Has become my go-to spot for flavorless liquid for my mixing needs. Always very quick and pleasant service.

Notorious for closing early. Just arrive to pickup some juice and like usual theyve closed early once again failing to honor their posted hours. Searching for new shop if this happens again as this has occured in the past already and I have 3 strike rule that anything more then 3 is bad habit and not worth my money

I live in Georgia and wanted to wait to buy I device when I was visiting Florida. I went to this shop because it was the first one that came up, and closest to where we were staying. I loved how the place looks. I walked in and immediately was greeted and helped by a woman behind the counter. I told her the current device that I have that is broken and she brought out several similar devices to mine. Even though they didnt have the same device she showed me others that were just like it. I picked a device and she recommended the perfect juice for my taste. Very welcoming experience!

Amazing. I wanted a RY4 and mango but it can’t be found anywhere. Blackhat made it for me and at a 12mg 70/30VG - it’s perfect.The prices are a bit higher than you might expect but this is premium juice - crafted for you.

This is the only place I will buy my e-juice. Have tried several other local shops closer to home, but they cant compare to quality and price. Best house made flavors I have ever found. Great customer service as well. Only wish is that they had a location near Mandarin, but theyre worth the drive.

This establishment can be a bit overwhelming at first but I have never had a bad experience with the employees or products. Juices made in house, and I even had a juice made special (added cream to a strawberry flavor, not a huge thing but incredibly appreciated) they follow fda guidelines and are mostly very knowledgeable. The selection is a bit scarce and would love to see more to choose from, but they have options for every vapor and every budget. Great place!

I pretty much go exclusively to black hat after going to several other places and trying their products. Black hat is by far the best for me. The staff is always wonderful and friendly, extremely knowledgeable. They have such great flavors and I LOVE the flavor of the week program where every week, one flavor is 50% off. Its usually a pretty dang good flavor, I bought the largest bottle of strawberry 50% off! I check it every week on the website. Super easy and convenient. Ive been using the same ecig set up for 10X longer than any other product from any other company. Love Black Hat!

They are great! They helped me out when I purchased a product my coil burnt up within the first 2 days they hooked me up and gave me one for free. So I purchased 5 more and used my points to get a new juice called grow a pear. Highly recommended. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥

Very cool establishment.They custom make flavors, run specials and the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable.Ask for Jack [she is one of the best in my opinion]. Prices and flavors are great, much better than New Leaf. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable but could do with a little enthusiasm boost. A warm welcome and happy demeanor can go a long way, I was made to feel like my presence was a burden.

I love Blackhat! The employees are always super helpful and courteous. They will always explain everything in detail and will not pressure you to purchase anything. Their point system is awesome (if youre a card holder). Ive purchased juice from here since I started vaping back in 2013-14. Their prices for juice are lower compared to their competitors (in my humble opinion they dont have competitors). I would highly recommend Blackhat to anyone.

I have tried most of the vape shops around Jacksonville and my grandchild Ryan turned me on to this place. I walked in and looked at all the flavors and ordered up. The flavors, no matter what you get are excellent. Charlie is awesome and answers all questions since I have not been vaping that long. On a pleasant note I walked in on my birthday to get more juice and got a free juice. Really nice touch. I will be over there today to get more juice. Prices are good too.

I have been a customer for 6+ years. These folks are the best and will set you up with all your vaping needs. They are always ready to answer all your questions. The shops atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming.

Jackie was a great help in both choosing a great flavor and the right device. Ive tried other devices from other places but never had such a fully detailed and patient education in why they never worked for me. She paired me with an appropriate coil size/heat and proper mg. dosage of juice that doesnt make me back an entire lung and is a comfortable and fulfilling experience. I now have faith in this route as the one thatll help me kick the smoking habit. Thanks to Black Hat for selling quality products at reasonable prices with such friendly and helpful staff.

This place is awesome, from its relaxed atmosphere, quality products, and superior customer service. This is by far the best e-cigarette I have ever tried, and they have the best flavors available (my personal favorite is the KP-Rex). The owner Glenn is a super cool guy, and all of his employees are extremely helpful. :3

Came to this vape shop after researching places online. Reviews were very positive so thought we would give them a shot. The experience was everything I have read about and then some. Selection of juices and mods were expansive. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping us select the right vape setup for our needs. Went back a couple days later because we needed to adjust the nic level of the juice and the experience was just as outstanding. I have and would recommend anyone to go and visit the shop you will not regret it.

I love this establishment and the people who run it. I pop in on a regular basis to try out new vapor flavors and chill for a minute. I especially like that you can mix your own liquids. I live at the beach and usually go to the beaches store but I was near the Edgewood store and dropped by to try to find a drip tip for my drop RDA mine broke. This is one of the two vape shops that I go to on a regular basis. For good reason! They are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have maintenanced and repaired my vapes. They always have new juice or a new vape/accessory. My coils and juice are always in stock.

Great store. Very informative. Super friendly atmosphere. Picked up a nice little vape and some Goatsmilk juice for under $40. Large selection of anything you could possibly need for vaping. Will be back to get a much larger bottle of the Goatsmilk and try out other flavors and Im driving from the beaches area. Worth the drive.

I had a lot of questions, even tho I had been using ecig for years, so much changes in the new cigs. I dont just use these to vape , I have tried to quit smoking and never fully was able to and thats because I just didnt ask enough questions. So the lady was very very helpful and patient with me in deciding which unit to purchase, even if it wasnt their most expensive. I have been going to black hat for years and they always have everything u need along with the help you need.

I quit smoking awhile back and owe it big time to KingPin ECigs! I have ordered from them online and was very excited that the store opened up. I went in to pick up some refills and decided to purchase a gift for a family member who has recently quit. The guys answered all my questions and even got her the perfect flavor of liquid. I will continue to shop with them and tell everybody who is thinking about going smoke free!

We have been clients who frequent blackhat several times a week to by our vape liquid. Today we went in to buy our favorite flavor at its regular price. As soon as we purchased it I turned around and found the same flavor and strength half off on their discount shelf. We asked if we could have half our money back since it was the same product. We were told that would not be possible since we had already purchased the same thing at full price. Are you kidding? We have been loyal customers since we moved here 8 months ago. The fact that they are willing to loose clients over $6 is ridiculous. Well blackhat we will not be visiting your store again. The way you treat customers that come in several times a week to buy our vaping products is appalling.I wanted to add to this review and change it to 5 stars. We kept going to blackhat hoping our experience would change and it definitely has. My husband and I by all our devices and liquid there. The people that work there are nothing but pleasant and helpful. I would like to say I enjoy seeing these wonderful employees every couple days. Our opinions have changed for the better and I cant imagine going anywhere else!!

This store is staffed by the most pretentious people I have ever met. If you don’t fit into the same mold as the people that work there, they are excessively rude and display an air of superiority. I have never in my life seen any group of people be so condescending when dealing with customers they have prejudice towards. I will never step foot in this store again. I will instead give my money to people that practice the principles of equality.

Theyre great as far as their prices but when it comes to buying a full set up mod they dont have them they sell the battery separate from the tank but other than that great shop

Blackhat Vapor is the entrance to Buchners Beer Hall. I dont know the staff that works in the vapor shop but theyre always friendly and never seemed alarmed by the traffic in and out. If I smoked I certainly would take advantage of their location

These guys know what theyre doing. Honestly when i heard it was opening up, my first thought was that it was kind of lame. However they found a way to make it work. seriously its cost efficient and enjoyable. Ive helped 3 people quit through these guys.Very helpful, Very informative, Very awesome. Definitely plan on being a frequent customer.

I love this place i live an hour away and i prefer coming here over the other vape shops, good service, awesome selection and they teach you how to properly clean your vape and change the coils.

This is a fantastic establishment! Ive had and eCig before but I didnt really know much about it, they educated me on the equipment and helped me get started with the eGo Hitman. I quit smoking regular cigarettes that day. I love my eCig, its convenient and the flavors are awesome!

I saw the Kingpin site over the internet and decided to try it out. And I am glad I did! I tried different brands, e-liquids, technology and here I am still with Kingpin cigs for over 2 years now.
