Just went for my first prenatal massage and loved it! I was kind of nervous how it would feel so I booked a 30 min session but next time I’ll definitely be doing 1 hour! Michelle made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole time. The waiting room was calming and they offer tea and water. It smelled wonderful too. Definitely recommend my fellow mama-to-be’s to come here for their prenatal massages!

I love this place! My experience with other massage places, while they may offer a good massage, they are often trying to sell you additional items. This place is truly a relaxing experience with professionals that know their craft. I have hopped around to a few therapists, they have all been good experiences with great massages, but my last experience was simply outstanding! Michelle did an amazing job. Im sure I fell asleep at 3 times because I heard myself snoring 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ I walked out with every pain I had gone. Cant wait to book my next massage!

Had a 60 min facial with Alli. It was glorious and Im pretty sure I fell asleep and was probably snoring through my amazing facial. I woke up and felt amazing my face was glowing and I swear my dark circles disappeared for the day! (Ive got 3 kids I knew it was going to be short lived! 😆)Came home and told my husband Id like another for Mothers Day! Thank you!

From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at Indy Massage make your time there a memorable experience. Erin, at the desk, is efficient, knowledgable, accommodating - and when she directs you into the quiet room, its a moment of complete ahhhh...M therapist was Melissa, and man, she is just superb. I prefer deep tissue massages and its very difficult to get a really good one almost everywhere Ive ever tried. Melissa takes deep tissue work to a whole nother level.One last point that I, personally, appreciate is that Indy Massage is a Women-Owned business. Having recently sold my own WOB after twenty-eight years, I can say with some authority that I know what it takes to start and maintain a small business. These women run an outstanding operation that Im pleased to support and HIGHLY recommend.

The wife and I have been to several places each and this one by FAR takes the cake. They seem to know exactly what they are doing, no matter if you ask for a firm or gentle massage they get it right10/10 recommend for a couple or single massage.

Ive had two prenatal appointments here with two different providers and they both have been amazing. I love the overall atmosphere and calmness of this little corner of the world.Also got a 2hr hot stones added and it was awesome.

I just really love this company. Ive been a client for years, probably a decade. I have 4-5 massage therapists that I tend to stick to because I adore them, but I dont know any place where you can schedule with such a variety of therapists and get an awesome experience each time.

Michelle W is the BEST massage therapist ever! She’s very welcoming and always checks in with me throughout the massage to make sure I’m comfortable. She is a great listener and does an incredible job interpreting my needs. I have terrible tension in my neck and Michelle is really good at getting those muscles to relax with firm pressure, deep massage and a hot towel. Every time I leave Indy Massage, I can’t wait for my next session with Michelle W!

First visit to indy massage last Sunday for a couples massage. The location was extremely clean, calm, and relaxing and the staff were all extremely friendly! Greatly enjoyed our visit. Loved my experience with Indy Massage Company! It was very easy to book online. When you walk in, they have a very nice waiting room; the ambience is lovely. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage and myofascial release to aid with my body post-surgery. I had Melissa and she was fantastic. She was very kind and welcoming, calm and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my concerns and made me feel seen.

We (My wife and I) had looked at different places and landed on this!!! Oh, Im so glad we did!!!!! We have probably never felt more physically better in our lives. I absolutely love Indy massage company!Today I finally got a Dermaplane facial with Jessica and it was one of the best experiences of my life. She attention to detail was awesome! But we also connected almost instantly it really was like I met an old friend I’d known forever. Once we got to talking throughout the service we did not stop. I will 100% but back to see Jessica again! I’ve also gotten a few massages for a couple different therapists and all has been amazing! The front desk staff are also incredible. The facility is always extremely clean and organized! The spa music they play is wonderful. If you need some “me time” and to escape and rest come to Indy massage company, you won’t leave disappointed…I promise!!

My daughter was scheduled to get a pregnancy massage today. She’s due in a couple of weeks. Well, as these things go, she went into labor about an hour ago. It was important to her to do the right thing and let them know she couldn’t make it today. She called them from her delivery room and ask to reschedule. They are charge her $40 (50% of the massage) to reschedule!! How uncaring can you be. The whole creating life thing just isn’t a justification to change an appointment. Wow. Just, wow.

I did not get the massage myself, I set this up as a birthday surprise for my wife. That being said, they were super helpful from start to finish and helped me decide what I needed and never seemed frustrated! My wife said it was the best experience she had ever had at a massage parlor in her life and we will be coming back very soon!

Came here because of the good reviews but it was not worth it. It just felt like they rubbed my whole body instead of massaging it.Very disappointing for my first time & it was my birthday I left with the same body aches. However the facial was great left my skin with a nice glow.

I had an emergency come up, and was unable to make it to my scheduled appointment planned a month ago.Indy Massage Company was kind enough to waive half of the fee that I should have paid in full for reserving time on their schedule for me, and then not showing up. Booked a couple’s massage with by Demi and Tyrus. Our first time at this location and my first ever professional massage.The waiting room was great - very calm and peaceful. When our room was ready, we were lead back. Both Demi and Tyrus did a great job communicating the process and asking questions.The hour flew by. I went to Indy Massage Company for my first ever massage. My friend referred us to them and I booked a couples massage after hearing so many great things. I was a little nervous for my first massage but walking in I instantly felt relaxed. The spa was so clean and nice! I loved the waiting area. We had April and Melissa as our massage therapists and they both did amazing! I felt so relaxed the entire time. My mind and body was calm which was very needed. April made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and gave me the best experience possible. I can’t wait to go back!

My first appointment was wonderful. Chelsea went beyond and above. Then my second appointment I tried to call and postpone it since my fiances little brother was admitted to Riley childrens hospital and wasnt doing well. He was paralyzed. And this is because he has been diagnosed with a fatal illness, metachromatic leukodystrophy. I was going to be charged the full amount which is not fair this how I got treated. I never received an apology. I went ahead and kept my appointment even though I wasnt in the mind frame and when I could have spent that time in the hospital. Not sure if I will be back.

First time at Indy Massage. Had a 90 minute Deep Tissue with April. She is incredibly skilled. She truly wants to help you feel better, and it shows. The establishment is very clean, well equipped, and designed with relaxation and peace in mind. I truly hope someone will make April feel the way she made me feel sometime. Im a client for life!!! I have tried many massage companies and massage therapists in the Indy/Broad Ripple area. Many have been not professional, experienced enough, accommodating, or worthy of a second visit. I feel like IMC is finally an option I can rely on. The location is not only clean and professional but the its welcoming and relaxing. I had a 60 minute deep tissue with Allison and it was great. I almost fell asleep on 3 occasions from how relaxed I was. The receptionist was friendly, offered me refreshments, and informed me of their rewards system as well (discounted prices after so many visits). Which is great, since this is not exactly cheap. But a good masseuse and company is worth it in my mind. I am excited to make my second massage appointment as well as look into their skincare offers. I would recommend!

LOVE Indy Massage Company so much that boyfriend and I drive up from Irvington monthly to get a massage! We’ve never had an experience anything less than amazing there. They’re very accommodating to evening appointment times and we’re incredibly forgiving when traffic made us a few minutes late most recently. I got a 60 minute Swedish massage from Savanna with emphasis on neck and shoulders. Ive had a pain in my neck for a couple of weeks and Savanna did a great job in relieving it. The spa itself was clean with a lovely scent and peaceful atmosphere. In the waiting room, they had water and a Nesspresso machine (I dont drink coffee but thats what it looked like). I felt the price was very reasonable and had a relaxing and wonderful experience.

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and inviting. Plenty of parking in the lot. My favorite therapist is Holly. She is such a wonderful practitioner. She is very intuitive and good at unobtrusively checking in to make sure you are comfortable at all times. Highly recommended!

I had a couples massage here that was amazing! The place itself is clean and a super relaxing atmosphere.Every staff member was professional and attentive. Abigail and Erik did our massages. Abigail did a nice job reading how much pressure was needed without having to say anything during my husbands swedish massage. Erik did a great job loosening up my muscles and working down some knots I have during my deep tissue massage. He used a perfect amount of pressure. We would highly recommend both massage therapists!

I had a prenatal massage with Holly and it was absolutely amazing. She listened to any of my concerns and really worked on areas that were bothering me. Like a lot of woman during pregnancy my sciatic nerve/lower back were really bothering me and After my massage I felt sooo much better and relaxed. Holly is a super sweet person and I can’t wait to have another massage with her. The business was also super cute and a relaxing environment!

I found Indy Massage Company online and decided to get my 8 months pregnant sister a gift card for a prenatal massage for Christmas. She scheduled her massage for today at 4 pm, but this morning her water broke and she is currently in labor (2 weeks earlier than her due date). She called the massage company (while in labor) to explain her situation and they are fining her $40 for cancelling, even though she called soon after they opened for the day and gave them multiple hours warning. It is disappointing to me that they treat their customers like this.

Courtney U. was just so wonderful. This was my first massage overall (I had a prenatal massage at 5 months along). She made it very relaxing. She was also so thorough in asking me if I had any problem areas and what she could focus on. Highly recommend her and Indy Massage. I definitely plan to return throughout the rest of my pregnancy.

Indy Massage Company has been my preferred business massage and facials for several years. The scheduling process is extremely easy (on-line and by phone) and I have always found a time that works for my schedule. I appreciate that I can schedule with a specific massage therapist or schedule the therapist that is available at the time that works for me. I want to mention Chelsea specifically. She gives fantastic massages. She is always friendly and interested in how I am feeling in order to be sure that she focuses on what I need for the massage. The facility is very tranquil and clean and the desk staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been here twice, and I truly appreciate the staff and services. They helped me so much when I got out of the hospital, and with so much grace and integrity in what they do. The services and price are well worth it. I highly recommend.

They are good and professional. I usually get the deep tissue massage and have recently gotten the cbd infused massage as well which only enhances the experience. Have had 6 good experiences out of 7. Only had 1 bad massage and it was the Swedish massage. Had absolutely no pressure so felt like I wasted $80. Other than that, this place is great and I will be returning.

I love it here! I always book with Anna - she customizes my massage to suit me so that I get deep tissue relief on my tight back & shoulders, but a lighter touch on my sensitive arms & legs. Their online scheduling makes it so easy & convenient. I live on the other side of town, and could probably go to several other places that are closer, but I only come here.

Great experience! Left my Hot-90 massage feeling extremely relaxed. Wish I had an extra hour just to lay there. Cant wait to go back! If there were shower facilities and if the relaxation room was near the back, it would have been perfect!

Bad service!!!It is my third time getting a massage and I always had a great experience.This last visit, was horrible. The girl (savanna ) is rally bad or just newFirts the music, she put music for a party( I had to asked to change and lower) asked for more pressure but I think she had no experience. The truth is I am disappointed for the service.at the end when I was paying, I talk about it to the person in front desk (a young boy) he just say... o sorry! ... Literally not care. I will not return to this place.if you paying $ 90 dollars for a massage I would like to think about a good service or at least a guarantee.

I have been going to Chelsea for over a year and I cant say enough about her and her services! She is always upbeat, goes the extra mile to make me comfortable and has given me wonderful customer service and advice about my skin! Before Chelsea, I never had a professional facial and my skin is visibly healthier and feels fantastic! In addition, her massages are relaxing and when I leave the spa, I feel refreshed! Chelsea waxed my eyebrows for my wedding in September and then tinted both my brows and lashes and it was the perfect touch for my big day. I didnt want to wear layers of makeup and she had the perfect solution. Its been 3 weeks and I am still getting comments about how pretty my lashes and brows look!

My wife and all I have been to spas around North America and we both agreed today that this place near home was among the best. Today was our first visit and the therapist that I had did things that I dont think anyone has. my wife said the same thing. We both found it very enjoyable. Great technique and atmosphere and very relaxing. We will definitely go back!

Courtney is nothing short of amazing. I was in a bad car accident and if it weren’t for her, my body wouldn’t be healing the way it is, and so quickly. I have booked 2 appointments in the last couple weeks, and I have another one booked with her in a week. When I said she was wonderful, I really wasn’t kidding, you should absolutely book with her. I got my first massage when I was 10 years old, and Courtney by far is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She does a thorough consultation to truly understand your goals and desires for your session, while fully knowing what she is doing. We would hope massage therapists truly know what they’re doing and can feel where the work needs done, but not all are like that. Courtney on the other hand doesn’t actually need to be told anything, she can feel where my problem areas are and help heal them. I have never had a massage therapist help my body and relax me the way she has and I can’t thank her enough. Courtney Ulrich is the one to book with 110%!

Its an amazing experience and such a good price, in my opinion. Both times I have been at IMC, I have received really good massages and the people administering the services always ask me how I am doing and are really nice. I feel like the experience is very straight forward and the environment is very relaxing and luxurious without being snooty.

I just received my very first facial from none other than Alli Padrick, and wow... What a beautiful, profound experience. She is extremely gentle, and you can feel how genuine her intentions are with every touch. I feel like a new person; completely refreshed. Not only was the physical experience of the facial delightfully pleasant, but the atmosphere really played a big role in it all. I highly recommend this studio, for I will be returning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Melissa provided me with the most stress relieving deep tissue massage I have had.She focused areas I mentioned were tight and kept the deep tissue puncture to a strong level the entire 75 minutes.Will becoming a regular now!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here for my 21st birthday/ our Valentines day couples massage. I believe it was Rebecca who did mine and Courtney who did his. We both felt really good and rejuvenated. The atmosphere of the building was tranquil and had pretty fair pricing on their services. We got a 30 minute time frame and I was very shocked that Rebecca was able to massage my whole body in that time! The staff and our massage therapists were very considerate and mindful. Holly Baker was AMAZING! I had a 90 min myofascial release with deep tissue massage. Highly recommend for those who carry most of their stress in neck/shoulders. I felt very comfortable with her and she casted a calming and warming sense. Will def be returning! Staff friendly. Establishment environment very clean/neat/relaxing.

Demi did an amazing job prior to my massage she listened to my pain concerns and already had experience in prenatal massaging so those two together really nudged me to rate my experience a 20. The massage was fantastic I felt refreshing that entire week. She didn’t just rub my body she relieved pain that I was having and I felt like the hour was well spent. She talked with me afterwards to make sure we were on the same page and if I had concerns/questions . Absolutely loved that too as it felt like my visit was personalized just for me, also the aroma was spot on. She did a great job encouraging me to try the cushion and I am soo glad I did but I appreciated her willingness to understand my concerns about laying on my side and now the cushion and I are inseparable. Thank you Demi for sharing your passion, talent and gifted hands. Keep up the God given talent and look forward to returning. I booked 2 appointments for my daughter and I as a present for her birthday. We drove 2 hours because they received high reviews. Upon arriving, the receptionist told me that they only showed one appointment was scheduled and that they don’t understand how it happened. They tried to remedy the issue by offering a service that was less than what I had reserved. So disappointed. Also, the receptionist was very unsympathetic and robotic in her “apology”. Thanks for nothing Indy Massage.

My family started our day with a wonderful time at IMC! I had explained to Chelsea that both my daughters are now graduated and with one now in college out of state and one starting college in the fall, this outing was a rare happening and she made our visit so memorable! We were greeted with fruit, pastries and drinks in a private room where we could relax and enjoy before our services! My two daughters received 1 hour signature facials from Colleen and Allison and aside from their skin looking and feeling great, they really enjoyed it! My fiance received the Hot 90 massage from Rebecca and he raved about how relaxing and awesome it was. I received a 60 minute Swedish massage and a 30 minute signature facial from Chelsea and it was FANTASTIC! She provided exactly what I wanted, my skin looks/feels heavenly and she made helpful skin care suggestions after my session. We were all treated like VIPs from the time we arrived to our departure, we will most definitely be back, Thank you so much IMC!

This was only my 3rd massage EVER & I went because I NEEDED it but also to inquire about other therapy services. Ive been here twice. The 1st time was 01/30/21 - deep tissue massage w/Chynna and she was AMAZING! I had some really tight areas and she got my tight spots together, hunny! She was very professional and patient with all the questions and areas of concern. The 2nd time I had the myofascial release & deep tissue massage w/Holly, because of a few car accidents. Ive never had this type of service but have been going to a chiropractor for years and had several adjustments and graston therapy. Although, the graston has been helping, its only for about 20 minutes per session. I really want to the therapy to actually WORK, so I tried this. Let me tell you, it was one of the BEST decisions Ive made! A few months ago I noticed that I couldnt raise my hand over my head or fasten my bra. I also had surgery for trigger thumb but was still having some tightness. I noticed a big difference in just one session. I had increased range of motion and less pain. So I have scheduled another session next month. I am so glad I found this place!

Where did the visit go wrong? Everywhere! 1. I made an appointment for a time and the therapist didn’t come get me until 10 minutes later. I changed as quickly as possible but it wasn’t until 15 minutes after that our session began. 2. Instead of our session going until 15 minutes after the hour, she still cut it off at the top of the hour, gyping me of 15 minutes! 3. Anna, my masseuse, doesn’t know what she’s doing at all. I told her three times to go softer. I came out in more pain than before! I’ll never return and don’t recommend it to my worst enemies!

Just got my first massage ever here. I am a changed man. Rebecca is a miracle worker. Deep tissue. My body is extremely tough and tight, she handled me with sturdiness and strength, incredibly impressed. Knows anatomy and hit my problem points perfectly. Will be going back regularly, never knew what I was missing. I am currently floating in cloud 9 as I write this.

I love both the Swedish and deep tissue and to stave off running injuries mainly have a 60 or 90 minute deep tissue. Not only are both April and Alli great my wife goes to Alli but you can book them online even at short notice. I am so pleased they started this local business themselves. Now on to this week I just tried the new hot90 massage that they have just added - it was fantastic and so relaxing. I would recommend indy massage company to anyone.

After stumbling upon this Indianapolis gem, Ill never get another massage anywhere else. The staff was accommodating from the very beginning. I booked ahead of time (highly recommended, as they stay busy) and they had my preferred time available the next day.I had a 60 minute deep tissue, and Alli did an amazing job. The work I do wreaks havoc on my back, but she was able to release a lot of built-up tension in places I thought to be a lost cause.I will be making this a regular appointment. Purchased an Amazon local coupon to try out Indy Massage. Due to family health issues I was unable to go during the summer as I had hoped. I was finally able to carve out a day for myself and was really looking forward to going.I called to schedule an appointment and was informed that a 1 hour slot was available at 11:15am. That was great. I mentioned that it was an Amazon coupon and was informed that they do not take appointments on Friday for Amazon. Which I understand but explained that due to my family health I could only get in on Friday. The Amazon coupon expired on Saturday so could I please get an open for the currently open time.Even after explaining my family health issues and problems, she told me under no circumstances would she allow me to use the coupon for the open time slot for Friday. She kept stressing to me that I had 6 months to get in and it was not her problem that the coupon was going to expire regardless of my life circumstances.The coupon was for $75 ... in all fairness it is not worthless it is just now only worth $35. However after all the health issues ... spending the extra money on a massage is a luxury expense I cannot justify.Part of massage in my opinion is if the person performing the massage has a good core as it is a holistic practice. Someone who refuses to allow the use of a coupon to someone just trying to get away for one day after a stressful 6 months is not someplace that could be holistic to me.I was really looking forward to this 1 hour to get away. It is very sad to me that the company failed to show even a shred of compassion during my conversation with them. This has been a difficult year but Ive been amazed at how willing area business have been wiling to work with me due to our circumstances. It was a bit of shock to one that could care less especially in a field of making people feel better.

My lower back has been bothering me on my left side for a while now. Yesterday it was just too much and I checked in with Indy massage Company.Erik was available for a 60 minute deep tissue. I asked Erik to just focus on my back but I’m glad I corrected myself and said, “that’s where the pain is but do what you need to”.After checking over major muscle groups, he found the problem in the group connecting my leg to my hip. Focusing on that spot, we accomplished more in a 60 minute session than then I’d expect with 90. I left the room worlds more comfortable than I walked in. It was like my back was finally aligned straight. This guy deserves a PHD in massage!Erik is legally blind, which I was glad I knew going in so it was easier for us to get over it and get to work. We were able to communicate well and I look forward to going back for more leg / back maintenance.

I saw Ally for a deep tissue massage and it was a wonderful experience! She is thorough, attentive, and very caring. It is difficult to find someone who uses the right amount of pressure, but Ally was perfect and knew right where my trouble areas were!

I have dealt with neck and back pain recently and have been seeing a chiropractor. Waking up the day after Christmas and the pain in my neck having increased over the Holiday weekend and my chiropractor closed today, I sought a massage asap. I have never had a professional massage prior to today. Allison gave me my first experience and I thoroughly enjoyed. She was a very attentive to my aches and pains and put in some good work to loosen the issue in my neck along with work over the rest of my back. Amazing customer service! I emailed back and forth several times and always received timely responses. I was trying to plan a massage for four girls at the same time and this was the only place I could get it done, plus more!It was the beginning of a bachelorette party celebration and they even had a little corner with props and a chalkboard sign for pictures. Pleasant place, the staff is courteous. The facial was great, but when I got home, I saw my nose was black polka-dot with charcoal mask still lodged in the pores. Why would she let me leave with the litteral dirt on my face? Makes no sense.Deep tissue massage. The lady kept hitting the same shoulder blade miofascial point over and over again. It was painful. After she hit it for the 20th time in a row, I said, thats enough. That was a signal to her to stop deep-tissue and just dial down all the way. I didnt want to argue. I let her do her thing. Not going back.

We get there late & they did not even have us scheduled!!!!! They were booked full, so a wasted trip all the way around. What is the point of calling if they are not even going to put you in the book?? He wanted to reschedule. I did not, why continue to waste my time with them!!!3/11/18In response to your response....It is a shame to put up a bold face lie like that. When your receptionist told my husband & I that there was not even a record of the appointment being made, or that any calls or text were made to get the deposit or full payment. Just admit you messed up and move on. We all make mistakes, but to continue to lie to cover your mess up is another issue in itself!! Take care and have a wonderful day!

I scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and Is one year. It was bot of ours first time and we were unsure to expect. We were greeted by the front desk. And check in went smoothly. Then our masseuses greeted us and answered all of our questions. The massage itself was incredible. I did the 45 minute with one swedish and one deep tissue. I got the swedish and it was very relaxing and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. My boyfriend got the deep tissue and he has a lot of problems with his shoulders. After his massage he told me that his shoulder had never felt better and that the guy had finally got the knot that gave him so many problems out. Even days later ge says his shoulder has never felt better. Overall the place was clean, professional, affordable,inviting, and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. 😄💚
