These guys are great! The employees are courteous & kind. I typically come in every 30-45 days. This past visit, the employee initiated and picked up the conversation we had left off in the prior visit. Unexpected, and shows how personable they are. The products the store carries are really good, and they have on-site juice mixing in varying strengths. Been going here for over a year now and they are always very helpful. Never have a problem getting my juice made, and being able to return it hassle free if I dont like the flavor is a major plus. Perhaps the place that got me started on my transition from on cigarettes, and one of my favorite places to visit. The workers, and deals always fantastic, and everything you need is pretty much always there. I really enjoy the house juices to be honest, theres just always something different. I honestly recommend this store to so many people who ask me about my device and or juices. Ive havent really found another place locally that has their own e-liquid.

Ive decided to re-write my review because Larry (the owner) went above and beyond to make my issue right. He is a great guy, and the store is great. He took the time to break down a tank, explain to me all of the inner workings of it, and answered all of the questions I had. The juices taste amazing as well. (Ask for the blueberry mystery ice flavor) definitely retained a customer today!

Rip-off they sold me a smok mod and when I went to verify it online it was saying that the QR code was invalid. would not recommend buying unless you want a clone for the same price as the real one.

I went in last night (9/12/22) to buy coils and an elf bar. i tried the elf bar in store and it tasted a bit off. i told the attendant and he offered no solution, so i left and decided maybe it’s just a little funky because of the flavor. i returned today to see about exchanging it because it was a bit leaky and still tasted strange (sort of like burnt?). the attendants said they didn’t remember helping me until i brought up exactly what happened in my experience. they then brought up that maybe i had messed it up at work today once they saw i was wearing my work shirt. i assured them that it wasn’t the case and i reminded them i told him last night that i brought up that it tasted off. he said it was essentially my fault for leaving the store and the owner wouldn’t approve any sort of exchange. and again - i mentioned there was an issue last night when i bought it and there was ZERO solution offered. i understand people can take advantage during returns, but it was not at all my intention to do that. i just would like to enjoy products i spend hard earned money on. i also read on other reviews that there is a 15 day in store warranty, however i was not met with that policy when i returned less than 24 hours after purchasing. i hope the owner makes this right, as it is the closest vape store to me and easily accessible. i’m just really upset about how all of this was handled as someone who also works in the service industry. ALSO - i gave the vape back to the gentleman working this afternoon and asked him to trash it. he gladly obliged.UPDATE - owner reached out to me directly to make this right. employee directly apologized to me. they’ve offered me a new vape free of charge. i haven’t made my way there yet again but will soon.

Incompetent worker sold me a pack of the wrong coils and then told me they don’t do refunds. Thanks for making me waste almost $30!EDIT: The owner Larry fixed my issue within the hour and is personally shipping out the right coils. What a lad. 10/10.

I had the pleasure of talking with Luke. He was knowledgeable of the type of devices that my wife and I were considering. We ended up going with a higher end version of what he had recommended based off of his knowledge of the products. It was perfect for what we were looking for. He even mentioned that if we had questions, to call him. I had a question an hour or so after I left, and Luke was diligent in answering my question. There was another gentleman making their in house liquids(I can not remember his name), who was knowledgeable about the flavors as well as Luke. They are young guys, but knew their product very well. They also knew the different devices. At the end of our purchase, Luke gave us a tutorial on how to work our devices and their recommendations on their house liquids was spot on. I have built a couple devices, and have dealt with some pretentious vapers. These guys treat you with respect and do not judge. They legitimately care about the products they sell, and their customer service reflects that.

I come here to stock up on juice and this location is much closer than my preferred shop. It is convenient in a pinch but the selection is narrow. I asked for them to get a specific flavor of a brand they carry and was told I’ll need to post a comment on their FB page. Not quite the customer service I’d like but they are trying to promote. Still rather pay online prices but this is a great little shop with polite employees if need to make a quick stop. I do have to say their house juice is the best house juice I’ve tried.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Awesome flavors for your vaping needs and you can get a 12% nicotine oil which is definitely needed for us who are recently quitting smoking cigarettes. Love this place, the vape flavors and the staff! Highly recommend going there!

Some of the best liquids in the country. I travel all over, trust me. If you have a problem, the owner cares a great deal and will do what he can to work it out. The wheel of flavor is definitely something to behold. They have what I can only assume are special edition Aliens as Ive never saw them anywhere else. This is my new favorite shop for sure.

Great first impression! I have been trying to find a good vape shop locally, but have not had much luck until I walked into AtascaVapes. Larry and his staff worked hard to make sure that I left the store with a liquid that I really loved. I have never been into a store that will literally spend an hour with you and then make a liquid up just to suite your taste. I will definitely be going back many more times.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went in to the store tonight to buy a new Mod as a Birthday gift for my husband, since he broke his last night, and the guy (sadly I didnt get his name) at the register came right over and talked me through picking a new one out. It needed to be durable and work as well as the one he previously had with a good amount of power. The one we picked out was perfect! Was in a really cool metallic green with a sleek leather embellishment. All I could do was hope my picky hubby would like it. Surprised him with it when he got home from work and he loved it! Very grateful to have had such friendly service!

Nothing but excellent service here. I have been coming to the Atascocita location for a long time and will continue to do so. I had a problem with my mod, and explained my situation to Larry, he took care of my problem and told me helping a long time customer was his priority. This is a true vape shop, not a novelty or bong/pipe shop, very glad I found them! They have awesome customer service.... almost too good. Meaning, be prepared to wait as they spend a lot of chat time with each customer. 😏 Hopefully in the future, we can call in for speedy pick-up in advance. Im just traveling to far, to wait 45min! Love the selection, custom blends and variety of mods, as well as general knowledge on vaping!

This place is perfect. If they dont have what you need, their store a few miles away does. Always fast service. Very friendly. Very modern atmosphere. Honest pricing. I come here every two weeks on Sunday for their buy one get one free on house juices. They have customer rewards and great specials. Ive gotten juice and Mods here and love them. If you come in a few times, they will learn your name and treat you like family. The younger ones behind the counter are super respectful. They always have good music playing and they dont mind putting things together for you if you are new to vaping. I quit smoking last December and I dont regret it. You cant get service and options like this with ciggarettes. They also have cheap smaller containers so you can try out different flavors. Im currently vaping boomer sooner.

10/31/2018- I come here often enough since I stopped smoking, I cant say Ive ever had a bad experience but Im sitting here at the Halloween party and I witnessed a customer having a bad day about to leave dissatisfied, Larry, one of the customer service reps stopped this lady at the door and owned the situation, being in customer service for years this is something I personally live by, great customer care, he lived the example of this and took care of this lady, thinking forward, acting now, being real and living by the principle that people matter. This was great to see. This has made me a customer for life. I would highly recommend coming here. The vape world can be highly competitive, but not every store offers great customer care like I just witnessed.

First time at the shop and was very impressed. Didn’t know what I wanted but ended up getting their house juice that was delicious. Definitely a great place for good juices.

The first time we went here we were just trying to pick up a new piece of glass for my brother in law and we asked if it was the incorrect one if we could exchange it for the correct one when we came back and we were told that wouldnt be a problem. Then we went back to get the correct one since it ended up being the wrong one and the guy said he didnt have the correct one but they did have the right piece of glass behind the counter but they said they couldnt give us that one. We left pretty upset and then we ended up getting a phone call from the owner, he was very nice. He even apologized for his employees and even delivered the piece of glass to our house. I have never had such great customer service as I did with the owner of AtascaVapes-Humble. I have been in a few times since and have had excellent customer service. They have great e-juice that they prepare for you right there. I will definitely be returning here.

Nice people, convenient location, and affordable replacement parts. Whats not to like? They arent so small that they dont have variety, but not so big that theyll over charge you just because they can. A perfect balance, and thats all I personally need. Great job, guys.

Had an issue with a tank I bought from here and the owner, Larry, set me up with a brand new tank. He even gave me the option to choose a different tank if I was scared of having any more issues with the same one. On top of that, he gave me a free 60 ML house juice of my choice for free. Owners and employees are knowledgeable. Great selection. In house custom juice available, as well as commercial juice blends. If you are new, they will set you up, and if your already a paper... You will be like a kid in a candy store. They are always getting the newest mods and tanks/drippers, and are usually running specials to save you some money. They also have a rewards program.

Prices for premium juices are outrageous. When I went in, I asked for a flavor behind the counter and was given the wrong one.. a flavor I hate! Didnt realize it till I got home and broke the seal on the bottle. I could tell the guy helping me was rushing to get me the juice, basically pushing me out the door so that he could talk to his friend. I will NOT be returning.

Fantastic shop for vapers. House juices are mixed right in front of you and to specifications. They take their jobs very seriously and understand the hazards associated with nicotine. I want to start off by saying first and foremost, before i got my first stick mod from these guys i was a pack and a half a day smoker, i bought the ijust2 stick mod and was able to stop smoking within a week, havent looked back either.The staff at this place is Stellar! Im not going to single any of them out because they are all spectacular guys and go the extra mile to help their customers with their wants and needs.The owner of this place really got lucky hiring these guys. I have frequented this shop since it opened. The folks there are very friendly and most of them are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Not saying there are people there that dont know what they are talking about, just saying they dont know as much as some of the guys that have been there a while. Larry is a great guy and is always friendly to the customers. Larry and his staff have customer service in mind at all times. If you go on a bogo day (Wednesday and now Sunday) please be patient, those are the busy days. Sure it is a little more expensive than shopping online, but shops cant compete with online prices due to property rental, cost of business, insurance etc. I like to support local businesses. He has a nice assortnent of mods, tanks, premium juice and house juice. If you can think of a flavor, they can most likely make it. Larry has some of the best prices and deals around and I would recommend this place to anyone! In fact, I will be going there today for their first bogo on Sundays.

And why do the employees not know the products (E-Juice included) or for that matter why didnt they know the difference between a pod and a coil??? Using your own words you are a vape store E-Juice and pods, mods, coils, I mean those are paramount for vaping yes? If you dont sell CBD, that isnt a deal breaker. Employees lying on the phone because they dont know what they sale, causing an unproductive and unnecessary 40 minute drive thats a deal breaker. But hey, your heart felt sarcasm laced response goes to show customer service training and product knowledge training might serve your staff well and boost your profits. UPDATE : As being one of his first customers I remember how they used to make coils. How times change. What hasnt changed is this is a great place to find a ton of ultra premium juices as well as having a vape juice mixer onsite to create or make a vast variety to fit your vaping needs. A ton of cool stuff in store. Go check them out.

Bought my first vape pen here. Without AtascaVapes I may not have been able to quit smoking. The guys were very helpful and helped me choose the right model and nicotine level to help me quit smoking. Its been 2 years since Ive had a cigarette. Thanks guys!

-UpdateThese guys are the first vape store I had went to. The staff is usually courteous, acknowledging you when you walk in, but they have a habit of leaving you mid-service to go help some one else that has come in that they know. They have a custom juice selection that they can mix up for you to your specifications, @ $20/ 30ml. They carry everything from inexpensive start up kits to mods and RDAs and all the supplies that go along with them. However, the prices are quite steep. Replacement coils can be bought at other shops for up to 50% less depending on the brand and type. Mods are way over priced as well.Its nice to have a local brick and mortar, but be prepared to pay for the convenience.

They were amazing! Im a newbie to vape and had a ton of questions/concerns. They helped me find a vape that suited me. They even made 2 distinct favours that I could enjoy in my vape. They went above and beyond to help me. Really happy with my purchase.

Id never had this issue with any other vape shop. I walked in, mask on and had my daughter with a mask too. I was told I couldnt shop there because children were not allowed. I am in disbelief because Ive been to vape shops all over houston and never heard this rule until today. She is accompanied by an adult whats the problem?!

Bought a vaporizer for around a hundred dollars that broke within a month without being dropped or mishandled in any way. Everyone I know that has purchased equipment from this shop has had it fail and had to replace it multiple times. All Sales Final posted everywhere for a reason.
