Ever wondered why brick-and-mortar stores are dying out like flies?I recently purchased a vape device from TJs Smoke-N-Vape. Friendly and knowledgeable staff; purchase process smooth. However, upon getting home, I realized I already owned the exact same device. I hadnt even opened the box or removed the plastic wrap.When I returned to the store the next day, the attendant informed me that it was against the store owners policy to issue refunds, even for unopened items. Despite the attendants polite demeanor, I was left disappointed and out of pocket due to this unreasonable no returns policy.One of the main advantages of shopping at a physical store is the ease of returning items. If physical stores cant offer this basic customer service, why should anyone prefer them over the convenience of online shopping? Online stores not only offer cheaper prices but also hassle-free returns.TJs Smoke-N-Vapes policy is a prime example of why brick-and-mortar stores are struggling to compete!

SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL LACY!!!! I am a reg and everyone who works there has always been great. I see lacy the most and she is awesome and always super helpful. I got cash back so I could give her a tip because she deserves it! Always makes it a pleasant experience. Also their prices are by far best in town especially for thc-a. I tried like 5 other shops and nowhere even came close to their low prices. Also carry cigarettes and snacks lol. Great place and highly recommend!

They asked to leave because my boyfriend said he wanted a water bong but not for tobacco or weed. He immediately asked us to leave.

I do not like the fact that the store closes way too early.And also that prices are way too high

TJs I love this place. I love the workers everybody is kind and helpful and friendly the service is really quick, they know what theyre talking about in there. And what I love is since theyre a neighborhood smoke shop if theres something you need and they dont have it in stock theyre kind enough to order it for you these guys get a five-star.

I went in today and told the young guy working I needed kratom but I was on a budget and couldnt spend more than $10. He asked me a couple of questions about the strain I wanted and told me to hold on while he went to the back. He came back with this package that came up to under $9 and its my favorite strain of kratom. I will be returning here a lot more now even though its a little out of my way. I fully recommend this store for all Kratom, CBD, Vape etc needs.

A little torn, just moved to the area and was driving back 20 mins to where I used to shop after the first visit the prices were high. However, this place is at the front of my complex so went with convenience and everyone is friendly. That time the price of the disposable was better, 16.99 for 5500, a dollar or so cheaper than the other place. The first one was defective, no pull at all and she was nice and switched it no issues and got a card for $1 off the next. Came back the next time and WITH the card it came out to $24. Def tasted burnt on the 2nd day but it happens. So I’m on the fence

Shout out to Lacey. I come in all the time for drinks and no matter how rough my day is she always manage to make me smile or laugh at my self. Just all around great customer service. She’s awesome.

Did not have the juice I normally use but he was able to recommend three or four other ones and honestly the one he gave me that I didnt think I would like but he told me to try was amazing. I would say go here if you are unsure of what you like because they seem to know

I’m not exaggerating when I say this place is second to none in Jacksonville. Amazing store, the variety of Juices and Vaporizers blew me away the first time I went in. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable when they recommended some products to me. The Owner was very kind and will definitely continue to get my business! P.s.. Only thing that could make it even better is if the thermostat got turned down a few degrees.. just sayin

This vape shop is horrible, at first you think ok they are friendly so you keep coming back! Well I just spent 152.00, I purchased vape juice two 3 MG bottles, a voopoo vinci , a glass item and 2 salt nic items for our friend that is staying with us we accidentally bought the wrong kind, now keep in mind we shop there all the time and these 2 tiny bottles of salt nice are 19.99 a piece! My friend called and kindly asked for an exchange not opened bottles and purchased in less than an hour ago...... they wouldnt even let me exchange the two for different ones , I will NEVER shop there ever again!

This place is the truth. They have a fantastic selection of all tabaccoo products and accessories, and the customer service is by far the best in Jacksonville. Definitely my number 1 place to purchase all my vape accessories, trust me if they dont have it you dont need it

TJ smoke shop is by and far the best place in town for tobacco, vape and gift selection. Well established, lots of product variety - not one of those weak startup shops with a puny selection and jacked prices - the staff sercvice is excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Summer is who I usually encounter and her customer service skills are remarkable.I highly recommend this store!

Tj’s shop has been my go to spot since I moved into the area. I recently purchased a vaporizer as a gift for myself, however upon first opening and use the product was faulty and leaking water. Ran up and talked with TJ and summer that I was unable to contact the company to utilize the manufacture warranty and that there website was also no longer available. The girls in the shop then continued to try and contact the company directly and there personal supplier. Unfortunately the company was no longer in business. Now In most situations I would be pretty much out over $200 but the fact that I had just purchased and had all of these issues Tj went out of his way to make sure I received a discount on a future product of my choice. This time we went with Puffco Peak Pro and I can not say enough good things about this product and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to decide what vaporizer or company to go with. Most of all though I highly recommend taking the time and going inside this shop. They will literally go way out of there way to make sure they provide you with the best experience possible. No matter where I live in this area I will always take the extra drive just to come to this local shop because of there service and making sure I always leave happy.

Tried to change the price of banana cream king palm tips from 1.49 to 2$ after i went to check out they cost 1$ from king palm to change it from 1.39 to 2$ because .40 cent on a two pack of tips wasnt enough for you wont be shopping here again after that
