after a day or two. However; I’ve never asked for a refund, nor complained, as I don’t care to go out of my way to be upset about a $15 vape.I do not appreciate whatsoever the accusation that I would be fabricating this experience because my post supposedly resembles someone else’s experience?? Do I need to upload receipts??? I will literally go as far as recording myself purchase your product and do an entire review just for the sake of clarity and transparency. I didn’t appreciate the way the woman who serviced me that day and how she came off really condescending and I especially don’t appreciate this business now saying that I’m just making it up. But I promise I will go out of my way now, just to document my experience with this business.

Don’t buy the air bar box from here they malfunction and no exchange policy. Bought it at 12am and went to sleep and hit it this morning didn’t work. Tried to to return it.(10hours later)

This was my first time deciding to buy a bong and I decided to go to the nearest smoke shop,as soon as I walked in my eyes were greeted by a unique gallery of glass and pieces the store was packed with customers but it did not stop the employees from assisting me right away once I explained what I was looking for I was taken to this back room with designer glassware by name brand artist. At the end of this experience I can certainly say that i am now a sophisticated smoker and am still smoking

I have bought 3 disposable vapes from this store, and 2 of them 3000 puffs, and they said each could last a week and 2-3 days if I am a heavy simmer; each one of them died after 2-3 hours, I went to them, and they refused to change it for me, they wanted me to pay more money to get new devices, customer service is awful, they technically stole my money, I dont recommend this place for anyone if you want to save your money, I went to another smoke shop they even said I could come to change anything if I didnt like it within 24 hours, a horrible experience I could rate 0 stars if I could.

80% of the disposable vapes I’ve gotten are faulty. The last time I went in, i tried the vape in-store to test it. I told the Indian woman behind the counter that there wasn’t any flavor coming out, just what tasted like water vapor. She grabbed the vape, and smacked it against her palm a few times and handed it back. I tried again and told her that the flavor was barely there. Just vapor. She said that it was a manufacturer problem, and unless the vape was not smokeable then she couldn’t do anything about it. I tried explaining to her that I had had this problem in the past, and she stood there smirking at me, as if assuming I was doing something shady. At least that’s what it felt like. This is the only vape store I go to, but I will gladly find a new spot to frequent after my last experience.

My first visit to this shop and defnitley will be my favorite to shop for all my ejuice. They got big collection of variety and many other things to get you started. Of course I just come in for vape in general and love my first visit very welcoming felt like Im home trying out all these flavors. They also do in house mixes which are really well made and taste amazing. Staff was so friendly and nice surely will be back to stock on my juice. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards program. I went there to buy half a dozen cigars. They had a very limited variety, most of which were almost out of stock (1 or 2 cigars left). I had to compromise quality in order to buy 5 cigars of the same kind. After I left the store, I saw another cigar shop 200 ft away, which actually had a humidor and too many cigars to choose from. So, I went back and tried to return the cigars to Still Smikin, but they refused. It hadnt been 5 minutes since I bought them. To me, it is quite unacceptable for a store to not accept returns; especially when the return is immediate, and the goods are still in their original package. If anything, they shouldve accepted the return out of courtesy.

I got juul pods from other stores for 15 $ but she was selling it for 20$And she lied that since this one is limited edition is 20$,and I wasn’t sure at that time and purchased it and after that went to juul website and see that all of their pods including limited editions are 15$,then she said all our pods are 20$And when I asked to return them even though I was still in store and never left the storeshe said I can’t return themVery upset that she was lying and then refused to refund it
