Hello, Ive been to my fair share of spas and I must say Integration is very nice. Customer service is amazing. However, this is my second time there and I never quite understood why beverages are never offered, before or after your service. For the price you pay I dont think thats a huge request. At least a glass of water after or a nice cup of tea.My masseuse was very friendly. I never met a masseuse who enjoys talking the whole entire time shes working.I wondered how one is suppose to drift off into a state of relaxation when theyre being asked question after question after question? Decent massage but definitely could do without the hour and a half of conversation.

Beautiful place! You walk in to a beautifully designed and great smelling establishment. They have soothing music playing all throughout the building. The sauna is really huge. At least 5 large individuals would easily fit. The sauna area is elegant. This sauna has preprogrammed sessions that are tailored for your needs. I wish I were gonna to be here longer. I would come back everyday. Plus the accept Groupon deals!

The staff is so personable and helpful, always a pleasure! My massage was perfect, worked out the knots and has me feeling lighter and refreshed. My first time at the sauna and it was a great experience.

Brenda gave me the best massage Ive ever had and Jennifer is my favorite for facials-- she is excellent, has great customer service skills, and remembers her clients. Love both of them!

Tara is very professional and even if Im her last client I feel like Im her first. She is very consistent and the front desk is very quick to help or fix any issues. The facility is always very clean and relaxing.

The spa looked very nice. The people were very friendly. I have had numerous massages all my life by licensed massage therapists. And when I asked for a Swedish massage, I got light rubbing of my skin and no massaging of any muscles. And so much, that I immediately wondered if the guy that did my massage was even a legit therapist!? I used to get migraines Im the past, and Swedish massage got rid of it. I am concerned, as I spent 130.00 for something my husband could have done. And instead of a 60 minute spa, he walked out saying come back and visit after 50 minutes. He never touched my shoulders or neck area. So, I am wondering if I should try your spa again or not at all.

This was my 3rd massage at Integration Spa and Juanita did an excellent job. My Relaxation Massage with the back exfoliation gets a 10 out of 10. My best friend was with me for her first facial and she is still talking about the wonderful experience she had. The staff is always kind and professional. Thank you to everyone.

Joey always does a great job. I had some serious knots in my neck and tension, which made it difficult to turn my head. After an hour deep tissue massage with Joey I felt so much better. Thank you!

For Valentines Day, my husband arranged for us to do the couples massage and 30-minute sauna. The option with the sauna was $70 more than the couples massage alone. They double-booked the sauna, so we didnt get to use it. Instead of refunding the $70, they said theyd make a note on our file that were owed a sauna session. I dont think that corrects the situation adequately. It is inconvenient for us to have to schedule a service for another day when we had set aside the time to do it on that specific day. We were disappointed that we couldnt do the sauna and massage on the same day because doing them together is nicer than doing them individually. They should have not only refunded the $70, they should have given us a discount on the massage since it was their mistake.

Front Desk rep answered my questions with ease. I was brought back for my appointment very quickly. The masseuse (Teko) made sure I was comfortable and did an awesome job. Checkout was seamless.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The facility was spotless. Joseph is a very skilled masseuse who took away my stress and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Joey is amazing! I dont want to go with anyone else! He senses the areas where I need pressure and adjust gof those that I dont. Im always so relaxed that I fall asleep and wake up fully refreshed!

Joey did an amazing job and I feel so much better after having my session. The atmosphere is calm and inviting and I was very comfortable and well cared for. I will be signing up for a membership soon!!

I gave a 10 because having had massages starting in the 1990s, and by myriad of Massage Therapist, Brittany is by far the best one yet. She uses a variety of massage techniques to address tension and tightness in my body. At 73, and with her massages, Brittany helps me to keep my body pain-free and flexible. Brittany is a definite asset to Integration Spa.

It was clean, and you have your own private sauna area. The staff were friendly and personable. They provide you with towels, cold clothes and water to drink.

Both of the technicians were amazing! My aesthetician did a great facial and Joey the massage therapist gave me the best massage Ive ever received

Tara is an excellent massage therapist. She has done so much in the past year to improve my shoulder mobility.The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and professional.The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and very inviting.

Teko is a phenomenal massage therapist. I don’t relax easily, but I did my best and Teko took care of the rest. The only downside is it had to end. Thanks Teko!

Everyone at the spa was very welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the desk was very Attentive, kind and patient in explaining the membership versus regular rates. I had a facial with Jenna and she was great at explaining exactly what she would be doing. The facial was relaxing and I will be joining the membership club to enjoy the entire spa. Lindsey the owner is amazing. She is very Attentive and took the time out to explain services. Her energy is uplifting and very calming. This spa is magical. Its small and quaint so you dont feel like a number ,they really make you feel like you are apart of a family. Thank you.

I’ve had great experiences in the past but today my body actually hurts during and after the massage

I have been a member for years almost 10 (including the previous business name). There have been several minor issues under the new name but Jada is absolutely amazing so I overlooked those issues. I have noticed over the last several months while waiting for my appointment more and more clients are voicing concerns over multiple issues. I have 2 forms of payment listed because as we all know sometimes it depends when your auto draft date hits as to which account the money would pull from. This month part pulled off my debit card and the rest off my secondary. I also had a scheduled massage the same day as well. When I was checking out I was told my credits covered my massage (the complete hour and a half). I had them charge my card for my tip and said Id reschedule online as I always do and left. My appointment was Friday morning. Monday I got an alert that I had a new charge from integration spa. I logged on and saw a $40 charge. We all know theyre closed Monday so I sent a text. Tuesday I received a text back saying it was for my additional 30 minutes. I tried to call of course no human answered. So I responded to that message that I tried to call that I wasnt going to continue the conversation by text. Call again answering machine. By this point Im livid. Its not about the fact that there could very well have been a mistake and I should have been charged ( pick up the phone and call me)is the point. I didnt authorize that charge (because I was told nothing was owed) and I wasnt counting on that charge when I paid other bills. I received an email saying they were refunding the additional 19.00 they had charged when trying to run my 1st listed payment and my concerns were escalated to management. Well its Thursday still no call from management and still have the charge on my account. Im now disputing the unauthorized charge. The reason I am writing in such details is I can guarantee I am not the only one this has happened to. Check your accounts. Time to find a new place for massages.

I cant express how much I enjoy visiting this place. The front desk always set the foundation for an great and relaxing experience. The facility is clean and the massage therapists know what they are doing. Whenever my friends come to visit I try to schedule a spa date and this place never disappoint. Not to mention the prices are reasonable. Cant find not one thing to complain about... NOT ONE!!!Updated Review they lost 2 stars because of their billing department and the void of CSAT skills... This Review is one week since I have received services at this location. It is so disheartening that I have to come back and report that dispite the great service that was received their billing department need to be audited, i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint as well. A Zero dollar balance that was communicated and a 50 dollar tip that was left has turned into a 340 charge on my card. I have contacted the office and have been communicating with an Elizabeth via text and was offered 100 credit to my card. After explaining my dissatisfaction with how the entire situation was handled the lady became very dismissive I asked to have a manager contact me and was hung up on. The young lady was calm the entire time speaking with her but was not trying to hear that they made a mistake. I recorded the conversation to have when I do contact my bank and is sadden that it has gone this far. I have recommended so many to this establishment in the past due to their excellent service and not sure if they have new management or what but I will recommend if your not paying with Cash, check your bank statements. I will give an update to see if they rectify this issue.Update to the update. Integration spa did not rectify the issue but my bank sure did, thank you Penfed. They have now lost a customer and all whom I have referred to that establishment in the past.

If youre looking for a local spa with a variety of offerings, Integration Spa is that place. Both people we encountered were very helpful and courteous. I felt valued as a customer. The sauna was wonderful. The facility was clean and serene. I am looking forward to my next visit already.

Extremely unorganized. Poor customer service. Spa cancelled appointments on a couple of occasions. After back and forth with the issue they said they had to figure it out. Once arrive and shared frustration after continual issues once I arrived Kate and Katie said they did me a favor and gave me a complimentary service , like it was my issue. They think they can be continuously lacking in effective, timely communication and a complimentary service fixes it. Plus you have to text to potentially speak to manager. However, the therapist have been great. You just have to get past thst front desk.

Your prices are pretty ok and your service is exceptional!Tameka was an outstanding therapist, at first glance I must say I did underestimate her due to her being pregnant. However, this young lady gave me one of the best messages Ive had! I know she listened to my concerns because she was able to hit every area of my complaints! She was professional but also very pleasant! I can honestly say she has gained a client in me

Brian was great! It is difficult to find a massage therapist who applies the right pressure when asking for a deep tissue massage, but he was perfect. He also gave helpful tips to take care of my muscles moving forward which I really appreciated. I highly recommend him. Thank you!

Love this place!The front desk attendants are always friendly and welcoming.While I have a personal favorite (Tara 😊), every therapist I’ve had has been professional and listened to any requests. You can’t go wrong with any of their therapists.The spa itself is always very clean and the online booking system is super convenient.

Listen, I just need to say how amazing this spa is! The atmosphere is perfect and relaxing and the staff are amazing!! I had Travis for my massage and when I tell you it was the BEST massage I have ever received! I normally feel awkward with a male masseuse but I felt completely comfortable with Travis and he made sure the pressure was perfect! I also want to commend this spa. I have been to many different spas and they all have this perfection aesthetic where everyone looks and dresses perfect and it can make you feel out of place. At Integration, my mom and I had the two young men who were blind. I absolutely love when businesses take chances and go outside of the “norm”. My mom and I were so pleased, we instantly signed up for a membership and Travis and Joey will be our choice for future massages. Don’t walk, RUN to this spa and get pampered! You won’t regret it!

Got two massages here after the Town Center location closed down. Both of my experiences were exceptional and I recommend Brenda if you have any kind of nerve pain. She helped me so much and no matter the room, the atmosphere is consistent. They are great, but it’s up at River city marketplace which is quite far from me. Definitely worth checking out!

I received this massage as a gift from my boss, who has been to this spa a number of times already!Jada was incredible and really helped release the tension all over as well as the spots that needed it most. She used the right amount of pressure and ensured I was comfortable, even giving me advice and recommendations on how to ensure my tense areas never wreak havoc again. Im definitely going back. I requested a deep tissue massage. The masseuse I had was very sweet. However, she said she was unable to provide deep tissue massages due to injuries in her hands due to age. I understand that people can have this issue but why was I scheduled with a person who could not preform the type of massage that I still had to pay for. I should have been booked with a masseuse that could preform the massage that I booked. Paid all that money and Im still in pain. I need to deep tissue for tension migraines.

The atmosphere of this place was very calming. I believe the receptionist at the desk name is Tileasha. She was very inviting. She greeted me with a very positive attitude and charming spirit. Brittany, the therapist, had a very calming and chill vibe. She spoke in a very soft tone and the massage was outstanding. I’ll definitely be seeing this place again.

Everything was great! I was nicely greeted by name on arrival. Appointment was on time. Brenda Lange did an amazing job as usual and was delightful. I was also very happy to hear that the lavender spray I like is now included with the massage. Everything was great!

I really enjoyed the first time guest massage experience at the spa and the atmosphere. I felt relaxed and relieved once my massage was over. The masseuse was thorough with her method/technique and polite. Not a fan of the excessive use of massage oil, but the masseuse was able to also incorporate a pleasant essential oil for aromatherapy.

What a fantastic experience. My husband surprised me and got us a couple’s massage and a sauna session. Brittany and Brenda were so sweet and so strong! My husband feels fantastic and I’m so relaxed. I would advise this for anyone.

I purchased an Integration Spa groupon before checking out the business. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful I did! As soon as I entered the door, I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the staff at the front counter. They answered all of my questions and even showed me around the spa. Afterwards, I scheduled my appointment for the same day. This was the best spa experience Ive had in a long while. Integration Spa is my GO TO place for relaxation and ME time. I would recommend this place all day long.

I have the monthly membership but dont go on a set schedule. The ability to roll the times over and get longer massages and facials are great for the times I actually go. Have not had a massage I would complain about and that is great since I always have someone new.

We had a couple massage. It was my husbands birthday. The massage was soooo good. We were first timers at this facility. The professionalism was top notch. The atmosphere was very relaxing and serene. This place is definitely a GO TO. If you looking ....start booking your appt.

I have been a member here since it was Massage Heights, then it became Integration Spa so it has been a few years. Integration Spa honored my credits from M.H. which I used mostly on add-ons to my massages. The lobby/sitting area is cute and always clean and the front desk staff are always the sweetest and most helpful.I have gotten massages from Genie, Brenda, Brittany, Juanita and a facial from Katie and they are all wonderful at what they do! Their monthly membership packages are decently priced and well worth it. Being a full time mother and student, with a full time career, this is my me time once a month, and its located conveniently where you can hop over to Ritzy Nail Spa after your massage and get a nice pedi. Self care is one of the things I look forward to every month at Integration Spa and if youre spending basically the same amount each month on your morning stops for coffee, why not put it towards something that your body will benefit from?Thank you Integration Spa!

Tara is the therapist that performed the massage and she did an excellent job. I am a runner and frequently have tightness in my legs and Tara is always able to help releive the after effects of my workouts. The experience was very relaxing and the staff is very professional.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Professionalism and communication lacks with the owner and front desk staff. Took a week to be issued a refund on a charge u shouldn’t have been charged. I was given the run around, constantly told management would call me back and nothing. I I had to go up there twice and prove them incorrect and wrong before I received my money back, almost $200!

Qeek ND finally got sp.eone on the phone she put me on hold I waited for 20 minutes and she hung up.I called back and sje wanted to put me backon hold.and I immediately stated I waited long enough I dont want to be on hold anymore. She stated she so busy. I then said maybe someone else can help.or her manage she said that she is the manager. Wow... what a bad first impression..maybe you should hire more people to back you up!!!

Katie was awesome! I got a 90 minute facial and it was worth every dollar. It was so relaxing and I felt like a new person by the time I left.

Terrible service. I was a customer at the Town Center location and was transferred when that location closed. Not only did this location cancel my membership without any communication, they also failed to honor $260 of credits I had earned when it was under other ownership. I asked to speak to the owner and was hung up on. If this is the service they provide, I don’t want any part of it. Their location will be closed next!
