I did not expect to have a 5 star experience at all today. Angelica has been one of the absolute best cannabis care employees I have ever shopped with. She used lots of terpene details to help me find the strains that work best for me while making recommendations for future purchases and describing her experiences in detail. I feel so seen, THANK YOU ANGELICA!

I went for my first time this weekend. & it was great! By far my favorite dispensary. The customer service was amazing. & everybody helped me with the questions I had. You can actually smell the flower before buying and that was great!! Definitely will be coming back & recommending my friends to come visit as well.
This was my first visit to this location and can I tell you I wish there was a location in Middleburg or at least closer to me! This place had a great vibe as soon as you walked through the door! Then the young lady Kubra came and took so much time explaining what items were possibly what I would prefer and was so sweet and personable! She never made me feel rushed and she got me some great product. This has made me a sure return customer! But oh that drive 🚗 🤣 MA’AM, you rocked and I loved it 🥰

I’ve been there twice and both times the staff have been rock stars. They are very friendly and very personable. I was there in the 30th right at closing time and they were great. Someplace when u come in at closing time u get an attitude but not with 3 young men, they were so nice. They told me their names but I am bad names I was there again 5/1 in the morning and that group was just a friendly. You guys have customer for good now!!!!🫶🏼

I have firsthand experience working in the medical cannabis industry in Florida. The events that transpired on the morning of April 14th were, in my opinion, unprofessional and reflected poorly on Cookies practices. Several individuals, including both Cookies employees and patients, were present in the parking lot upon my arrival while I am uncertain of the exact chain of command in place, Angelika (apologies for the spelling) appeared to be the general manager, and there was another manager whose name begins with the letter R. Both of said individuals should be held accountable for the situation. I arrived at 9:57 AM and waited in the parking lot until 10:15 AM for a line to form. The store was opened late because a manager was late. I was able to check out and leave the store by 10:55 AM. I would like to acknowledge the efforts of two employees who provided me with my order: an older woman and a younger Caucasian woman, so Thanks to the both of you.p.s additonal stachions and barriers would go a long a way

I’ve been a fan of Cookies since before they came to the state and I have to say lately they are CRUSHING it for us patients!!! The biggest complaint WAS pricing but these days they have been giving out deals and specials that make their PREMIUM products just as affordable as the lower budget places serving up the cheap stuff that honestly doesn’t do much. Besides premium flower (some now testing OVER 30%!!!) their RSO is out of this world 👽 and their concentrates by Natures Lab are some of the best that I’ve dabbed on in the state!!! The employees of this store are some of the friendliest faces I’ve encountered and it’s always a great vibe. Definitely check them out!!!! 💪🏼😎💨💨💨🍪💯💯

Drove all the way from Lake City which is about 1.5hrs through Jax traffic to get there 7 minutes late and they wouldn’t give me the discount! Seriously, all the way from LC and they laughed at us when we arrived and thought it was funny. Bad business, I liked this place too, won’t be back unfortunately.
My significant other placed an order an hour before he arrived. Once he got there, he was not greeted in any manner. waited while the three other customers who came in after him were taken care of without a preorder. He then asked a lady behind the register if he could check out and she said “hold on”, walked away and didn’t return. I get it’s a new store but some better customer service would be appreciated.

My first time in and it was amazing. I walked right in and immediately someone walked over to give me their undivided attention. Both the gentleman who assisted me in picking a product and the lovely young lady whom check me out were both marvelous. Excellent team members for an excellent dispensary. I would like to see a more wide array of indica options in flower and edible areas but other than that 10/10 recommend. Will be returning for sure.

The only reason Im leaving two stars is because the staff here were so nice. Very helpful, polite, and kind.Now, I urge EVERYONE that buys from here to weigh their product when they get home. I travel a lot and I stopped at this location on my way out of town to pick up product. It was my first time at Cookies and I had been excited for them to finally open in the state. That being said, I get to where Im staying very late last night, after 14 hours of traveling, and I decided to weigh my product because it looked pretty darn light. Every bag was 3.0 grams... not 3.5. Also, I would consider this dispensary pricey compared to other fantastic dispensaries with quality product in the area. The fact that I paid more than I normally would for less than an ounce of product, only to get home and weigh it out and it be at least 1.5 grams light is an UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. Not everyone has a scale at their disposal to check and make sure that theyre not being jipped. I spend my hard earned money on this medicine which is becoming less and less affordable for quality product, but then to be hustled like that was very disappointing. I dont think I will ever be back to a Cookies because of this. Ill be sticking with Sunnyside, Sunburn, and Jungle Boys where this has never happened to me.

You can just ignore every other dispensary down baymeadows. The crew at this Cookies is what makes the place. Im extraordinarily anti-social outside of my job, and I felt like I was in a room with the most mellow, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional group of buds I could wish for. I really dont even care to review my product. The flower was leagues above fantastic. It doesnt matter. Id go if they only had a pre-lit J of some snicklefritz in an ashtray for like $20 that you dont even get to finish just to be around that sort of hospitality and such a group of professionals that definitely know their stuff. Id be the lucky one to have employees like this working for me.
My experience at cookies jacksonville was top shelf no pun intended. iWas given some of the best customer service from Aaron Clark he was very knowledgeable about products and even made some key suggestions of products iWas unaware of. Will definitely be back to frequent this location.

More than disappointed. I have been smoking cookies for years. I have traveled and been to many different locations throughout the United States. When I heard that we were getting a location in Jacksonville, I was thrilled! I went yesterday and grabbed a few of my go tos to come home and be shocked by what was in the bag. Absolute trash! I still can’t believe it myself, but I can tell you confidently that whatever it is that they are selling is NOT cookies! This is some trulieve type, dried up, nasty tasting garbage. Never again. Don’t even waste your time. They really played Jacksonville.

Wow...worse than The Jungle Bums--- wait, no, Im wrong; but only because I havent found any seeds yet & youre sure to get seeds from the Jungle Bums! Still, Im surely expecting them from the meds Cookies just sold me at their Grand Opening. So if youre reading this, do yourself a favor & drive 1 block further west to the Flowery & buy actual good quality meds! I really dont get it since the standard for the Best Cannabis holds that the best comes from Cali...Like the Jungle Bums -AnD- The Cookies Fam hails from! However, this is the first FL based MMTC Grand Opening Ive been to where they hyped some terrible product, obviously just to get rid of it! Even at the discounting I received, my meds were overpriced, weak, overly dried out subpar garbage I couldve bought from Trulies! There was one other cultivar I found at cookies which smelled like it might possibly worth my time & efforts; yall think thats gonna bring me back when I can drive a block further to the Flowery or around the corner for a couple miles to Vidacann & blow Cookies pricing & quality out of the water? I really think the CAli quality did not come to FLA with the Cookies fam and Im entirely disappointed. A word of advice to yall: I have found that the only commonly available means of protecting the quality of connoisseur level meds is a glass jar (not that yall even offer connoisseur quality meds). I typed this review after medicating with the Cookies terribly weakly flavored & certainly lacking potencyGrand Opening ExClUsiVe 30% meds! I bought this as a good test runner based on its description & its [alleged] photo (which it looked absolutely nothing like, BTdubs). If that was 30%?!? Then my name is Uncle Monkey & just got the best meds ever....it is not my name & I found almost the worst meds Ive ever seen on the FL MMJ market!
