Smoke Connection

Called to make sure the store was open before running to town and got no answer so I hung up. Then 1minute later my phone rings its the smoke connection the man asked me how he could help me I told him I wanted to make sure they were still open before I made the trip to the town. The man explained that he was closing but he would wait for me to get there. That was so nice of him, awesome customer service. I will be back.

Hours of operation posted on the door and online suggested that they were open. Lights were on inside but the door was locked and nobody inside. This is the 2nd time I stopped to check it out and couldnt because the door was locked. Is there a secret passcode I should know? 👎👎👎

Called to see about any possible job openings cause I’ll be starting school soon down there, I asked for a manager so I can get a for sure answer and some Indian guy answered the phone. Instantly after I asked about speaking with a manager, he flipped out. I’m honestly glad he did that though, shows me the shops employees true colors... I would never work nor shop there. I’m a manager at another vape shop close to my home and in no way do we ever treat anyone like that.

They have a great selection of tobacco products and hooka supplies. The hookabar is open, despite the minor repairs they had to do because of the wet winter we had. Good atmosphere, nice employees. I will be returning regularly!

Never buy any bales from this shop not only do they cheat the customers by selling them at an outrageous price they are not even selling authentic vape mods I just recently purchased a smok mag and after I get home while I’m verifying it’s authenticity I come to find out it is a clone and not even a authentic smok product

I bought a cartoon.of Roxwell tubes and they smelled like musk oil and insense i rolled one cig and got 😵 please stop selling stail items good prices but not for expired items not fair for customers that depend on your value of your stores items.

The hours clearly stated that they are open till certain times. I shop up at the store an they are closed. Literally an hour or two before actual closing time. Its rather annoying honestly

Ive been a patron for years and will always try and spend my money there or Big Eds in Blairsville. (Same ownership)The owner is always very kind, as well as his staff.

Funny it says online theyre open says theyre closing soon yet you get there and theres paper all over the windows and it says coming soon what a waste of freaking time

Ive spent hundreds of dollars on multiple Vapes everything was fine until I needed to exchange a faulty coil he admitted it was no good but refused to replace it or give me any type of refund I will never visit this store again they dont stand behind there products

Best service ever in a smoke shop.. The Indian gentleman who waited on us was great guy to deal with and very help.. If I didnt live in pittsburgh and was closer to here Id shop here any day

Awesome place for hookah, ambient lighting after certain hours, comfortable sitting,pinball machines, and records.Lots of different hookah flavors, really relaxing place with a nice atmosphere.

They sell fake puff bars. Puff bar came back as a fake when tried to verify on official puff bar website. Font on actual puff is incorrect. Do not buy anything from there. Fake over priced glass fake vapes.

I buy my stuff from this place very nice gentleman who owns this store and they also have a hookah lounge inside of the store so if you want to spend some time very nice place

Seeing the pictures on the stores website i thought it would be more then what is actually there. The pictures are deceiving and dont represent what is actually in the store. The store has a smaller collection then what is shown and its very disappointing going in there.
