This place is legit! I stopped in today for the first time, mainly just to browse, and ended up having a great conversation with the employee that worked there . . . He showed me a few pieces of locally blown glass and didn’t mind at all that I was just browsing. I ended up buying a DynaVap (per his recommendation ) and am super happy with it. It’s also an incredibly clean store, not a smudge on the glass and the custom floors had been freshly mopped. Overall great experience, nice to know this level of customer service still exists!

Mediocre selection, extortionate pricing, and staff that think its okay to use slurs in front of customers. Ive tried to go back to this place on a couple of occasions to see if I get better service, instead I just get told that I have bad taste in vape juice.

First time in the shop and the customer service was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was also nice and clean, and there were endless choices!

Great people , great help , great products , great price ! Ive been going since the day they opened. Every employee has a good knowledge of the products they sell . From vapes to Kratom , and everything in between ! The owners go above and beyond for their customers , and stand by what they sell 100%. The only place I shop !

Would never recommend. Wasted my entire lunch break driving over here just to find out that they decided not to open today, called the shop 3 times before giving up. Owner should really update google if closed. Super easy, but you can keep losing customers if you’d like! Good luck to your business, you need it

This store is beautiful. One of the most professionally run establishments like this Ive ever been to. If I can help it I will never go anywhere else for my smoking/vaping wants. These guys are knowledgeable, creative, and innovative in how they explain things and think outside the box to get your needs/wants met.Also if youre ever in, check out those floors. I heard the owner did them himself. Everything about this shop is love. And that is something you really dont find any more.

Been to all 3 locations and all the employees are super helpful and chill people. Even if you are not spending money that day they are more than happy to help you. Have only ever come across one employee I did not care for (not terrible just not as friendly) and I never saw that person again. 5/5 will buy all my gear from them as long as they keep doing business the same way.

A cool place for sure, but kind of shady. I went in there looking to try something new with a disposable and came back later to explain that I found out it was counterfeit. The owner explained that practically all of their disposables are fake and didnt offer anything to replace/exchange it. I clearly was a newbie when it came to disposables and was concerned when I found out it was fake but the owner essentially just shrugged and said Thems the breaks. It seems like a nice place, but I probably wont be going back.

Purchased a few dozen disposables a couple of days ago (over $200). Tyler had great customer service and an excellent range of products - couldn’t have been nicer. Today, opened one of the disposables up and it wouldn’t connect. Went into the store with all of the wrapping and box, to simply exchange for [the exact same] working product and the individual working said - “we don’t do that unless you bought it today.” I nicely asked him to help me understand how I would open and use a few dozen disposables and/or was I supposed to open each one to check the it works… He defaulted to negativity and just said no. I left the brand new, faulty product on the counter and walked out. Was planning on purchasing additional products while I was there - not now - not ever. Will not be going back.

Best shop for anything you could possibly need for vaping or glass products. Great service and help from knowledgeable employees and from an owner who takes a lot of pride in his business. I most familiar with Eric but all of the employees there are friendly and very helpful. It’s an Awesome place and easy to find location, I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for juices, vapor devices, glass and even CBD or Kratom.

They had a really nice selection but the boy working there was pretty dang unhelpful (i think he was the owner). he didn’t seem too keen on making a sale, as he didn’t offer to show us anything. i would not shop here again and i will continue to shop at House of Pipes in oregon city.
