Most if the time all is good. One guy is always willing to let us try flavors 1st b4 buying. Anyone else is kinda like we go in get what we need and leave. Love the points system always save a decent amount on other products. Their selection is outstanding.

This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Incredible selection of merchandise. Reasonably priced. But the reason I return is because of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the top notch customer service provided no matter who is working. Dragons Den really sets the bar in what a business should be.

ETA: he claimed he was the owner/manager🤷🏻‍♀️I used to love coming here for my CBD cream and gummies. However upon walking in yesterday, I was met with smugness by the “owner.” As I was walking out my kid was talking to me and I didn’t hear him say something. He proceeded to mock and be extremely ignorant. I told him I have some issues hearing along with have a disability and he laughed at me. I will never set foot in here again. Extremely unprofessional

This is the one of the best shops in town! All the guys are helpful but not overbearing.. they have a great selection and a positive atmosphere! Prices are reasonable . Pretty wide variety of glass . Great shop!!!

Went in yesterday and bought a coil got home and something was wrong with it so I went back they gave me a new one but the new one taste burnt every time I hit it. I haven’t had this many issues ever from there.

Visited with my husband for the first time today. We were very impressed with the selections of everything they offer. We were seriously just wanting to see if they had some of the juices we like because this shop is closer than us driving across town to the other store. Not only did they have a HUGE selection of juices, the vape device selection cant be beat, and we both bought new vapes also. There is also a drive up window I noticed which will be awesome for when its cold out and I dont want to go in the store.

I buy vape products from here on a regular basis. Normally very help and friendly. This time however I bought a new replacement pod for my vape and every pull taste burnt. Went in to see if they could do anything about it and the attendant acted like he had no clue what he was doing.

Finally a vapeshop near home. They are extremely helpful, and have a great variety. Im in there at least once a week, and look forward to it every time.I would highly recommend them. Their inventory continues to grow, and improve. They treat us great every time were there, and were actually heading up right now.

I purchased a 7500 hit rechargeable vape 6 days ago and this morning it was fine one hit then the next hit was completely burnt.. Elfbar 5000 hits last me well over 2 weeks hitting regularly. The vape I purchased 6 days ago wasnt cheap and I used my rewards discount so I stopped in after work today and it was the same guy working who sold me it and reccomended it. I explained the situation and he had no response for it and shrugged me off and didnt offer to remedy the situation in any way. When I purchased the vape 6 days ago he took it out of its packaging and handed me all the things inside over the counter but threw the box and wrapper away which was strange to do when selling someone a product. Deff purchasing my biweekly vape from a less sketchy vendor from now on✌️

Very friendly and helpful people, they are patient with you and do not try to rush you into buying something until you know for sure that thats what you want, highly highly recommend! They are very reasonably priced and have a very good/wide variety! Will definitely keep shopping here in the future for as long as they stay in business! 😊

Everyone is so helpful 😀. The establishment is clean and everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. Great location as well, I live close by so its very convenient for me. Theres a great selection of vape juice, they stay well stocked and will order what you like if its not on the shelf.

This place is the best! Ive been to several of the other smoke shops in the area and none of them compare. Dragons Den has the absolute best selection and prices. All of the employees are great but Andrew is super helpful and sweet. Hes always on top of it with recommendations and info. Love this shop and will absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good vape shop!!!

I went in yesterday at 1:00 p.m. and bought the new seahorse x for $150 and I asked him about a warranty and he said there is only a 24-hour warranty if anything breaks or goes wrong to bring it back and as soon as I got home the plastic choke button fell out and I took it back today at 11:00 a.m. and he said there was nothing he could do so I asked him to call his boss and long story short they said there was nothing they could do there is no warranty and when I said I was going to write a bad review they told me to leave the store that if I was going to threaten them they were going to call the cops and I said Im gladly leaving and Im going to write a review it is not a threat its just the truth that they did not honor their word. I suggest buying everything online or from a different store because the customer service is so fake and when it comes to needing help you will be on your own trust me.DO NIT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Moved to Indiana a few months ago and found this place. First vape shop that I’ve been to that actually has everything I need. The staff are pretty cool and helped me make a selection and they been right every time. Very friendly group of people. A wide selection of salt nic and regular eliquid. Good selection of mods and vapor devices. I gave 5 stars because I like how big the shop is plenty room to look and work around other people. Just hope these brick and mortars last with all the different regulations on vape products. Will definitely revisit and buy stuff!

The employee K in the shop is one of the nicest, most helpful employees that ive ever dealt with. He can help anyone with just about anything they need. If K is in the store he is the only person ill deal with. 100% recommend dealing with him if you need help.

Very large supply of vape juice and I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. They are a newer shop and open later hours than others in town.

Door is locked. Nobody will answer the phone. Meanwhile its normal business hours and the sign out front says open.Dont waste your time.
