First off , if you go there the only way your getting inside is if your a young lady who looks up to theyre standards or your on V.I.P .. I waited in line for about 2 hours and was never let in. When I tried to get in , they increased the price from what they charged my friend. He was an Asian guy. They charged him $15 dollars and me $20. I decided to wait in the normal line and eventually the doormen said that they werent letting anyone else in due to the capacity of the club. I ended up not getting in. I made sure I dressed properly and I am a pretty clean cut young man. Aside from the terrible wasted night, Id much rather give my money to someone who appreciate me as a customer rather than someone who will discriminate against me due to my skin color. If your letting my skin color hold power over you, altering the way you think, and the way you handle your establishment then how do you expect to expand. The very next day it turns out that the doorman/bouncer worked out at the same gym as me. We spoke a little and the guy seemed cool. We got around to the conversation of why they never let me into the club and it turns out that he said that the owner only allows 15% of black to enter the club. He told me that they nit pick at certain shirts or even shoes black people wear in order to make excuses for them to not go inside of the club.

Wish there was negative stars. Went here as a part of a bar crawl that Suite sponsored. The other 2 didnt make sense (they were restaurants) but once we figured out it was put on by Suite then we realized it was to make them look better. When we got to suite the bouncers were rude & the woman over the bar crawl ignored us (even though the 1st 50 people there were supposed to get free merchandise). So, we figured okay maybe we have to wait until the designated time frame (we were about 30min early). The time at Suite was 11-1:30p, we went back to her at 11:05p and she was out. Mind you I had full view of her from where we sitting the entire time & 50 people did not come up to her. It was just bait to get people there and I see why. The drinks were overpriced and not good. How do you make a BAD sex on the beach? They managed to. Just dont waste your time & money.

One of the best place to party in town! This place is full of energy and fun and I have always had a great experience whenever I have been with my friends. The club staffs are friendly and the DJ is great! Best time to go is on Friday and Saturday night after 10.30 PM (unless you want to pay less entry you can go early lol). Drinks and hangout spot on the outside is very comfortable and good to relax if you want to be away from too much noise for a while. Step out and enjoy a nice weekend and party hard!

I rated this establishment poor on all aspects mainly because I wasnt even aloud into the front door. Reading these other posts I see my friends and I arent alone in the fact that after being unable to dine at whisky river we tried to go to suite to enjoy ourselves and was denied for one reason THE COLOR OF OUR SKIN!!!!!! We also were well dressed and presented ourselves as the classy young ladies that we are yet and still we were not allowed to partake in the St. Johns Towncenter nightlife. Already feeling a little out of place being among a very very very small number of African Americans we were truly treated like we were not welcome there and we needed to get back across the bridge. And I will not stand for being treated that way I fully intend to contact all of our local news stations as well as the other women that were with me that night and hopefully others will come forward as well and help shut that place down.

Bad place they wont let you in if youre with your man ! They said there was a dress code which my husband respected and they still didnt wanted us to go in. I think the guys at the front are just thirsty and only want to let girls in by themselves, if theyre alone they will let them in, but if you with your man they make a face and say nop because of the dress code, but my husband was respecting the dress code, we saw other young guys not respecting the dress code and they were inside, so I dont think is because of the dress code, I think they just want girls inside the club so they can try to highlight at them. Theres better places than this 2 star rating place that says a lot.

First, need to note the only reason Im writing this review is so that others will know what to expect when they arrive at this establishment. Other than that, I wouldnt even waste my time speaking about this place.Ive been to this spot on three occasions. The first was a networking event with the chamber. It was nice, good music, good drinks, not too crowded, good vibes. I went back a few months later with my fiancee. They mentioned we needed to be on a list to get in. Which would be fine if it were true. However, we witnessed several others go in without even being asked if they were on a list. How embarrassing!! I dont know if it was racism or they simply did not like the way we looked or dressed. Either way, I was really upset but left quietly and spent my money elsewhere and had a blast.The third time I had this same issue. Again about a list, this time I was with my girls. All African American. We were not allowed to enter, but we took a nice entourage with us when we left! LOL, I dont know if the place is racist or the doormen are being given specific instructions. Either way, Ill never visit again. Not worth it to me when there are soooo many other places to go in jacksonville. Im not itching to spend my money in a place that apparently doesnt want me there. This place is a bit of a joke to us now. Id advise people not to waste the time trying to get into this place. Try the beaches, downtown, or Pure! They definitely wont be concerned with any particular list.

We wanted a VIP experience that obviously this establishment has no idea how to offer. The server spilled half a bottle of champagne, the manager apologizes and sends us a round of shots which we later ended up paying for. When called back to discuss the situation, they repeatedly blew us off saying the General Manager was on vacation overseas....for three weeks. We have no problem spending, just dont like to be ripped off. We will not be back.

Racist! If you are of color do not go here! I went here to let loose and celebrate my end of 20s birthday, these evil beings lied to me about being sold out in VIP. Then, security refused to let my friends and I in because our clothes were not to their standards. Mind you, I was wearing dress capris and a dress top, my friend had on a skirt with a crop top, but wait the girl in front of us was WHITE and had on skinny jeggings with holes in them and sneakers. Do not waste your time! Suite will have its ending due to their lack of diversity, I wouldnt want anyone to feel the way I felt when I was there. so DO NOT GO TO SUITE.

Nice Happy hours on Wednesday (wine 3.5$). In the weekends I avoid it ... to much wanna bes and elder people mixed with a jazz-bar-disco atmosphere. make sure you wear real shoes and a column.

Called to make a reservation for vip for Jidenna, who was performing on the 28th. Was getting two bottles for 4 people and they wont even return my phone calls. Spoke to a young lady that toke down my info but they havent called back. I have called many times after and no response. Never seen this from a club before.

This establishment does not deserve anyones money! My close friends sponsored an event there so we decided to go, even though we have had multiple bad experiences there. This particular night I got to witness some of the most unprofessional and degrading behavior from multiple Suite employees. At 2am servers went to every VIP table and took their liquor. They did not offer any warnings or explanations but called security on anyone who put up a resistance or wanted to know why exactly their bottles were being repossessed after paying so much to reserve a table. I know that Suite is reselling this alcohol after taking it from unsuspecting consumers. THIS IS WRONG!! If I had a bottle, they would of had to clean it up off the floor!

The bar staff all were in bad moods. Drinks way to expensive. The dress code is all different and per greater bases will never return and dont waste your time here.

This place is lame af and bar tender be serving alcohol to under age then they kick you out and fights all the time and theres a lot of ugly ppl and gun shots all the time , if you wanna risk ur life to die then go in or just go to the beach bars like habibis 18 and up and its free to go in habibis but Suite you have to pay 25$ to get in and 500$ for VIP for 1 bottle they rip ppl off hard , I will never recommend anyone to go to Suite , this place is a joke and lame.

First time in a long time... Last time in forever.... Sucked me into their live appearance by jarule crap... He didnt even sing... He was strictly there aLIVE... Now Im just pissed I paid $15 to get in... Into dilute... Pleeeeease..... Dont let them fool u... Its NOT a concert... None of their throw back Thursday appearances are.... Would rather go to Blackfinn and get in for FREE!!

Go to the beach bars. Bunch of fat fuxks in suites, horrible experience. After 2am they kick you out like youre a piece of cattle. No dancing, no tryin to get your card back, nothing. All of this is after a fat cover charge.

I like the environment. I didnt stay long, but I ordered a drink, it was great and the atmosphere was decent. I went on a Saturday night. I will probably go again. :)

Sometimes, I cant tolerate the crowd. Nice atmosphere. Nice ambiance. A good time when its not overcrowded.

The DJ was nice. The could have more seats for people that is not in VIP. But overall, it was ok.

Great local establishment. Daily upscale events and promotions. Sophistication at its best late night for Jacksonville. In towncenter.
