I just had my 2nd session; to me Marisa has lovely and calming sessions that are Reiki, but more all encompassing as well.Hard to explain, but the remote one made me sleep soundly and I felt rested and hopeful the next day for the intentions she worked on for me! Lovely~I would recommend it! ❤️‍🩹

I didn’t know much about Reiki but my experience was enlightening from the consult before throughout the relaxing time on the table. I’m a believer now! Just when I thought it was over, the hands of a god touched my body for an additional 90 minutes. That massage was everything! Book the Combo today. You won’t regret it.

Wow!! First of all just walking into this retreat you can feel the positive energy immediately! I do not say this lightly I’ve had massages all over the world, but my massage with Charles is the best I’ve ever had - so intuitive and amazing! I started with a reiki session with Marisa who radiates the most beautiful energy ever, you legit just want to hug her! Both Marisa and Charles are so kind, you genuinely feel their beautiful hearts and their passion for what they do shows! I wish I lived in Jacksonville so I can experience this all the time but I look forward to returning whenever I can - highly highlyyy recommend!

I have had a wonderful experience, what a way to end this year. It was my first time doing Reiki and Marissa makes me feel so comfortable, prior the session we have an excellent conversation it felt like we knew each other for ever; and after I had the best swedish massage from Anna, her hands are heaven and her energy is so beautiful too. One of the most Beautiful experiences I’ve had! The magic that we hold in our Bodies to help each other heal is amazing! Marisa took her time with me and explained the process and history of Reiki being it was my first time! Her energy was so loving and powerful it felt like I was holding it in my hands. Just unexplainable! I felt aligned and balanced in Peace throughout my body!! So much Gratitude! Then to top things off with a much needed massage from Undra! Marisa was very professional, kind, empathetic and genuine. I enjoyed my experience in part because of her character! But the actual session was very eye opening and helpful to me on my journey with self love and balance. Marisa talked with me for a significant amount of time before and after the session and helped me understand everything about the session.

I randomly found this place online when searching for close by massage places. I booked an apt after work, which is amazing they have hours after 5. I walked in just immediately felt calm. I suffer from panic disorder and they had crystals and healing energy throughout the place. They have crystals for sale but never pressure you to buy into them. Charles did my massage and it was hands down one of the best massages I’ve EVER had in my life. The owner is the sweetest girl ever. I already booked for 4 weeks to try the reiki and full body massage which makes you leave and feel like your floating, I can’t wait. This will be my go to massage place from now on. Don’t miss out try it now. I promise you you won’t regret it. I’m so happy with my choice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you for helping my anxiety and my back and neck pain. 10/10 amazingggg. I recently received a Reiki Session with Marisa for my birthday. Marisa is super kind and she made me super comfortable even though I didnt know what to expect.Lately I have been experiencing neuropathy (an after effect from chemo and many surgeries) in my legs and I use a walker to walk. I received a reiki session from Marisa and it was amazing. It was so calming and cleansing.My legs felt much better. I usually experience a lot of pain and I was not expecting such relief. I felt a lot lighter (in weight and in vibrance). I was able to use my cane for a while and it definitely put some pep in my step. I plan to make this apart of my self care routine. Cant wait for my next session!!!

As soon as I walked in I felt nothing but positive energy. I could’ve told Marisa my whole life story because that’s how wonderful I felt in the space. I did fall asleep during my session (I was very comfortable obviously) and after my session I felt free and nothing less of balanced. I will definitely be back for more.

My husband and I visited this business around Valentine’s Day for the couples hr long massage and hr long scrub…let me tell you it was AMAZING! We felt nothing but welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. The setting was calming, The woman in the front and the massage therapists are all wonderful. I felt so loose after my massage and that scrub to end the session had my body feeling so refreshed. My husband slept through the entire session! I’ve never seen him so relaxed during a massage. We’ll definitely be returning.

Marissa is WONDERFUL! I immediately feel comfortable with her. My Reiki and Chakra Balancing was great. The crystals dont lie my assessment was very accurate. I also love that she followed up with me. Providing me with the tools to help me continue to heal myself. Looking forward to another session soon.

Oh my goodness! I felt so at home. When I finished my Reiki I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave. I loved Marisa, and I have referred 2 people already.Such a blessing I glad I made my appointment when I did! Selfcare Sundays are better than Sunday Funday❤️❤️

Sooooo this weekend was AMAZING. I decided to go to ReNew You Wellness Resort, to do a spiritual cleanse and let me say I was not disappointed at all. First let me start by saying I had the most unique and amazing experience, that you will only find out of the country on a luxury resort EXCEPT I did have to go far as this gem was close to home.I stayed at the resort and was able to explore the charming Historic San Marco, which had so many cute shops and boutiques. Not to mention, we were even able to catch beautiful sunsets every night walking the river dock on the St. Johns River right across the street. Sounds AMAZING right? But let me finish that was not the best part. The best part of my weekend wasthe actually stay, at ReNew You Wellness Resort. I really felt like i was at a resort, from the super comfortable plush memory foam beds that I fell into , the custom organic catered meals. There was also private meditation instruction one morning , yoga the other and in the evening days ended with either a completely relaxing reiki session, recharging chakra balancing session or a glorious deep tissue massage.Then there was people. The host and staff were so great and they made me feel very safe and comfortable the entire time. They even had extra COVID precautions, which was a MAJOR plus for me. I honestly felt a surprising mix of pampered, energized, relaxed, inspired and peaceful all weekend. They definitely live up to the name ReNew as that is absolutely how we felt leaving ..I cant wait to come back! I have actually already schedule my next appointment.

What a wonderful experience this was! The staff and the massage therapists took great care of me and my partner! We got the couples massage and it was so relaxing my partner fell asleep! The CBD scrub made my skin feel amazing! Thank you so much I will recommend and also be returning!

Marisa was able to answer all of my questions regarding Reiki. I wasnt sure if she would be able to assist me. Since she was using her Reiki techniques from another state. I had a massage/stretch session with Lex. She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave an exceptional massage. I went in dealing with some shoulder issues and saw significant improvement out the door. She also offered advice on what to do at home to help with my issue. I will definitely be going back.

The overall experience was amazing!!! This was a surprise for me so I didn’t want to know the process beforehand. Marisa was patient with me and very thorough with explaining what she was doing. The massage was great! Stacey explained the process and was great with listening before and during the massage to meet my needs.

Reece is so nice and hospitable. Her reiki balancing session really helped improve my mental and emotional well being! I would totally recommend her reiki session, and she also has an option for distance reiki( this was the option I chose since I’m in quarantine). I cannot give enough praises for Reece. So this was the first time that I’ve been to ReNew You. A friend of mine purchased the Groupon for me a few months ago and I had been procrastinating on using it. So I finally called to have it scheduled. I can honestly say it was one of the best 60 minute hot stone massages I’ve had in a while. Charles took his time and really focused on the areas that I told him I was most tense. I will definitely be returning!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I received the hot stone massage with CBD oil for 90 minutes for my birthday, and it was out of this world. Charles is fantastic! The space is clean, cute, and smells amazing and I can say it was the first time I’ve really “relaxed”. Already booked my next appointment!

Marissa is a compassionate Reiki Practitioner. My session with her helped me to release some emotions Ive been holding onto and her support through my release grew more of my trust in her services. She holds the necessary space for her clients to find healing.
