Does not understand english! Bought 2 items, realized i didnt get stamps on there buy 6 get 1 sales card, walked back in and he wouldnt stamp. Acted as if he didnt remember me from 60 seconds ago. Didnt understand a word i said... would have made 6 with todays purchase. dont expect any customer service!

Thanks jockey. I was really happy with my experience here. Jockey was super helpful and very friendly. I have to say the prices can not be beat in this area. I got a new vape that I haven’t seen in any vape shops in northern VA and the flavors are amazing. He gave me a great deal on buying multiple vapes and has really great products on sale. The choices of tobacco products and vapes was absolutely unbelievable in such a great way. Jockey was super friendly and just walking in there to get a vape I had a great time talking with him about all different things. I definitely will be going back there soon.

This place has gone downhill. They need someone there that speaks English and doesnt just say uh huh as they point to the price on the register. If I have a question about the product your selling, the person behind the counter should be able to answer or at least articulate something other than uh huh while hes on the phone with someone else.The store has an OK selection, though they never seem to have coils for anything I use (Uwell). The biggest downside to this store will forever be who they choose to be the face of the business.Update 2/24: oof baboof! My original review was 4 stars, then to 2, and now 1. I dont normally give 1 star reviews, but somehow this place got worse. Just avoid it so itll close and a new place opens up.

Asked the guy if he does military discount and he just hand two vapes to me and says the price, then once I purchased the vape it didn’t stop hitting so I take it directly back in and he says I gotta pay for a new one after selling me a messed up one. Maybe this location should practice what every other store does where you try them in front to ensure it works.

I have been a long time customer of Tobacco Hut. The store is clean, music is great in and out and smells good. Everyone has always been great until I met Jockey. He takes that extra step to make sure you find what you are looking for always doing it with a smile. Bonus, he will hook up his long time customer with an discount.

I enjoyed my quick and efficient service. Alex was extremely helpful and took great care of me. It was my first experience there and I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. If I got the cashiers name wrong, my apologies but they did a superb job!!!

Today was my first visit at the store and it was awesome! Jocky was so helpful and I learned so much. I will definitely become a regular there. Thank you so much Jocky. Ill see you soon.

This store has gone downhill every time we go in they have nothing and today the guy actively avoided helping even though I was actually looking at a vape ended up leaving without anything and without being helped.

I havent been in there in ages and just stopped in. It looks great in there, tons of stuff. I came for e-juice but checked out the glass pieces and such. But the wall of juice was awesome. All in all, I think itll be a new regular stop for me!

This tobacco Hut has an amazing variety of juice from salt nic to iced, every flavor you could possibly want to purchase is at this store. The manager will work with you on price and discounts if you become a regular. Nice staff.

From what I could see they may have had interesting things to look at or maybe not. I was rushed into making a purchase before I had the chance to finish browsing. The whole exchange was awkward from the get-go.

The owner sells his CBD, Kratom, Delta 8 etc at a much higher price then anyone in the area. The very best store with the most knowledgeable staff and best prices and selection in the area is the store in the Walmart plaza in Dahlgren. It sits between The Dollar Tree and the Goodwill store. It is the ONLY tobacco/vape/ Kratom /CBD/ Delta 8 store who really respects the customer and goes above and beyond to answer your questions.

Prices are a little outrageous, but when usps can’t deliver your online juice order and you’re in a bind, ya do whatcha gotta. The staff is nice. Never had an issue.

T-Hut has a humongous inventory of imported cigars they are in a special tempature controlled room with high security cameras. Fellas take smoking cigars that serious? I only knew one man who smoked cigars. They have a plethora of unique things to try and enjoy 😉. I recommend the product Honey Girl for the Ladies ......Men theres plenty of other things for yall. I sawbBob Marley and 50 cent have a fine selection of tabbaco items.

Every time I have stopped here the cashier was easy going and informative about the products, and personable enough that I enjoyed interacting with them. friendly vibe

Not open during posted hours, seems to show up whenever they feel like. Will never return.

The good news is, they have great customer service. The bad news is, theres usually only one person and 3 or 4 customers, and it can take 15 min of standing there waiting before they get to you.
