Ive always loved this place. The vibe is great, very KCMO. Theres a good selection of vinyl in the music shop, lots of great incense/incense burners, both the smoke shop and the love shop usually have a great selection, too. They frequently have some sort of sale or clearance items available to browse. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products up there, and its fun when they have a sale. Sometimes, I end up looking at something I would not normally buy, or wasnt looking for that day, but its enough of a discount at the time to be worth the purchase. This is without anyone overselling me, simply while having a friendly conversation about whats currently in stock. If the price is right, sometimes its like, Shut up and take my money!. There seems to be a little something for everyone in there, too. I always leave happy when I stop in, even if I can only afford some of my Wildberry incense or a pack of rolling papers that day. This store is a Kansas City Area staple, if not an actual landmark by now. Please shop here, so they can stay open forever!

I went in today looking for some blunt wraps and glass tips today. I was helping by PL, he was super knowledgeable and helpful. He also had excellent recommendations. My go to smoke shop in town.

Cool store, if it had better customer service. I bought a turntable from here yesterday, went home to set it up and it didn’t work properly. It would only turn on if the power cable was halfway out of the port and when I got it to work, it stopped spinning almost immediately and wouldn’t spin again after that. I tried to return it today and the manager (Sherman) was EXTREMELY rude to my boyfriend who tried to explain what the issue was. Not only did they refuse to refund my money, limiting me to store credit, but they wouldn’t exchange it for a different turntable of the same price, and told us that he “would lose money” and would only accept our exchange if we bought a different one for 100+ more dollars. And we would then have to also purchase external speakers for it as well. I assume this attempt to upsell was due to our age (18) This was the absolute worst experience with customer service I have ever encountered and would never recommend buying anything from this store.

Up charging 10$ for a 6$ can of ozium is absolutely insane. Didn’t even notice till I got home and looked at the receipt. Guess by one get one free means they gonna overcharge you for something else.

I have been going to 7th heaven for 40 years. I went there with my daughter we sold some albums. I go back a week later 1 album we got 1.25$ they now have it on sale for 60.00$. I will never shop there again. That is pathetic. They took advantage of my 13 year old dauhhter...

Was sold bootleg records. Nothing was mentioned when I purchased it and the bar code was covered so couldnt scan discogs until wrapper removed. Just FYI to other record collectors to be careful

I was greeted by an attractive blond guy whos name I missed, but he offered his assistance, but allowed me to window shop for a minute without being buggy. He showed me some merchandise to match what I asked for and checked me out. Thanks dude. Great service and relaxing atmosphere.

We have been literally thrilled both visit to troos 7th heavens stores within a store. They have it alll at all costs! The only local store I havent felt pressure but I still want to buy it all. Employees are welcoming and knowlegeable but fun and intersting. You grab some records but want to check out the adult area so you browse s & get some local glass but see theres still more!! lingerie, games a big selection of toys and enhancements OH my !! we got free items at checkout and geven notices of upcoming sales. the surprises never stop. New favorite thakn you

Watch out, they do not take back items, even when they dont work right. The Little Dipper doesnt hold a charge and they wouldnt take it back. Poor product, poor service. But, they did want to sell me something else.

My boyfriend and I are frequent shoppers here and are never disappointed. Weather we go in with what we want in mind or have no idea what we want we always walk out on top! Mr. Matt is always such a big help and answers our questions to the best of his ability and knowledge which is always top notch!! This place is absolutely massive. They have a ton of stuff (smoke store, adult store, clothing store, and one of the biggest record stores Ive ever been in). The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. There are other stores with more specialized selections, but for a one-stop-shop, this place is incredible. They may not have exactly what youre looking for, but they do have a little bit of everything.

Yesterday as i was looking for another store walked in here which i thought was the store i was looking for. This place is a gem, customer service was excellent, friendly,helpful. The young lady that help me was cute and helpful. Love the incense and many other products they have, they have another customer for sure. Will be returning today to get more incenses. Great place.

Was sold a vape without its charger for the same price everywhere online offers it WITH its charger, and if you know your product doesnt come with such then perhaps employees should inform.and offer that charger or add on to the purchase??!! Feel like wasted money and may be returning the item and ordering online direct from dealer also probably wont return, get better customer service in smoke shops

The employees made me put my small purse in the car (as if I wanted to steal) so I wasnt able to purchase anything, other shoppers around me had purses/ bags larger than my own. Not sure why this happened to me, but I dont feel comfortable shopping ther

So I went in to see if they sage scented insence and as I was looking I was smelling them to see if there was any I liked. I told them I may not buy them today due to my husband not being with me cuz I want his opinion. And the lady caught an attitude with me saying that if I wasnt buying them why was I smelling them. Im sorry but I didnt think it was illegal to smell something and not buy it.

Me and my boyfriend were walking to the doors he took a puff off of his vape pen right before we walked in. The lady was rude off the bat and automatically said You cant vape in here I need to take the vape pen and the purse. We walked up to the counter and said Do you sell vape pieces and juices? She said Yes but you cant vape in here, its illegal to smoke in businesses since January of 2016 We said We have vaped in other businesses that had no problems with it. She said Well if you want to get an attitude about it then you can leave. We said Are you really trying to lose business and money? We took our stuff and left. She said Have a nice day. We said You too. I would not even give this one star if I had the choice. I would not recommend going there at all! It was an experience that didnt need to happen.

Great store, horrible location. I came there to buy some vinyls (they have a great selection), but someone backed into my car while I was in the store. I probably wont go back because of the location. Not necessarily the stores fault, but now I have an expensive repair on my vehicle.

I wouldnt buy any electronics from this store. You can spend hundreds of dollars and they will only give you a store credit. Very poor customer service and management is racist. If you make purchases that you may need a refund. I suggest using a debit card so you can dispute it with the bank.

They have all authentic RAW papers, tips, and cones. Not just a wimpy selection, but an entire WALL of RAW products, all authentic. You dont see that kinda collection anywhere! The papers that are 1 to 3 ft long. Clocks. Carpets. Glass tips. The cone packer pieces. I frequent vegas denver cali a lot. Who woulda thought in the middle of Kc is all ALL your RAW needs?! And they have super cute clothes and great prices. Was pleasantly surprised!!

This store is very cool & has cool inventory but the overall cleanliness is not good. Dust everywhere. Some people are allergenic and dust is a trigger.

I want everyone to know this is by far the best place to visit ! ! ! The way all there employees act and treat all whom enter , well long story short, I didnt feel like a customer I felt like I was home with my family. If I was the General Manager Id be DAMN PROUD !

Employees will drop what they are doing be it putting stuff back or putting new stuff where it goes to help you. Go here for all music needs cause if they dont have it they let you know where you can get it but 90% of the time they have it.

Their detox doesnt work at all. I used it as instructed and failed. Definitely dont waste your money on anything but their glass. Everything else here is a rip off.
