Second time coming to this location and Michele took her time with me. I came in so late and she still gave me my full 90 minutes. She is so friendly she had me so relaxed .I can’t wait to come see Michele again.Please give her a raise and bonus I will be back thanks so much.

Outstanding service ! Audrey is over the top amazing! Every knot in my neck and back she can isolate and help. Even after I have overdone it with household scrubbing or lifting too many heavy boxes! She is simply the best.

Ive been going to Massage Envy at Harbor Village for almost 10 years now, and have been receiving massages from James for at least 5 of those years. I hesitate to share how absolutely amazing he is because he is already so busy, but hes just the best massage therapist and deserves the praise. He had good, firm, pressure, responding quickly to requests to adjust the pressure. I have some significant medical issues which have caused me to be very stiff; James understands my medical needs and is an important part of my medical team. Hes also just so kind and quiet. If I want to chat, he will. Otherwise, hes quiet.

Katrina is the absolute BEST massage therapist that I’ve had! She listens to my concerns and problem areas and focuses on them during my session! She is a true professional and knows her stuff!

I have been ti the Harbour Village Massage Envy twice. Today Marcela was my therapist. She did an amazing job! I went in with tight muscles and stress. Left so relaxed! I had brain fog- LOL. My brain had finally slowed down too .

James is the person to see if you are in need of a deep tissue massage. Ive been going to him for years and he NEVER disappoints! Just one visit with James, will keep you going back for more!

Julie is very knowledgeable and professional. I had the 60 minute facial. This facial left my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. I look forward to returning for additional facials. The neck and hand massage was also very relaxing and soothing.

My actual massage with Sandra was FANTASTIC!! She listened to all of my requests and delivered! I still feel a difference 24 hours later. ** I would like to bring the “condition and cleanliness” of this location to the owners/management. The common waiting areas and women’s restroom hadn’t been adequately cleaned in sometime. The carpets hadnt been vacuumed (or a very poor job) and the hallways have a strong musty smell (likely old carpet). I hope the owners address this. The 3 stars are for the condition of the facility. Sandra receives 5 + stars!

This was not a professional massage or even a massage. The therapist just did pressure points the entire time in my opinion no “comfort massage” which is what I asked for. I asked for extra work on my hands and my hands were not massaged. Nothing personal against the therapist but I was not at all happy with the experience.

Deloise is such a sweet and professional lady. You can feel her concern and love in her work for her clients. Very pleased with her.

James more than listened to my needs/areas of request and pressure levels. He delivered a therapeutic and effective massage that got all my target points. I left feeling rejuvenated and recovered. One of the best massages I’ve had!

Had a spare of the moment massage at Massage Envy w/Jennifer (Atlantic Blvd) Harbour Village. She was amazing to say the least. I booked a last-minute massage after helping my daughter move. I knew I would need it after driving a U-Haul for over 10 hours. My regular therapist (Audrey--who is amazing, btw) was not available. Jennifer had one available time slot. In just 50-minutes, I went from having super tight and sore neck and shoulder muscles to loose and relaxed. Thank you so much, Jennifer!

I highly recommend Sandra as a therapist. She listens to my requests and the sessions are always relaxing. I love her attention to detail like covering my eyes which adds a calming, spa-like experience.

I could have sworn I scheduled for 5pm. I am on my way for a 5pm appointment. I missed two calls so I call back and they inform me the appointment was at 4pm but that I missed it. I asked if I could reschedule and she said yes but then tells me she has to charge me $37.50 because I was considered a no show (fine). She then informs me it would have been 100% had I not called back but that they didn’t have my credit card on file like they were supposed to. While she’s inputting my information I was looking for any sort of confirmation and I asked if they get sent out and she said yes but that they didn’t have my information…..so I paid $37.50 for an appointment that was never confirmed. And had I been a jerk and not called I wouldn’t have been charged anything until I showed up but to top it all off….she took my payment and hung up without rescheduling me. So now I’m doubting I had the wrong time to begin with and just got hit for $37.50 for a mistake on their end. Super bummed and just gonna look elsewhere at this point.

Audrey was amazing with my massage. She did pressure points to help my feet and hands. She massaged a huge kink out of my neck. Very smart and knowledgeable.

Milton is truly the best Massage Therapist I’ve ever used, applies perfect pressure needed, nice to feel so relaxed and yet so rejuvenated after each session :-)

Moved from Miami to Jax recently. Wad very skeptical I would find a great therapist. This location is almost 1 hour from me but because of my experience with Michelle B. I will gladly make the drive!

I was way overdue for a good firm massage that I finally followed through with yesterday. Im always skeptical of booking with a new therapist and took a chance in doing so. I am so pleased with having Nicole for the first time as my therapist. Her nice calm, sweet demeanor set a warm welcoming tone for our session. Her pressure level was on point! My body and mind are grateful for her skill level! I will definitely be booking again sooner than later with Nicole that Im looking forward to! Thank you, Nicole!

I wish I could remember her name! I had pretty much destroyed myself the previous day playing golf but had thought enough to schedule an appointment a couple days ahead. I stumbled in there and poured out with every ache gone! I know shes in the system and look forward to the next rough day golfing! Ive been going there for a couple of years not because its so close, but because Ive never gotten a massage there from anyone and everyone has been highly skilled and great to interact with or to quietly put you to sleep.

I had a 90 minute massage with Nelson. He listened to what i needed and focused on that area to help my lower back. He is always so professional and caring.

Milton gives a great massage, strong yet gets the muscles to relax! He is a very pleasant man and I enjoy some conversation yet he is respectful of quiet time as well! Always enjoy his work!

It only gets a one star because it doesn’t allow zero,At one point i asked what style of massage because it was very unclear. I’ve been getting regular massages for 40 years. This person would benefit from additional schooling of human anatomy if she had any before.Vet your massage therapists.

I moved to Jax Beach November, 2023. I became a member of Massage Envy, Atlantic Beach, at that time. In my experience, phone calls lead to answering machines, my email address, to this day, isn’t registered for online bookings. I have been charged for services un-rendered, and I’m still awaiting a refund of $125 which I’ve been promised by the staff of two separate occasion’s. June, the “new manager”, along with all other managing staff and front desk team, should be retrained. Opening the facility on time should be a mandatory requirement as well. Nelson is by far the best therapist Ive had! Having been a ccu nurse for decades, my back and neck took quite a beating. Now retired and since going to Nelson, he was able to help with the spasms and tightness in neck, shoulders, and back. Im very grateful to have found him!

To whom it may concern- had a 12.30 pm 90 minute massage today 5/2.Name is Mark Rau.Masseuse started 20 minutes late and ended 8 min early.Asked for feet, shoulders and scalp- forgot about scalp.Additionally she was sniffling, blowing her nose, coughing and drinking water the entire time. Pretty sure she is sick or sinus attack.I am not a person to complain normally-had it been one of these occurrences it would have been overlooked. But multiple issues today.Mark Rau

Gayle is a pro knowing how to take care of those tight muscles with just enough pressure to ease the tension while maintaining a state of relaxation.

5 star for the massage. Please fix the hot water machine for tea in the waiting area. Its been out of order for months now.

I cancelled my membership 1/12/2024 at 12:50 P.M. Unbeknownst to me, I have still been getting charged monthly and have accrued two more services. I spoke with a front desk receptionist about this on Wednesday, 2/21/24 at 2:48 P.M., and she told me the manager Taylor would be contacting me that afternoon. I never received a phone call. I called back later that day and nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail and nobody has returned my call. I emailed on 2/24/24, no response. I was a member for 8 years, I think they got their money’s worth. The least they could do is refund the last two months and stop charging me monthly…

I came in because I my hamstrings and knees were hurting. In 60 minutes Carol F gave a full body massage with focus on my IT band. I walked out with hardly any pain!

First time making an appointment with Massage Envy and A last minute cancellation got me in with Michelle B. It was meant to be! She was able to get me from limited movement and pain in my neck and shoulders to some immediate relief and on the road to a release from it all. I knew by my interaction with her she was the right fit for me! She is very good at what she does. Very skilled and experienced.

Caitlin does a wonderful job!I prefer firm pressure deep tissue sessions and I always leave very relaxed and satisfied.

He asked pertinent questions, ensured the right pressure during the massage, and displayed a level of skill that places him in the top 1% of therapists Ive encountered. Nelson seamlessly blends technical proficiency, interpersonal finesse, and a sincere dedication to client well-being, creating a profoundly therapeutic and positive experience. At times, it felt as though two therapists were simultaneously addressing my needs. I have been a long time massage envy customer. I have met some really good therapist over the years but they usually move on to bigger and better job opportunities. Sadly this has left me struggling to find new therapist that I LOVE at massage envy. I have 30 + Services built up for this reason. Yesterday I lucked up and grabbed a last minute cancellation appointment with Nelson (queens harbor location). Nelson was amazing!!!!! He listened to me when I was telling him about my problem areas and he went to work to to give me some relief. I left this visit looking forward to scheduling my next appointment with Nelson. I don’t think I will have any trouble using my 30 + services as I will be scheduling 90 min messages every week until my middle age body feels better. Thanks Nelson!!! Now Massage Envy do whatever it takes to keep these therapist so they don’t leave for something bigger and better.

My therapist was a smoker and she smelled like smoke and nicotine. It was not calming or relaxing at all. At one point, I couldnt breathe through my nose (like my nose was stuffy, but that was how strong the smell was).The front desk staff did make it right and comped part of the fee for my visit. The staff was friendly and it was clean. Great ambiance my personal experience was not great.

James is amazing...knowing exactly what and how to relax ur muscles..very professional

Due to a complication I came to my hour massage 20 minutes late. Milton was ready and the massage I received in the time that remained was divine! He focused on the critical areas, and calmly rid my back of the tension that had accumulated. I am grateful he applied his expertise for my benefit.

Nicole is the best massage therapist Ive had at this location. She is so attentive to your needs, always checking to make sure youre comfortable and problem areas addressed. She always goes above and beyond whenever I come in to see her. Four stars only because the facility needs refurbishment and front desk can sometimes be chaotic.

Lakysha is the best massage therapist. I’ve tried others, but they don’t compare to her superb deep down pressure and techniques. I feel relaxed and my body always feels great after a session.

Nelson has been my massage therapist for many years! And he is amazing! He is very professional and has many skills and techniques to accommodate to my aches and pains. He did a great job doing prenatal massage when I was pregnant as well. Booking with him is worth the wait!

I was very impressed with all the staff. MELODY is fantastic!!! Especially if you need a deep massage to loosen up tension in shoulders, and back. I have had 2-c-spinesurgeries and I have neck painplus shoulder pain.MELODY can do a deep tissue massage and I walked out feeling like a new person. I highly recommend her. I like Massage Envy because when you are hurting walking in , you are definitely humming on your way out!!

I had a 90 minutes facial and it was fantastic. I left glowing . One of the best! I added on an eye treatment. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it started late.

Nelson was fantastic! I have not been able to participate in massage therapy since March due to a hip replacement, so as you can imagine I was nervous. Nelson constantly asked if the pressure was correct, and he was very careful working on knots deep in the muscle. I will be using him again!

The massage was exactly what i asked for and that trumps any inconvenience. Regarding the facility, for your improvement: the realtor lock on the door, the portable ac cleverly named Rosie, and the abandonment of what seemed new staff (doing their best with at least one rude guest) should be addressed.Edit: Full disclosure - I thought I was writing this review on the Massage Envy site and didnt realize it was going to Google Maps at first. I decided I wanted to share the info, though, and left the minor stuff in here for the owner to see. Obvi I recommend this place.

Ive been a member here since 2020 and have consistently had a great experience. The front desk staff are very responsive via text message, so people should definitely try that if calling isnt as successful. They are also always very pleasant and helpful whenever I speak to them on the phone. Ive had fantastic massages with various therapists (Christine was amazing, Sandra, Nelson, and Caitlin are great too, and now I think I have a new favorite with Megan). If they have to cancel on me, they have been very apologetic and I am understanding as I know there are things out of their control and its hard running a practice. They always work with me to get me rescheduled to a time that is convenient for me. This is a well-run practice and I always enjoy the hour I have here for a relaxing massage. The membership keeps it affordable in my budget (even with some incremental price increases over the past couple years, it is still very reasonable). Great job to this team at Harbour Village and thank you for everything you do!

Best location ever-NOT! Therapist don’t show up.Only gave this location five stars so you will read it!There has been four occasions where this location has canceled my appointments while on-site as a result of no show to therapist. Additionally no accommodations were made to compensate for the time traveled or inconvenience. In one instance I transferred a massage to my spouse and booked his appointment for his birthday and when he showed up he was left waiting-no therapist. When he rebooked the second time- The therapist was a no show again. After this time I requested to have the service transferred back to my account since he refused to return and waste his time. I requested for reimbursement of the transfer fee of $10 at the time was the fee they charge you to charge to transfer a service to someone else, this was not honored either.During my booking I was in the waiting room for approximately 15min past my appointment time, I had to ask about my appointment then I was informed they did not have a therapist. The final occasion was when I drove from the north side to get to Atlantic, and as I was almost at the location the office called to tell me that my appointment would be been cancelled. since that time I have moved and started using my membership in Fleming Island however since I’m still attached to Harbour Village administratively you must be very cognizant and select the correct location when booking your appointment. After a year and a half of always being careful, selecting the right location of Fleming island I made the mistake of select in Harbour Village. I called the manager letting her know as I was literally outside of the Fleming island location. She explained that I will still be charged credit for the cancellation because the therapist made their time available.I then questioned why was I not compensated for all the occasions that the therapist did not show up when I would make appointments at Harbor Village. She explained that usually a credit is provided. However, I did not receive any credit for the four instances in which my appointments were canceled by Harbour Village location. I have been a member of Massage Village since 2017ish and the Franchise at Harbour Village has made me cancel a service that I used to find relief in simply due to poor customer relations and lack of talent management. Save yourself some time for especially if you have a had a long week and book at another location or another massage site all together. Hope this helps!

My first time visiting this location and I was hesitant because of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience. The woman at the front desk took time to show me where the sitting area was instead of just telling me, which I liked bc it wasn’t obvious. My massage therapist was Melissa C and she worked on the areas that I needed focus on very well but she focused on the back of my legs a quite a bit of of the time (not an area I asked for focus), which I needed it, but it left other areas untouched or way less time on. She has more of a neuromuscular style which can be pretty painful at times but overall I still felt relaxed and would go to her again, especially if I was in acute pain.

I totally relax when I go in for my massage. My therapist always ask me where she needs to concentrate and she uses the most wonderful techniques to loosen the tension in my muscles.

I just had a massage there today for my birthday. I came early like they said too. Didn’t get called back until 5 minutes after my appointment time. Then once I got called back she gave me 5 minutes to take off my clothes so I started 10 minutes late. Then she finished my massage 6 minutes early. So overall my appointment was only 44 minutes when it was supposed to be an hour. On top of that, last time I came I brought a friend their for her birthday 2 weeks ago and it was $70 (and I added a tip of course). This time before booking I called and asked if it would be the same price and the guy on the phone assured me that it would be. All of a sudden soon as I get to the register the lady told me it was going to be $120!!! If I would have know it was going to be almost double and that i was only getting a 44 minute massage instead of 60, I would’ve never came there! Liars and scammers.

Highly recommend finding business somewhere else. Harbor Village location is consistently unreliable via phone call, app, and website. Disappointed that credit card tipping does not go directly to the masseuse, make sure to bring cash for tip if you still have membership there. Tia is the best there, very professional and actually massages the full 50 minutes (10min for consultation).I’ve already sent a couple feedback through the online portal, but never received a response. I understand there’s a staffing issue, but the way how this location handles issues is irritating.

The front desk and management are horrible. They never answer their phone, on numerous occasions Ive tried calling and never get a return call. The only way to book is to go in in person. Horrible customer service from the front desk and management. Ive had wonderful massages with Duncan, I went in recently to book with him and was told hes no longer working there. They dont care about their therapists or customers.
