Als smoke shop

I just recently moved close to this smoke shop so decided to give it a try instead of my usual store. And I must say, I am more than happy that I did. Ive been there twice now and both times I had excellent experiences. The staff is so friendly. I believe my first visit I was greeted by the owner. He was extremely nice and even gave me a product to try for free. My second experience at this shop was last night and I was greeted by a guy named Matt. He was also extremely helpful and very nice. Even offered me a pack of cigars to go with my purchase. This place is a local owned small business that appreciates every single customer that comes in there. I dont think this place has been getting the recognition it deserves. Their prices are very competitive and they have everything you could possibly want from a smoke shop. I highly recommend if youre in the area stopping in and giving this place a try. Id much rather spend my money here where I can tell that its truly appreciated than some place that just treats you like another number. This place is very clean and professional. And its the last smoke shop Ill be going to.

I go here only for my vapes, the dude and younger chick working there are very friendly and patient if youre undecided on what flavors. They dont sell knockoff vapes like some of the other smoke shops around. 100% recommend.

Louie is the best!! The shop looks like most vape shops but the customer service, the product, and the prices here are worthy of 10 stars. It is truly wonderful going someplace new and walking out feeling like you have made a new friend, while also getting exactly what you needed and were in search of. I will definitely be going back.

Every smoke shop sells basically the same things maybe a variety in brands but the difference here is the inviting atmosphere. It feels like you know them personally. Ive been faithful to them for the last 2-3 years if I had any issues I was taken care of. Keep on rocking!!!

I absolutely love Al and everyone of the employees at Als smoke shop ! Everyone is so nice and helpful and they have amazing prices and quality products. Everyone is always super willing to work with you and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products they have. If you cant find exactly what youre looking for Al has no problem ordering it for you either ! I shop here practically everyday and the staff and the unbeatable prices is what keeps me coming back. I’m from Cleveland Ohio. I’ve been to a HANDFUL of Smoke Shops... this is by FAR the THE BEST one I have ever been too. The owner is extremely nice. His employees are all the same way. Seriously the BEST prices in all of Jacksonville. I come here just to buy cigarettes because I feel so welcome every time I step foot in that door! Before you try anywhere else give this place a GO! Very Nice...Clean Shop...and to boot, a owner that has his pulse on the market...He has some of the BEST PRICES around so go see Al, tell him Chris sent you for the awesome prices and he will take care of you! I can honestly share that I have used the same products he has, and my wife as well, for 4 years now and he has had the best prices and selection I have seen in those 4 years. Al is amazing. He has top shelf products for affordable and unbeatable prices. Amazing selection and if he doesn’t have what you’re looking for he’ll get it right away for you and he’ll keep in stock. He really makes the place what it is with his amazing and joyful attitude, you can tell that he’s so excited that’s you’ve come to visit. I always feel comfortable and welcome when I come see al and he always takes care of me!!! Al and his staff are amazing, they helped me find things that I didnt expect to find. This whole store is a true gem, ill be bringing many friends here because of customer service alone but lets talk prices. Anywhere else after my purchase would of been hundreds of dollars more In jax. The quality is A1 and the selection will leave you in awe. Please check this place out even just driving by everyone!!! This is definitely the best smoke shop I’ve been to in Jacksonville! They always have new pieces and are always fully stocked with their inventory! If you’re a frequent buyer they even go out of their way to find items that you specifically like more. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
