Read the fine print!!My credit card was compromised and I got behind on my membership dues because of that. They sent me a collections letter (for membership dues!) and suspended my account and would not allow me to use the services that I had already paid for. They told me I had to pay the other 2 months I missed before I could use what I had already paid for... and if I canceled, that $150 was forfeit.So be it. Keep the $150 and I will count it money well spent to learn not to deal with Massage Envy in any capacity.Furthermore... only ONE of their massage therapists was worth making an appointment with. The manager has absolutely zero customer service ability.

Jakira was absolutely amazing! She applied perfect pressure, found every single knot, and worked each one out using different techniques based on what each section required. It was the best massage I have ever received and I have never felt better. I will be booking with her every time moving forward.

Fanny is the best! Always tailoring her skills to customer’s needs. She genuinely cares for my comfort and health. I try to go at least once a month, as a person who works out frequently and the general aches and pains. Valerie is the best at Massage Envy Oakleaf! She knows how to use her magic to work out the knots. She can vary her pressure depending on your needs and she gives a fantastic hot stone massage as well!

Massage Envy Oakleaf is an outstanding location. From the front desk staff, to the massage therapists the team is great. The sessions are always professional and top notch. I recently experienced a massage from Jakira and she was amazing. The perfect amount of pressure relieved the cramped muscles in my neck, back and leg muscles. This particular ME location has got their act together. The manager is on point, the front desk keeps things moving, and the therapists are awesome. Ive been going to Katherine lately and she is amazing. My husband likes Cheyenne and Becky. But dont worry if you cant schedule with them because all of the therapists are great.

I had a good experience at Massage Envy Oakleaf in Orange Park. Fanny gave a fantastic massage that I truly needed. I liked how she would ask if I was comfortable with the amount of soft pressure since I had not had a massage in a good while. Fanny was great and my experience with her was just what I needed.

Marie is an awesome therapist. She really takes her time to make sure she gets out all the knots. She makes the massage experience very relaxing and calming. So on your next visit ask for Marie, I guarantee you want regret it.

If you have never had a stretch session before a message I strongly suggest. My body was much more relaxed after having the 30 minute stretch. Valerie is my person at Oakleaf ME. She stretched me OUT and then gave me a relaxing message. Valerie always makes sure I have the BEST experience. My body is a little sore from my muscles being tight, but I will definitely add stretching to my session again.

Worst massage I’ve ever had and my friend also went and had the same awful experience. I don’t really feel like the massage therapists know what they’re doing.They said they customize it and work on whatever we need them to work on, but that is not what happened. I stressed the area that I needed worked on, but instead, I felt like I got petted the whole time. They didn’t even work on the area that was bothering me the most barely touched it. I was very disappointed felt like it was a huge waste of money and I do not recommendDid send my feedback to them, but got no response

Carlyssa has been my therapist for a few years now. She is amazing!Her knowledge and technique is priceless. I have muscle tension in my neck and battle with sciatic issues. I had an appointment on August 6th this past Tuesday. Check in went great the receptionist was really friendly and welcoming but from there it went downhill. Right away as my massage therapist gets in the room shes coughing, sneezing, and yawning. I understand I had a 9am appointment so it was kind of early but if your not ready to work at 9 maybe you should work a later shift? Its not like the coughing, sneezing, and yawning was at just the beginning it was throughout most of my session. Then to top almost every 2 minutes throughout most of my session I heard a ping almost like a iPhone text notification. When I got out I asked the receptionist what that noise was and she explained that it was the company system. For spending 180 dollars its not what I envisioned for rest and relaxation. Massage Envy please do better.

I waited too long to review and now I cant remember my sweet ladys name, but I had a great first experience with ME. It was clean, the staff was really friendly, and most importantly it was a rockin massage. She got into all of my tense areas and I left feeling brand new.

Ive been coming here for years and Ive never had an issue or a problem. I finally bit the bullet and bought a membership and its so worth it. Nicole has been doing my massages for 5 months and shes the best. She really takes the time out to listen to what your needs are and she truly delivers. Wesley does my facials and he really delivers. He is super knowledgeable about products and how they interact with each other which is really helpful. Ive been going to him for the same amount of time and he really knows my skin. He also turned me onto a skin line they sell called PCA and its been the best thing ever that has happened to my skin. Thanks to his help and PCA my skin looks better now at 50 then it did at 40. Melanie at the front desk is the chefs kiss. She always seems to know people by their name and shes super nice and always helpful if you have questions. This location definitely has my business and always will.

The young black lady at the front desk has an absolutely disgusting and rude disposition as if you’re not there to PAY for a service. She is always rude to the point that I got my membership there but quickly changed to the Oakleaf location because they are much more professional especially at check in. Now the massage I had here was excellent the first time. It was ok the second time, but EVERY time, the front desk girl was extremely rude.I also bought a massage for all my my close family members for Mother’s Day and spent $450. I was trying to get the gift card there but she was so rude I just left mid transaction and went to Oakleaf the same day I changed my membership and had the best experience to date.

Eynar is extremely professional and great at what he does! He listened to my concerns and focused on the pain I felt on my neck and shoulders. He knows what he is doing. I left leaving so much better. I know if I wouldn’t have gone I would still feel pain, but instead I was able to sleep throughout the night and not feel pain!! Which I’m so thankful for. He occasionally asked me if the pressure was fine or if I wanted him to go deeper. It was so relaxing. It was everything I needed! I signed up for the membership and will be seeing Eynar moving forward! Thank you.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Oakleaf for about 6 years now. I have seen around 7 different massage therapists in my time there. Most of them have been great. The best is Carly. If I am being honest, Carly is so amazing that I half dont want to say how great she is because it is already hard enough to book time with her! Lol. Carly is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She is so talented. It is like she was born to do her job. She is so in tune with the muscles of the body. She is also so sweet and kind! Horrible customer service. I just called to book an appointment, in order to book an appointment they demanded my credit card information. I have a gift card. I reluctantly gave my card info because its the only way I was able to get booked. This practice is unacceptable. To those of you purchasing gift cards from this place... please be aware of this detail.

The massages were fine. I was not consistent with getting massages so I had approximately 7 on the books. October 2023 my family began experiencing financial hardship so I could no longer afford the payments. Called on 3/8 and was told that my membership was permanently suspended AND the money I had paid was not for the massages but forthe membership and they were no longer available to me. According to the person who answered the phone after 3 missed payments youre account is permanently suspspended AND you will not receive a refund or any accommodations. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!MY plans were to pay the amount owed and resume services.THATS OK!!!Ill take my business elsewhere!!!You will not get another $455.00 from me!!!BAD BUSINESS ME!!!

This experience did not feel like a massage to me. It was a bunch of making little circles and shaking my limbs. I wouldn’t recognize this Massage. If this was my first time, I will never book with Marie again.

I have gone to Cheyanne multiple times. Every time she is attentive, kind, and always the right amount of pressure. You feel great afterwards.

All I can say is disappointed, and underwhelmed. I took the day off and was looking forward to the massage all week. I hadn’t been in a good while, and wanted to treat myself, and historically Massage Envy doesn’t disappoint.Although she was a sweet lady (Becki) , I couldn’t help but get the impression that she was “new” and or poorly trained. The massage was subpar at best, and I got up feeling like I didn’t even receive a professional level massage.I guess I can take part of the blame for not asking for her tenure, when I booked the appointment. If someone is new and or still in training the customer should receive some type of advisory, so that we can decide if we want to potentially waste our time. Despite my disappointment, I still found it in my heart to leave a small tip, I honestly debated not leaving one at all. But I am kind. Most importantly, I know what questions to ask next time , and who to avoid as well.

The lighting, the ambient music, the relaxation waiting area before someone comes to get me for my treatment -- its like the preshow. 😊 They have a knack for hiring quality people who are personable and professional. I’ve never been more upset in my life, im going away this weekend and I wanted a facial to just give my skin a nice pick me up. I had shaniqua as my aesthetician. I’ve had this exact facial multiple times and have always left happy, however today I left worse than when I arrived.. she was extremely rough with my skin and neck massage. She left so many marks on my face I felt like she was digging into my skin, I told her I just wanted to focus on the blackheads on my nose and t zone and she just ripped into every part of my face. I’m going to insert a picture of the LAST time that I had this same facial. And then todays facial from shaniqua. She also used the same toner on my face twice after my skin was already irritated and red, and it burned.

Valerie is AMAZING!! She is definitely the best in the business.

The therapist in question was not sick so to your response of blowing off a client that has had a membership with you for over 2 years. I hope everyone reads my review and your ill response and avoids any business with you.I scheduled an appointment 2 separate times and was called the morning of on both occasions to be told the appointment was canceled. On my 3rd attempt I was notified 30 minutes before my massage that they would have to cancel again. When I asked if I would be compensated for the repeated cancellations they declined any type of assistance. When I brought up the fact that if I canceled the day of the confirmed I would be charged a full service. They do not care about their clients here and I will be canceling my membership. Don’t waste your time scheduling here they will waste your time and money .

Absolutely amazing! Cheryl was patient with me and explained so much about the way the body works and physical reactions to stress and the importance of massages. After my wonderful massage I had a facial with Kayla. She was perfect as well, spent so much time on my problem areas. She also was educational and explained importance of cleansers and products and why/how to use. I cant say enough about the staff, down to Sean that completed my intake and assisted me with checking out and scheduling follow ups. Number 1 facility and yes I will definitely be returning soon!!!!

Went in for a 60 minute massage. Masseuse was excellent. She applied just the right amount of pressure. My room was sanitized prior to me entering and I saw employees spraying down counters, door handles and shelf areas. Ambiance of the room was excellent . . .lighting was perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the stresses of the day. I will definitely be going back.

Went for a 90 min massage for stress relief and relax. Was hands down the worst massage I ever had. The lady I had literally talked THE ENTIRE 90 MINS! Every single min and even stopped massaging multiple times when she couldn’t think of the word she was trying to find to finish her thought. Not only a waste of money but also got no tension out of my neck and no relaxation as she talked the entire time.

I had a massaged scheduled at 5pm yesterday. I got there 5 mins til and waited in the car like it prompted me to do so. They finally sent a text message at 5:10 saying that they were ready for me. We got into the room and we talked a little bit about certain areas I wanted her to focus on and what pressure I prefer and I told her medium/hard, she went out of the room so I could get undressed. By the time this was said and done it was about 5:30 she finally came back ready for the session to start. I knew this because I looked at my phone a couple of times because it seemed like she was taking a little bit to come back in after I got on the table. When it ended after she left the room I looked to see the time because it seemed a little fast and it was 5:57 however I booked and paid for a 60 min massage. Not only did I not receive what I paid for I left in pain and woke up this morning with bruises on my back because of how hard of pressure she applied to my back. I am very disappointed in the result I have received, I booked this with intentions to decompress and feel relaxed however I left in pain and felt rushed out of the 115 service I paid for with a $15 dollar tip i left after the front girl proceeded to show me a tip chart after I said leave $10 for tip which that made me feel uncomfortable because I already was not pleased with my experience I just had.

Pat was great. Unfortunately, I wasn’t told until after my appt was finished that they no longer did the $65 introductory rate & was surprised to pay $115 for a 60 minute massage. Extremely unprofessional to not tell someone a price change when it’s been the $65 for a long time.

Had such an amazing time! My best friend and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and extremely nice. I highly recommend Erika as a massage therapist. She was AMAZING! I usually only get a massage once or twice a year but now because of this experience I will gladly being returning monthly.

The only good thing about my experience here was the guy working the front desk. The extra star that i gave goes to him. He was wonderful! As far as my actual massage...I paid for an hour...when the girl came in to start I noticed the timer that she sat out said I had 45 minutes left which was upsetting to start with. The majority of my massage consisted of the girl sitting there lightly rubbing one hand back and forth on my back. And then to top it off she cut my last 5 minutes short. Which made sense to me when I saw that she left as soon as I did. Guess she was just ready to get off of work?! This experience was supposed to be a treat for myself. I was looking forward to finally having an hour of relaxation time, which I haven’t had in years. Definitely will not be coming back here!

Went today (1/2/2017) and I was greeted by the front receptionist in a very professional manner. She offered me water and gave a tour of the facilities. I was then placed in the tranquility room. I was greeted by Nicole, LMT, and she did an amazing job. I loved that she listened to my request and I love her and I will return. I read the other comments and I was skeptical, but I am glad I went to this location. The five stars was for the professionalism but I dont like how I I paid for a 90 min massage but I think I only got a 75 min massage.

My husband bought me a 30 minute massage. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me to fill out a survey about how much stress I have and how massage would help. They were trying to sell me a plan. I politely stated I just wanted my massage. She told me I would have 5 minutes to undress then five to dress again, making it a 20 minute massage. What?! She said this is how it works. Okay... Then I went to a waiting room where my therapist finally came in 15 minutes late (4:00pm appointment. My husband was going to pick me up about 4:30). I explained to him where I was hurting and again questioned the 20 minute massage for 30 minute price. He looked at me quizzically and asked why I had not booked an hour. I found this completely surprising and inappropriate. Then he tried to book me for a full hour (its like 4:20pm by this time). I explained again, no, I dont have the time or money, my husband will be here soon, please just give me the massage. I forget his name, but he had a handle bar mustache and was very talented. His skill alone is what made this 2 stars instead of 1. By the time my massage was finished, it was 4:45pm. My husband and toddler had been waiting for me for 15 minutes out front. While I was checking out, a young man beside me was having a disagreement about gift card payment procedures with a receptionist who soon called the manager. He left disgruntled, as did I. The actual massage was completely wonderful, but the gauntlet of sales tactics I went through to get it was ridiculous. I would not recommend this establishment to a friend.

The environment is great but when trying to cancel a membership, I was not told that I only had a certain amount of days to use the massages that I paid for and accumulated until weeks later. At that point, they only had the last day that I can use it open. I was unable to use the rest of my massages and paid for absolutely nothing.

First time visit and I definitely will be back

I’ve gone a few times before but this time I came and was seen by a woman named Brenda who has been doing this for 30 years! When she started I could tell she really had been doing that for 30 years! She was AMAZING and I’ll definitely be going back for her again! My only regret is that I hadn’t found her sooner! Otherwise all of the staff is very friendly and the place is nice, clean and calming. I definitely recommend

I purchased a $75 gift card for my wife for Christmas. It is now February and they still havent allowed her to make an appointment. She has called no less than 4 times, in the morning, and every time is told she can not get an appointment. But this isnt the bad part. Not even close. They have repeatedly been rude and unprofessional to her. No exaggerations. Today the lady who answered the phone not only used profanity when my wife explained her displeasure, she hung up on her. When we called back she wouldnt give us a managers number. We finally got the owner/managers number from another employee, but we cant even get a response from him.

I’ve been to other massage envy locations and this was one of my worst experiences due to lack of customer service. I had an appointment and when I came in, the receptionist Zack was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me. He was too busy watching makeup tutorials on YouTube. When I tried to check in, he told me to hold on while he finished his video. I waited for over 10 minutes. I ended up just leaving and I will not be going back to this location ever again.

This place has gotten horrible in the last year. They do not keep their promises. They send you to collections if something happens without contacting you to let you know that your account is past due. I recently scheduled a SURPRISE appointment for my mom, they messaged her and she cancelled it because she thought it was a scam AFTER I told them that this was a surprise

I would give 0 stars if possible. A while back I called to schedule an appointment. This morning I got twoSeparate calls and voicemails that they had to reschedule my appointment to 8pm. I called back to confirm, while on speaker and my husband next to me. I arrived at 7:30pm and the receptionist said my appointment was at 6:00 pm when I called to confirm. And the only thing they could do was schedule me another time, pay for the massage but add in a free enhancement. This needs to be fixed.

Never sign up with membership service, it is a scam. The franchise representatives believe it is ok to steal your membership credits and force you to pay in advance if you want to freeze or suspend your accounts. They never have enough staff to accommodate for any services and extend scheduling appointments 2-3 weeks from the original scheduling date. I have found staff to be argumentative and very rude, especially Shawn.If you like yourself a little, stay away from this place. I promise you are doing yourself a favor.

I asked for a medium pressure massage. Left in pain and covered in bruises. Went back in and was told, Your massager does deep massage. That is not what I asked for. She then said to be in so much pain you can barely stand wearing a bra was normal after massage. This place is definitely no worth the crazy prices. Also, the racialist missed one of my problem area, after being told twice it need care. Save your money and support local business. You are just a number to Massage Envy.

My husband suprised me with a massage for my birthday. It was my first time ever going and I will NEVER go again. During my massage I was in so much pain, I kept flinching and tension up. I dont know how the girl massaging me didnt realize this. I wanted to tell her to stop several times but being my first time I was shy and thought maybe its suppose to hurt to help realse the knots. I left and my body felt more tense then when I went in. I looked it up if its suppose to be painfull and asked friends who go often, who all told me no its not suppose to hurt. It hurt so bad that I couldnt pick up my 1 year old. Anyone who touched my back I jumped and flinched. I called and asked for a refund they told me they will get back to me with in 24 hours.. they didnt. I called them back they said they are still looking into it, 10 minutes later they called me back and offered to cover my next massage.. I declined. Why would I want to go back to somewhere that gave me so much pain. I said I want a refund so they said they will have to contact the franchise owner and would get back to me. That was over 48 hours ago and no calls. And guess what my back still hurts. I will be calling back tomorrow and probally everyday till I either speak with the owner my self or get a refund. This is not ok. I have two young children who cant even play with me bc im in pain from something that was suppose to relaxe me. Worse experiance ever. They need to retrain this girl. She was too rough!!!

The various staff members I have seen at the front desk in the past six months have been so courteous and friendly! Dara is an excellent massage therapist and the only therapist I have specifically requested in the years I have had a membership with Massage Envy.The reviews below are indicative of uninformed customers. 60 minute sessions are 50 minute massages with 10 minutes to undress and dress & speak with the therapist , hence the word session being used rather than massage. This is an attempt on the part of the company to communicate the total time one will be in their room, even while you are not being worked on. I can see how this might be confusing for first-timers.

Great service. Professional.. and glad they have several locations. I booked, one location canceled on me. So I rescheduled on a day I really didnt want to come on but remembered another location and canceled w one to schedule at another. I like the flexibility.

When I joined, I was very specific as to the type of service I was looking for, lymphatic drainage massages. It is not until Im in the room, that Im told my MT does not do lymphatic massages. I feel like I was lied to just to get me to join.

My daughter purchased me a gift card for a one hour massage for me birthday. Got to my appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. Once I was back in the room and the massage began I was told it was 3:16pm and my massage would end at 4:06pm. A 50 minute massage. Not an hour. Once I was done I left and was at the front by 4:07pm to check out. Went to checkout and the lady checking me out stated that the gift card was not valid. I said how it was just purchased yesterday. She stated that they have nothing to do with the gift cards but corporate did them. She called her manager who said we didnt down load a second app. Which by the way the gift card printed out the front and back of the gift card. We explained numerous times that we did exactly what the email stated to do. They then tried to get my daughter to pay again for the services. I told her NO. I wanted to speak with the manager. She did call the manager (Keisha) and the manager was very rude. She would not let me finish a sentence, cut me off talking everytime. I asked her if I could finish my sentences and she continued to cut me off. I asked for her last name and was told that they are not allowed to give out employees last names. Was told to contact guest services where the gift card was purchased and then told they didnt have a phone number. They did give me Johanna Logue the owners name and number to call. I called her and again no response as of yet regarding my situation. All they wanted was for me to pay again and leave a credit card number. After 50 minutes of dealing with this I was released so to speak. So Much For A Relaxing Massage. I was more tense leaving there than I was going in. The manager had no intention of trying to help just collecting our money again.. Its pretty bad when even employees shake their heads because she didnt take the time to come up there. This was the worse experience I ever had.

I had membership with Massage Envy when they first opened. I was very happy with their service and loved my massage therapist Brenda. I decided to rejoined again a few years later. Well...very DISAPPOINTED!!! I was told that setting up an appointment was very easy and easily available to get an appointment within a week cuz I e explained that i dont know my schedule till a week in advance. Today is Tuesday and Im trying to get in this Sat. They put me on a waiting list JUST INCASE someone cancelle. So this might be a every month recurrences for me and Im totally UPSET ABOUT THIS! IM TRYING to cancel my membership becuz THEY UP & LIED to my face about not a problem getting an appointment with in a week once i get my schedule. So I guess Im stuck with them till December...UGH!!! MY ADVICE DONT GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH MASSAGE ENVY AT OAKLEAF!!!

The front desk staff is very welcoming and my girls Nicole (massage) and (Lauren) facials are both professional, accomodating and have warm and gentle personalities. Whenever I get a facial my skin looks rejuvenated and feels fresh! The benefits are long lasting and she is very experienced and knows exactly what my skin needs! The massage that I receive from Nicole are NECESSARY for stress relief and exactly what the doctor orders!! When I leave massage envy oakleaf location I feel stress free and positive! Its a relaxing and beautiful environment and the staff is wonderful! I would recommend this location to all :-) if you want to treat yourself definitely request my team Lauren and Nicole!!!Peter S.

Loving this location. I have been a member for years and either see Cheryl or Brenda for Massage and rachelle for facials. The front desk is always so professional And makes sure to ask if I need to use the restroom or would like water or hot tea. It’s nice to get good massages that won’t break the bank

Ive been a member of this location for a year . And since David Farmer left it has gone downhill. I can never get an appt for a massage . They never have availability, I have 6 saved up massages because every time I call they are booked for at least 3 days or only have a 8am appt available. Not to mention twice now I have booked an appt and got there and they had booked someone over my appt . I also booked one appt just to get a call 45mins later telling me they have to move some appointment around because a therapist had called out. So even though Oakleaf Massage Envy is only 2 miles from my house I now drive the 30 min drive to get to the one in Fleming island they are a lot nicer there and always have availability .

First of all… $176 for your 90 minute massage is outrageously over priced. Anyone who thinks this is the a normal price?! Check out other places and you will see for yourself.

Massage was good, only problem was I was told it would be a full body massage and when I filled out my trouble spots it was to focus on it but it was full body....I didn’t get a full body just back, with barely any lower back. I was going to complain but I had a gift card so I simply won’t be back and will keep going to my normal massage place.

I did a chemical peel but they ran out of the after procedure kit ,the one you get after they do the chemical peel so they made their own kit in plastic containers in the front desk ... with products from the front display area also since I didnt get the kit with the specific instructions I ended up washing my face that night and I wasnt supposed to so i called and they said sorry now the peel might not give the results it was going to give .... Pretty disappointed but anyways that chemical peel was hell and I didnt notice a difference. It was the worst weeks of my life !

Called us 15 later than our appointment while we were in our car to cancel because our therapist is out sick. Poor communication on there part. Had our appointment scheduled two weeks in advance.

Worst place ever. Signed up for membership. Needed to cancel because of my wife getting pregnant. Won’t allow us to cancel and charge us every month. No type of understanding or anything. Not worth it.
