I want to give out the biggest 10 out of 5 star review, I was visiting Hawaii and was looking for a disposable, and when I walked into the store, it was absolutely clean, and all stocked up. When I went in there, I was greeted by Valerie, she was an amazing girl, very hard worker, pointed me out to the right vape I was looking for, answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied. She was cleaning the shelves, making sure that everything was very organized on the shelves and wiping everything down. Black lava, you have one amazing employee in your shop. Valerie is a very amazing and talented worker and is very knowledgeable. I thank her a lot for helping me out!

Went there ar 3:11pm ..A sign says out to lunch be back..with no time of reference what so ever.. so logically i imagine they took lunch at 3:00pm so i wait till 3:30pm and no one is there then i wait till 3:45pm and still no one so i left very unhappy to have wasted my time there .. irraz and if they have an hour lunch then excuse me for not knowing everything maybe put it on the sign..

Best selection and the best customer service on the island. Dakota is always so nice and she helps me find everything I’m looking for, plus she’s super knowledgeable. Answers all my questions and takes her time to help me find what I want. Oh and they have the best prices by far too!The one in Hilo is also good, it’s a huge store and I think they might have an EVEN BIGGER selection than the waimea location (I could be wrong though) and they’re helpful and nice too!!!

They are amazing people. Stayed open late waited for us with the utmost respect, took care of all our needs!! What an awesome place

Dude from Kona is here to help reform the store. The Kamuela location really needed it. The previous dude there was super rude and made it where I didn’t go back for a few months. Now I know he’s gone, I’m coming back. Dude from Kona is awesome. Loved Wala’auing with him.

They are Cheaper then the shops Kona for the exact same product!!!.... Bought a vape here and unfortunately the moment I took it out it was already empty with all juices leaking out. Showed the store keeper and exchanged it for a brand new one right away. Now they always do a quick open and check before me going on my way. Excellent service!!. I Will always return here when I need a new one. Thanks guys youve gained a loyal customer

Always friendly and helpful. If they don’t have the flavor I’m looking for, always patient with me and give me their input S to which’s ones they’ve tried and like. Much cheaper than other smoke shop in town, win-win.

Awesome shop! All the employees are very knowledgeable. Im picky with my juice flavors, so I ask for a specific taste like blueberries and they know exactly which ejuice tastes like that. Mind you they easily have over 130 different brands and flavors.Also theyre shop is so clean and well maintained.

I drive 35 minutes to this Vape Shop to get my coils, juice and everything in between. I bought a box mod from them a week ago, and it was having issues with the battery door not securing the batteries, causing the device to turn off when I would go for a drag. I called them up, they said to come by and we will take a look. They did an even exchange for another box mod similar to the one I bought right on the spot, quick and easy.Very professional - will be a longtime customer for sure.

Love everything about the Waimea AND Kona store my favorite flavors always has my coils and the staff is very knowledgeable and remembers me and my family knows what I like when I have to send my family in while Im at work. Both stores are clean and presentable 💯💣💥💥🤍💭

Went to the Waimea location. Just needed a baby beast coil while on vacation. The guys were watching TV when I came in, but jumped right up when I walked in, and the service was excellent.I wasnt looking for a mod or atty, but the selection is great, prices are reasonable, and the higher end suggestions was beautiful and in excellent shape in the case.They have a whole menu of juices up on the wall, which is so much nicer than trying to look at 30mls on a wall behind the counter at some headshop

The location is a little hard to find when using google maps. Located in the uilani plaza next to HPM. Service and all locations are great and you pay less for more than any other stores that sells disposable vapes
