Healing Horizons Massage & Spa

Came here on a Wednesday morning to use a Groupon for a spa package. Since it was my first time, I came 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Afterwards, I was brought into a little room with a sauna to do my aqua chi foot bath. It was pretty cool seeing the water change based on the different toxins being pulled. I was given a hot cup of tea to enjoy during the foot bath. They have Wi-Fi too if you want to use it, but I preferred to be cellphone free to relax. After the foot bath, I had my massage and body scrub with Patrick. He did a great job, especially with my upper back. After the body scrub, I was shown to the shower to rinse off. Once I finished rinsing off all of the scrub and dead skin, I had my facial with Brenda. She was great and great advice on skin care. Check out was a breeze and now Im home thinking about the amazing visit I just had. They have a variety of other services available that I might just have to check out.

Excellent massage from Cindi Infusino. Pressure was great and she just seemed to know exactly where to massage, how hard, and how long without me saying anything. My wife really enjoyed her massage as well. We were just visiting, but if we lived in the area we would definitely become regulars here.

Cyndi is incredible. I sometimes try new places with friends and always end up coming back here. Very cozy and her massage, facial, and spa services are amazing. Will be back again soon before my wedding!

I am a 32 year old busy professional with a lot of stress. Ive been on the monthly subscription plan for a 30 minute sauna followed by a 90 minute massage now for about 5 years. Its worth every penny. I prefer being worked on by Sam, the owner, but all of her masseuses are great at what they do and very professional. Scheduling appointments is incredibly easy. Ill never go any where else for my massages.

My daughter and I were visiting from out of town and I bought a groupon for her and I on line for a mothers day/ birthday massage. We both had a deep tissue 90 minute massage. Mine with Jeanina and hers with Breanne . Bottom line we had fantastic massages. This is a tiny hidden place but the massage therapists are very perceptive and intuitive to your massage needs. Both of us walked out looked at each other and said Wow. We felt fantastic. Thank you so much ladies. It was a great choice for the area. We may be back when we visit again. Only reason we gave it a 4 star is because one improvement we both agreed was that the walls are thin and if you are talking in another room it can be heard. I went here with a groupon deal for an awesome price, stone massage, foot detox bath, body scrub, and facial. The therapist for the massage was veronica and she did an amazing job, the best massage Ive had since a friend of mine left the business. Im very particular about massages so to finally get one I enjoyed was awesome. Niki did my facial and I enjoyed her quality of service and personality. I had a great time and will be back. The only thing I was unsatisfied with was the order of the services. I had foot soak, massage, body scrub, then facial. I wud have like the massage last because it was the most relaxing of the 3.

I love this place!! I went in for the first time last week for a massage and a foot bath/massage and it was so relaxing that I fell asleep ;) The staff is incredibly kind and relaxed and the environment is clean and simple. They have private rooms and best of all it is a great deal price-wise. It is definitely nicer than most massage/spas in green point. Definitely go here!!

Its a good location.. quiet and perfect for relaxing but if theres actually someone atvthe business. No one answers. Goes straight to voicemail. Texted No response. Emailed but it came back returned. They need to update their info. Not sure is the business active or open?Star is Based on past Massage Services I had years ago was 4/5, but the recent no answer calls, unable to contact anyone is 0/5 so (4+0)/2 is 2.

In the last few years, Ive come to this spa to have my birthday spa day. I look forward to it each year. Its one of the few luxuries I get, and its one that I dont feel badly about splurging on myself, since I work long hours supporting my family of 5.This year was a huge disappointment, and unfortunately, I will never go back to them. I scheduled my appointment last week. Each day, my excitement built up as Id tell my friends about my spa day. Late afternoon the day before my appointment, I got a call that my massage was cancelled because the receptionist made an error in scheduling. All of the massage therapists were booked so my spa day was cancelled altogether.Now Im on a quest to find a new spa that I can rave about each year to my friends.

This is the most wonderful place to be NICE to yourself. I have had several massages plus a full-body wrap and facial. Its relaxing right down to the cucumber-water in the lobby. I have fibromyalgia, so the Masseuse has to be very good to make the massage relaxing and beneficial, too. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Healing Horizons for more than 6 years now. This is their third location since I started going and I like it the best. I found them through a search for ASH associated massage therapists and havent once considered switching to another spa. I usually go to Samantha (the owner), Rhonda or Lorna and theyre all great. Ive also seen Zugeley a few times who is great as well. This is not a day spa like Pacific Waters (Hyatt HB) where you will spend the day hanging out at the spa. So if youre expecting to sit in a hot tub for a while then move over to a steam room or sit out on a patio sunbathing in a lounge chair for a while before your massage, this is not for you. This is a spa where you will come in for a great massage and leave feeling relaxed and less tense. I try to go at least once per month and love it! I highly recommend Healing Horizons to all my family and friends!

I wasnt going to leave a review, but after two years of emails since Ive unsubscribed to their email list I figured it was time.In spring of 2016 I brought my girlfriend to Healing Horizons for a 30-minute sauna + couples massage. The services provided were great. They were paid for via $200 Spa Finder gift card and the remainder on my personal credit card.Some days later I found the full amount charged to my credit card. When I called the business it was stated that gift cards could not be applied to packages. No problem. I asked why that wasnt stated at the time of booking or payment. No solid answer. After going back and forth with the owner via email I was asked to stop in so the gift card could be returned. When I arrived after work at the requested time there was no one to be found. I waited 30 minutes and the place was still a ghost town. Follow up emails resulted in no response.My assumption is that the receptionist or perhaps another employee pocketed the gift card for themselves hence the owners inability to return it. Who knows.

Ive been here a few times. Theres always a special or a groupon offer so you can save a little on services. Their massages are great. I prefer Briana for the massage. She gets right to the knotts and gets it out. For the facials, I like Eva. Shes very soft and tender. Facials here are the best service (they have different kinds for different occasions), if you want a signature deep cleaning or a glycolic facial, they have it. For their wraps, not so good. I normally get the seaweed wrap from other places and I tried theirs, here, and it was pretty bland. They just put the material on your skin and put the covers on top and leave you there for 45 minutes or so. Other than that though, the other services are better. The sauna is good, too, its for about two people (small, but they never have two people that are not together, in at the same time) which I found to be quaint and relaxing. The place, overall, is pretty small, but the services are pretty good for their prices. Id go here again.

Honestly I dont want to review this place, I want to hide this gem for myself but this place was so great it wouldnt be fair not to let everyone enjoy a little piece of heaven. So My wife and I took a little break from our busy life and just floated to the skies to rest on clouds at the healing horizon. We had couples package it was perfect. I do regret that we couldnt stay here all day but if we could we would never leave. The staff is great no matter what your doing everyone is great believe me, my wife and I put this place through the ringer and it was great. We will be coming back, hopefully soon.

Amazing, tranquil & out of this world!!! I havent had ashiatsu bar therapy in a LONG time. My 90-minute session with Samantha yesterday was very blissful and I cant thank her enough for her extraordinary work. Im very much looking forward to my next appointment with her in a few weeks and all the future ones after that :)

Wow! Amazing Massage today by Samantha at Healing Horizons Massage and Spa. Great location with easy parking. Wonderful energy upon entering the spa. Staff was very punctual and I got right in for my appointment. I have been getting massages for over 15 years and I can hands down say this was by far not just the best massage ive ever received but Samantha is also the most efficient - in-tune - aware therapist ive ever had work on me. She was immediately able to identify my trouble areas and knew the perfect amount of pressure to be effective without being painful or uncomfortable. She also used a couple techniques im unfamiliar with, however now i dont know if ill ever be able to see another therapist because ill feel like ill be missing out. And although i cant guarantee this for every massage client, but i told samantha about a recent injury and she did about 15 min of extra work on that specific spot. All in all i highly recommend healing horizons massage and spa ... by far the best massage from the best therapist ive ever had!Jacob Gardner

Jerry is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been to ! He has a sports therapy background also so fully understands how the body works in any day to day work you do. He was able TWICE to get me out of intense pain. Once for sciatic and shoulder pain, second for shoulder and neck pain. Both work related, sit at a desk all day for work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him as a massage therapist.

Everyone is professional and courteous there. Jeanina is my massage therapist and I think shes the best! I havent even tried any of the others, however, I hear they are all good.

Samantha and her friendly staff from Healing Horizons have always been most enjoyable when I visit. I HIGHLY recommend to you to let your body be healed by these wonderful massage therapist hands.

My husband bought me a package for prenatal massages when I was pregnant with my daughter. What a difference it made for me when my back started to really hurt! Brianna gave me an amazing massage and I almost felt like I wasnt 35 weeks pregnant after the massage! I wish I could have had them weekly!

I bought a spa package to treat myself and had a great service. With the exception of the masseuse being a bit too chatty, it was a very nice experience. I LOVED my facialist, Lidia...probably the best facial I have ever had. Thanks Lidia!

I had three less than good experiences here. First time I went in I got a foot detox and at the end of the treatment when I went to pay the lady at the counter asked me what I wanted to tip. First of all, she didnt perform a service, she merely put water in a bucket for me, and second, its totally tacky to ask for a tip. I am a server and get massages regularly, so I know how and what to tip and not to be reminded of it. THIRD, tipping is not a right, its gratuity received if the service was deemed good... so talk about awkward.Second time I went in, I purchased a gift certificate for a friend of mine. I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before I was even greeted. Then (and I am not exaggerating) it took her another 7 minutes to find the gift certificates. The only reason I mention the time is because I had to go to work and what I thought would be a quick stop-and-go purchase turned out to be an almost 20 minute event. Needless to say I was late for work... so she could not find the regular gift receipts, so she gives me a MERRY CHRISTMAS one (it was August). And know its technically not a big deal, but its kind of embarassing to give someone a summer birthday gift certificate with snow flakes on it. Then she asks me, do want to tip? Ive bought dozen of massage gift cards and they never asked for a tip. I mean, why would I tip, I dont know how she was going to feel about her massage? When I said no, she put a fat 0 on the gc. So when I left and read it I noticed that it says I didnt leave a tip right on the gc. Once again, awkward. But before I left, I saw signs around the establishment that reminded to tip. If you have to keep pestering people to tip then guys must not be doing something right...Lastly, I tried to make an appointment so that I could go in with my friend for a massage and they dont have a live person answering the phone, just a voice mail. So i left a message and left a message on their website and FOUR MONTHS later I have still not heard back from them. Yet, I hear from them monthly about how they miss me and specials they have going on, along w/ this email asking me to write a review and receive a $10 gc. Lets see if I still get rewarded for my honesty and if they actually leave this up. Its okay. Ive made a copy for yelp if they dont.So in summary, they are bombarding about tipping when they are completely unprofessional.

Its been a while since Ive been in, but I love this place. My back was giving me such problems, and Id tried a couple of the chain massage places around HB. Nothing helped. However, when I went here, the therapist listened to what I was experiencing, worked directly on the problem, and fixed it. I had no more trouble.

I came here to get a foot detox and it was amazing! The staff are very kind women. I’m on my third foot detox tomorrow and I can already tell my joints and back pains are going away. I’ll be back a week later to try out the other services they have 😃

Ive gone to Healing Horizons quite a few times and have enjoyed every visit. The massage therapists are great and they have great deals on Groupon sometimes.

Jerry really knows how to untangle the body! Spends time teaching self care and movements to help alleviate the pain points. Highly recommend.

I had a massage, salt scrub and used the infrared sauna. Pleasant experience, very good massage. Loved the infrared sauna. Staff was nice. Would go back for massage and infrared sauna.
