Its a good place for a drink. Low key relaxing. Friendly group of guys. Didnt try the food because I didnt know they service any. Bartenders were friendly and funny. Stop by you will enjoy your evening

Boot rack was my first gay bar I have been to and I absolutely love the atmosphere. The bartender Keith is so lovely to deal with and makes me feel very welcomed every time I go . I would definitely recommend going there you wont be disappointed. They have karaoke every other Friday and pool table to play on also a outside seating area which is very chill.

Absolutely amazing place to be! This place has helped me grow out of my shell in so many ways. You meet people of all walks of life here, they bring a warmth to the community AND accept people from outside of the community as well! Theyve been accepting to the whole LGBT+ society which is a rare but an amazing thing to come across with a bar! Not to mention the themed nights that bring lots of fun and a way to connect with people even more! Bartender Steven is an exceptional addition to this bar as well, brings me lots of joy seeing him join in on karaoke! The regulars here also give off an awesome and wholesome vibe! If you want to meet new people, have a good time, and feel safe- THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

I dont know anyone here in Jacksonville Florida and this easy business I wanted to find a guy bar and its was awesome

This is as close as I get to a home bar. Its small, cozy, and friendly. The outdoor fireplace on the patio is practically a second living room for me.

Its always a pleasure to go there. I always feel welcome. My personal #1 favorite place to go in Jacksonville. All staff and bartenders are amazing!!!! Although I do have favorites lol. Love you Steve and Keith!!!!!!!!!

This is a fun all inclusive bar. Louie mixes some of the best drinks. I highly recommend the chocolate covered cherry shot. Deliciousness in a shot. It has that home town feel and great energy. Really feels like home. Many charity events, great socials. No cover.

I did not have a pleasant experience at this bar because the bartender (Steve) did not have nothing to do with me by going to the other side of the bar by himself. Ofcourse, he served me my drink. However, he did not talk to me at all. Furthermore, I left the bar with bewilderment and discontent.

The last time I visited this place was in 2019 . I use to travel 120miles just to spend a few hours here up until roomers started and after that I just never felt safe or welcomed here. I hope that things have changed over the years but it would be hard for me to go back after that experience..

Steve really made our night! We had the best time at Boot Rack. He was so personable and welcoming. Thank you for entertaining our group. We will be back

This is a great bar when it comes to a very friendly staff. One of those places that does their best with what they have. Seems like everyone knows eachother who comes through. But is also very welcoming. Bring cash, the ability to use a card is a hassle, and they only have beer & wine.

When I say dive bar, I mean it in the best way possible. Even during the daylight, the red lights are on and the inside is dim and has that gay biker-bar feel to it which is a nice homage to times past. Pretty decent selection of beers and canned mixed drinks (being from the north I had no idea those were a thing until the Boot Rack). Awesome support for and from the local gay, leather, and BDSM communities and the owners go above and beyond for those populations, creating a safe and welcoming space for their events and social gatherings.

I like to read the reviews on a place before I just decide to go and give them my business because it is available and wise to do so. I will be trying this place out based on the reviews and I scanned through most of them, I feel like it will be decent place to hang and chill and make friends. Excellent!

This is a laid back relaxed bar with friendly bartenders. One bar inside and one bar outside. No drama, twinks, or phoneys. Its all real.

Great place to relax and have a drink. Small and everyone know everyone. You dont feel intimidated here.
