Megan does an awesome job so this isn’t a review of her. I had an appointment scheduled a month ago and they had to cancel it and reschedule for me due to Megan having an emergency. I normally get appointment reminders but did not receive one. I called and was told I no showed and there was no possibility to fix it and I could come in for the remainder of the visit which would have been for much less time but would not give me a refund. I have been coming here for months but clearly they don’t value repeat customers. They were absolutely unwilling to budge at all when it came to rescheduling. Services are good but there is an obvious lack of customer service.Edit: I’ve read your response and you definitely have not sent me any receipts or proof of reminder of the appointment. I understand you have a policy for no shows but as a business for you to have no ability to try and rectify the issue for a repeat customer who has never missed a single appointment up until this point is ridiculous. The rescheduled appointment was not even my original decision. The appointment was rescheduled over a month ago and life happens. For you to say you’re not responsible for “managing my schedule” is extremely unprofessional. And your willingness to lose a repeat customer of a few months and not have any wiggle room is astounding.

I’ve been going to monthly appointments with Tiffany since I found out I was pregnant and she is so fantastic. I also book occasional sports massage appointments for my husband and he highly recommends as well. The massage therapists are thorough and truly listen to your concerns/pain points and adjust their care accordingly. Love this place :)

Ive been coming to Advanced Wellness & Massage for a while now, and I cant recommend it enough. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and the quality of service is consistently top-notch. I have been seeing Jacquelyn for about a year now and she has transformed how I feel. She is very in tune with the needs of my body, applies the perfect amount of pressure and is very attentive to my needs on that specific day. I always walk out of my appointments feeling rejuvenated. My husband booked us a couples massage for a late Christmas present. And this organization didnt disappoint! They were great at asking where we thought we needed the most attention. Explained the session and were very warm and comforting. This was my first massage in about 10 years. The last one I had at either place, I just so badly afterwards I was hesitant to try again. But Im sold! Elizabeth was wonderful with shoulder pain for my husband and Jacqui was amazing for my back and shoulders. We love this place and will definitely book again. I will recommend to everyone who will listen!

Best best best place in Onslow county to get massage. We’ve also enjoyed getting acupuncture here. The people at Advanced Wellness and Massage genuinely care about others and you can tell by how they run their business and how they take care of their customers during services. Everyone I have gotten a massage from does immaculate work; whether I’m coming in for a specific issue or just a feel good whole body massage. You will not be disappointed!

I have attended several different yoga classes here and have had a great experience with each of them. The facility is clean and there are mats and props available for use if needed. Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, there is a class available to meet your needs. All instructors are unique, very friendly, and accommodating to anything you may require throughout your practice. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable space to practice yoga I highly recommend this business.

I love this place, very clean and a soothing relaxing place for one of the best massages I have ever received! Tiffany is an excellent massage therapist who listens to what one is looking for in a massage. I can achieve total relaxation here and forget all my worries for a blissful 90 minutes.

Ms. Stacy was absolutely amazing. I was a little nervous in the beginning because I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. She was very thorough and attentive throughout the entire process. She helped me feel comfortable and I am still feeling the benefits of my Reiki session. I suffer with chronic pain in my neck due to degenerative disc disease, I am currently pain-free. Amazing experience, we booked a couples massage with Megan & Kylene, who were wonderful! We were very comfortable and taken care of, as well as the location & atmosphere are all very low key and casual. When looking for places to book, we read reviews and checked websites, the online booking system was easy to use and we had no issues with our booking or appointments when we arrived!

OMG! Absolutely loved my massage! I wanted to steal Megan’s hands to bring back with me!! She covered all the areas that I addressed with her. The stretches she incorporated were also amazing!! Last Friday June 24th 2022 I had my first visit to this establishment.. I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Jasen.. The Establishment itself was very welcoming and relaxing.. Jasen was absolutely amazing!! He took the time to listen to me and my concerns.. After identifying what exactly I needed out of the visit; he went to work with his vast knowledge of the human body and how it all interconnects.. I was a complicated case due to ongoing injuries stemming from a car accident two years back that had not been fully addressed through physical therapy.. On this particular day I had woken up and not been able to move my neck.. I was very close to going to the emergency room until I was able to connect with Jasen.. He is very passionate about what he does and worth every single penny.. A true professional through and through.. I highly recommend checking out this place and of course I would definitely recommend booking with Jasen..

Went for my first visit yesterday. Beautiful and calming atmosphere. Grey did an amazing job. My pain is so much better and hand numbness has not flared up since.

I have come here several times and had great experiences each time. Unfortunately, today was not so great. I initially called and asked if they had time for a walk-in, and ended up making an appointment for 11am. I arrived about 5-10 minutes early and filled out their paperwork. Once I was done the masseuse talked to me and reviewed the paper for about 10 min. before taking me to my room. That is when she explained to me that we would be taking it easy during my DEEP TISSUE massage because she had a seizure last night. I was shocked, and suggested maybe she should get someone else to do the massage. She replied no, its fine, I do this all the time. So we proceeded. To sum it up, throughout the massage she had no system or method to what she was doing. It seemed as if she had watched someone do it before and was imitating it. She was very nice and polite which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. It was not comparable to any other massage that I have previously had at this location or any other in my life. Lastly, we didnt start the 1 hour massage until about 11:15 am because the masseuse was talking to me. I was in my car dressed and pulling out of the parking lot at 12pm. That was after paying the $65 as well. So my 1 hour massage turned out to be about 45 minutes. I usually dont do this on reviews but am extremely disappointed with my massage today and felt I should pass that along to whomever it concerns. I hope you have a great day.Update: Manager was able to resolve. I recommend asking for Vickie.

Update for Jasen: Wow. Jasen gave the best massage Ive ever had. His method reminded me of the sport recovery massages I would get in Japan, but his was even better!Joshua did an excellent job. He listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. I suffer from chronic neck and head pain and I left feeling MUCH better than I felt when I arrived.

Maria is amazing! As a chronic back pain sufferer , she is great at targeting the muscles and hitting the pressure points to relieve the pain. Whether it’s a 30 minute or 90 minute massage, I highly recommend her! Atmosphere is clean and relaxing too.

My sister and I got a couples massage. It was amazing! The ladies were nice and the vibe was so relaxing! We did not want to get up when it was over. I highly recommend you give them a visit. Completely worth it!

Had my first acupuncture experience here and it was simply the most relaxed I have ever felt. I am 38 weeks pregnant and wanted to release tension, relax & do the pressure points that are known to potentially get contractions started. My priority was definitely relaxation and I got it! No contractions came but I am in no rush. Highly recommend!!!

Elizabeth was great! I went in with serious pain in my neck and she was very targeted and respectful. This was my first time visiting this facility and I will definitely choose it again in the future.

My cousin and I went for a massage on her birthday, and it was absolutely amazing!!! My cousin has a lot of muscular problems, and she felt like a million bucks when the massages were done. There is a lot of different types of massages to pick from. The two women who gave the massages were very professional and friendly. It was the perfect beginning to a perfect day. If you have ever questioned giving acupuncture a try please do not hesitate with Jeffrey Fox. His expertise and bedside manner made my experience exactly what I hoped for. Ailments like severe hormonal imbalance and fatigue that have been bothering me for YEARS that western medicine could not solve were managed and or alleviated I feel like a whole new person. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing and they offer many other services as well including couple and single massages and I wish I would have given acupuncture the chance sooner. I feel so good my husband even gave it a shot which says a lot!.Cant thank Jeffrey Fox enough!

This place is tucked away so its hard to miss unless you know its there. It has an extremely relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in and you can tell it is very clean. Ms. Gray did my massage and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was still ok throughout the massage. I had purchased the Swedish 90 min, which I personally wouldnt do again because it didnt suit my needs, but thats my own fault. Id schedule with Gray (or Grey, I apologize for incorrect spelling) again because she is very professional.

The place was so clean inside and everyone was so nice (: We felt very comfortable and relaxed and they were not pushy to have us come back. Overall the experience was amazing and definitely makes me want to get as much of my family to experience a massage here as well!

My only regret is not booking a session sooner. Just went in for my first prenatal massage and it exceeded my expectations. Martika was extremely kind and accommodating, especially when it came to applying the appropriate pressure to relieve tension. I highly recommend booking a session with her, pregnant or not.

Wonderful experience. My girlfriend and i got a couples massage. As soon as we walked in we noticed the calming aromas and soft music playing. The gentleman at the front took great care of us and offered us water while we waited for our session. The massage was relaxing and stress releiving. The massage therapists listened to our bodies and communicated if we wanted more or less pressure throughout the massage. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed and if we were natives to Jacksonville we would be using them quite often. Highly recommend!

I’ve dealt with chronic back pain for the past 15 years. Opiates did not work, chiropractors did not work and I thought I would just have to live with the pain, but then I tried the Thai Massage Oriental Massage offers. Flew into Jacksonville to visit a college buddy of mine for the weekend. While he was working a group project with friends, I decided to dip out for a bit and find a massage parlor. One of the group members recommended Oriental Massage so I figured Id give it a shot. Upon walking in, I was greeted warmly by the woman behind the counter and I told her that I was looking to try something unique. She recommended their Swedish massage and Im very glad she did. I felt so relaxed afterwards it was as though I had a private meditation session. I always try to get a massage after a plane flight since my muscles are tense and the time zone change usually puts me out of wack. Thanks for the great service, I will definitely recommend to my other college buddies in that area!!

I saw Maria for my massage and she was just excellent! If you want deep pressure, shes got it. I love that you can book a massage online and that theres weekend availability.

I was pretty much bed ridden due to extreme lower back pain. I would need assistance just to roll out of bed. After not being able to walk, i finally got a massage. Maria suggested a deep tissue and hot stones massage. After the session was over, i could not only roll off the table, but i could bend over at the waist. Highly recommend not only the hot stones but most certainly Maria.

My only concern is the employee consistency; i dont live in the area I actually have only gone onece a year for the past 4 years but everytime I go there ia diff staff so if you looking to build a relationship with your specialist they may not be the place.

Honestly everyone that goes here, keeps going back. The only one that leave for a while is military. Pretty understandable, as long as you answer their questions, it helps get to what they need.

My husband and I didnt have an appointment and had to wait a short time. Loved the service...the ladies are great...had Na for my first time and she about put me to sleep...I was very tight and she noticed that and varied it to my needs
