Mainly a VAPE shop, I stopped by looking for blunts and they did not have any but they saved the day with a 6 pack of RAW cones!!!!The dudes in there are super chill, we made small talk and joked about how we are all slowly dying🤣🤣🤣My kind of people, even if it’s not my kinda store!

Best vape shop around. Super nice staff, they are also really really helpful. I always go in there with some crazy story about my vape and they never fail to get me wht I need.

Aaked if they sold candles, guy was super rude about it and said “this is a vape store”. Didn’t hurt to ask if they sold candles, definitely could have just said no. Very unprofessional.Update: GOT MY CANDLES & THEY SELL CANDLES NOW! Lol, thanks so much, the candles made my day and they smell awesome. Now that yall sell candles, I will be back!

From someone who has owned a shop these guys are fantastic! Great customer support every time I’m in regardless if the owner is here or not. They are packed with selections and always striving to have the newest things on the Market.The owner Ernesto has a heart of gold and is always great to see when he’s here. If you are in avid vapor in the Jackson area you should stop over when your on the Northside.

Best vape shop I been to in a while I went there yesterday and got me a box mod and my fiancé her disposable vape they knew exactly what I want and was really nice definitely my home base vape shop I’m going to now no more smoke and vape shops this is the place to go!!!!

Im always a little wary of new places, but New Start has been a pleasure from day one. Its really interesting watching them meet customers wherever they are - polite and businesslike, or complete oddball (like me!). They even started carrying my all time favorite juice at my request and I will love them forever for even just that. They really care about their regulars and pop-ins alike. If you are looking for a new vape shop home, make it this one.

This is THE vape shop. Veteran friendly, knowledgeable, and always hospitable. You walk in to find something and next thing you know they are giving you solid recommendations in a very friendly atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and stop in to check them out. They have tester bottles so you can get a chance to know what the flavor profile is.

Went in today for the 2nd time. Store is well organized and the employees are really friendly. I didnt get his name, but the guy working had his arm in a splint. He was super friendly and made good conversation. I had an issue with the vape that I had just bought. Before I walked out of the store I opened it and it was all busted and leaking. He told me to go grab another one and apologized for the issue. Definitely recommend them.

This store carries a very good selection of liquids and a nice assortment of hardware. They know their products well and can tell you WHY they carry specific items/brands - and they will give you a technical review of the pros and cons of their products without any hard sell. They give you all the information and allow you to make up your own mind as to what works best for you. Great customer service: I was in search of a specific tank but they did not carry it. The owner (Ernesto) told me to email him the specifics on the tank and hed try to find it for me. Within a couple hours he had found it and ordered it for me. A few days later he emailed me to let me know he had my tank and coils to support it. Service just doesnt get any better than that!! Also, their prices are unbelievably reasonable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This shop has become my favorite vape shop I have ever been in. I walked in this morning to buy a new mod since mine was broke and not only did the people here take care of my needs they spent almost 40 minutes with me trying to see what was wrong with the old mod and tank. They showed some of the absolute best customer service anyone could ever want. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone. Best shop Ive been too in a while . Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. If there was a 6 star rating I would of chose it if the shop would carry Dead Mans Hand elixir line of juice.

Hands down my FAVORITE vape shop in all of North East FL. This place is the most legitimate vape shop I’ve ever been to; they know their stuff and are always willing to provide expert advice/recommendations for whatever product you’re searching for. On top of that, they are the most chill and welcoming people. Every time I go in the store I’m welcomed and treated like a friend. 100% hands down recommend New Start. They are the bomb! 💣

A common problem that I run into at most vape shops is that they dont know their products, but this shop is staffed with dang fine & knowledgeable folks. Noah was amazingly helpful for us today - even going as far as cleaning the contacts on our vape after buying coils & juice, and then also running my phone & glasses out to me in the parking lot after I had accidentally left them on the counter. Its really hard to find exceptional customer service like this. Thank you for your kindness, Noah. I hope to see a wrestling match of yours soon!

New owners as of about 10 months ago. Really good guys, Bert & Ernie. Yep, Bert & Ernie. Friendly, knowledgeable guys. I normally dont go into shops as I rebuild all my coils and make my own juice but, recently moved into the area and thought Id stop by to see what theyre about. Glad I did! No matter your age, race or gender, theyll make you feel welcome. Eager to share their knowledge and help with whatever vape related needs you may have, do yourself a favor and stop by. But, be prepared to stay awhile!

Sooo after accidentally calling the WRONG place(thinking I called this one) and having the worst experience; I was never coming back until realizing it was my confusion in address. Calling New start on Faye rd* they were like night and day. They were professional and helpful. This will be my go to store until I decide not to vape.

Been wanting to stop in for awhile as its near my work so Friday evening I dropped by, so glad I did. Nice experience. Not your typical Vape shop with all the bright lit show cases full of drug paraphernalia. They are strictly about Vaping. Staff was nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable even a couple of regulars just hanging out and Vaping were giving me advice and tips while the staff was busy with other customers. I wound up buying a small upgrade and some store brand liquid they recommended after listening to my flavor preferences...I will definitely go back to them for all future upgrades and supplies

Ernesto and Kaz are awesome! They really care about the customer. I lost my SMOK Nord, coming back from deployment and they allowed me to come in the store 30 minutes early to get a new mod.I truly cannot thank them enough, not only for their help and knowledge, but for their customer service!

I have visited a lot of different E-Cig shops because my job has me travel often. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to New Start Vapor. I had a lot of questions and my aunt which is new to vaping definitely did. One bonus was the new Shop is on Alta right off the highway which is literally only 2 minutes from my house. The guy at the store made us feel at home and comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to make the switch from cigarettes to vaping. Dont even bother. Complete waste of time!!! The guy running the store was more interested in talking with his friend and hitting his vape than helping me with finding any liquid. Worse experience Ive had in any shop so far. The really bad part is I was trying to turn my brother onto vaping and leaving cigarettes behind. Now he probably thinks all shops are run this way.....bad form gentlemen...😑🤡🤡😧😧🤡🤡
