Cielo Dance Events is the go-to place for Bachata and Salsa lessons in SoCal. Offering classes for all skill levels, the sessions are well-organized and tons of fun!! Whats great is that they provide lessons on various days and locations, making it convenient for those with busy schedules to join in.

Top-notch event, very welcoming and fun for both beginners and advanced dancers.I started Salsa and Bachata few years ago and now I can go to these event by myself without social fear. There are social events everyday in my area, Orange County and Los Angeles. I keep going to this event because all the instructors are very knowledgeable and gives me aha-moment during the class and music by famous DJs are always on point. The environment is wonderfully created by host, Luis, who cares very much about his crews and all the dancers who come. Luis is talented instructor and DJ as well.He has regular events on Tuesdays Saturdays, and Sundays and other days on top of that. You should check out their IG and FB for more info!

I’ve had the pleasure attending Cielo Dance events and it’s been such an absolute great experience! Always fun times and you get to meet new dancers all the time! Great vibes and music! I highly recommend everyone taking their classes and joining the fun with the dancing community. In short: I recommend Cielo Dance Events for the good music, welcoming and safe environment, fun informative classes, and providing TACOS all night at the Tuesday event!!In long: Ive been going to Cielo events for over 4 year now, and what keeps me coming back is the owner/promoter/host, Luis, himself and the environment he creates. Ive never met someone who cares more about providing his attendees with good music, and a fun, welcoming vibe, while also ensuring they are safe and fed all night. Luis always makes sure to interact with those attending his events, especially the new people - he really does want to get to know his supporters. He is responsive to messages/calls, engaging on social media and in person, and a great conversationalist. He also has a great sense of humor and makes all his students laugh during his salsa/bachata classes. Luis brings high quality to his events, from the dancers his events attract to guest DJs and artists to numerous performers at his events. His high quality personality and drive is truly reflected in his high quality events. Find me another host who does all the above... HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out these events if youre in town :)

This venue is a lot of fun, although I’ve only been a handful of times I can say that one of the best experiences of the evening is learning from the instructors. Instructor Luis Aragon in particular makes the class enjoyable and non-threatening. He is not afraid to poke fun at himself and make light of an intimate situation when you’re facing a dancer you’ve never met before during his class. The environment is friendly and I love the fact that there is water available throughout the night. If you want to experience a fun, friendly and fabulous evening of lessons plus social dancing this is definitely the venue you want to go to for Bachata in south Orange County! Save me a dance.

Always most positive experience with Cielo Events. Luis is extremely passionate about danceand conveys that through his teaching, dance style, and weekly events. Whether just starting or dancing for years, the environment is alwayswarm and welcoming. Cielo dance events hosts the best salsa and bachata events in SoCal. I started my social dancing at their Tuesday Legacy events, and after just one night I was immediately hooked. The DJ (Luis Aragon) always plays the best music, has great vibes, and keeps the best salsa to bachata ratio.

I first went to a Cielo event back in August 2021, at Legacy Nightclub in Newport Beach. At the time, I had essentially zero dance experience: I had taken a West coast swing class in 2012, and a few choreo classes here and there, but I was very much not a dancer. Fast forward 9 months later, and Im addicted to bachata and salsa. I went from no dancing to going to socials 3-4x a week. That initial night at Legacy was one of the best decisions Ive made in my life: I found a new hobby I love and met so many great people. Luis has been a great teacher and friend, and I highly recommend checking out a Cielo event as soon as you can, whether its Legacy on Tuesdays, Sevilla on Sundays, or one of the Dancing in the Streets events in downtown Santa Ana.

Cielo events are the place to be! Providing friendly and energetic teachers for anyone wanting to learn, improve their skills, or just get out of their comfort zone. A 3 hour social following the classes gives students a chance to practice their new skills and meet new people!Cielo’s Tuesday social at Legacy night club even gives dancers a chance to learn Brazilian zouk, one of the only events in OC! At the end of the night, there’s a taco truck waiting outside :)

These events are fun and friendly all the time. Do you need a place to socialize, meet new people, and move? Check them out. I’ve taken dance classes that are fun and the dance moves are fun too. You’ll always see a lot of people having a great time!

Luv Luis! He has super positive happy energy and wants everyone to have a great time. He’s a very good dance teacher. He’s offering his gift to our community through his dance events and helping the world be a better place.
