I thoroughly enjoyed my message. Elsa did a great job. Went in with a lot of tension and came out relieved. I’ve had other messages before and they were ok, but Elsa really knew what she was doing and was able to relieve a lot of muscle tightness and felt so relaxed, just the way you want to feel after an hour message. I will definitely request her again.

Candy is the BEST massage therapist I’ve had, and I’ve been having massages for decades. She goes right to my problem areas, and I always leave her feeling 100% better than when I arrived . She’s fantastic at what she does and she cares about her clients and it shows!!! Entire staff at HB is so pleasant and helpful too. My favorite place.

Hanwu is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. I am now his new customer. He finds the knots and works them out in places I don’t realize they existed. He’s phenomenal!!

Candy is by far the best therapist I’ve come across. She is so intuitive and knows what exactly is needed for the client. She attempts different modalities from her experience to better suit the client. She’s amazing. I will definitely continue my membership because of her.

Evan was exceptional and is now my favorite there. He was very considerate of my preferences and very knowledgeable when i mentioned my hips have felt tight lately. He also managed time wisely and was able to massage the whole body thoroughly. I felt amazing after the massage with him

Carter was wonderful. Always professional yet calmly fun. He gets the job done and in the most spectacular way. He knows my problem areas and works the best way for the time we have. I am now changing my 60 min to 90 mins because he is that good you do not want the time to end. I give him 5 out of 5 *s. I am always happy on massage day. The establishment, front desk employee Vivian, and my esthetician Taylor were all very nice and friendly. However, the quality of the facial experience is a 3.5 star experience for me. Before I made an appointment, I asked the front desk how long the facial would be. She informed me that hands-on with the esthetician would last 50-55 minutes since they take a few minutes to ask questions and assess the skin. And also a couple minutes for me to get undressed/dressed. However, the total time was closer to 40 minutes. During the facial, I would have liked more pressure and a better massage experience during the cleansing process, kind of felt like not much was happening. I asked for extractions to be done and a few were done on my chin. I would have liked for it to also be done on/around the nose area. I did enjoy neck & shoulder massage while the masks were sitting on my skin. She was really friendly and didn’t push me purchase products which was nice. Overall, I have had better facials at other establishments that are less expensive. $75 (with membership pricing) for the facial I received today was simply not worth it to me. I will not be coming back here unless it is gifted to me.

I’ve been a massage envy member for several years and Jaylin is THE BEST therapist I’ve ever had. he communicates with you about your exact wants and needs regarding problem areas, adjusting the pressure, and making sure you feel comfortable. I called yesterday morning and had an appointment by 12. Which I was overjoyed about. I have been suffering with pain for 3 weeks when I got there the ladies at the front where very sweet and kind but most of all professional. Then I was introduced to Angie wow she listened and asked questions like no other therapist has ever. She decided it would be best to take my time slot and work on what was the worst and let me tell you she did not disappoint one bit. That was the most relaxed I’ve been in 3 weeks. Thank you Angie for making this a great experience and making me feel so much better.

My go to therapists are always Rachel and DJ. They are the best if you prefer deep tissue work. I have been a member since 2004, so I have been worked on by several therapists throughout the years, but when you find the ones that love their job and is always at 100% with their massage work, you stay with these therapists. Membership is already expensive enough, that if you have therapists that are not up to par with their bodywork, then you might as well just throw your money in the trash.

My service was wonderful. My tech was amazing. Alicia. Best facial Ive ever had. Her bedside manner is lovely and she really listens and goes the extra mile. Such a great experience.

Pleased with how professional Elsa was and how she worked on my shoulders and back with the medium pressure I requested. Feel great! I have been coming to this location for years. I also have had Elizabeth work on me too. I’m so happy Dana returned as she does my facials and she is so knowledgeable I only will go to her! Thank goodness she is back from maternity leave.

This was my first time at this location. My therapist Malia was outstanding, professional and very knowledgeable to help your specific issues. She gave me a hot towel for under my neck and one for over my eyes. Always made sure you were doing ok especially if she was working on a specific area that was tight or knotted up. This was the best massage that really triggered key areas. Malia is outstanding, thank you, Malia.

Staff is very professional, nice and extremely efficient!My therapist Aaron is terrific! He is literally, one of the best Therapist around! Evan is amazing. I love my deep tissue massages with him. He definately listens and gears my massage to my needs.

Corene was very knowledgeable and did not push unnecessary product. Facility was clean and they used steam for their facials which I had been led to believe that ME was no longer allowing steam “because of COVID”. Now I can enjoy my facials again! So glad I tried this location, not as convenient for me but I will be back!

Did a 1 hour stretch session with Robert and it was great. Really good at identifying the stuff and sore areas.

My experience here was a 10/10 everyone made me feel so relaxed and calm. I loved Elizabeth and Meghan they both did an amazing job!! After my facial and massage no one pressured me into buying anything they simply recommended which products I should use do to my concerns which was lovely. Front desk was very nice and helpful! But my massage therapist was horrible! I am older with trauma to my body from all my treatments with cancer leaving my body stiff causing TMJ.Looking for relief, and my massage therapist Davonne first said that my body was all stiff like Celine Dion (she has stiff persons syndrome which I do not have) She said shes never seen anything like it. With that said, she barely touched me, telling me to visualize my body unwinding and not touching me. She stretched out my legs and that was it! If I Paid $95 for nothing! Its been 10 years since I went to massage envy and both times were not good! Never going to Massage Envy ever again!

Corene is an amazing esthetician. She takes her time to explain everything and her facials feel so relaxing. She has such a great rhythm and flow that really adds to the experience. She is so knowledgeable and talented. Recc 10/10.

Davonne’s massage techniques are amazing. She also gave me some helpful tips on how to stretch w/simple breathing techniques to relax certain muscles to help reduce neck and upper back tension. She clearly explains what muscles are being stretched during these simple exercises I can do at my desk during a stressful work day.

I suffer with tight shoulders so David does a terrific job of working out all of the kinks. He always asks before every session what areas do I need work on so that he can address them. David has a kind and professional disposition and is highly skilled in providing deep tissue massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. He is amazing!

Kerry Lynn is an excellent massage therapist. My issue is the room in the fro t we were in was very cold and had the air conditioning on. This really needs be be fixed. For the massage therapists and the clients.

I wanted a light massage but still needed a good pressure. What Jo did was like applying oil on my entire body. I asked her to put a little more firmness but after 1-2 mins, back to be the same. Super super light. Im a skinny person and I can’t handle strong massage but this massage was super light.I like Elizabeth’s technique, she is good, but too bad I couldn’t book appointment with her that day.

Rob gave an excellent service. I came in with cervical vertigo and he worked through my shoulders and neck so well, it’s already 90% gone! He also takes deep breaths during the massage so it helped me to breathe during the massage which seemed to improve circulation, awareness as well as letting that tension go. He was sincerely helpful and kind, extremely professional and his working hours are very convenient for me!

This was my first massage. I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I was going wit my mother and my sister. The moment we walked into the door we were greeted with smiles and great service. Candy was my massage therapist and she was amazing!! She was so kind and made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. I asked my massage therapist Cristina to focus on my upper trapezius and gluteus but she barely spent time on them. She was supposed to be moderate pressure therapist but she’s more like a light pressure therapist. She might be new to the profession so she might still be learning. I was disappointed. At least this time, this therapist did 50 minutes of massage. I reported to management that the last couple sessions I had, they only did 45 minutes. They didn’t think I was paying attention. Staff are friendly and accommodating

This place is awesome and if you want a really firm but calculated message ask for D.J or Evan . Both know how to communicate well, and have the strength to get into those tight Knotts if you need it. I highly recommend.

I’ve reviewed only once before but this bears repeating: Malia is a godsend! She has magic hands and a beautiful soul. There hasn’t been one time I’ve walked away from her without feeling a bit euphoric and two inches taller. Especially yesterday, I’ve been feeling more crooked than usual and she really spent the time to get me standing straight again. She’s just a gift!!! The girl that always checks me in and out is super sweet too. Hate that I’ve forgotten her name! Just an all around excellent experience and worth every penny.

I have been a member of ME for over a decade, and they don’t disappoint. My current therapist, DJ, is absolutely wonderful. I have a lot of pain from work and carry all my stress in my neck, back, shoulders, and occipital ridge. DJ listens to what I need, thoroughly flushes out all the pain, works out the fascia, and has given me tips on reducing my pain and correcting my posture. The front desk staff are also all so wonderful too, super sweet and knowledgeable.

Kerri Lynn is my go to! She always helps release tension in my shoulders and leaves me feeling much better after my visit. Love her!

Went in for a 60 minute massage with Aaron and left feeling so relaxed. Aaron took serious care in his massage always checking in to see if I was doing OK or if the pressure was too much. When I finished I immediately scheduled 2 more appointments. If you have any tightness or soreness he will be able to work it out!

I had my very first facial with Alicia for my 30th birthday and she was so sweet and kind! She answered all my questions and also gave me great recommendations for a face routine to start based on what she saw my skin needed! I will most definitely be back in 4-6 weeks :)

Hanwu is amazing! He does a trigger point massage that is unique and helps me destress. He can target areas that need help intuitively.Davonne is also a great person to see, she does energy work. Her technique included some reflexology. I encourage you to make an appointment with either of them.

I left in more pain than I came to the store with. Being 39 weeks pregnant and having back pain, over night and the next morning as well, after leaving a massage was not what I was hoping for. My massage therapist didnt read my forms or profile at all and didnt even notice I was pregnant, VERY pregnant! Overall not a great experience and I dont think I will be returning.

Davonne has helped me twice now with prenatal massages. She has been super helpful with not only easing stress but also sharing different techniques to help at home. I have had a tricky pregnancy and am grateful to have the guidance and body therapy from her.

I saw Lee for the first time today. back story, my ankle, which I was certain would need surgery, was completely locked. It was near impossible to get any rotation out of it. After doing my workout the next day I was stretching and realized my range of motion has returned, Im flabbergasted. I wish I could see him weekly.

By far the best Massage Envy location in Orange County! They are the first to always, and consistently offer me a bag of chocolates upon leaving the building. Also, out of all other locations Ive been to, their staff have been the firsts to always be waiting out of the door with a drink in hand for their customers after the session is done. The front desk workers are always friendly and helpful. It is very clean and Devon, my massage therapist, works miracles. I only wish the light on the bathroom was brighter so I could fix my appearance after the massage before being thrust in front of people in the harsh light of the world! :)
