Me and my husband come in here several times a month. Today we were ID but my wallet wasn’t in the truck so my husband went inside to make a purchase and he was denied the discount and was told he can only purchase one thing and not two to receive the discount. Why sell to us at all if that was the case? Never heard of that ignorant logic .

They even give you free items with your purchase a sweet dream and a munchie sensation one that you came looking for go get you some of the high grade pre-rolls and edibles like I think they have a lot of other items but had I the time that day I would been able to elaborate. I’m sure to go back and my bystander was kind hearted so that’s what got me here for you Ahmad ty sir

Excellent service at every store Ive been to. Very helpful. They are always well stocked. I went to store in Humble TX next to Xfinity today. A young man Johnathan spent at least half hour helping me pick a new flavor in a large assortment of disposable vapes. He just about knew every flavor. Every time i come into town i stop at this shop and the guy who works there is super accommodating and helpful and patient plus he always offers us a beverage. 10/10 love the vibes it’s super clean

Prepare to pay waayyy more for these insanely marked up products.They tried charging me $125 for a 20 count of delta 8 gummies 😡I will say they have a good selection, but price wise, none of their products are at a reasonably affordable price. Not practical or fair to the customers.

Showed up at opening time and waited 5 mins and the store wasn’t opened. Going to a different location.Edit: I would recommend updating the times on your google business page

Went to this store on Wilson Rd. Last night to get two vape pins. I paid for my purchase just to be told it’s not in there system. The cashier/attendant even seen it on my credit card app for $107.15 I even called the credit card company they even told her that it went through and she still denied and refused to give me what I purchased! She refused to give me her name, the owners name, managers name or the store number. She even had the nerve to tell me to Google the store to get the number! Horrible customer service ever !!! She then called someone else on the phone to explain the situation and wouldn’t even speak in English so that I could understand what she was saying!!! To her surprise I speak the language she’s lucky she didn’t say anything out the way!!!!! The cashier ensured that they will call me to discuss the transaction (they still haven’t called) So the next day which is today 05/20/2023 I’m still waiting on a call. I Google the store and low and behold the phone don’t even ring, it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is not even set up to leave a message TERRIBLE business practice to not have a working phone !!! I had to call the store on W.Lake Houston to have them call the manager to call me. It’s been 3 hours and I’m still waiting on a phone call !!! Don’t waist your time or money at the Wilson Rd. Location if you do don’t use yourDebit card or Credit Card because you will get got!!! As soon as the $107.15 post I will call to dispute the transaction since I never walked out with what I paid for !!!!!! I’m quite sure once the $107.15 post to my credit card and I dispute it they will try to dispute it as if I really got the products that I attempted to purchase! What a shame and a loss to them because I’m a very loyal customer when treated right !!!!

**UPDATE** Not long after posting my original review the manager reached out to solve the issue. I went in and had the pen replaced. While there I picked up some other items. The guy there was freaking amazing and even checked my new pen to be sure there were no problems before leaving the store! Now THATS the service I know and love about this place!!Bought a disposable cake pen and guess what? Doesn’t charge. Called and was told there’s nothing they can do. The crazy thing is they over charge for the item to begin with and no now you mean to tell me it’s defective and there’s nothing that can be done? I’ve recommended this place to several people and I’m here at least every 2 weeks. I will NOT be going back.

Nicely stocked store but elf bar I purchase was a fake. Bought many from different stores but this store tasted like cut with alcohol or some nail polish chemical taste & smell. Also the feel of plastic is different. Theirs the fake feels of smooth plastic and hits easily like it has a big hole vs the real ones from other stores ,has a feel of texture and the hit is more harder and smoother. The biggest difference I notice beside taste & smell is the letters. The real ones has more curvage or whatever they used to engrave vs the fake not as much.Sad cause I just moved nearby.

Clean, well lit, very well stocked and knowledgeable staff. I have a pleasant experience every time I go into this store. I trust the staff recommendations for everything from skins to juice to flower to gummies. Lots of juice shops around...but this one is unique. Top marks.

I have my usual shop I go to, but I do enjoy checking out other shops alot. This shop was very organized, clean, and all around nice looking compared to some similar sized shops. More importantly the young lady that was there was helpful and was kind, talked me into trying something new, as well as just made my day genuinely better. I unfortunately didnt catch her name. But she was awesome.

Came in looking for an item that was not in stock. Was about to leave till Sunny suggested ordering the item for me. He was very welcoming, so I came back a week later & picked up my goods. Will definitely be coming back, even though this shop is a bit further than other options in my area.

Don’t go here! Tried to sell me a Tyson vape for 34. Two days prior I bought two for 40. Older man will up charge the hell out of you. You can pay 20 at the gas station down the street!

Great customer service. Wide variety of items that I didnt know existed. Q helped me out with what I wanted and educated me on some of the stuff I didnt know about. Large assortment of disposables and e-liquids. Oh yeah, he recommended Top Shelf for a CBD flower brand. I wasnt disappointed at all. Thanks guys

The owner is very professional. As soon as you walk into the smoke shop, there’s a welcoming, posh, upper-echelon-esque vibe. Which is really cool for a smoke shop. The prices are beyond adequate, like, you really couldn’t complain; the products are worth more than you’re spending, so it’s a win. Highly recommended.

I was relatively new in this world and the guys here took time to help me figure everything out; as a matter of fact; one time I went in there without a single clue and just explained a vague idea to Quall (I probably spelled that wrong... sorry, buddy) of what I was looking for and within 3 minutes he had the perfect suggestion. I couldnt have picked a better vape that day; or how about all the times I went in there and worked with Sunny (probably spelling again... sorry, bud.) and all the while hes patient, knowledgeable, and seems to just inherently care. Then theres Caleb. Hes a little less talkative and friendly but still very professional and nice; Caleb is cool as a fan and yet another good guy at this shop.The people, the selection, and just the all around vibe really sets this shop apart from the rest; even the other Bahama Mama shops in the area. The other shops are fine but they dont have the homies. These 3 gentleman made it very easy for me to reconcile the extra 10 minutes driving past the one closer to home. Theyve definitely got a loyal customer in me.

So I bought a vape a week ago, out of. O where it start shooting hot juice in my mouth and firing like I’m pushing button. Went in today. They said all sales final and they can’t do anything about it. Burnt my lips and they can’t even replace a defective vape. Never going back. I have spent hundred here and they can’t accommodate…. Terrible customer service …. Don’t go here….

Delta 8 here trash and over priced.The female has a nice personality but overall ive experienced way better product and smoke shop experiences. The count always off on my gummies , i tell them every time and they don’t accommodate the issue .

Went there in the middle of the day at 3:30 pm. Open sign was on but no one was there. I called and the phone rang for 5 minutes but no one answered. To say the least it was a bad experience. Be aware if you come to this shop you might not make it inside.

Bought a couple chargers from here and they both broke within 2 days. I paid $8 for a tiny can of spray that you can get at auto zone for $4 and when I opened it and sprayed it and it spilled everywhere.
