No nonsense place for all your vape needs. Alway have an abundance of inventory, and the best part is that it doesnt reek of that feeling other vape shops give where you walk in and it feels like youre interrupting them and makes the experience very awkward. Im sure others can relate. But yeah this place is great, friendly staff. I come in every once in awhile with my dog to pick up some juice whenever I run out.

This is the BEST vape store Ive ever been to. The staff is AMAZING (especially Frank). They carry so many products and vape juices and care about their customers. I love that I can ask questions here without getting condescending answers , which unfortunately is a rare occurrence for vape shops. The rewards program is also SO GOOD.Also I know I mentioned Frank already but that man has ensured my loyalty to this store for life (unless I ever quit vaping, fingers crossed...) but he is the epidemy of customer service :)

VapeRack is an awesome vape store. Been a customer for a couple years now. They helped me learn about vaping and find juices that I liked when I first started to quit smoking. They have a great selection of devices and juices that will meet anyones needs. They offer a good selection of disposable vapes too along with some other products including kratom and beverages.

Went to Vape Rack 2 for the first time, and it was a great experience. I was greeted by Peter as soon as I came in he helped me a ton. Had a couple of laughs.I had ordered all my items the night before and went to pick them up the following afternoon. Such a pleasant shop. Great customer service, all the other customers in the store were fun too. I’d give more stars if I could. Thank you Peter for all the help.

They are close By to my house so its nice to walk to give me a reason to go out. Service is nice and everyone is really helpful and nice and they k ow their flavor profiles. Which is really nice. If anything happens with a mod or coil they help me out or replace my coils which is also really nice. I keep coming back because they have better variety of items and juices. Thanks much guys.

Update 2022 I love how great the staff is they always make me feel like family. They have the things i need they always are very knowledgeable in flavors and devices. I love how theres always tips when i ask for getting better performance.The new shop is bigger and they still have our favorite employees. Feels just like visiting our same friends just in a bigger home.. I love how cool and knowledgeable everyone is. I always feel welcomed and have been visiting the vaperack for years i will always recommend them to everyone new vapers and old these are the guys to go to

My first time there, I notice the place clean and so many products on vape only. I was talking to Mike, he was educational on his vape. I didnt buy anything, want to get into vaping and need info before. I like the Nord 4 for starting off.

Frank from this shop is the man! I went in with a Regis mod device and it was having internal issues, after several attempts to get the device to function it would not turn on. Frank admitted it’s having internal issues. After getting the approval from his manager-which I heard his manager say of course, replace it, speaking about replacing the device. Frank said yeah we can definitely replace it and was glad to do it. Thanks Frank for giving great service and being very friendly! Vape Rack in La Mirada is the place to go! Also, thanks to the approval of your manager I got a brand new device that works great! Thank you management!💯

I couldnt find it anywhere and he not only located some but drove all the way to la mirada to bring it to the Fullerton store so I didnt have to. I work in Portland, OR and they have a huge selection of vape shops in the area. I’m here for work and happened to run out of juice so I decided to google a place to go to. Not only were the prices amazingly reasonable, but the staff where so cool and knew everything about the brands and certain flavors. Portland needs to step their game up!

Hands down the best vape shop in the Whittier area in terms of service, selection, and overall quality. I have been coming here for multiple years, and there is a reason why I keep coming back and offering these fine gentlemen my business. Not only are the staff extremely polite and knowledgeable, but they are just simply good dudes! I have seen them, multiple times, go out of their way for a customer who may be new to the vaping scene and explain just how everything works. Very easy to talk to and gain information from. Additionally this storefront doubles as a very laid-back place to vape and pass some time. Personally, I have experienced the unfortunate event of one of my juice bottles breaking upon opening at home and all it took was one quick call, an explanation, and some pictures and they gave me that same bottle for free because of the inconvenience. Like I said, nothing but good service from these guys.

Stopped in shortly before closing today and talked to Jacob. These guys really are the best. I have a great experience everytime I stop by. Chill vibe and knowledgeable employees. They always have what im looking for in stock and to top it off there prices just went down! Bought some juice and a coil..on my way out jacob stopped me and hooked me up with a free coil! Wont shop anywhere else from now on.

This place has a good selection of merchandise and the guys there really know their product. It was great to go go a vape shop with knowledgeable staff and nothing but vape supplies. I hate going to vape/head shops and this place is the real deal. I just moved to the area and glad I found this shop. I will definitely be going back. The shop is pretty relaxed and they had plenty of staff to help. If you need juice, coils, mods or tanks you will not be disappointed.
