Staff were very professional. I walked in to see about an appointment for the the future as the an always booked. I had been in before just as a walk in. OMG the had an opening right then. Someone had a cancellation. MY massage was fantastic. So much so I joined their program. I will be back in 2 weeks.

I booked a last minute massage with Edgar on 8.21.2024.OMG, he listened to my concerns and pressure desire. He made me feel at ease and very relaxed. I have always had great massages at Southside and with Michael at Jax Beach. But, Edgar was excellent. I will definitely book a 90 minute session next month.

JD knew exactly where all my problem areas were and even some I didnt know was an issue and worked on them. JD knows what he is doing and will definitely be going back to see him. JD is super friendly and a breathe of fresh air.

Edgar did an amazing job of getting deep into the tissues to relieve the tightness and pain. The spa was very clean, nice and quiet - allowing for relaxation. And no one pressured me to sign up or become a member which I really appreciated!

April was amazing! She filled in for another massage therapist at the last minute which I truly appreciated and was able to help with my wrist pains. The front desk was also lovely. Highly recommend this location

What an awesome experience!!!I came in to get a deep tissue massage, because I had total knee replacement about three years ago which put a lot of stress on my entire body. I have lower back, neck & knee pain. Throughout my entire history of massages from various establishments have I ever had such a relief until I came there.The crew was very friendly professional and polite.Very warm & welcomingEdgar was my Massage Therapist and he was the totally off the chart . The Best !!!!Thank you all for everythingI will definitely recommend this place 😉

This was my first massage in many years, and it was fantastic! Kerri took good care of me, and was mindful of all my past injuries and medical conditions. She did a wonderful job of easing my anxiety. My back and shoulders feel so much better, and you can bet that I will be asking for Kerri for my next massage!

David is my favorite massage expert here. I had more needs and he catered to them. I gave him an extra tip and he deserves 12 out of 10 rating!

JD was AMAZING!He is gentle, and knowledgeable.His lymphatic massage helped my body release toxins, stress, and fatty bulging that had been locked in my body for years.JD is my go-to for a releasing and restorative massage!

My massage therapist was amazing. I did a lot of yard work that morning and was aching all over. He did such an awesome job that I felt refreshed and brand new when I left. I will be back.

It was a long drive and despite another location closer to me I chose to go here.Anna at the check in desk was by herself but made sure she greeted me while taking care of another guest.She also helped make another appointment for me for the wee after.The front desk was clean and inviting and Anna was very courteous and knowledgeable.The waiting g area was spacious and airy. And unlike other locations I have been to this one had an actual sink with wipes and hand sanitizer at full view of the sitting area.This place is huge but perhaps because it is a week day it was not as busy as I thought it would be.My appointment was with Angela for a facial, she greeted me in a timely manner and once if the room she went over all details with me. During my session she announced and explained each step she took (I like that a lot) and made her observations and suggestions without sounding pushy. I was treated with respect and felt the service was outstanding.I am going back for a massage with Edgar and will review the massage experience.

The massage was good… But the therapist kept raising and lowering the bed from full up to full bottom, eight or nine times during the massage. And it would take close to a minute for the bed to readjust to either the fully up, or fully down position. I’ve never had this type of treatment Before ever. It was as if he was “Wasting time on purpose”… Very unprofessional. Never had this type of behavior before.

Nice and easy walking appointment. Edgar did a great job. Super professional and excellent at his profession. Will definitely visit again.

April’s expertise showed in how gentle and on point at hitting my target areas. I will request April every time and totally recommend for a great relaxing massage.

David is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He is consistent and very responsive when you want more/less/different pressures. HIGHLY recommend his services!

Edgar is, by and far, the best therapist here, and Ill probably kick myself for posting this because getting in to see him as the secret gets out how amazing he is. Hes the only reason I still have a membership because when hes not available its hit or miss.

I got a massage for my birthday and it was amazing!!! I was so relaxed I fell asleep! lol I recommend getting a membership to consistently get your massages each month, your body will thank you.

I had muscle fatigue from running in the heat and working out so I requested a firm massage focused on specific key areas - Jason was professional, and a true expert in his area, I highly recommend him as it was probably one of the best massages that I have had.

I actually drive across the ditch all the way to Southside just to get to April,(and if you live at the beach you know how much we hate to have to go into town😆). what can i say? Shes awesome!

Unfortunately I was late for my 90 min massage but the75 min that I did get was amazing. David was very professional and skilled. His pace and technique is better than most - made another appt in 2 weeks!

Tamico did an excellent job with my customized facial. She was a true professional and I would recommend her highly as your esthetician.

Jason has been nothing short of amazing. I come into the office achy and dull and leave completely rejuvenated. 10/10 highly recommend.

James at Massage Envy Southside is phenomenal! He is so gifted at feeling where you need the most relief. I do CrossFit and running and I’ve never found a massage therapist who has been good enough for me until I found him!! He’s great for athletes and mobility, in my opinion :)

Kari is great. She listened to my body during the massage and took extra attention to areas that took a little more to relax. I recommend her for a medium / deep massage!

Massage Envy has been a great experience for self care. I love David he has been my therapist for the past 3 years. Gives the best massages.

My massage with Edgar & Ashley was beyond amazing and totally relaxing. Because of Ashley, I booked a membership. I built a really positive and appropriate relationship with Edgar and his care for advice to give to his clients in regards to their health. Masseuse was okay. He didn’t perform my added enhancements, even though I added the day of. I have added it that late before and still received the service but he seemed to be rushing as if I was his last client. I won’t mention his name, but it was the worst experience I had of all the times.

This was my first time go here and I must say the experience was well worth it. I came out feeling like New New, Edgar hands are magic ✨

Jason was awesome! The message was excellent from my neck to my toes! In addition, he added in a few stretches that resulted in 6 great hours with lessen pain.

I had a great first experience here! Both receptionists(over the phone when I booked & in person the day of my appointment) that I spoke to were so nice and professional. My massage therapist was David and he was amazing! Super polite, attentive, and professional. He made me feel comfortable instantly. I felt so relaxed after my massage that it took a little minute for me to get back up. I will definitely work more massages into my busy schedule so I can come back. Highly recommend!!!

She is very skilled and knowledgeable about the human body and takes time to explain the techniques she uses to address specific areas of concern. She is very kind and caring. Never had a problem bat this location until my encounter with Kerri on 7/12/24. This massage therapist was unhinged without being provoked. This was my first truly negative experience after using this location for over a year for massage services.

I’ve been trying out different massage therapists. This time, I was not satisfied, I asked for specific areas to be focused on and they got the minimal amount of work, and then when I got my legs & arms done it was borderline painful. I’m not sure, but it didn’t even feel like a massage to me. But better luck next time, does not mean I won’t use this location again, just not that therapist

Arrived for my appointment at 9 and apparently the person responsible for opening the building did not show.

JD is awesome. I always feel much better after my massage. He’s able to release tension without causing pain. Always a great massage.

I recently switched to this location after moving to this area and this Massage Envy has been amazing so far. The front desk staff member was wonderful to work with (sadly I don’t remember her name). They even offer couple’s massages which my old location did not. When we needed to reschedule our couple’s massage because of one therapist’s illness, she went above and beyond and was so accommodating, and even gave us a complimentary enhancement. My fiancé and I loved the couple’s massage. My therapist Jason was fantastic and it was just the most relaxing massage ever. My fiancé loved his massage also and felt like it was the type of pressure he’s never been able to find. Thank you all so much!

This was an amazing massage! I have been a member over a year and have had massages every 3-4 weeks. Never have I had a massage like April gave. She not only cared for my lower back but also stretched me too! Best Ive had in all my visits in every location

I would love to say that James is awful so his schedule availability opens up but that would be a bald face lie. He is busy with loyal clientele for very good reason: he is the absolute best at finding the physical source of pain and working out the problem. This is the man to see if you need serious muscle work done. Please dont waste his skills (and take up appointment time that the rest of us could use!) on a sweet and gentle relaxation massage.

It was relaxing but wasn’t the massage I hoped to get. I wanted her to focus on my back and neck, and do a deep tissue but she just softly rubbed oil on my body. It felt rushed as well. Still relaxing I recommended the aromatherapy!

April, my masseuse, was really great! She listened to my needs, was very understanding and friendly and certainly exceeded my expectations for the visit. I rebooked with her!

This was my first time ever getting a massage. I went with Edgar, who did a great job getting all the knots out of my back. The overall experience was very nice a peaceful. There was rain noise and soft music playing in the room and there were no disturbances. 10/10.

Edgar has literally saved my life!! I was living in constant pain, hip and low back pain, for YEARS. It wasn’t until I started seeing him monthly that my pain has diminished tremendously, BUT it completely went away when I took Edgar’s recommendation and went to see a chiropractor (Deerwood Lake Chiro- Dr. Fort). Because of these two angels, I am finally painFREE after only a month of treatment. I feel so lucky to have found them both!

I absolutely LOVED my 60min facial!! It was so comfortable, relaxing, and refreshing. I went in with dry dehydrated skin and I left out with HYDRATED SKIN!!! My skin looked even more youthful than ever!!! I will definitely have to keep this up bc my skin has never felt or looked like this before!! I can’t remember the Woman that did the facial, but THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!

I booked this appointment for a friend (Rey), and these were her comments: I liked Jason a lot. Finally!! Someone not afraid to put pressure, and I had been in pain. Please book the same person again next month for massage, though he doesnt do hot stones. Hes my preferred therapist at the Southside location.

I booked a massage last minute for my birthday and was not disappointed. April was wonderful. Before starting she asked what areas to focus on. She also made sure I knew to tell her if I wanted her to change anything throughout the massage. By far the best massage I’ve had yet and I look forward to going back to her in the future!

April is excellent at her work. She discusses your needs and pays particular attention to those areas. I left feeling amazing.

I look forward to my appointments with David. He is extremely thorough and professional. He makes you feel like you are a priority. He listens and gears his techniques towards whatever you need that day. For me, it is always a full body massage. The entrance is small and not very welcoming or relaxing but the rest is decent. There was 1 receptionist who was doing her best as she was on the phone helping another customer.The 2 stars is given because of my massage therapist Jason. He wasn’t personable and did not make me feel relaxed. He didn’t introduce himself (I had to ask what his name was) and he seemed bothered that I was there. When asked if there was any specific area I wanted him to focus on.. I got an eye roll, off to a great start right? I should have left and regret that I didn’t.The room was cold, I had to ask for the table warmer to be turned on which he did after some attitude. When he would finish an area on the body, he would throw the sheet and blanket over it inside of calmly placing it. The massage itself was ok but not worth my money. I should have went to my normal place (H&S) but I wanted to give Massage Envy a try due to its proximity to me. This business cost more than my usual too, I expected better. Wish I had a different therapist.

Jason E is the best!! He is quiet, almost shy, so you can get a great (and great value!) massage without enduring a lot of chattering.

David did so great it was so relaxing. I will be coming back soon.

Super experience. The check in process was easy. My appointment time was honored. The massage itself was relaxing and renewing. The cost was reasonable. All around thumbs up.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and check in was easy. The waiting area was nice. However, thats where the good news ended. I booked my massage for 90min and was really looking forward to experiencing some relaxation, sad I rarely get a chance to use my monthly subscription due to my busy schedule. The therapist assigned to me was SUPER unwelcoming. He seemed like he was irritated and it was a huge imposition for him to do his job. Eye rolls and sighs throughout the entire couple minutes introduction Absolutely no conversation, no directions, no checking on the pressure level. I didnt let his attitude bother me as I was there for a service I paid for, but overall still disconcerting. The massage was very good though, but his bedside manner sucked.

My first visit was amazing. Tamicos facial was delightful, thorough, and she talked me through each step. I felt comfortable, relaxed and well informed. I cant wait to go back next month.

Jason has been my therapist for a while now but he’s still so attentive to detail like its our first session!!! i.e. what pressure i want and what zones need extra attention etc!! Very product aware and always answering any questions, offering solutions… even got me to try biofreeze now i love it!!! 10/10 highly recommend

This was one of the best massages I ever had! Chavia clearly knows what she doing and her customer service is top notch.

I went to massage envy for a massage to relax and hav3 some “me time,” but it was so much more. From the amazing customer service and welcoming smile from Courtney at the front to the WONDERFUL massage by Chavia. Chavia took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that she was meeting my massage needs. I ended up getting a year of massages because of the overall incredible service from start to finish. I am especially excited because with joining at this time I got a book of coupons to use with added “upgrades” for my massages and other services. Thank you it’s exactly the gift I needed for myself.

I have been a member at this location since 2011. I have recently had to change therapists (after a 6 year run with my previous one) due to scheduling conflicts. I was paired up with Edgar as my new therapist and he has been amazing. Between him and my chiropractor, my lower back and sciatica pain is getting better with every visit. I highly recommend this location!

Thats me being nice...If you choose to do this for a living at least pretend you like your job. The energy was off and people come there to relax. I was still tense when I left. Nothing personal maybe Jason was having a bad day maybe not. Do better!!!

I have been to different massage envy locations in the past, this one was okay.The receptionist was very welcoming and brought me to the waiting area in the back pretty quickly.My therapist was not the most professional and was swearing/talking about how shes out of it that day throughout the visit. I asked for mild to medium pressure and she was a lot more firm than that. My reflexes moved me out of the way and she asked if it hurt or tickled and when I responded pretty quickly that it hurt, she just chuckled. She used the suction cups which I know leave bruised looking circles, but I am also VERY bruised on many parts of my back that the cup was not on.I probably should have spoken up a little more about the discomfort during the massage.I most likely wont return to this location after this experience as Ive never had this brusing or pain 2 days after a massage before.

A friend recommended this salon to me, I had a massage with David, I really liked it. He’s a professional in his field! Now I recommend it to all my friends, but I’m afraid that later I won’t be able to get to David’s appointment myself 🤭🙈.

Massage therapists are NEVER available. I will not recommend this location. Try another location.

I have been at member at ME for over 10 years and I am very disappointed by my visit. Recently moved to the area and tried this establishment. Well I booked online with a person that had medium, firm and deep as their pressures. Well, the massage I was given was not deep and he worn a glove during session. I asked the front desk if he is a deep therapist she stated no more medium. I showed her the app where it stated he is medium, firm and deep and she stated that needs to be changed. I walked out of here feeling worst than when I came in. What a waste of a massage.

I can not express in enough words how fantastic my massage from Chavia B. Was today!! I can say, without question, that whatever you guys are paying her.....its not enough! This woman worked MAGIC during my 90 minute massage. I dont think I have been that relaxed in all of my adult years. She was so very professional and delivered the best massage I have ever had. Do what you must----she is a keeper!!! Thanks so much for such wonderful service. I WILL be back soon, for sure!

I got a facial with Tamico at the SouthSide location and she was fantastic! She takes the time to discuss your skin concerns and target that during the facial, and ended it with recommendations for at home care. Very relaxing and would definitely see her again

I checked in without issue. I sat in the back and watched another woman get taken into a room by a man with a pleasant demeanor who seemed friendly and upbeat. Then my guy arrived. He seemed annoyed from the very first minute & stumbled into the door while mumbling his questions and rolling his eyes. I even asked if he was OK when we got in the room. I guess I should have just canceled and left. Interaction before the massage was awkward and he had a less than pleasant attitude. It was a barely tolerable massage. I caught myself watching the timer count down thinking only 34 minutes til its over & 23, almost done It wasnt that anything was WRONG, it just wasnt RIGHT. I have never had a massage I didnt fight to stay awake through until today. I felt uncomfortable with his sighs and long delays where he wasnt massaging anything or talking. It was finally over so I quickly dressed, paid, I tipped and left (Since i didnt make a fuss and leave, I felt like a tip was expected). It was the blandest massage Ive ever had. I dont know if Ill go back to this establishment or not, but I can guarantee I will not go to him!

The front office was very friendly and personable, but the massage just wasn’t good. It’s consistent with other massage envy’s I’ve been to, so if you are used to their service I would say you can expect the same thing here. But I much rather support local businesses. The main reason for my visit was to not waste a gift card I received.

I had a 10:00 AM appointment and they called at 9:40 AM to cancel .....because the massage therapist called out. This is very unprofessional as I was driving an hour to get There. Dont book with brandy shes the one that calls out all of a sudden.

WORST SPA EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! The guy was so rude to me, made me feel horrible about myself and I was so appalled I went home upset. My partner who paid for my massage was pissed when he found out, called and complained. They offered me a free massage but I would NEVER step foot in one of these trashy strip mall places pretending to be a professional experience again! The fact it’s supposed to be comparable to a spa, is comical.

Had a custom Facial with Tamico.She was so professional and asked me various facial questions about my skin and any problems to make sure she met all my facial needs.

Once again, my massage by Chavia was wonderful! She doesnt do the same thing every time. I always leave feeling much better.

Front desk girl was very sweet, massage was okay. I felt uncomfortable by the attitude of the therapist. He clearly did not wanted to be there the day I got the massage. He didn’t introduce himself neither gave me directions on what to do kind of assuming that I knew what I was doing. This was a wedding gift from my mother in law and I’m truly disappointed. I didn’t feel welcomed, I felt tense and anxious the whole time of the session. I won’t come back to this location that’s for sure.

I did not have the best experience at this location before the covid. I decide to give a try again eith Edgar and he did pretty good. I would like more pressure for deep tissue next time though

Friendly and professional staff, easy website/app for booking appointments on the go, very clean quiet environment. I HIGHLY recommend joining the program that discounts your massages and gives you a coupon for each month for different enhancements or add ons…like a facial or aromatherapy or rapid tension relief etc. You are also allowed one free massage credit a month which comes in handy when you’re on a tight budget but still need relief!

The female therapist refused to treat me after I sniffled once due to seasonal allergies and then she said the skin on my back felt hot to her (it was 85+ out, had been driving in a hot car, and had just finished my morning coffee). I did not have a fever and said I would be happy to take a covid test, which they said they would not accept since their therapists can refuse treatment pretty much for basically just feeling like it. When I expressed my anger at this outrageous situation, and I refused to rebook, they tried to charge me for a cancellation. Thankfully the manager corrected that problem so I was not charged but I still will NEVER be coming back. I have never kept a massage appointment when I was feeling unwell, and this has never happened to me at the other spas I usually go to. I stopped going to ME a long time ago because of all the hassles they had created for me as a member. I only hesitantly booked here this time because I had been given a gift certificate, which I used for skin care products instead. DO NOT BOOK A MASSAGE AT THIS LOCATION

Went in for my first facial! The young lady was great! I scheduled an appt for the next month, and called to reschedule due to personal matters and was informed that their was a 50 percent cancellation fee, I could not reschedule and my facial was much more! Im a person all about effective communication! You inform me of these things during my initial consultation and allow me to decide if I value this company to schedule my self care every month! The young lady who I spoke with had no customer service skills, and obviously hated her job, no apologies, and was like I need your card number now to charge YOU! DEFINITELY will not be Returning HERE EVER!! Any of the locations in Duval!!! I have found a Private esthetician who values my time and Money!!

I’ve been Jason’s client for over a year and honestly he is one of the best I’ve ever been to. My sciatica pain has been reduced and for that he has a client for life!

I made an online appointment for a massage ONE hour later. I arrived to the location and was told I must wear a mask for the entire duration of my treatment. I told them I cannot wear a mask due to medical reason. They would not accept my reason and I was forced to cancel my treatment. I was then charge $32.50 the following day for 1/2 the fee due to cancellation within the same day. I called to reason with them and the girl that I spoke with was rude and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager and have yet to hear back. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Literally the worst massage envy I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to multiple throughout the country.. I gave them three chances and all three times were a disappointment.. the first time was okay but it was with a male therapist whose draping honestly just made me feel uncomfortable so I didn’t book with him again but gave the location another chance. The second time I went was seriously the most aggressive massage I have ever received in my life (I worked at massage envy for 3 years so I’ve had PLENTY of massages to say the very least) AND I was shorted on time and only got 30 minutes.. I proceeded to speak with a manager and got rebooked for not even a week later. I get all the reminder emails and texts (which of course I deleted not thinking, which is my bad) then show up for them to tell me my appointment was the next day. I will not be back.

Let me just state that the only reason I went to Massage Envy, was because of a gift card. I will not be coming back... not even to use the rest of it.First and foremost, my Massage was pretty great... besides the fact that the guy that massaged me didnt care to introduce himself or really even ask about my problem areas. Fine.The lady who helped with paperwork and getting everything up seemingly was nice in the beginning. However, whenever I politely declined the membership she asked me about 100 times, her whole attitude changed and she was then somewhat rude.Customer service is key to a successful business, period.I would do yourself a favor and spend a little bit of extra money to go somewhere else.

I called for a last minute appointment due to a stiff neck, back and shoulders and literally could not move from the pain. Not only was the customer service friendly and helpful at squeezing me into their last appointment of the day, but Jason was AMAZING!!! He knew all of the right spots to work and the pressure was PERFECT!!! I bought my fiance a massage for his birthday and were going back again for Christmas. Love this place!!!

The massage was decent for the price. But I found the masseuse completely unhappy about the fact I was paying him for a massage. The front desk personnel were entirely cold, and I definitely will be going somewhere else that has professionals at the desk and courteous masseuses at the table. Do not go there if you’re a man looking for a firm massage when you have a labor intensive job and you’re looking for a way to relieve those pains that come with it.

The massage I got here was not relaxing at all. The lady talked the entire time about herself, and I am incredibly sore. She did not focus on the parts I told her were bothering me (and when she asked I felt like she didn’t listen) and today my neck is very sore. Also, while I paid for 60 mins, I definitely did not receive a 60 minute massage. I was really looking forward to this but it was very lackluster. I will not be coming back to this location.

With the new rules for transferring massages this company sucks now. The customer service is horrible. Good luck on scheduling a massage that isnt 3 months away. Multiple times I scheduled massages only to have them canceled. Id imagine this company wont be around much longer.

Holly at the Southside location was great. I have a herniated disk in my neck and doing everything and anything before I ponder surgery. She listened to me and heard what type of issues I was experiencing. And she focused on those points which I was concerned about. She took her time on the hurting areas and gave me advice on a treatment plan that didnt involve meds or surgery.For a first time ME customer, ill definitely be coming back.

After being a loyal client to Massage Envy Southside location for almost over 3 years, my lady and I had to close our membership accounts due to life changes and other high priorities, however we didnt want to leave without saying few excellent words. We have been with the Southside location as it went through its business evolution and growing pains with few mishaps that we had to dealt. They stepped it up and helped to smooth the process and kept it consistent session after session including the hours that we have caught up.Those of you who may be frustrated, you simply need to reach out to the franchise owner/manager(s), and they WILL diligently do their best to resolve your issue(s).We had a great overall experience with Massage Envy and the Southside location. Their staff has been courteous, friendly, and proficient. If our massage needs ever arisen in the future, we will be back at this location. It was an emotional goodbye with the entire staff of Southside location with their gratitude and an adorable and thoughtful thank you card from the entire staff. If any business that really want to learn about customer service, they need to take notes from these guys.

There is nothing like being greeted by a friendly face and someone who will go to great lengths to help you. The experience starts with the employees at the front and I was highly impressed by Emilys customer service. I have been going to Massage Envy for years and couldnt be more impressed by her.

Definitely a hit or miss here. I recommend trying different massage therapists to see which one works best for you.The first time I went I had the BEST massage ever! She was awesome. I went back asking for the same girl and she no longer worked there so I was set up with someone else they recommended. I had the WORST massage of my life.It was truly terrible. The massage therapist was smacking gum near my ear the whole time and very unprofessional. She started slurping a big slushee drink too halfway in and literally did not touch my back till about 25 minutes in. I was laying face down waiting while she chewed her gum and kept rubbing her hands together with oil that I was dying to finally be on my back for the massage. She then went on to tell me about this gun looking device that has a ball on the end and repeatedly hits your back to loosen muscles. I told her a migraine was coming on and I couldn’t handle something repeatedly hitting my back vs a soothing hand massage. She still kept talking about it saying how she’d rather use that. I was SO FRUSTRATED and done by that point. I finally firmly said no I really just can’t handle that device right now can we please do the regular massage and I could tell she was not happy. ALL I wanted was a massage, a nice soothing massage to help my migraine that was coming on. All in all through the full hour she spent about 15 minutes rubbing my back up and down with the sides of her arms. I feel cheated out of the relaxing massage I paid for. I only went back because I have a membership but plan on canceling because of that experience.

I was happily looking forward to a 90 minute massage at 230. I called earlier in the week from New York State to book this appointment. When I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment! I certainly hope that this is not a common occurrence for this business. I would not recommend this business based on my first and only visit there.

Massage was nice, the manager was very rude and made me feel very unwanted.I usually get a 3 month membership at a time , manager didnt want to credit this massage out of the membership.I always do this deal when Im in Miami.I told her that I wanted to start a membership here since I moved here.she had so much attitude I would never come here again. I understand rules and promotions can be diffrent between branches but you alwys need to be polite and give your coustomer a good friendly experience

Normally my experience at this location is topnotch but my last massage felt like I was at a massage school.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists here always do an excellent job. Theyre great at communicating what their plan is with you and ask the right questions to give you the best experience every time.

The women are better at massages than the men. If youre a member they automatically charge you card. For some reason they do it on the weekend and early in the am. My credit card always denies it and I get a call from them saying something wrong with my card. I tell them maybe if you didnt do it after hours it wouldnt would register as a suspicious charge and get denied. Staff is great there. Place is very clean.

When I made my appt I was not made aware of the cancellation policy or procedure. Not even on the WEBSITE does it make it known (where you should most definitely be able to access it when you make the appointment) and when I couldn’t make it to my appointment they charged me full price anyways. I understand if they only charged a fee but they charged the ENTIRE price of the session and I’m NOT happy with this. If it was made KNOWN to the public that there was a “cancellation policy” that charges you for the whole session I wouldn’t be upset at all but this is ridiculous and I just payed for a massage that I couldn’t even get because I was working. So thank you for that. I’m beyond upset.Need less to say I am very disappointed with the actions the company has taken, although the massages may prove otherwise (I wouldn’t know) I most likely will not do business here again. I hate writing a bad review but it was unprofessional to not state the BS policy before hand.

Massage Envy is a chain with locations scattered throughout the city. They are very professional and the atmosphere is comfortable. Memberships are available if you plan to return on a regular basis. They have begun doing stretches that are amazing. Be sure to tell them what your specific concerns are and they will work on those areas.

Days later I am still so disappointed in my experience here. I spent the $ I had reserved for a massage at this place and I feel like a fool for doing it. The massage I got was more painful than relaxing because the man was pressing so hard on bones and my rib cage, not on muscles. I kept protesting his pressure, and he kept saying I just really needed intense body work when really I just needed a massage from someone qualified. The type of pain I have can usually be relieved by a basic one hour massage. I only get them a few times a year. I hate writing bad reviews but I am just upset that I have to go spend the $ again somewhere else.

Did not like service won’t be back. Therapist acted like he was scared of me and left the room after massage without saying bye. He played with my feet it was weird and I’m never grttting a massage ever again and I want my money back

This companys cancellation policies/guidelines are sketchy at best. I tried to cancel my membership at the end of its term (1 year) because although monthly massages are wonderful, I realized I really dont make enough money to afford something like that. They somehow convinced me that my only option was to freeze it for 6 months before being able to fully cancel. Big surprise--at the end of those 6 months, they did not call, email, or notify me in any way to remind me that my account would be unfrozen. Instead, they withdrew money from my bank account without asking me whether or not I wanted to continue my membership (I didnt.) I called the day of and then went in personally to dispute it and they basically told me there was nothing they could do because the transaction with my bank was already processing (it was also a Sunday.) I fought it with my bank but Massage Envy won because theyre a huge company and Im just a single person. I hope they enjoy my hard earned $59.00 while I continue to live paycheck to paycheck.

I scheduled a couples massage for my wedding anniversary today. Get to the place and the lady scheduled it for the wrong day and they were fully booked so... Literally ruined our anniversary, so very disappointing.

Yesterday I went in for a massage and the massage was wonderful! I tried to get in contact with the manager at this location because while I was making my payment , it was three girls sitting at the front desk ( one helping me , a red head girl that plays volleyball & another blonde girl )The one helping me asked “ will you be leaving a tip “ I told her no because I don’t carry cash! The girl with the red hair looked at me and wrote something on a piece of paper and turned to the other blonde girl and says “ that irks my nerves “ while the blonde is reading whatever she put on the paper. so honestly that is so unprofessional! I still will be contacting corporate because I didn’t do anything wrong to her but when I saw that I have to say something! Totally wasn’t cool. I respectfully left the business without saying something but no I definitely will be contacting you all today! Again!

They con you into membership with a automatic renewal. When you ask to be refunded for a membership, you did not want and have no plans to use, they refuse. Plus the massage I had was .. well.. just ok. I have had much better at other resorts and establishments.

Ive been working with Paul for almost 2 years. Its hard to find a therapist who truly does deep tissue right and he absolutely does. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Kaitlyn was very rude when i called to cancel my appointment due to having a different stores goft card, so once i noticed i called first thing 8 am to cancel so I don’t waist my time, she was very ride on e i asked to not be charged since booked it yesterday and called to cancel today.Very disappointed of the attitude and the low class standards you all have.

All ME are hit or miss. Had a massage/ doctor appointment with Brenda who is a medical massage theropist as she will tell you among other things. In 50min i saw a podiatrist, a chiropractor, a dermotogist, and i think a massage was mixed in. I think the 90 min includes a pharmaceutical consult. If you are looking to be lectured and diagnosed or if you dont know something brenda will tell you because she knows it all! If you just came for a massage there are like 20,000 other options avaialble to you, try one of those.

Can never get an appointment. Accumulated 4 months of service since I cant ever get in. Cant cancel membership without a Dr.s note, and you have to personally come in to cancel. Cant give accumulated messages to wife, other than 1 per 6 months - which is nonsense, since my wife has used a few already - so the rules change whenever they decide to let you know...

Didnt just get a massage but a lot of useful information to stay in better health.
