This is the best vape shop that Ive been to in Jacksonville. Huge selection, fabulous prices and fantastic customer service. Patricia was so helpful over the phone and just as polite and helpful in person. Ive finally found the perfect shop and dont need to visit anymore.

First off big house of vapors is my FAVE and to have one on Atlantic (5 mins from me) was a pleasant surprise. came in to get the raz’s , didnt like the halloween themed ones but REALLY wanted the lanyard and Yayo hooked me up. got what i needed and the lanyard i wanted. plus she was super helpful and extremely pleasant to be helped by. Unprofressional staff...not so friendly and wont help you get a good deal. The merchandise here is over priced and can honestly get the same stuff cheaper from another store. The backwoods there....are old and stale. Have gotten multiple packa from n all of them were stale and unsmokable....sad really when i paid an extra $1.50 for them compared to other places like gas stations (circle k) ;) . At first my visit was okay, but over time the lady working there just kept giving bad service n selling me merch that was overpriced and in good quality. I can understand having to raise prices to compete with everyone else...but most places are still cheaper...after having the staff tell me they dont care how i feel on their prices...well they should care now bcz i will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others to stay away for i dont want them getting screwed on deals and being treated less than.

Dont waste ur time they arent ever open and when you need them lost a customer. I used to love going to this bake shop until every time I Go it seems to be that I cannot get service before there even Before theyre supposed to be close and I have to waste my time driving all around Jacksonville to buy a vape because everyone wants to close at 10 oclock when common sense most businesses make money when they stay open until midnight so if you want a vape shop that is open and available for you in your time of need I request going to the vape shop on University and beach boulevard 5 minutes away from this one because they seem to be open until midnight every night to give their customers the satisfaction In the work that they should be
