Amazing!! 100/10, the women who work here are courteous, timely, attentive + thoughtful!Booked over the phone for a next day grouped appt for 3 people and they were able to take us all, so accommodating. (Gave about 20 hours notice of booking)Booked two 60 min deep tissue massages for $124 each with Djenaba which is such a reasonable price for deep tissue. As well as a 50 min facial with neck + chest add on with Selah for $124 as well! All of our services were relaxing + satisfying. My skin looks incredible + selah was so knowledgeable and was able to switch my service for the same price as my last to something safer for my skin!They have a beautiful waiting room with big expensive massage chairs with lemon water + a sink + aromatherapy to relax while you wait. They also offered complimentary champagne + wine while I waited 💞 will definitely be back!Clean, vibey + very zen 🪷

Balanced Soul Wellness is a fantastic Spa with services for everyone. As soon as you walk in you are transported to a tropical oasis. The aesthetics of the spa shout relaxation and pampering. The serenity room is the perfect place to decompress in a massage chair with a complimentary drink before or after your services. Wendy is a facial goddess! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and magic with her hands. My face was glowing and felt light as a feather when she was finished with my facial. Angel gave a great massage! She listened to my concerns and executed well. Will definitely be back for more Wellness services.

Wow! 5star service from booking on line to our spa day birthday celebration! A huge thank you to Kellie and her staff for an amazing day! Not only is this the most gorgeous spa ever but the experiences with the incredible staff and all the services offered is top tier! Everything was perfect! The serenity room is a must do..the attention to detail goes beyond what you kind imagine. There was an even a sweet gift for the birthday girl!!! Got my first facial as a birthday gift on my birthday here and told the woman on the phone I had no prior knowledge of facial treatment. She told me the package she recommended and I looked up the price. I said ok let’s do it. Then they added on something to the package without telling me so during my experience. At the end I asked them about this and they did not offer any discounts or refunds for the miscommunication on their end. I also have cuts all over my face and would consider this to absolutely not be worth it especially since it was over $300!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service on point here!Booked my first massage here today with Travis. It was PHENOMENAL! I will definitely return and am currently trying to fit a once a month visit into my budget! 😄Not only was Travis an amazing massage therapist, and the hostess very friendly but the atmosphere is super relaxing and the decor beyond soothing. Even the products they sell smell heavenly. Great job guys!

Adriana was absolutely outstanding! By far the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Not only was her technique and professionalism top notch, the entire atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I had the most wonderful experience at BSW! Benny made my first massage ever an incredible experience. He was kind, thorough, made sure I relaxed when I wasnt, and most importantly made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. I felt like a brand new person afterwards!Wendy gave an excellent facial! Today was the second time receiving services at Balanced Soul Wellness and it was just as good as the first time! I got the deep tissue massage with Adriana and it was absolutely amazing! Just the right balance of pressure and relaxation. It was exactly what I needed! Wendy took great care of my face with the signature facial as well! She tells you everything she is using and explains every step along the way. The spa is clean, quiet and so peaceful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. This is my home for self-care!

I got a pedicure from Flower today and it was the best pedicure I have ever received and I have gotten many over the years. I generally tense up during a pedicure because my toes are so sensitive, but from beginning to end I was completely relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Her foot massages are wonderful. I will definitely be back!

First time at this place: got an illuminating facial treatment by Tracy. Very easy to talk to and did a wonderful job - my face was well hydrated and looked brighter than it was. Moreover, great ambience as there is a nice scent/fragrance and a serenity room where you sit, relax and enjoy a nice drink whether that is lemon-infused water, champagne etc. :)Just came here a second time and got the ageless facial treatment. Plan to come back next month to try out the hydrofacial. Thanks again Tracy!

As someone that is 33 weeks pregnant, I’ve been very cautious about massages. But Lisa absolutely put my mind at ease. She was so knowledgeable of the prenatal massage process, that I felt comfortable from start to finish. The ambiance of this place is also stunning. It was magic.

Went in with high hopes, spending 300 dollars on a seemingly luxurious time. I was severely disappointed to find out the pedicure i was promised was only allowed to be 15 minutes.I got asked the color I wanted and I toldher and she asked if I had gel on. I had on gel polish and the woman said “i don’t have time for that” I wasn’t asked when I scheduled whether I had it on or not, yet I was blamed for not telling them. She “worked around it” and left my old polish on and my feet looked the exact same afterwards. If you’ve gotten a pedicure before, you know 15 minutes isn’t enough time for anything. Also if you had any hopes for aromatherapy, crush them. It consists of a woman putting a scented oil on her hand and saying “Take a deep sniff.” If i wanted to smell essential oils rubbed on a hand, I would at home. Also the the massage is just a lengthy session of petting. No pressure will be applied :) Yes you will feel like a cat. So drop your hopes for that as well. The facial was mediocre. I would’ve asked to be scheduled at a different time if I knew I was going to be rushed out of a pedicure that I paid for. I told them I was available any day. They chose that time to be the best, yet rushed through everything and had a bad attitude during the entire process. I chose this spa because it had lovely reviews and a lot of them. I was willing to pay a big price too. Never coming back. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had a facial and waxing service done by Wendy and she is absolutely fantastic! Not only did she take her time and explain each process and product but made recommendations that were on point. It was so relaxing. I highly recommend Balanced Soul Wellness and Wendy!

Disappointed as the first time I went to this place with Lisa I had a wonderful experience . The massage I had today (a couples massage) was inconsistent,lackluster, and felt like all she was doing was applying lotion with long pauses in between sections. I figured maybe this was for a reason or that she would get a feel for what pressure was good and things would get better with time- it did not. The massage ended 10 minutes early. I assumed maybe this therapist was new or over tired but know I know it is because they charged me the day before in full for both massages without my consent. I found this out when checking out and was told “sorry about that, I guess Kelly didn’t tell you..do you want me to just refund your credit card or he could Venmo you”. I was just speechless at that point. Over all, frustrated and don’t know what to make of it.

My chronic back pain vanished after one massage; I swear, it was like magic. Its quite something to walk out feeling immeasurably better than when you walked in, and that was precisely my experience. The ambiance of Balanced Soul Wellness strikes a perfect balance between relaxation and a modern aesthetic, which I found both inviting and soothing. Wendy is amazing! And the new location is beautiful.Since they have moved, though, they have some wrinkles to iron out, specifically surrounding the pedicure experience. They took me back to a room that is not yet equipped for the service. The overall workflow for doing the pedicure is disjointed and needs rethinking. I was sat in an uncomfortable chair next to furniture storage in a room with harsh lighting. I much preferred the ambiance at the old location. I will visit again in a couple months to give them time to work through some small issues. The pedicure itself was great and the staff is always so pleasant!

Wendy is so sweet and knowledgeable! Her facials always leave my skin glowing and feeling fabulous. I especially love that they offer a monthly package, which is very affordable and gives you extra perks!

My first facial with Debra was amazing I’ll be back, will refer family and friends. The atmosphere is awesome CUDSO to the owners and entire staff was very welcome!

Let me start with the positives: The aesthetic of the spa itself is great. The workers are very sweet very kind and seemingly lovely people.The negatives on the other hand: the massage was so-so, she didnt see or they forgot to tell her or something that I had paid for the CBD add on. When I asked she said she didnt know and about 10ish minutes before we were done she used it after I asked what kind. I think this probably was not her fault but I didnt get any benefits of it being used my whole massage yet I still had to pay for it. They started the clock when I walked in practically and was signing paperwork so I got no where near the time frame that was paid for. Again, I do not think it was the massage therapist at fault on that, it seemed like the establishments rules and the ways its ran which was extremely disorganized and chaotic. Then I went back to the serenity room where there were several bridesmaids having massive issues with the fact that one of the bridesmaids seemed to be forgotten about and they had to reschedule her and said it to her like it was her fault as if they were doing her a favor. Also where so unprofessional they discussed the problem in front of us all not even shutting the door. Then I was taken back for my Mani Pedi. The lady was the sweetest person ever, however my nails look awful and they didnt even have the proper chair to sit in. I was in a facial chair propped up at a strange angle for two hours causing massive pain in my back and neck. I was hurting so bad by the time I left. Dont offer services you are not equipped to do. That was very expensive for something I could have done at home better. I wanted to cry. The girl who did my lashes did fine. It was alright. And the last issue I had was that Im allergic to lavender, I put it on my paper work so they would not use it. Yet I know it was used because I smelled strongly of lavender, it irritated my skin and gave me such a strong migraine it hurt to be in sunlight to drive home. I went home thinking I would have had a better time staying home and cleaning the house. So needless to say, I wont be going back.

Kellie was amazing to work with - she explained my treatment well and was very personable. The spa is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! I will certainly be back very soon!

Had a birthday celebration with a spa day for 5 friends. Treatments were excellent but they put two together in a room which is uncomfortable. Slso $50/person lunch was ridiculous! $50 total would be more appropriate for sandwiches, cheese/crackers, fruit/vegetables. We brought in the dessert.

I had a wonderful experience here..Gandea worked that massage ,very patient and extremely pleasant…. Debbie does the facial and found I was having a difficult time relaxing and went the extra extra mile to make me comfortable… However, I wasn’t able to complete the facial services and she provided me an alternative… Thank you Debbie for making my experience beautiful…..

Do NOT buy gift cards here. Sent 2 cordial emails & had several calls with the staff and the owner was supposed to call me to discuss a gift card for $125 that I received 1 yr ago but that was bought 14 mo ago. They will not honor it 2 months past “expiration”. Gift cards from Ponte Vedra Spa do not expire and you get the best customer service & aestheticians.Did get a service at Balanced Wellness & it was fine, but the customer service all around was not a great experience. After begging them at checkout & telling them that PV Spa hands out $15 vouchers, they only gave $25 off the bill but that still leaves $100 that I lost.Would not be posting this google review if I hadn’t reached out several times (even after the service) and given them the opportunity to fix or at least give a response.Update: owner called after this review & handled by refunding what I’d paid & giving a credit at the spa. She said the staff was confused with promotional gift cards vs ones paid for (like I had) that do not expire

Extremely displeased with a facial I received from Debrah. If you schedule with her, make sure you cancel immediately!! (Wendy on the other hand is wonderful)I was not asked about any sort of skin concerns that I may have, she didn’t explain any products she was using on my face, no steamer was used, she put a scolding hot towel on my face right off rip, and she constantly had to leave the room for items she didn’t have.The worst part are, what look like, BURNS I am now dealing with. After dermaplaning extremely roughshe put a mask on my face and told me to let her know if it was burning. I told her multiple times it was burning at about an 8 and she proceeded to leave it on.I reached out about what products were used so I could stay far away from them in the future. The owner asked me to come in so she could see what my skin looked like and give me a product that could sooth my skin. I was ignored the rest of the day due to them moving- which I totally understand, you’re running a business and moving locations but if a client has a concern that should be priority. ESPECIALLY when it’s their face & BURNS. I sent pictures of my skin and heard nothing back. I contacted them AGAIN 24 hours later & met with Bryanna (LOVE Bryanna absolutely nothing bad to say about her) and she confirmed all my concerns after looking at my skin and gave me a serum.I’m now having to see a dermatologist to deal with the aftermath. I asked for a refund, rightfully so, and I have gotten no response. I also still have zero clue what the products were that DAMAGED my skin.I’ve been going here for a little over a year and it’s a shame the above happened. I was super patient with lack of responses, but it has now been multiple days with no resolution and even worse skin.

I had an amazing experience here. I selected the sinus facial with neck and décolletage. Im so elated that the selection was what I needed. I feel the pressure of my sinuses has reduced and the swelling is visibly improved. I also got a collagen mask after microdermablasion and my face feels sooooo clean and hydrated. I topped it off with my first b12/lipo shot and I am feeling invigorated and energized already. The entire experience feels so good for my health, inside out. I feel radiant.I write this from the serenity room, where Im getting an additional chair massage, as I sip on Moscato and soak in the beauty of my surroundings. The decor takes you away to a place of tranquility and health. I just love it here. Enjoy this spa - you will be better for it!

The location is great, the staff are kind, and most importantly I feel really good after my massages. Most recently, I had my husband join me for his first massage. He works a physically demanding job, and he was happy with how his back felt afterward. Youll be treated well here!

My first visit here was a gift booking for the 80 minute deep tissue massage. Genevieve was my therapist and she very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I have a shoulder injury and she was very gentle with the area. I would recommend this place. The only area that I would recommend changes to, would be cleaning the waiting area rug, turning down the scents at the check-in/out area, and cleaning the overhead vent in the bathroom. Not that any of these things were horrible or bothered me. I was previously a maid and I tend to notice every thing.

Everyone here was friendly, but the quality of service was subpar and, unfortunately, not worth the money. For example, I got a massage where they hardly used any oil, and I felt like the masseuse was trying to scrub me with their fingers, and I got a pedicure by someone who barely knew how to file nails and had to have another nail tech shape my nails.The ambiance is nice, but I wouldnt consider this a wellness center as they encourage drinking rose beverages before and after massages when hydration should be the focus.Overall, they were overpriced and amateur skilled to perform wellness tasks on their clients. Therefore, I would not recommend getting any services completed at this place.

Balanced Soul is amazing! The decor and ambiance are upscale while the staff is friendly and inviting. The owner welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Laura did my injections. She took her time, mapped out what we should do and discussed the amount she recommended. I love supporting small, woman owned businesses and Balanced Soul exceeded my expectations.

Balanced Soul Wellness has a great atmosphere. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. I’ve only been in for massages. Victoria is amazing! Every time I’ve gotten a massage from her, I have had major improvements in my chronic pain areas. She takes her time, is communicative, and is invested in the well-being of her clients. I also have to give a shout out to Kenya- she has been at the front desk the last couple of times I’ve been in and she is so sweet- she even walked me to my car with an umbrella when the sky fell out after my massage last night! There seems to be a great team here and I wouldn’t hesitate to try other services in the future. The location is super convenient too.

I had Victoria for an 80 minute massage and Lily for a 50 minute facial, both were amazing. First, the building had a very calm and beautiful ambiance and decoration; everyone there were very nice and friendly. Victoria was considerate and understanding. She had good pressure, was ok with working in silence but also made good conversation. Lily was great, gentle hands and light pressure, when she extracted my blackheads it didnt feel like she was impaling me lmao. Overall I would definitely recommend the experience and these girls!

Such a gorgeous and relaxing spot! I had an amazing massage with Benny, he talked through my specific needs and concerns with me and gave me a customized massage to address my biggest problem areas. He also suggested some post-treatment stretches and techniques that I can do at home to maximize the benefits of the massage. I will definitely be coming back! Also, don’t skip the after-treatment massage chairs if you have time, they are out of this world!

I never write reviews, but the ladies at BSW in San Marco were awesome! My facial with Wendy was great; she was witty and gave an awesome facial. Victoria was the massage therapist that took care of me. And after explaining some of my concerns to her, she was super understanding and extremely considerate throughout the massage. She made sure of my comfort level, asked about the kind of pressure she used in certain areas, and created a very relaxing and healing environment. I highly recommend her!! Thank you BSW!

I was interested in xeomin injections but as someone who has never done anything like that I had tons of questions, I mean an annoyingly amount of questions! The staff at balanced soul wellness took the time to answer every question I had and did it with a smile all the while helping me get to a point where I was comfortable, confident, and educated enough go through with the injections.During the injection process and even leading up to it, Laura the injector was extremely helpful at putting my nerves at ease (I have always been scared of needles). Laura took the time to explain where the injections are going, why, and what will happen after. Not my greatest moment but I nearly passed out from nerves after the first few shots. Laura was extremely aware to what was happening and gave me a snack, water, and some time to collect myself. After I felt better the artist Laura went back to work knocking out my well earned wrinkles.I know I may not be an expert on all this but I can assure you as somebody that was new to all of this the level of care, time and effort they put into helping me understand and come to a comfortable decision will be unmatched by any other company.Now for the results simply stated: Better than I expected by a long shot!! prior to coming in did a fair amount of research and looked at 100s of before and after photos. Personally I feel like google was discouraging because the results from the treatment did so much more for me than I could of imagined based on the examples google was giving me.10 out of 10!!I will recommend Balanced Soul wellness to anybody and everybody, seasoned med spa vets or beginners like me. this is a place you want to check out first because I promise you wont have a need to go anywhere else.

This is one of San Marcos hidden gems tucked back next to the good dough. The staff is amazing. My daughter and I had a wonderful spa day to celebrate her birthday! I love the dark, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. It is unlike the salons I visited in South Florida that were bright and a little more clinical in their approach. This wonder oasis gives off a more natural vibe. Both my daughters and my massage therapists were professional and amazing. I totally recommend Balance Soul Wellness. I will be back.

Celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with massages and a facial for me. Victoria was phenomenal during the massage and made sure we were completely comfortable and relaxed. We were basically puddles by the end, we were so relaxed. Wendy did my facial and my face has never felt better! I feel so hydrated and glowy. Highly recommend them both! We will definitely be back!

I booked couples massage and Im at a loss for words for what happened yesterday. I experience chronic pain in my neck, back and left shoulder so I always request deep tissue. I was scheduled with Travis (dont walk but run if they schedule you with him). I explained my requests to him and once the massage began, he never used adequate pressure or skillful technique with his hands despite me gently asking for more pressure multiple times. Once this man even started doing the karate chopping technique which is not supposed to be part deep tissue. It felt like an amateur Swedish massage, at best. When he was sick of me asking for more pressure I guess, he then used his elbow to push me so hard that the entire massage table moved startling myself, my partner and the other therapist. When I said are you serious? He yelled what do you want me to do? I gave you more pressure, find someone else to massage you! and storned out. This was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had at a spa.I have anxiety and some ptsd, and this interaction has severly triggered me at a time when I needed relaxation the most. It took me a whole day to even calm down enough to write this review.Joyce who was massaging my partner was an angel. She swooped in for the remainder of the time to try to ease my pain, she did great work for the short time we had, though the vibe was already destroyed and this left my partner without a therapist for that time.I was refunded, so I can appreciate that the business tried to make it right but I couldnt help but leave an honest review, I dont want anyone making the same mistake I did with taking a chance on Travis.***Edit/Update: I find it interesting that the owner will go out of their way to comment on every good review, but has not contacted me or acknowledged me after my terrible experience here. Whats with that? Do yall just ignore the bad experiences as if they never happened? Because Im still having nightmares and wish I could forget as easily.

What a hidden gem in Jax! I booked a massage and facial for my birthday and enjoyed it so much. Benni literally gave me the best massage that I have ever had and I have had massages all over the country. i am going to book right now. Wendy gave me a great facial as well. She didnt cut any corners. The overall spa treatment was relaxing and the host were very attentive. This is my new fave place.

Oh my gosh, where to even begin...First of all, the online booking process was very user friendly, and there were a variety of times that were offered. When I got there, there were spacious parking spots directly in front that were reserved, which was nice having the location in San Marco. The decor felt absolutely magical! I felt like I was in an enchanted rainforest. I was immediately greeted and given water while I filled out my form. The staff are extremely friendly, even those who I didnt have appointment with smiled and greeted me in passing. I experienced my massage with Benny, who is all together caring, skilled, and personable. I came in and exhausted teacher in the midst of pre-planning for the school year and I came out feeling like a completely different person. While Im financially unable to commit to a membership, I will most definitely be back!

Stumbled across this place and so glad that I did! A soothing atmosphere and gracious staff always checking to make sure I was comfortable was refreshing. Started off with a massage with Benny and he tailored it exactly to my needs and expertly showed my problem areas who was boss. After that was a hydra facial with Wendy and Im certain my face has not been that clean and glowy in a long time. I finished with a mani/pedi with Wendy, who had me laughing the whole time, and then left wishing I could do this every week. Very nice experience.

My best friend and I went today to celebrate my 40th birthday and got a facial with Wendy and a deep tissue massage with Kenny! Both were amazing!!! I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my lashes, and they look incredibly natural, she has a real talent for lashes.The list of services they offer doesn’t stop at lashes and I also have been getting facials and chemical peels here as well. My esthetician’s name was Melissa and she was great! I had never had one before, so I was a little nervous. Melissa was so knowledgeable and took the time to sit with me and talk me through the different kinds of peels and what series would be best for me personally. I have had 3 so far, 3 to go, and I’m loving the results I’m seeing so far!Balanced Wellness gives you a high end spa feeling, while still maintaining very reasonable prices for all of their services. They are always offering some sort of special, or package and you can tell they genuinely love to do what they do!

A gem of a day spa experience in San Marco! The space is lovely and so calming. Massage, facial and pedicure were all great. The massage chairs are next level. I get my spray tans here by Kellie. There is a lot of flexibility with appointments that accommodatemy schedule. She is quick, efficient & the results are awesome & long lasting! You can easily squeeze in on a lunch break and be ready for your event that evening! While waiting for my appt, I hang out in the IV room in the massage chairs. Who knew getting a spray tan would turn into an experience?! HIGHLY recommend!

My sisters and I went for a bachelorette getaway and the whole experience was lovely. Everybody was kind and attentive and the zen room was beautiful. You can sit in a super nice massage chair while you wait for your actual massage!

I’ve never done Reiki massage before and it’s been on my list to do! My best friend who lives in San Diego CA called all over Jacksonville to massage places to surprise me with a GC for my birthday. When she called Balanced Soul Wellness and spoke to Victoria she knew she found the right spot! She said that her energy was amazing and she was so helpful answering her questions about the process of the whole Reiki massage. So I booked my appointment for today, everyone is extremely friendly and Victoria was AMAZING! She explained the whole process to me and was gracious throughout the whole process! I saw Benny a few weeks ago after getting cancelled on by another practice, and I dont think Ill ever go back to my old massage therapist. This was the first time Ive ever received a massage from a man and he could tell that it was a little uncomfortable at first, and he went above and beyond in getting me to relax and turning me into a limp noodle.Not only was his personality great, but he took the time to get to know what my problem areas were and what caused them. He even was frank about how the time limit of our first appointment wouldnt allow him to work on everything all at once, so we opted to focus on the worst points of discomfort as opposed to rushing through everything on our first session. He constantly communicates with you to make sure that the pressure is right and that youre breathing properly, then walks you through some aftercare steps to ensure that you receive the full benefits of the service.Benny is someone who very clearly cares about his craft. As someone who struggles to find a massage therapist that can apply enough pressure to get deep into my problem areas, this was the best deep tissue massage Ive had and Ill absolutely be coming back.

I have used the place for for my very first fillers with great results. Lots of people were complimenting my “natural” lips lol 🤫I’ve had a facials done as well with Bri, who was amazing at explaining my skin type and causes of my breakouts. Every-time I go, I get offered something to drink and it I have to wait at all, I’m sitting with my feet up in the luxury massage chairs. I leave every time feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you Bri, Kellie & all the Balanced Soul Staff who is always nice and professional.

Went in for a lash lift and had a wonderful experience with Emily! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the many things that impressed me was that Emily took the time to ask how much curl I was looking for and how dramatic I would like my results... for a lift! Not extensions! Amazing!The actual service was very gentle (no tugging trying to get the pads or rods off!!) which was better than any other lash lift I’ve had. The final result is exactly what I had in mind!I also went back for B-12 supplementation. They are awesome! They worked me in on short notice and I was done in less than 10 minutes. They are super nice and put me completely at ease, best of all I barely felt it. I’m a believer 😄

I had my first dermaplaning facial today with Emily and it was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and music was relaxing. It left my skin feeling super soft and glowing. Then I had Xeomin injected into my face with Ashley and as usual, she is friendly and professional.. I recommend both services with these awesome ladies!

I have gastroparesis and severe nausea during PMS. Sometimes, I get very dehydrated from vomiting and cant rehydrate very quickly because of the gastroparesis. My husband forced me to go get an IV, but I really did not want to wait for 4 hours at the ER and spend 1,000 bucks. Thankfully, I found Balanced Soul Wellness. Their price for an IV is competitive with other IV therapy places in the area, and I would choose them over other places because of the staff and calming environment. As long as their price doesnt go up, I will be going back and recommending it to other people. They do cosmetic procedures as well as waxing and nails, too!EDIT: Ive gotten very dehydrated multiple times before. I start having a feeling of doom and unable to keep my mouth or eyes moist. I was feeling dizzy standing up, but not passing out. Please dont go here as a substitute for getting checked by a Dr. If you have been sicker than having a stomach flu or take medications that mess with electrolytes, go to the ER.

Today was my first time at Balanced Soul. The location is convenient, the ambiance is inviting to every sense. I felt calm and relaxed as soon as I walked in the door.I had an 80 minute massage and hydrafacial w/dermaplane.Benny was my massage therapist, he was friendly and professional. I requested deep tissue and some focused work on my knee, upper and lower back. He consulted with me before we got started and was able to accommodate all of my requests. He has a great touch and is able to provide intense work without crossing the threshold into wincing pain. His process is methodical while simultaneously intuitive. I felt very refreshed when I got up off the table. I am female and he was careful to keep me appropriately covered without any awkward moments. I appreciate his professionalism.Wendy was my aesthetician, and she was also very friendly and professional. I had booked the hydrafacial but had interest in adding the dermaplane as well, she explained that these two services pair very well and the pricing to me was reasonable. She started with the dermaplane and left no dead skin cell in her wake. She always cleaned her hands and my face after each step throughout the facial. The equipment and products are obviously high quality and Wendy has a lovely touch. After the dermaplaning she used the hydrafacial equipment which through the use of water, and suction removes impurities from the skin. We finished with a cooling, hydrating mask and I left with my hyperpigmentation significantly reduced on my forehead and my skin is soft, supple and glowing when I left.Every person providing services wore a mask, and that made me feel at ease during these up close services during this spike with Covid.I was asked after my services were performed if I wanted to relax in massaging chairs with a glass of champagne (the manager explained that patrons are free to arrive early or leave later and enjoy a glass of wine or champagne in their massage chairs). I did not partake this time, but am looking forward to it for next time.I highly recommend Balanced Soul Wellness and am expecting to become a regular client.

Had a great experience with my first spray tan I got done by Kellie. I was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes and results from the spray tan were absolutely glowing and made me feel like I had my summer tan back! Highly recommend coming here for a spray tan and am looking forward to booking another service with them!

I visited Balanced Soul Wellness for a much needed massage. Kellie greeted me and made me feel welcomed right away by offering me a glass of wine. Zach provided my massage and he did a PHENOMENAL job. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He focused very closely on all of the knotts that I had in my neck and back. Before I left I was already thinking about my next massage. The establishment is very peaceful, and well decorated. I think Ill be adding BSW to my monthly budget. 5 star for owner customer service !!! She’s really sweet and they over complimentary wine when you’ve arrived !! I came in for a facial wanted my facial adjusted as needed . The esthetician stated to just come in next time for a hydra facial and derma planning so I figured there was a client right after me (reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) especially because my facial did feel a bit rushed so for the 100$ I paid I wasn’t super satisfied also what made it worse was the steamer didn’t work so my face wasn’t wet when applying the products . Just felt super dry but hoping in the future it will be much better . The people there are super nice !!!!!! .

BSW is a cozy and rejuvenating spa in San Marco that has a very personal feel to it. Ashley is an incredibly talented nurse practitioner who takes her time to listen and tailor her recommendations to the needs of her clients. Getting an IV while relaxing in the massage chairs was an incredible experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I LOVE and ADORE this spa! Balanced Soul… yes I am and you are! I found care here, healing here and beauty here. This business is owned female and feels inclusive. I immediately felt welcomed and calm inside. The owner greeted me but I didn’t know she (Kelly) is the owner there. She was checking out a client and I was asking her questions (my bad). She answered my questions and was kind to me even though I should have waited until the last client was gone. I was offered coffee and water. Even wine! I accepted the coffee and it was good sipping on in the FULL body massage chairs!!! They have TRES 3! And I sat back, sipped , looked up and saw an oasis. A marvelous splendor of magic and beautiful. I felt beautiful and loved and I was going for a Microneedling with RF (radio frequency). I have had microneedling before but not with RF. I tell them all this and I am heard, listened to, and felt part of their team! Their brand! My technician, Bryanna, is beautiful and kind and a wonderful mom. She explained everything to me as well as Kelly. They explained the RF process, the procedure step by step, the after care, the during and numbing and where on my body.There are papers to fill out and they actually READ them! They value people and that’s what keeps clients. The human experience if kindness, compassion AND Aesthetics. Kelly and Bryanna’s whole vibes are artsy, stylish, zen, harmonious and just extra chill. I went to Ashley at balanced soul wellness for my first experience with microblading. I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and her salon is beautiful and clean. Ashley is an ARNP and very knowledgeable in her feild. My eyebrows turned out amazing and Im very happy with the results. I will continue to go to her for further touch ups and possible other treatments as well.

I love going to Balanced Soul! Some times I just need a pick me up to boost my self confidence. They always have a special that works for me too which is great. It’s so inviting and everyone is very sweet and welcoming so it feels great going for spa services in every possible way. I would highly recommend it for anyone. I took my best friend and mother after my sixth visit. I knew they would love it too. And..... they absolutely loved it. Compared to all the other spas I have visited (I have been to so many it’s crazy!) this is by far my favorite— For a number of reasons. I always feel welcome and soooooo comfortable which is not always the norm given the staff on hand. But This spa is so different and sooooooo much fun and not to mention the absolute amazing benefits to my skin. Oh wow that’s the best part! It looks sooooo much better I’m hooked! After being sick for more than a week, I came in for an immune boosting IV treatment, loaded with Vitamin C and B12. 4 hours after treatment, I could feel an uptick in my energy and the following day, I wasnt perfect but I felt better than I had in a week and a half. If you fear a needle, dont, they numb you with lidocaine so you dont have to feel any part of the treatment. After a series of questions about what you are looking to remedy, the IV treatment is tailored to what your responses. During the treatment you get to relax in a massage chair and listen to a water feature they have set up to help further the relaxation you feel.The staff is friendly, professional and make you feel right at home. The atmosphere of the spa is fresh and relaxing, you walk in and you can feel the good vibes surround you. I highly recommend you stop by and visit the ladies of Balanced Soul and Wellness.

We had a girls weekend at the beach. Since quarantine was in effect, we had yoga on the beach and in room massages. Everything was perfect and professional!! We loved the yoga instructor!!! Perfect for sunrise yoga on the beach!! Highly recommend!

I have had plenty of regular microneedling treatments, but the RF microneedling is the way to go!! If your going to spend the money, spend it on this treatment! I have noticed a difference in fine lines/wrinkles, poor size, and brighter skin! I’ll be getting this done forever.
