Ive been getting massages from Tim for over 10 years. He and his team are the most knowledgeable therapist out there. I highly recommend them. I buy packages of 6 witch are very reasonable and I go every week.

Great massage by Major. I was skeptical about scheduling with a male but he is very professional and comforting. Overall, it’s a great experience. Ladies at the front handle their business too. Highly recommend!

I had a 60 minute customized massage with Kimberly yesterday, and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. I was struggling with tension in my shoulder blades, and she communicated with me the entire time actually working the problems out. I will definitely choose this place for all my future massages.

This place is amazing! The front desk service is exceptional! It’s so easy to call, email, text or use the app to book an appointment! They have great packages and flash sales as well as last minute openings at discounted prices!! Tina, Zion and Lorianna give fantastic massages! These are the 3 I’ve seen but am sure the others are excellent too! I can’t say enough about how awesome this place is!!! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!! Ive been looking for a well rounded massage team ever since my regular masseuse went back to Canada. My first couple experiences was with Sydney and lets just say she was amazing very thorough, kind, personable and her attention to details was awesome. Then I had Tina and she also was amazing she hit my trouble areas and noticed something off without me telling her. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis so all my trouble achy areas she noticed them as well as Sydney. Tina is also kind, very thorough and her attention to detail was spot on. Honestly so far I havent had a massage I wasnt satisfied with. My plan is to try every masseuse in this establishment especially the owner Tim but his schedule is so booked but until then I will continue to schedule up next is Zion (heard great things). Having my 90 min monthly membership is also so convenient. Im a OR nurse so self care is so important as my body often takes a beating after those long hours. I’ve been getting massages for about 20 years. I’m very impressed with Natural Forces. Sydney is absolutely wonderful, she helps me tremendously. She’s super sweet and caring. Her technique is very thorough. I tried Zion yesterday and he literally left me speechless. I didn’t have to tell him my problem areas, he absolutely is in tune with his technique and worked on all my problem areas. My only regret is that I wish I had booked a 90 minute with him. I’m very impressed to find two people in the same place that are exceptional. My friends love to see Tim, so I’ll look forward to one day booking a massage with him when he gets an opening. Finding a place where massage therapy is actually therapeutic is very difficult now a days. Natural Forces is the place to go to. Thank you! :)

I decided to try Natural Forces from a Groupon deal and Im glad I did!! The Atmosphere is clean, calm and inviting. The location is great and their hours are perfect! The Front desk is friendly and very helpful with the different type of services they offer. I had the pleasure of having Mary as my masseuse. She was sweet, begin right on time, and was very caring. She made sure I was comfortable with the amount pressure the entire time. I left there feeling very relax and refreshed! Because of my wonderful experience with Mary I will definitely be coming back!!

Everyone was very nice. Mary listened to my RA issues and paid attention to what areas were hurting the most that particular day. She did an amazing job, and it truly did help with the pain for a couple of days afterwards! I already have my next visit scheduled!

I’ve had such bad luck with this place. I’ve had 4 appointments that have been canceled on me. Not to mention you can’t get in for an appointment after 4pm for 3-4 weeks so when you get canceled you can not get in for another 3-4 weeks. This place is not not for the 9-5 working class professionals. Then let talk about the membership sounds good and all but I finally canceled because I have all these credits that I can not even use. So no I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went for my first (definitely won’t be the last) massage at Natural Forces. Knowing nothing about the therapists, I let them schedule me with whomever was available. Fortunately, Tina was assigned to me. After listening carefully to my issues and preferences, she proceeded to deliver the best massage I’ve ever experienced. The pressure was perfect - more than just relaxing, but not so intense as to make me feel beat up.. I have many issues with my 70 year old back and am in nearly constant pain. Lately, my lower back has been particularly problematic. Even standing up after sitting for a short time has been painful. Following my massage, I was surprised to be able to stand without pain. I have never had a massage impact a source of pain to that extent! I will definitely be asking for Tina in the future. That said, if Tina is any indication, all of the therapists are good. Likewise, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to find a closer place for monthly massages, so I asked on our neighborhood page and received many recommendations for Natural Forces Massage. Ive been going to them since the beginning of the year and absolutely love them!! Kelly is the best!!!

I got a Sweedish Massage today with Mary and she was absolutely great!! The whole experience was great from the initial interaction, the comfortable and warm Massage Table and the Hot Stones and pressure were great and so relaxing I definitely caught myself snoring a few times lol.. I walked out feeling so much better and truly appreciate Mary educating me on Pain Triggers and ways to reduce pain and tension going forward etc. just a really great massage and definitely left pleased with Natural Force Massage and will definitely return in the future!Keep up the great job guys 👍🏾💆🏾‍♂️😌

Natural Forces is such a outstanding therapeutic place. I’ve had wonderful massages from Ashlynne, Tim and Kelly. Each one of them is very talented in their own way and great communicators. Tim the owner is passionate about his work and does the utmost to make sure I’m comfortable. I always leave feeling brand new and put back together so to speak after a massage.

It was very nice on the inside, but for me my experience was not what I thought. I really wanted to do the cupping after my massage but it never happened. It was very disappointing. I didnt enjoy my massage at all. I like my massage with oil, but it didnt feel like oil. It felt like lotion was used. I came from out of town to experience something thing new. I dont know if I could recommend this place to anyone as of yet. Maybe some customers experienced something different than I did.

This was only my third massage ever and it did not disappoint. I was welcome when I walked in and did not have to wait long at all for Sydney to take me to the room. I felt very comfortable, explained my needs which consisted of massage the soreness from my Burn Bootcamp Strength days out! She did just that. I noticed immediately that I was less sore and more relaxed when I stood up. It was such a great experience. I loved that they offered the information but were not pushy about it at all, it is difficult for me to stay interested with a hard sales push. Never know, that might have been my last money that I spent for offer gratuity for my massage therapist! I will definitely return.

Let me start with… I’m not reviewing their massaging.This is a review based on their customer services and online services.Went to their site to book an appointment, the site wants you to choose a therapist without any description of the therapists abilities.To schedule an appointment online blindly it requires your credit card information.That being said I called them directly to make an appointment and even though their site said there was times available in the days I requested the person on the phone said there were none and didn’t offer any alternatives. I changed the day hoping she’d be more helpful but got the same answer.Super disappointing.

We tried Natural Forces from a Groupon and really enjoyed the service. We were greeted promptly by a very pleasant young lady at the front desk. The massage therapist arrived quickly, were great at communicating and learning about why we were there. I would recommend giving Natural Forces a try - the service was great and the hours are even better!

My husband and I were given a Couples Massage as a gift, by our daughter for Christmas. What a great gift it turned out to be! My husband had never had a massage before but he thoroughly enjoyed it as much as I did. I’ve been to a different spa before, but Natural Forces is hands down, the better place to go as far as the quality and techniques used by the massesuse. The ladies were very friendly and made us both feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Natural Forces to anyone wanting a relaxing massage at this clean and convenient location! Went in the other day for a trigger point massage due to severe neck pain and they were extremely knowledgeable and the pain is so much better now. Definitely going to start doing regular appointments!

Enjoyed my 60 min massage today with Kelley. The facility is quaint and the perfect distance from my home! As a first timer I would suggest this location. Their May special had them very busy. I could tell from the activity in the hallway outside of my room that everyone who visited was pleased with their service.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was very welcoming and the owner was also friendly and helpful. Sandra was the person who did my massage and she was very thorough and professional. My wife enjoyed the entire experience. It was her first time and the massage therapist talked to her during the entire session. She was able to alleviate all the concerns my wife had about message therapy. It has been a while and Im not sure of her name, but the therapist may have had a injury to her leg. She was amazing, as my wife put it. She had been feeling a tremendous amount of stress and pain in her neck and left shoulder. She is so much better now.The front counter told us about promotions and membership details. I especially love that you can cancel anytime. It was a bit far but we dont mind the drive.

After several bad massages elsewhere I was so happy to find Natural Forces. Not only does Tim do amazing work himself but he goes to great lengths to ensure all of his therapists are upholding the same high standards. We just got our first couples massage here and it was the best massage ever. Very quite and professional place, and the therapist were very communicative through the whole massage about the pressure! Bethlehem did amazing with my relaxation massage and Larry gets massages regularly and he said Sydney was very very good! We were both very impressed.

A five star rating is not high enough! From the moment you step in to Natural Forces Massage you are treated with kindness and respect. This was my first massage with NFM, and although I have had many massages in my life, I have to say this was by far the best one ever. The tables here are very soft and, if you like, they will heat them for you. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Tim even offered essential oils to help keep my sinuses open while he was working on my back. Before the massage Tim heard my concerns and addressed them all with skill and professionalism. I highly recommend Natural Forces Massage and look forward to returning soon.

I had my first massage at Natural Forces & I can see why they are always booked up! The environment was calm, clean & soothing. My therapist Zion did an excellent job & I felt incredibly relaxed after the hour long session. Glad I saw a friend recommend this place & then had the Groupon catch my attention!

I was absolutely amazed by Jose. This was the best massage Ive ever received. He spent the time to work out the muscles that needed it the most instead of just going through a standard routine.Ive gotten a lot of massages over the years and have never been tempted to sign up for their Loyalty/monthly massage program but I did with Natural Forces. They really are that good.So many massage companies waste your time, in my opinion, by stopping and getting the warm towels, and other stuff. I remember at one place they spent a good 10 minutes doing those other things. Ten minutes out of a 50-55 minute massage is a waste of my money. They dont do that here.

The place is easy to find. Receptionist is very friendly and to the point, which I liked. The owner greeted me very warmly as well as gave me bottled water. I thought it was nice that he offered room temperature water or cold water. Most places dont offer water, or bottled water at that. The therapist was awesome. He had great pressure, and healing hands! The restroom was clean, and after my massage was over I was offered another bottle of water. If you refer someone, this company will give you a 25.00$ towards your next massage! Most all massage businesses do not do this! I love it!

I love natural forces massage. The therapists are great and very professional. The front desk staff is friendly and always greets me by name when I enter. The have various packages for great prices. I recommend them frequently to friends as they always fulfill all my massage needs.

Highly recommend this place! I originally went in for some lower back pain that flares up from time to time and Tim got me feeling soooo much better. He even recommended a few exercises/stretches to do at home. My back is much better now but I still like to go in for a session with Tim every 2-4 weeks and I always walk out feeling great, which is especially helpful after hard workout days. The girls at the front desk are always really sweet and helpful, as well. Ive also had a massage by Sandra she was excellent too!

Honestly, at this point, im just fed up.I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called again 2 days later, the same thing. I called a 4 days ago, i was hung up on while i was trying to get availability. I called today, and now there is no availability. I feel like they are either 1. racist, or 2. they dont really want your business. Either way, I was able to get a spot with another local massage place that could take us in on the date we were needing. No holds required, not being hung up on, and they were able to book with me within 3 minutes. No rude customer service. Ridiculous.

I by passed three other massage places in the Atascocita area to try you all out. However, the white girl at the front desk was rude. Seconds after walking in, she asked “Do you have an appointment?” with a rude sarcastic tone. I wouldn’t have had a problem with setting an appointment in the future if she had been friendly and not trying to rush me out the door. She also gave me a strange look when I walked in, as if she had never seen some one of color. Do better with the people you put at the front desk, they are the face of the company.

I am very very particular about professionalism, great customer service & quality service for my money. Natural Forces Massage checks all the boxes.I have traveled all over & experienced many massages. I had received a Groupon for my birthday right before the pandemic started. Then COVID hit and I wasnt able to use it for almost two years. The person I spoke to through FB messenger was very professional and helped me with my Groupon. They were able to honor it and I made my appoint for a few days later. I am really bad with names so I can not remember who I had the massage with but my massage was great. I was so relaxed afterwards and my masseuse was very inquisitive about how much pressure I wanted and what felt good and what didnt. All in alll I would definitely recommend this place!

I used to get massages all the time for chronic neck and back pain but life and finances have only allowed me to go occasionally now. So, I treated myself to a massage for my birthday. This was the first time I had been to Natural Forces Massage and I really enjoyed it. Kelly was amazing and really worked out some problem areas that I have. I wish I could come more often but I will definitely be back soon.

Unbelieveably amazing massage!!! Tim is a fantastic massage therapist! My asthma was flaring and I couldn’t breathe well...by the time I left my chest was open and I could breathe the best I have in a week! Truly amazing! He also did a full body massage with stretches which helped my whole body feel great! I’ve had a lot of massages over the years with various therapists and he is the best by far. I recently had a massage at Natural Forces with Tim who came highly recommended. Tim is a fantastic therapist and really tailors the massage to your needs! I went to Natural Forces for a majority of my last pregnancy, and they’re amazing at relieving any muscle pains. Tim and Sandra both do an excellent job at making sure you’re comfortable and that they’re using the right amount of pressure. Getting a regular massage made such a big difference in my level of comfort. I can’t wait to go back in for a postpartum massage. I recommend them to anyone who needs a massage, and you can’t beat their massage packages!

Tim Is amazing at what he does and very knowledgeable. He has healed my shoulders and back. I do hair for a living so my body really takes a beating. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the kind owner, Tim, who was doing double duty as the receptionist today. Zion was my massage therapist and did a great job with the deep tissue massage.

I am a long time migraine sufferer and have gotten many massages and cupping treatments in the past to help relieve the pain... I have never had an experience like the session I had at Natural Forces with Tim. The therapeutic massage was NOT a relaxation massage but he knew exactly what my body needed. I’m not always tolerable when it comes to being uncomfortable and probably gave Tim more grief (and whined) more than I should have but I felt in very good hands. I left tender but not sore and he advised me on stretches to do and exactly what needs to be done to start feeling relief, which is a first. I am going back in a few days to see Sandra for a “relaxation” massage :). Do Not waste your money on pop-up massage places, Tim and his entire staff are THE REAL DEAL and you will not be disappointed!🌟🌟

It was my first time here and my first massage. I had recieved a gift certificate for my Birthday last year and i just now used it. I wish i would of used it a long time ago. The massage was the most wonderful experience i have ever had. I suffer from chronic pain,so i was a little worried. It was well worth it. I had no pain after my visit. Except for what pain that is expected after a mixture of deep tissue and trigger point.

I was gifted a Groupon from a friend and tried out one their newest therapists, Amanda. I am constantly sore from working out and needed a deep tissue massage. Amanda listened to all my concerns and requests and did a thorough job! I had a lot of knots and she worked them out. I will definitely be back!

We went for their couple’s massage and they did not disappoint. My therapist (Sandra) found muscles that I didn’t know I had — LOL! When I first saw her, I was skeptical because she was this tiny little lady who appeared timid, but she is actually skilled and thorough (and all strong too!). I have tried several massage places to address my pain — big chain massage places, spas, Asian massage places, and even in-home massage service — but this place just went straight up there on the top rank when it comes to deep therapeutic massage! Sandra is the best I had as therapist/masseuse. My husband’s therapist was also very good (according to my husband). When I asked him how his massage was, he simply said “it’s definitely a repeat!” That’s all I needed to hear from him. He is kinda picky also when it comes to massages, so for him to say that means he was extremely happy. :) A big thumbs up to this place!

Tim and his team of massage therapists are incredible as they have helped me continue what I love doing, running. He not only performs the massage but also provides suggested modifications to my gait when I run and will give me stretching exercises to do after my runs as well. Its simple, Tim and his group give the best massages I have ever had. Most massage businesses tend to focus on relaxation while not actually working to solve your pain. Natural forces seems to focus on natural pain relief and boy due they do a fantastic job. I have pinched nerves throughout my back and neck and Tims pressure point massages Hurt So GOOD.

I get deep tissue/sports massages and wouldn’t have been able to do my full Ironman triathlon this past spring without him. Thank you for providing a better experience than I had before.Previous:I honestly have had better, and when I asked the masseuse for more pressure IN MY HANDS & FEET, he told me he could not do much more. OoFirst off, thats the WORSE response you could give a customer, but dont act like Im hulk and this pressure isnt possible. Not once during my session did he ask if I liked it, was it ok, did I need anything - nothing. Very terrible. The fact that when I called in and scheduled the massages I SPECIFICALLY asked for the best massage therapists who are good with deep tissue - I feel like I got the worst.My husband had a better masseuse, in which she did the exact opposite. But PLEASE dont get Devon/Devin - it will not be an enjoyable experience & pure waste of money!

Natural Forces is fantastic! Ive gone twice now, once with Bethlehem and once with Tim and left feeling amazing! Im in my second trimester so my back and hips are hurting constantly but they are able to help get those knots and tension out. Ive walked out both times feeling 1000% times better than I did when I walked in. I cant wait for the next appointment!

Yesterday was my second time back and I had Esmeralda for my therapist this time. She was great! Very knowledgeable and gave me some tips to be able to do at home to help with range of motion. 10/10 recommend!

Ive probably been to over a dozen massage therapists in the past 20 years but since I found Tim Turnbow about 9 years ago, I have stuck with him. Tim is just amazing! He knows exactly what to do to my tight muscles to get them to relax. I am so glad he opened Natural Forces Massage in Eagle Springs and has trained his new therapists in his style. He is also very reasonably priced and you get a full 60 minutes for an hour massage, not the 50 minutes you get other places. Try him out. You wont be sorry!

I have been seeing Tim (the owner) for over 5 years. He has fixed many of my injuries from triathlon and marathon training. I couldn’t have competed at my level without his help. He has hired and trained several therapists that are also amazing. Highly recommend them!

Ive been twice now with Bethlehem, she is awesome! She is very professional and friendly. She listened to my health concerns and knew exactly what to do. She also made some suggestions for me to ask my ortho. The second visit she performed the cupping which the doctor agreed would be an excellent option. I did sign up for the Loyality Program so I can go once a month. I did notice a difference and do feel better after I leave the 60 minute session.

The facility was extremely flexible with scheduling and I was seen on Labor Day. The masseuse was excellent. Between the date I scheduled and the appointment I developed significant hip pain. The masseuse was respectful of my pain and the treatment was successful in relieving much of it.

Very good therapists. You may not get your favorite one because of the rather flexible hours some of them have. But, if you need a trigger point massage or a stretch/massage combo - this is a good place. Lets hope that the turnover wont be the same as at ME.

I dont like pain, but the older I get the better it seems to find me. I lost it for a few days after visiting Natural Forces. Im not overly modest - and these folks get it. Tell me what to do and then make me feel good. I like the way they work to ensure my comfort level. In todays world, do one thing unexpected and social media will kill you. These folks are awesome.

I’ve seen the founder and owner (Tim) at least once a month for nearly 5 years now. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does and knows how to get rid of the pain. Tim doesn’t stick to one technique or pressure. He will use different positions and angles to work on problem areas and make sure it’s what you need. He and his therapists are good at communicating at what’s not working and what is!If you need a DEEP massage, he and his therapists know how to dig in and get the knots out!!

So beyond grateful for this place! I’ve been having horrible neck/ back pain and just happened to find this place on google. They went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling better! They took their time and tried to see what the actual problem was. I went in the next day as well and not only was I getting a massage but they were actually fixing the problem to make sure I felt good long term, not just for the hour. You can tell they really know what they are doing. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else after this!

Deserves more than 5 stars. Very impressed with staff and therapeutic massage. I struggle with neck, back, and shoulder pain which leads to headaches. Their deep tissue massages have alleviated my headaches and I am feeling much better.
