I went here for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience! Everyone was very sweet and they did a great job. I booked the “pixie nose” and the results were just want I wanted. I definitely recommend going here!!

The spa is BEAUTIFUL! Vibes are off the charts soon as you walk into the entrance. Karma did a liquid BBL to fill my hip dips and my results are amazing! She numb me, talk me through the process, and let me watch my true crime stories during. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

This spa is a 10 out a 10 … highly recommended. She really got me the results that I wanted. The spa is sooooo nice it screams luxury. The owner Karma, she is so relatable, felt like I known her forever .. she will make sure you are okay during the entire process. She even brought me a smoothie from tropical smoothie. OVERALL a very pleasant experience - Karma did a great job & Im definitely coming back! First time to have an in-office teeth whitening session ever. I was curious & skeptical at the same time, wondering if this really works as effective as a dental clinic. I would say YES! NO tingling, painful whitening anymore, unlike Zoom where your gums are sore for days. Plus youre sitting on a massage chair for a full hour while whitening your teet w/ An option to watch a movie or listen to zen music during the process. Im so impressed. Express White is a hidden gem along the busy Keystone Ave. Its tranquil white interior is so relaxing & the rooms smell so fresh & clean. Also, she had me try their whitening combo products for maintaining your shade. Im glad I bought it bec I absolutely love it!

Yesterday I had an appointment at Express White Day Spa to get a teeth whitening service and a chipped tooth repair. Immediately as I entered the spa, I was greeted by Karma and she offered me wine and snacks. I am a influencer and she allowed me time to record in her spa before the service.When it was time for the teeth whitening service she explained to me how it was going to work. She had such great care while servicing me. She checked on me to ask how I felt between the three 20 minute whitening sessions. I was sitting in a massage chair , jamming out to the music playing on YouTube on the tv and relaxing in a clean environment.Once my first step was complete, we went on to my chip tooth repair. I thought she was going to stick me with a bunch of needles and she didn’t. I loved that. She did ask how does that feel and to make sure my teeth didn’t bump together and knock out my repair.The service was so great, easy and I felt even more beautiful with my expressed white smile. Thank you so much Karma for the work you do and thank you to Brittany who first gave me a tour of this beautiful spa and scheduled my appointments. Brittany also made sure I had received reminders about my appointment and greeted me with a smile and a hug when she seen me again.10/10 I highly recommend. ✨

This place is terrible . I would send my dog . Not only was the owner rude , belligerent and disrespectful. She’s unprofessional she canceled my appointment 30 minutes before the scheduled time rescheduled me and when I was 10 minutes late canceled my appointment and kept my deposit . I recommend going to a different spa . The owner is very caddy . My very first appointment she talked on her cell phone the entire time . I assumed she was going through a family crisis but no I have heard from other guest that this is how she runs her business. If you want a head ache feel free to go . Maybe she is paying for reviews because this place is terrible. Beautiful on the outside but the entire establishment lacks customer service .

Karma the owner, is very professional and is great at what she does. Her studio is clean and absolutely beautiful! I had teeth whitening, which I was concerned about the sensitivity but whatever she used did not cause any pain. Drove over an hour just for the door to be locked , finally got an answer after calling 5+ times to be told that the assistant was in the hospital since the day before. I do understand things happen but definitely could’ve given me a heads up before I drove hours . I asked for my deposit back Friday and it’s now Monday , still have received nothing. There was a few reviews saying they have issues showing up to work , didn’t think it would happen to me but you can never be too careful ! Again I understand medical emergencies happen but it was not a last minute thing , I could’ve been told my appointment needed rescheduled but I was not and after 3 days I still haven’t received my money back .

I made an appointment for both my sister and I either express teeth whitening. She was very professional and ready to service us when I got there. We were able to enjoy a movie of our choice while we received our teeth whitening service. She made us feel as comfortable as possible , which is great considering you’re recovering a service laying down . Afterwards my sister and I loved our results ! My teeth have never been so white in my life ! I loved my experience & most importantly my pearly white teeth . I received so many compliments on my teeth it was unreal . I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for great teeth at a great price , WITH outstanding customer service as well !

I was completely blown away by the results that came from my visit! My teeth looked much brighter than they had before. I also appreciated the communication and transparency of what to expect with it being my first time going through this process. I feel a lot more confident in my smile now and am already looking forward to my next visit! I do NOT recommend this business for post op surgical care. My review is for others considering this individual for post surgery care. At each visit. Karma left me waiting 30 minutes to 90 minutes at my appointments both before and during because she scheduled teeth whitenings at the same time slot. She is not trained as a massage therapist despite offering post op massages. She is not trained in manual lymphatic drainage or post op care. She is not trained in blood borne pathogen training and indeed cross contaminated a needle! while attempting to drain a seroma. She lacks common practical knowledge and is practicing outside of the scope of her training whatever limited training/knowledge that may be. When I calmly expressed my desire to terminate my prepaid 10 session package, she initially offered me discount on teeth whitenings and coupons as if discounts to spend more money at her business was a substitute for the gross medical negligence and lackluster customer service. The care received, if you can even call it that, was disrespectful, improper, and negligent. Does she even post credentials in office? Due to Karmas negligence and incompetence, I now have an encapsulated seroma that will likely require extensive surgery to correct. I do NOT recommend this business.

Extremely unprofessional treatment by management. I went in for a teeth whitening and was told by the technician that they guarantee up to two shades lighter from the treatment. I was not happy with my results and called and spoke with the manager. She was extremely rude, and told me that she would not give me a refund, but offered a to send a whitening treatment kit to my home as retribution. I agreed, and after two months I have not received the kit. I have called and called and each time I am told that they still need to find the tracking number for the shipment that they claim was made and that they will return my call with it, but I never get a call back. Now, when I call, I can hear my call being answered, but immediately hung up on. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, the rudeness, and the dishonesty of this place and wouldnt recommend their services. The whitening treatment did nothing for my teeth.

I chose 1 star because of her customer service. She has no time efficiency. She has too many cancelations for very odd reasons. I think as a business woman she should do better with that. Its very frustrating trying to get service and she cancels everytime several times. I chose not to go back there for my teeth whitening because she cant seem to come to work.

Its more of a Relaxing Massage / TV while whitening as well and the owner is SUPER TENTATIVE to customers. The location looks astonishing as well, very expensive looking and very well designed interior and exterior. Im surprised it isnt a NATIONAL CHAIN.

Unprofessional and unsanitary. I got my teeth cleaned and noticed the technician adjusting the mouth covering of her mask with her gloved hand and then putting it back in my mouth. I was also not happy with the results. I had my daughter call management for me and we were told that we would be sent a whitening kit, but it was never sent. Waste of money.

THIS LADY IS NOT A LICENSED DENTIST!! nobody knows how she continues to illegally practice. She puts braces on people and has no idea what she is doing when it comes to the physics. I work at a dental office and have had several patients come in that got braces put on by her and she messed up their alignment. Do not let ANYONE except a LICENSED DENTIST put braces on you. We’ve reported this institution before and we will continue to report it.

This whitening really works! I’ve used white strips for a number of times and always experienced favorable results. Also, I was worried about this treatment as I dealt with major sensitivity from other white strips, but my laser whitening treatment was so awesome and painless. This is next-level whiteness. The inconvenience of having a mouthpiece in your mouth for 1 hour is far outweighed by the efficacy of the whitening. My teeth are noticeable whiter too. Karma and her Express White services are “impressive” and “highly” recommended!”
