My girlfriend and I scheduled a couples massage. Highly recommend coming here. We came on a Saturday evening and had no issues with getting in and taken care of. Best part were the hot stones. I’m hot natured so I loved them. Overall, a great experience with my lady and we will be back very soon.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for years now. Anytime Im out this way, I always call and ask if they have availability. I dont have to book days or weeks in advanced. Their customer service is incredible. Very kind owners. I wouldnt go to any other massage therapist. Only Harmony massage

We couldnt find a place available to take us, but they did. We got there, and yes, you pay upfront, but Im used to it where I live. I also tip upfront because I have learned upfront tips will get you better service. We had a couples massage, and it was great. I hadnt slept since I got to town, and this put me out. I have an arm injury from recent surgery. I told her about it, and she worked well not to touch that area and made sure my arm was in a comfortable position during the massage.My wife and I both walked out of there feeling like new money. She had a lot of work to do on me, so yes, Im a little sore the next day, which was expected because I was super tight due to surgery and not being able to stretch. My wife was nervous at first about paying upfront, but I told her not to worry. 100% worth it. Felt like two hours

I did a 30 minute prenatal massage. It was absolutely relaxing and wonderful. My husband did a normal massage in the room next to me and also enjoyed his. We are from out of town and were thankful for the magical experience at such an affordable price!

My boyfriend and I got a deep tissue couples massage with David and Ame. They were phenomenal! David listened to where I was hurting, and he got my knots out. This was my first time here and expectations were exceeded! This is my favorite place and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ame and David!!

This was the perfect 2 hr escape for the hubby and I. Might not have the bells and whistles of some fancy places. But completely worth the money for 2 hours of relaxing. The lady did great on my 62 240 hubby, looked like a wrestling match but he loved it. My guy was amazing, he worked my bad ankle out so well I fell asleep a little 😴 🤣.Got a couples massage and added the foot reflexology massages. Worth every penny. Yes you pay first. No big deal, we paid card. And gave a soild....cash tip, worth iiiiit.....

The massage therapist was very friendly. However, due to the language barrier, she did not message the areas I requested (calves), which was the reason I went to get a message in the first place. The other areas I requested were massaged, and I felt rejuvenated.

The absolute worst, unprofessional, and retarded group of individuals. They displayed horrible techniques of massaging and those fake staff members who have no idea how to massage a muscle. They are only massaging your bones. The poorest service I have ever seen in any massage parlor. The owner needs to retrain their employees and stop begging for tips (which they don’t deserve). I came in with stress and now my muscles are completely sore as hell.

This was my first massage at Harmony Massage. My needs were meet. The 60-minutes massage was wonderful. I selected the Organic Lavender French oil. The massage therapists here know how to take care of their clients.

My wife and I were on a romantic weekend in Jax and thought wed get massages together. What a great experience. Amei (Amy) and Alice were totally professional and thorough. My only regret is that they are 2-1/2 hour drive from where we live!!!! At least I know what to look for in a great, therapeutic massage. They are fantastic.

We got the couples message. Even though there is somewhat of a language barrier they were very friendly & kind. They didn’t ask for a tip till after the service. The only thing I would suggest doing is if you have any areas of focus (neck, lower back, etc.) to state it prior. Overall, I would recommend!

Okay lets start off by saying Im use to a spa message environment. The last place I went to in my hometown had sauna, showers, locker rooms the whole 9 yards. The massages were always amazing...Tonight we had a couples massage and it was AMAZING. We did pay up front which isnt that big of a deal. Obviously they had people come in and not be able to pay after services so they require before hand. No big deal. If this is an issue for you choose another place! They didnt ask for a tip before hand. They showed us our room which was a little small. But it worked out just fine. My back is always super tight and Dave focused on my back a lot: I asked for soft to medium pressure and he was spot on. The hot stones were pretty awesome. It felt so good. To other reviews who said they didnt focus on areas I just dont see that being truthful. My husband and I both think it was a great massage, the best one we have had since moving to Florida. At the end they did show us the credit receipt again for tipping. I always like to tip in cash which they appreciate even more also! This is not begging they simply show you can tip. This is a Industry where its customary to tip at least 20% if not more. This should be calculated into your budget on if you get a massage! Over all this was amazing and worth the 35 minute drive there. We will be returning!

Couples massage. Fabulous job finding our tense muscles and working through them. Easy communication and variation of strength wanted. We have done multiple massages in multiple states and this massage was the most therapeutic. We will return.

If you appreciate a good deep tissue massage, this is the place to go. I have visited other places, but this place always delivers on a quality massage. I need strong pressure applied to work out my muscles. I find that not every masseuse can sustain that pressure. However, every masseuse at Harmony can and does! Ive seen 3 different folks there... always a good time for my overworked muscles. Its also a good value compared to a lot of other places. It is next door to a dance studio, and once there was a class going on while i was there. I could hear it through the wall. I didnt care, though, because the massage is just so worth it.

Literally didn’t even get a message because I walked in and told them I had an appointment (I was like 6 mins late) and they were so confused on that. Then I went to pay and didn’t leave a tip because…..I don’t even know if it’s going to be good, like, what if it sucks????Anyways, then the lady pointed to the tip line on the receipt and asked if I was tipping in cash…I said I don’t have cash and I’m not even sure how this is going to go. She then just looked at me and I was like ‘actually, I just want a refund.’I’m sorry, you don’t just FORCE people to give you a tip, especially before the massage!!!

Shes truly exceptional and stands out as the finest massage therapist Ive encountered in the Jacksonville area. Alice is incredibly dedicated, tailoring the therapy to your specific needs, with a particular focus on areas of concern like your feet and back.

The deep tissue massage was on point! She totally broke up a bunch of ropy stuff in my right arm. Awesome!

Came in with pain in my left shoulder..this lady knew exactly what she was doing.. pain scale going in I was an 8... Leaving out of there I was a 2... My only regret is I didnt schedule in advance I would have gotten a 2-hour massage but next time I definitely will...

Great experience. I plan to come back. Very relaxing but thorough deep tissue massage with Davi. Im sure I misspelled his name so I apologize. The place is very professional and clean. They are very quick and there was no wait. Their prices are cheaper than big commercial places and they got me in the same day. I highly recommend you bring cash if possible though they do take card. Its right next to planet fitness so its a great place to go if you need to relax your muscles after a hard workout.I saw some people complain about the language barrier but quite frankly I like it because I hate getting a massage where the therapist tries to engage you in small talk for the first 20 minutes. The only thing I would change is paying upfront for the massage. I would have tipped more than I did in the beginning because it was so wonderful but they already ran my card.

I booked the massage by phone and had a miscommunication. I asked if they had showers and was upsold a table shower. It wasnt worth it. Next time Ill use wipes or shower before my appointment. The massage was great BTW. And a guy called my massuse asking for a younger woman. He must want a happy ending. Go to Vegas for that! :)

The masseuses at Harmony are fabulous. I require so much pressure that it would hurt an ordinary person. They deliver on exactly what I need. They are always kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Harmony Massage.

You pay up front, thats weird. Had a couples massage and it started off so/so, but ended horribly. The female masseuse stopped massaging to answer an incoming customer and came back in sneezing and coughing.The massage is really rubbing, not focusing on major areas. Like a previous customer mentioned, they asked for tips upon final checkout. Just praying we dont end up sick too and have to sue!

Alice was so amazing! Very professional and really good at what she does. I had tried everything for back pain even chiropractor and pain pills weren’t helping. Jenny is great!!Very professional establishment. Very friendly, polite & clean. 1 hour massage = $60.00 (before tip) & worth every penny!! I was having pain in my neck and shoulder when I walked in and felt like a new person when I left. Will definitely be back!I really liked the fact it wasn’t a corporate entity trying to sell you on a membership or up grades.Paid for an hour and received an hour hands on- no time deductions what so ever.Also received a punch card to work towards a free massage!I was also a walk-in at 6:00pm but she had a client and asked to return at 7:00pm which I’m glad I did.

Super massage however the therapist harassment for tips os insane and makes the whole experience essential enjoyable. It says get 10 hours of massage get 30 min free on the back of the card. Therapist will not stamp the card unless you give them the tip they desire from you. Great massage however homeless type harasment at this place. I will seek another place for service in the future.

Omg! I was having bad tightness in my lower back and I only had the 30 min massage and I feel so much better . No more tightness and I will definitely be back. Alice is great!Update: I went in there yesterday to get a massagefrom another massage therapist. I’m in so much pain today. I will only stick too Alice. I told him I had most pain in lower back. He massaged mostly my mid back and his hands felt like they were hitting you everytime he massaged the area. Never again.

I went and got a 30 min massage. I paid $65 for this including tip. The entire time I was telling the lady she was hurting me (like Im running off the table) and she tells me pain is good and keeps putting more pressure and going to town. I told her please stop rubbing my hip, because I was in a bad wreck and crushed my hip socket, so its very sensitive.... but nope she wont stop after me stopping her multiple times telling her shes hurting me. I bare through the entire massage. Now i couldnt sleep last night because my back and my hips are like bruised and Im in so much pain. I went to get a relaxation massage and this is not what I expected at all! I pretty much just wasted $65 I thought to feel good, but instead got beat up.

They were terrible went there with my girl yesterday. They started of giving me a massage with no oil. Don’t massage feet which is an very important body part. My neck and center back hurts today. they’re bad, it was the worse. Had no pain going in. They don’t ask what u need massaged at all. I also could barley understand what they were saying. $120 was wasted there. They blamed my girl saying her tense back lead to a bad massage. Never going back left unhappy.

Alicia was great! They got me in last minute and everyone was so nice and professional! The shop was clean and the linens were clean and they did not waste any time. If I had to pick something on the down side, the building is under construction at the moment so it was quite noisy next door but that is not their fault.

I was very comfortable with the COVID precautions and the cleanliness of the location. Theres a sign on the door stating that everyone must wear a mask. I wore a mask from the time I entered until the time I left, as did my massage therapist. When I lay my head in the face cradle, it had a disposable cover and still smelled of alcohol. There was hand sanitizer available at the front desk.My massage therapist was named Nacy and she was very good. The language barrier was significant, but she spoke enough English to check in regularly regarding level of pressure. I went with her normal routine, but if you want to point out specific areas to work on or avoid, the language barrier may be difficult to overcome. I received a very professional full body 90 minute massage with firm pressure. Her work on my back and shoulders was excellent. Legwork wasnt quite as amazing, but Im a runner and used to sports massage, so the assessment may not be completely fair. Prices are amazing, and I will definitely return and refer my friends.

Alice is awesome! They were able to take walkins rather late for myself and my friend. I have back issues and the deep tissue was awesome! And she was able to do some reflexology on my ankle, which I had strained earlier in the week! Definitely making this a regular!

Was despritly looking for a massage after being on my feet all day due to the nature of my work. I honestly was not expecting much when I had arrived to their location. But to my suprise, it was the best massage experience i have ever had. They were able to do a walk-in appointment (unlike the other places I had called) and there was no wait time. Jenny was great! She was very inventive and would ask periodically what amount of pressure you would prefer and if the towel was too hot on your skin etc. I nearly fell asleep during the message! Left feeling refreshed! The prices were not nearly expensive as other places and she gave me a complimentary water bottle at the end! Would recommend to all of my friends and will be returning

It wasnt soothing or relaxing at all. When I came in the door they started to scream at me what was I doing there (I should have left then I give businesses too many chances to give me bad service and thats a shame) I told her I had an appointment they took me back to a room gave me no instruction and when they came in and I was naked on the table under a sheet she screamed for me to get up! I was under the wrong sheet!👀 I didnt move😒 I was supposed to get a hot stone massage she never gave it to me and because she acted as though she didnt speak English I didnt tell her 😒I paid for her service and I tipped her. I will never go back to that establishment again they will have to call me and ask me to come and I know thats not going to happen because they dont even remember who I was👀 I hope my tip serves you well. Too many masseuse distractions made me lose my 15 minutes time I paid for plus massage was too rough and came home in intense pain in lower backUPDATE: I do respect that the therapist was doing her job but I feel like my review was a little harsh. I was just flustered by the distracted and felt very tense. I will gladly raise my rating and will return there soon.

Had a massage with a male. I said do a deep tissue. I’m 100 percent sure he did not use his hands the entire time. He just rubbed me up and down for an entire hour. Legit waste of 140 dollars and my time. Don’t ever have the male worker massage you just rub your back against a wall it will more effective.

Many years ago, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. The doctor told me that massage would be beneficial. I have been to many, many massage therapists and Jenny is the best. I just need to tell her where Im hurting and by the time I leave, I am completely without any pain. I see her every other week and have never felt better. The place is spotless and very pleasant. She has a frequent customer rewards program and her massages are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I have been driving far too much in the last couple of days. My back was very stiff and uncomfortable. Jenny has very good massage skills, some of the best I have experienced for my back. She is very professional, no up-charges or anything that is sexually-oriented.

The massage was decent I couldve gotten better at a school of massage and paid less. I chose Harmony because of the sign the window that said the offered reflexology but when I got inside the massage therapist who spoke broken English told me body massage is all that was offered. So I decided to try it. At check out theres a $2.00 fee to use a debit card, in addition to this after i swiped my card We realized the therapist had charged me twice for the service. Because she didnt understand English well a third party had to be called so I could explain the situation. I wont be going back.

Tonight was my time ever going to Harmony Massage. I’ve been to different massage places in the past and they were good. This place was amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. The massage seemed as if it went on foreve and the staff was awesome!! Will definitely be returning!

Jenny the owner and my therapist is a sweet Chinese lady 35-40 years and very professional. Today I went back and got my 2nd massage of the week by her. It was a 90 minute full body. It starts face down. She comes in and starts by lightly dry rubbing my whole body up and down progressively getting firmer but not too hard for about 3-4 min. She will rub my whole back and butt to evenly distribute the oil progressively firming up. Eventually she finds the knots and will dig in with more pressure. She knows I can take a lot of pressure so she will work her way up to max pressure when needed and possibly use her elbow to work out the knots. However, somehow it does not hurt. I think its because of the way she rubs around the area spreading out the pressure. Jenny will also work on a back ligament (not sure if there are such things) but, she will find this tight small ligament and follow it from my neck to tailbone massaging it down my back to my tailbone. Once the back and shoulders and arms and hands are fully massaged she will start the hamstring. Massaging my hamstrings with very firm pressure with forearms and elbows to get down deep. She works her magic across my waist and lower back with her fingers and hands finding all the stiff places. Next the legs and a continuation of the lower hamstrings and inner thigh. This is not a casual hit and miss type rub, its get in there and fully massage those tight areas. After a nice hot towel on the back side. Please turn over She sits at my head and starts massaging my head, face and sinuses. Sometimes laying on my stomach for 45 minutes or so can cause my sinus to clog up and a little hard to breath. So this helps relieve that pressure as she lightly massages the brow and along my nose. She will then work on my jaw, chin and along the lower side of my head and neck. Its amazing how much tension is stored and released just in my head and neck. All I can say is its a euphoric feeling with tingling skin and in my case a little involuntary jerking. Working on those sore muscles around my hips, sides, chest, shoulders, arms and hands. Once my upper body is fully explored and rubbed Jenny will finish my legs and do a wonderful foot massage to complete our session after a hot toweling to completely remove the oil. I would recommend Jenny with highest marks.

The service is good. Fair enough. That is why I tip the gril 25 dollar for the tip. Then when she ask me the extra 5 dollars to make it 30 dollar tip. I hated to be put in this situation. Not really sold on this place. Totally didnt like to pay first and then have them toss me the receipt saying tip. Also they said $60 for an hour on the phone and then charged $62 plus $20 with a bath after and then demanded a tip.
