Every time I go in here I somehow have $5 off of my purchase I’m not sure it’s because I spend so much here or what but man it’s nice. Also huge selection and this super cool dude who works there put me on to these dodi disposables and I’m saving gas money on my trips to Michigan now 😂 thanks guys you’re the best! Not met one person who wasn’t 10/10 vibes. I haven’t stepped foot in another smoke shop in like a year since I moved over here. Great job to the owner

This is my favorite smoke shop to stop and shop at! All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable but I have noticed sometimes when I go in that I will be talking to one associate and trying to ask questions when another will come over and cut them off and effectively not allow the first associate to continue talking to me. I still enjoy this shop the most and will continue shopping here but if I’m talking specifically to one employee I don’t see the need for another to butt in with their opinion unless asked.

Extremely awesome products, service and most importantly, prices! One purchase and I was a new convert. They carry Dodi brand as their anchor and I had never heard of them. It is made here in Indy and it is hilariously good stuff. Im a middle aged male and love the whole place. Last visit the turn me on to the specials. Its definitely my new #1 goto spot!

Upon walking in Sarah greeted me with a very warm welcome. I was talked to about some promotions as well as where I could find certain products. During my visit Blake had talked with me about some products and was very detailed and very educated on the products. All in all I had a very great experience. I will 100% be back in for all my vape and 4/20 products. Having Amazing customer service is the main reason I will return. The atmosphere was perfect. This is the only place I go. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. I got a new set up and tons of juice from these guys and Ive never felt ripped off or that the advice was bad. Definitely one of the best vape shops around!Update: service has been 50/50 since they changed locations. I like the Dodi brand. Its more off the beaten path now, but is more convenient location.

The ONLY place you need to go in all of the Indianapolis area for vapes, and tobacco related or replacement items.* THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW *I’ve been going to their locations for years, and this new location is amazing. All the staff is amazing , but I’d recommend asking for Trey (spelling?). He can solve any problem and has commanding expertise. Also seems to never sleep and always there.

New shop. Much bigger than most of their other locations. Its nice.The parking kinda stinks, and its in a tricky spot (Keystone/96th st roundabout/465) so be careful.Especially coming out of the parking its a bit of a blind curve coming from the left and Speedy McQuickstick is sure to T-bone you since he is probably on his phone.Everything else about Indy e-Cigs is 5* but poor city planning and development has stuck them with a tricky location.All of that crying about the parking, but I would still never go anywhere else.They have a great selection.The customer service is always fantastic.The prices are good, and if you should have an issue with a purchase they fix it.Probably one of the few customer focused companies left.Also, this location is not temporarily closed as its listed on Gmaps and the pictures are from the previous E.96th st location, so dont be confused.Lastly. Trey is customer service specialist of the year.Every year.

A bunch of idiot stoners who sit around high out of their minds and have almost no idea what theyre talking about. They usually have something different to say about the same products each time you go in. Ive noticed this at the Broad Ripple location too.Ever since cannabis became their main source of business, Indy E Cigs has gone downhill, especially in terms of the employees they hire.Fortunately for me, when I went in for the Halloween sale, the idiot at the counter rung something up wrong. He charged me over $40 less than what he was supposed to lol.Oh, and stop selling Diamond Shruums. That company is a scam. Lions Mane doesnt have any sort of intoxicating effects. That garbage is a placebo, youre microdosing on like, a half of a milligram of total cannabinoids. But I dont expect a single person who works at these places to understand anything at all related to chemistry or biology.

They always greet me and treat me with up-most respect when I go there, and yea, there are times like one guy said where they may not have something in, but they will tell you when it comes and they will put it back for you if you call to see if it is in, but these are crazy times and they do their best. I like it here because they are honest and up front. One young man helped me with some gummies for my wife who has stage 4 lung cancer and he explained about different kinds, between Delta 8 and Delta 9, so I learned something on that day....so this is my go to place all the time now, I just dig everybody who works there...Peace to You and Yours...

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is super knowledgeable and extremely polite. The juice selection is pretty up to date with the trends and they usually have what I am looking for. If they dont, they offer excellent alternatives. Really loving this pink lemonade 😍

Staff here is awesome. They ask all the right questions to get you set up with a product that suits you. Tasting Bar is a great feature as well. Super laid back atmosphere but still incredibly professional staff.

Previously have been here numerous times as the convenience of the location. However the past 6 times I have been in their inventory is near zero (Usually stop every ~2 weeks). There is always an excuse for why they are out of X, Y, Z which relates back to shipping problems. While shipping currently is iffy and will often times have delays, the ongoing issue of this issue over the course of a few months has led me to stop coming here. There are quite a few of these type shops located around 96th street to which all of them do not seem to have any stocking/shipping issues and are always in-stock. Ive been gladly driving the extra 5 minutes out of my way to a shop that I know will have what I am looking for every single time.

The staff here is just the best, and has been for years. They also run good sales all the time, and the selection is really good. It’s the only shop in town IMO

This is my favorite location, with my favorite crew!! They are so welcoming and extra helpful! They are always open arms to my service dog, WHICH MAKES THIS LOCATION THE ABSOLUTE BEST 🖤 my pups and I will ALWAYS be loyal to this location!

My sister and I visited Indy e-Cig to purchase some CBD products. Chris, the associate who helped us, was so personable and knowledgable!! He spent time with us to ensure that we would be getting the best products for our needs. I noticed that he treated the other customers who came in with the same respect and effortlessly balanced multiple customers while making us all feel attended to. He made the experience so enjoyable! The store also had an excellent selection of products! I will definitely be back and I plan on referring my friends and family there as well!!

Came here for juice and pods. Theres 2 things I hate. Buying a bottle of juice that is gross. And going to a vape store where the clerk is not knowledgeable or helpful. The guy working when I went was very knowledgeable on what brands were good, and what flavors. Great place and people.

This is my go to place for my vaping needs. Kyle is ALWAYS helpful and knows exactly what I need. I am often undecided on what juice to get and he always knows what I will like based off of me simply saying something fruity or sweet. Great shop and even better customer service!!!

They have always been super helpful! Just today, I went into the Fishers location because the tank that came with my Aegis x was leaking and they recommended the Zeus tank. Now my vape is leak free! Thank you guys!

I have been smoking cigarettes for 11 years and I walked in the store and spoke with Connor(My bad if spelled wrong) He answered my questions and gave me suggestions. Told him my budget and he honestly helped me out big time without trying to upsell me. I’m super happy with my Vape and I have only had it for 20 minutes. Aegis Legend 200W and a 5ML Mesh Pro tank. Also got an awesome rundown on juices and a battery charger. I never write reviews, but damn this shop is legit and I am definitely going back with any more of my vaping needs. Props to the shop.
