Thy didnt speak or understand english.theyuse there phone. This lady o rough the next couple hours and back is very sore still is.the foot message felt great.they didnt ask if it was hurtful. I told her she was to strong.didnt do mutch good.im so sore

Im so disappointed to be having to write this review, as I am never one to put a bad review on someones business unless I think it is worthy of telling.My mother and I have been loyal customers at this store for at least 6 years. We are gracious customers and always over tip. We in doing so collected stamps on our rewards card. When trying to redeem this rewards card today, I was told to come back in an hour to redeem it. So I killed time and came back. When I came back, I was then told that I have to pay and that the rewards card was no good. In doing so, the woman tour the rewards card in front of my face and said no good.My mom and I have put down hundreds of dollars at this location, and to be treated like that? Im sorry, but I do not feel appreciated for our business.Bummer, as I liked to support small businesses, but this was simply rude, and I would never treat a customer of mine this way.

The massage was good, but the woman who took the payment kept asking us for more tip money. We already tipped and she asked for more. This was a huge turn off. I have been to this place numerous times. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience. They went up $5 for the 60 min massage but still a good value!

Me and my fiance went for a couples massage. We opted for their body and foot service. Its an hour long service which covers every inch of your body, starting from the top of your head working all the way down to the bottom of your feet. The space was super clean. Every one wore gloves and masks. We felt confident they were taking the necessary precautions during this time. To wrap up our experience, the massage was amazing and worth every penny. It included warm oils, hot stones, soothing music.

It seems they have gone down over the last year. The last time I went it was okay. Not the best but not bad. Today, I went for a couples 60 minute massage and neither of us were satisfied. The lady answered a call when massaging and asked the person I brought with me every 5 minute if he is okay. She was telling the guy who was massaging me what to do. They both massaged with very quick strokes which was not relaxing nor effective to actually massage muscles. The lady did not massage the other persons legs at all. My guy only massaged my neck for 5 minutes or less. They did the same movements the entire time. It was a huge waste of time and money. Mentioning money, when I paid she looked at the receipt and said no tip then asked no good massage?. She seemed to think it was her co worker who didnt do well but it was both of them.

I recently moved to Indianapolis and was all knotted up due to the stress of it all. I walked right in and was fortunate to be able to be seen right away. They had a sign that was easy to understand and let them know what you wanted. The gentleman had magic elbows! I felt like melted butter. I had to sit down before I left out to my car. He did not disappoint! Im writing this review right now before I get ready to go there!

For $30 bucks you cant complain. Not all employees speak English but they will try. I take my own lotion due to being sensitive to fragrances. They are accommodating and work hard. Schedule an appointment just in case they are busy. But they will take walk ins. Go during the times that Painting with a Twist isnt having a party or you will hear the music and mic in the background. All in all I go very often and get a great massage for the money. Dont forget your punch card.

Place is good for the price. $ 30 for a full body massage not bad. Get the foot massage which is full body, they focus more on your feet....$30 an hr. Make sure to make an appointment. Walkins welcome they say but you might have to wait 30min to an hr

The guy was rough & never asked what level I wanted or if it was too much pressure. His hands were so rough he left 2 small cuts like paper cuts on my hand & arm. And at the end they forced me to leave a tip. Dont get me wrong, I understand you should tip but the service should also be worthy of the tip & it should also be my choice... not Mandatory.

My feet are cramping and I am in pain. I called ahead to check about pricing and when I got here they told me they were booked and that they did not have my phone number calling in. With how rude and short she was with me they lost my business for good. Too bad because I’m only like three minutes away.

Very good service..owners are Asian and dont speak English well which may be why another posting said they were rude. They are not rude. I asked and paid $30 for a one hour foot massage as I have neuropathy in my feet and legs. However, the man gave me a whole body Shiatsu massage while i was clothed. Very excellent massage at even twice the money! Im going back and taki g my wife for massage also. Highly recommended!!

I love this place!! Everyone is so nice, the chairs are comfortable and clean, and I feel brand new when I walk out. Today I probably got the best massage I ever had... I think they added a hot Stones run to my legs and feet. Just awesome!

Oh.. my.. goodness! Been coming here a while and if you call in advance to schedule a massage, ask for Andy! He puts in work. Youll be tender a couple days after but just soak immediately following your service and youll be fine.

It was okay. It wasn’t the best. The guys were nice that rubs my girlfriend and I. We paid for a full body massage and foot massage, they rub your back for 25 mins. After 10 mins it hurts rubbing in the same spot. The foot massage was awesome

Excellent place . I go every now and then to get a back massage and a foot massage when I’m a little stressed or tense. It helps me out tremendously. Its a relaxing tranquil environment. They don’t speak English but they understand what your needing and their very nice. I enjoy it it’s very relaxing and sometimes we need it. I know I do!

This place cannot compare to Foot Finesse. Perhps, that explains why Foot Finesse is busy, while Foot Fitness is not. The space does not prompte relaxation. On my two visits, I found it hard to relax. I could hear all phone and in-person conversations between the woman at the front desk and others. There was a whole lot of movement by staff, going,back and forth to the front desk. On my first visit, I had to listen to the cry of an infant who was being held by the woman staffing the front desk. The bathroom was marginally clean. The route to the bathroom was scenic, past people engaged in different activities, mounds of laundry and other foul smelling stuff. Where were the fragrant candles and natural oils? I think the staff uses petroleum jelly on clients! I had difficult relaxing also because I was worried that the the venue and staff were not quite clean. The guy who worked on me repeatedly told me to relax. I do not plan to return!!!!!

Massage was good, little weird the 60min body I had to get up half way thru & switch rooms, kinda killed the mood. Then laying on your back in that chair with ur feet down in the tub of water, really hurt my back!

So far went twice. Clean, reasonable prices, the rooms are a bit cold though.. which they would put a warmer in there!

$30 for a “foot massage” which is really a full body massage. You get what you pay for and more. It’s a very relaxing experiencing. It’s not going to be at the caliber of a full fledged spa but it’s a fantastic deal.

Today I had a Wonderful Message, and I tried the walk on my back and I feel like a Million buck.. and the price was great...

I love this place! Im really enjoy going to the foot fitness especially for the foot massage,in fact,it almost include the whole body!And it totally worth $25.I came here almost everyweek,not only was it relaxing but was very comfortable the entire time!By the way,the foot fitness seems like change the owner fews months ago.

Love them. I have been 3 times. First 2 i had a friend with me, the last time i didnt and i have always felt very comfortable with everything they do and continue to go back.

Been here several times, ALWAYS have friendly and clean service. The 60 min foot massage is a great value.

Prices might be good but they are not American friendly they don’t even try to understand our language I asked if there was someone there who spoke or understood English and she kept asking me about a massage and I kept saying the same thing so she just hung up like she was frustrated didn’t even try to see or find someone that speaks the language of the country she is in

I enjoyed the massage imensly! They know exactly how to provide a great reflexology foot massage, unlike the other one I got in Broad Ripple.

Very rude had a very bad attitude like she didnt want to look up at me I was trying to make appointment I will take my money elsewhere watch how you do people you never know who that person maybe I heard this place was good its not I will never tell nobody about this foot massage place

Excellent Customer service and the facility is clean and adheres to the Covid-19 mandates. I walked in limping and in pain. I left walking upright and pain free.
