Heather was outstanding. She listened to my issues up front and was not only emphatic but she also worked the areas in need. And worked them well. Sort of a no frills studio, which is fun with me as I was here for the massage, which again was excellent. If I ever come back to Indy I will be here with Heather for 90 minutes and if I have as many issues as I did this time I would do 120 minutes

Mike and Heather were AMAZING! I highly recommend Workplace Enhancement Massage Therapy for individual or couples sessions. From calling to book the appointment to meeting the therapists and discussing needs or concerns for the session. We were in town for our anniversary and were able celebrate with the best couples massage ever. It was my first massage and Mike did a great job at making me comfortable and relaxed. My husband has had shoulder and upper body tightness and Heather gave the best massage he ever had. Thank you guys!

This place was exactly what I needed when I was on work travel! The owner was extremely kind to stop what she was doing to lock in an appointment, on very short notice!!! GO SEE WHITNEY!! She is wonderful!! My husband had to be at a convention in town and I came with him. I was up all night in pain because I had a knots in my neck and shoulder with constant spasms, I was absolutely miserable!!! Whitney got me in the next morning a worked her magic!! I had so much relief after she gave me a deep tissue massage. Wish I lived closer so her gifted hands could continue to work their magic on this stressed out body more often.

Never had a massage but this place was sooo great. Private, low light, and really helped the knots on my neck and back. Would recommend!

My therapist was lovely and very personable. Her pressure was great but did not do the massage I asked for. I requested a deep tissue Left shoulder/ neck massage and got a full upper body both side general massage. When I went to pay with credit card she asked if I wanted to tip and asked the amount the and proceeded to add an additional $2. When I pointed it out she apologized then continued to type it in without a correction. I ended up just saying it was fine and paying the extra but am still put off by the exchange.

Received a fantastic deep-tissue massage last week here by Whitney. I was almost a walk-in, with the phone coordinator (Sue?) able to book an appointment for me with 1 1/2 hours notice. Whitney has gifted hands, and completely worked out a knot in my lower back, which eased my back pain considerably. First time I have received a massage in a semi-office-like environment on a higher floor in a bank, but it was phenomenal. Next time I have more notice, I will absolutely book well in advance. Great work, folks!

My wife and I went there for a couples massage. Heather did mine. It was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Whitney did my wife’s massage and she feels the same way. Sue made scheduling very easy. We’re not from Indy but we will be coming back every time we are in the area!!

Whitney was terrific. Its rare to get a deep tissue massage that is as comprehensive as the one Whitney executed. It was just what the doctor ordered! She loosened my back so fully. If youre looking for strength, ask for Whitney. You will NOT be disappointed.

First, Sue was great. We were in for a convention and she booked us all at the same time…3 for different massages. Secondly, Heather did my deep tissue—-amazing——I feel so much better. I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage. I called around noon. Phone was answered by a human. Explained my day and was able to make appointment that night. I then texted back and moved appointment up an hour. The place was nice and Whitney did my hour massage. And it was fantastic. When I say I want a deep tissue, the pressure usually is t what I want. Whitney was a TRUE deep tissue massage that included her stretching my arms. No just a slight tug. But a true stretch. Whitney was so very polite and kind. She made my evening and next few days because I felt fabulous!! I struggle sleeping and that night I slept the best i have in a long time. I will be returning on my next trip to Indy.

I had to stop the massage 20 minutes in. She pressed several times over my spin. This is a HUGE no when you massage someone. I gave her a second chance and asked she work on my pressure points on my back. She just rubbed me down with her hands and forearm.As well, I’ve never heard of a massage place asking for cash up front. This is not normal. But after the experience I had, maybe that’s why

Sue, the owner, is very good at determining the best type of massage for me and schedules me with the masseuse that best fits my needs whether it is deep tissue or stretching. Im a regular now! Very healing.

I was in town for work and desperately needed a massage so I googled “massages near me”. Workplace Enhancement came up in my search, and because of convenience and positive reviews, I chose it since I was walking from my hotel.I called Sue and was able to schedule for the same day. I specified that I wanted deep tissue and there are times when the therapists just don’t apply enough pressure. This was NOT the case today! Heather was my masseuse and she was fantastic! I told her what was bothering me (chronic neck, shoulders, lower back issues). She applied great pressure, always checking in to see if I was okay.I won’t lie, deep tissue isn’t necessarily a pleasant experience if you have a lot of tightness and knots like myself, but she worked so hard on me and I can already feel relief. She also showed me some helpful stretches to do on my own.I would highly recommend Heather and Workplace Enhancement Massage if you’re in the Indianapolis area or are just here on business or leisure. I definitely plan to see Heather again next time I’m in town if she’s available!

Winston is who was recommended to me to see for upper back and neck pain. He performed a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Less than 24 hours later I feel like a million bucks. Thank you!

My back stiffened up after a long day of flying. I was able to get in within an hour of requesting a deep tissue massage. Heather was fantastic! She worked on the areas I requested and then found other areas that were probably the cause of my issue. After the massage she helped me stretch showing me how to prevent my problem later. I’m very appreciative!

Sue shame on youYou know for a fact that mike is going to jail and that you knew he had been inappropriate. There was 4 others with me while you were on speaker as you said it. I was not the client but a great friend was. You are not an honest person and I hope after all this you get closed down.I would never return to this place. Mike the massage therapist is having charges pressed against him for inappropriate behavior. After contacting the so called owner Sue, she stated that he had been inappropriate before and that she had counseled him regarding him. She then accused the client for not getting up. After the police were called she did not want a massage he was in the middle of because it was a couples anniversary massage. Not that his inappropriateness was aparent of r a concern. This place needs shut down and I cannot wait until he is in prison and to find out if she really is the owner. He also is a photographer and he wanted to take pictures of the clients he even was wearing the camera during the massage and Sue DOES NOT see this as a problem.

Today I had a massage with Winston and it was the most magical massage experience of my life! I’ve been getting massages for about 15 years and on a regular basis for the past three. Although I never complain, I am apparently a tough person to please, in the massage category. Winston went above and beyond and surpassed any and all expectations I had! He was professional, connected with my body perfectly, calming, a good listener to instruction of pressure and areas of pain, he didn’t chat with me unnecessarily (which is important so I can relax), and I could tell that he loved what he was doing and has a passion for massage. After chatting with him post massage, he expressed why he is so passionate and I learned he is a very well rounded, wise, and beautiful human being, inside and out. I’m not being sarcastic when I say, this massage changed my life, body, and mind! I will never have a massage by anyone else, he has thus forward ruined all other massage therapists for me and I am so grateful for the lovely experience. Thank you Winston! I suggest everyone get a massage, at least once in your life, from Winston. You will not regret it!

I had a fantastic massage with Heather. Before she even began she asked all the right questions, Are there areas you want to concentrate on? Areas to avoid? How much or how little pressure do you like?. She did some deep tissue work on my shoulder and then normal pressure on the rest. My shoulder feels great!! The whole massage was so relaxing. Definitely recommend!!

Visiting from out of town and got a couples massage with Whitney and Winston. They were both excellent. Among the best massages weve had in years.

EDIT: After posting the review below I received a text from the owner accusing me of only coming to their business so I could leave a bad review to tarnish their reputation in order to help a client of mine (who she claimed to be a competitor) look better. My client is a massage therapy business in Phoenix, Arizona which I wouldn’t think is a competitor.——Would not return.The overall experience was highly disappointing starting with the massage therapists running 20 minutes late.My massage had little to no pressure, I asked the therapist for more pressure three times and did not see a change at all. The therapist was texting during the session and her phone vibrated upwards of 5 times.I spoke to the owner about my experience and instead of listening & thanking me for my feedback, she said I didn’t ask for the right type of massage, that they were really busy and therefore tired by the time I got my massage, and that they didn’t have the right therapist available to perform a deep tissue massage (which is not what I asked for nor what I expected). She lectured me for multiple minutes to the point that just gave the phone to my boyfriend.I don’t necessarily believe the customer is always right but sheesh!

Live downtown and can be difficult to find openings at places in area for massage unless many days in advance. I had gotten off morning rounds at hospital and felt like a massage was due. Was able to book same day! Heather was fantastic, best deep tissue massage I have ever had which spans to resort spas in Vegas, Cali, DC, etc. The pressure was deep but not to point where I ever felt as if too rough at all. The movements were fluid and rhythmic and she was attune to an injury I had thus avoided this area. Is on 6th floor of Lake city Bank high rise downtown on corner of Ohio and Illinois streets. One odd thing of note was the doors of building are locked on weekends and there is a security person in lobby who just sat in seat staring at me when trying to come inside. Luckily a maintenance man was also in lobby and let me in. I am sure during week that this wont be an issue. Highly recommend if live downtown and want to get a top notch massage or in town visiting as is blocks away from many of the hotels.

I have met with Sue a couple times now and ALWAYS have a wonderful experience. She does an awesome job, and I love the location on the Circle downtown. Its very easy and convenient to get a massage during my lunch break, or after a busy day at work. Sue has always been very flexible with my schedule. Thumbs up!

I have rods/screws and a pain stimulator in my back I don’t like taking opioids pills for pain. Sue helping me with an alternative method has been GREAT. A shout out for Winston! Absolutely amazing! 1 hour deep tissue massage and my body felt renewed, rejuvenated , and free of knots! I made the appt about 45 minutes prior, company was awesome to work with as I did nothing by the book... lol..... but we adapted and achieved and met the objective! Visiting convention in Indy. Sue was so accommodating adding me to her day on a Saturday. It was by far the absolute BEST massage I have ever had....the ultimate massage! Head to toe...back and neck...perfect pressure...truly the BEST. I only wish I lived her to have regular weekly massages!

Sue and her team are phenomenal! As someone who struggles with severe scoliosis, muscle spasms, and migraines, I know I can count on her team to deliver the best care when it comes to massage therapy. Not only is the therapy top notch, Sue is SO accommodating when it comes to scheduling; she is just a call or text away from fitting me in at a moments notice if Im having unexpected pain. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain due to sitting at a desk all day and Sue and her therapists are great at working out my kinks and knots. It is also fairly easy to get an appointment scheduled and it is very convenient to just walk over on my lunch or other break. Sue and her therapists are also very professional and it is always a relaxing experience!

I was passing through town after a music festival and needed some back work done. I stopped off for me and my travel companion to get a 90-minute massage. I was under the impression that the massage would be a deep tissue massage with lots of pressure. The massage I received was mediocre at best because I received hardly any pressure despite asking for more and more. I am used to Thai and Asian massage techniques that leave you feeling sore but waking up refreshed the next morning. My ex-wife used to give me better massages at home. I guess next time I need to look at how many other reviews the reviewers have before making a decision...

I was in a car accident years ago. I still have trouble with knots in my back and neck. If I go to Workplace Enhancement a couple times a month, I am pain free! I love that I can get a deep massage if needed. I ALWAYS fell so much better after a massage. They have had several therapist over the years and have been happy with all of them. If I could leave 0 stars I would do it. I booked a massage and it was accepted. When I arrived nobody was around. I received a phone call saying that nobody would be able to give me a massage. Excuses is all I got. What a waste of time.

They have a central location in the Chase Tower, but Ive seen them reach out to business events, sporting events, hotel rooms, houses parties, and offices at all hours of the day and night. They have a young and varied staff. Everyone is good, and each person has a unique approach to massage. Youre guaranteed to find a therapist that meets your needs.

I have had a few massages with Sue, as well as had her come to my office for my staff. We all loved our massages, both chair and table. She is great for both coming to your office as well as you to hers.

Sue Rickie is a great business minded person and is successful at what she does. However she is also known for treating the Salesforce buildings’ staff poorly in the past ( namely Housekeeping and Security)
