Went there to buy flints for my Zippo lighters and they did have them. They have a wide variety of products. Noah was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives I saw were no handicapped parking, no ramp for wheelchairs and no buttons to open the door.

Doesnt stock the most common and established refillable vape pods on the market. I check in a couple times a year for the past 3 years. To this day, theyve never heard of them. Have zero interest in stocking them. No idea how this chain manages to stay in business when the folks at Wild Bills are at least somewhat knowledgeable, friendly, and actually stock common consumables

I have to be honest they had all the products I needed but the tobacco I purchased was so dry , comparable to sawdust...and the worker seemed simply annoyed at my presence and just plain bored ...I felt slightly uncomfortable. This may have been just one bad apple out of the batch of tobacco...and maybe the employee was just having a hard day...always give the benefit of the doubt and I will be giving this place a second shot....

The two times Ive been in, the employees were helpful in pointing towards the direction I needed to find what I was looking for. The batteries that were recommended are junk. (Oh well it happens.) Then the next time I went, the one hitter I purchased was defective. The next day I asked to exchange it and was told no.Will not be returning.

Prices arent as good as they used to be, but better than most.

I called ahead and asked if the atomizer had a hole in the bottom. When I got there, Weird little guy running the shop had an attitude problem and could not communicate with me in a good way. When he open the box he showed me the ceramic bowl and said yeah it’s got a hole. 😂 I asked if he had experience with puffco? He said “yeah. I sell them so I guess I do.”I asked if he ever used one because I needed help troubleshooting mine. He said no! What an attitude to have with no true knowledge. I had mine in my hand. it out. He locked up the display and walked to the side saying that he felt I was calling him an idiot. I was caught off guard. Immediate red flag. I simply said… weird. As I walked out. Vapes and trees are not the only thing being smoked in this joint. Bet!!! Some serious tweek energy. I went to wild bills immediately afterwards and they were so helpful. I spent my money there. It was cheaper too. Troubleshot my problem and it was a great experience. The tobacco shoppe gets a big boooooooooo. I hope the owner can review the video. I was there at 6ish last night.

Great location and the staff is helpful. Thank you for having a Puffco Peak Pro in stock for me. Its the best tool this old Car Salesman has. My lungs feel great. Will be back for sure.

They have the largest variety of nectar collector pipes and bongs and things Ive never seen before. Also pricing is pretty fair. I would recommend them to anybody!

I was really impressed with the glass selection. I was there for a vape battery but picked up a nice glass pipe, too. Helpful staff - quick in and out.

My husband and I bought our honeymoon bong here. Every trip we go on we buy a bong.. well, this trip was our honeymoon and we ended up swinging through this place on our way through to visit my cousin and mannnnn this shop has some great pieces. I mean nothing really heady or one of a kind, but its nice for what it is and not overpriced! Definitely a great shop!

We favor Wilds Bills in general. Came here to check out flavor options. The guy working really seemed to hate his life.

Really cheap prices on disposables but their juice selection was kind of lacking compared to Wild Bills - they seemed to have plenty sub-ohm juices but not a ton of salts

Bought a newly released Crushed XL disposable vape from this location. Was told they were super new release. Went to my truck made it 1/2 mile up the road to find out it didnt work. So I went back with it and the original packaging and was basically told I already bought it so Im screwed. Its $10. Im not stressed about the $10. Im stressed about the fact Ive bought dozens of different kinds from this location and they cant even make it right.

I would leave ZERO stars if possible for this place. When I entered this shop, not only was I greeted with a sneer, but the person behind the counter refused to acknowledge my presence until I asked where something was. Instead of grabbing it off the shelf (like I watched him do for another customer), he pointed, and literally said nothing, and couldnt be bothered to say thank you or youre welcome after I thanked him. He wasnt wearing a mask and neither were any of the other customers that walked in, so dont believe the safety precautions listed on the Google listing. Arrogant, horrible service and unsafe conditions. Will never set foot in that place again, and will make sure I tell every person I know to stay away from it as well.

I made a call asking if they had cherry vape juice. Instead of asking me to hold, they told me they had “like three or four customers in line,” and they had “strawberry, green apple, and whatever the hell the other 50 kinds were.” Then they hung up on me.

Why is this store even open?Stock is never replenished besides water pipes. Workers are rude and very Uninformative with basically zero knowledge on vape products.10/10 I’d rather make the drive to the Brooklyn store.
