My therapist Kam was amazing!!! First massage in a long time and my therapist did amazing! I am a barber and I swim a lot for exercise. I have a lot of tension and I felt very relieved and happy after my service!Front desk was very kind and helpful all in all highly recommend

Romnick was AMAZING! He explained everything he was doing and WHY he was doing it to help my injury, then gave me exercises to try between sessions. He went so far beyond what I was anticipating, and the massage was fabulous to top it off!

My first visit to an Elements Massage location. First, the appointment scheduling was super easy to manage online and I was able to find a massage in a time that worked with my schedule, which to be fair was pretty last minute. Being able to complete the new client intake forms online prior to the appointment was also a plus. Second, the massage therapist I saw was amazing. He listened to my concerns and communicated what he thought would be the best treatment & addressed the issue affectively. I felt so much better the next day so I know what he did really worked! Third, I love the membership savings & flexibility and I’m looking forward to returning for regular massages and taking care of my body.

I love my therapist, Jodi is so amazing that I have to book way in advance to secure a spot with her. Iryna is wonderful as well, and I often use her as my back up. I will always recommend them and Sam to my friends. The scheduling staff are all very personable.

My massage therapist (Kam) is always professional, on time, and his massages reflect that he really listens to what I need out of the massages. I have been going twice monthly for several months now, and this has improved by quality of life. Specifically Kam gives amazing massages that are deep tissue, trigger point, and therapeutic. The overall facility is always well staffed, beautifully decorated/organized/clean, and professional.

After my massage with Jodi, the next morning my sleep report reflected 2x the deep sleep I normally show. A great excuse for go back for more massages. I appreciated how Jodi paid attention to my preferences and requests.

After having about a 70 percent chance of the appts being canceled at the west linn location I decided to try the lake oswego location. Ive actually never been to this location because they canceled three times in a row. I have canceled our membership and will never recommend elements massage to anyone.

I have had numerous massages from several different therapists over many years, and each has been incredibly skilled and wonderfully kind. Highly recommend Massage Elements, and especially expert masseuse Sam!!! (Slightly increased rate for his advanced training, but soooo worth it!)Get the membership, save money and take care of yourself with relaxation regularly! It will make your life so much better!!!

Been going here since my last massage therapist gave up during the pandemic. I called and told them the kind of therapist I needed and they matched me well. On the few occasions my therapist has become unavailable they have recommended an alternate. One was a good fallback and one was not a good match. After the not good match, I was comped without asking because it was obvious that the massage had gone poorly for me. I dont know about the other locations, but Lake Oswego is dialed in.

Ive been coming to Elements for a few years now. The staff is always very kind, helpful and professional. My masseuse, Romnick, is a very knowledgeable with great attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed. Hes very professional and courteous and you receive a great massage! Highly recommend.

You get a better experience if you pay attention to the number ratings on each therapist. The office staff explained that it refers to the firmness of the pressure that the therapists can deliver. I prefer firmer pressure and Ive been able to find a few great people there. Theres often turnover in staff so you need to be able to match massages to your needs. The facility is always clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my massage this past weekend with Christi who checked on me throughout the session to get feedback.

Was it coincidence? I was a new patient and assigned a massage therapist that is the perfect fit for me! Elements Massage is run very professionally. Great front desk staff - always helpful. Owner Roger is quite involved and strives for great care. Have been happy with 90% of my massages there - helps that they use a rating system which is typically consistent. This location has gotten so busy however, that its difficult to get a same day or next day appointment - not a bad problem to have for the business :) but tough when my schedule is erratic enough that I cant set up a routine schedule for massages :( After a long day of work, my poor back needs it!

I absolutely love Elements Therapeutic Massage on Monroe Parkway. I have been a client there for a year and a half and have nothing but great things to report. The massages are uniformly excellent and the therapists impress me with the scientific knowledge about their craft. Their customer service is amazing as well; I always get polite reminders for appointments, their discounts are noteworthy and if some special offer is in the works, they remind me to take advantage of it. By the way -- the rates are extremely reasonable. Its a pleasure to write a review when my impressions are so consistently positive.

Great atmosphere, professional and friendly stuff, clean and quiet facility, very knowledgeable & experienced therapists. I saw 3 different ones and all were very good. They all have great overall skill and additionally each has her own specialty which allows for choosing exactly the masseuse who is suited for your needs. Definitely was very nervous coming in since it was my first time but everybody was so warming and the person I pared with took great care of me and making sure I was comfortable. Not to mention the massage itself felt amazing and me and my back felt so much better then when I came in. Definitely gonna come back.

Great service all around! Front desk is very friendly and helpful, especially with choosing a therapist! The therapists chat with you beforehand and ask about problem areas and what styles and pressures you prefer. I always feel like everyone involved is very invested in making sure I have the best experience possible! Ive recently battled with a pinched nerve in my back. After many sleepless nights I decided to try a massage for relief. I was very impressed with how friendly and accommodating their staff was. The receptionist matched me with a therapist specific to the pain I was experiencing. The therapist was very thorough and took the time to learn more about my treatment goals. Scheduling is very simple and there is a lot of availability. I always see the same massage therapist and she is getting to know my trouble spots. The place is always clean and quiet. I was impressed that they helped me select a massage therapist specifically for my needs and schedule. I have referred friends and colleagues and I will continue to do so!

I have been a client of Elements for about a year and think it is one of the best investments Ive made in myself. I am troubled with back aches and stiffness but with the ongoing massages I receive from Elements, my back issues are nearly gone. All of the therapists have been excellent and the office staff is great. I feel like they know me and deliver personal service. Could not recommend them more highly.

Was really looking forward to this massage, my boss had bought me a gift certificate because I had worked a lot of hours that month. I asked for deep tissue, when I got there the gentleman was super kind but it was definitely not deep tissue. I feel like when guys massage girls they go a little more gentle than what we expect. I work 50 hours a week, I want to be dug into lol. It ended up tickling most of the time and he used way too much oil/lotion. I remember thinking that I couldn’t wait for it to be over, I know that’s harsh but it’s the truth. Hopefully I have a better experience you guys are such a big chain in Oregon.

Overall pretty good. I had asked for a therapist that did medium to deep tissue, but they were a little too gentle for my taste. I had ask for firmer when they asked how the pressure was, but it still didnt improve much. The staff was friendly and they place was nice and clean. It would be nicer if they had a relaxation room that was in a peaceful dark room though (like most spas)- you just had to wait in the front looking out at the parking lot. Overall good, but Im not sure it was worth the $89 for the 90 minutes. Also, I had a coupon for $30 off the massage, but they wouldnt take it in addition to the first time rate, so that was a little bit deceiving on their website (it wasnt clear to me).

What a great find! The range of therapists and times available means I can get a massage almost anytime I like. I’ve tried different therapists, and all have been wonderful. Do take advantage of special add-one like hot stones, aromatherapy, and cupping - Elements often runs specials where you can try these therapeutic modalities.Service is very kind, prompt, and professional.

I have been a customer of Elements Massage in LO for almost a year now and I am a very happy customer. What I can tell you is that they provide a professional, clean, and friendly service consistently. I have had a few different massage therapists and they have all been good! I have found one that is a great match for me! I was a customer of Massage Envys for around two years and I am so happy I switched to Elements Massage! If you havent given these guys a shot yet, youre missing out!

Elements massage is great. They have many massage therapists that all have professional accreditations and you can choose who you would like to work on you based upon your own individual needs. That information is online through their website. I chose to subscribe to their monthly plan which gives a significant discount on 60 or 90 minute sessions. The entrance as well as therapy rooms are all professionally maintained and kept very clean.

Front office and therapist were very professional, considerate, friendly. Massage quality and varied techniques were the best Ive had in several years from chain and/or resort/spa massages. Price is reasonable. Facility is calm and very clean. Also liked online scheduling that was then f/u by a phone call.

This was my first time having a professional massage and I walked out feeling so euphoric and calm. Kam was my masseuse and went through everything I requested. I highly recommend the cupping session if you have tense back pain, my lats and traps feel so much better. I’m a student so the prices are a little high but it’s worth it for a quarterly session.

Great service all around! My massage therapist, Shawn, is great. His knowledge of body mechanics and deep tissue massage are impressive. They take my insurance, no problem. The staff is always super friendly.

Ive had a dozen or more massages over the last few years with various therapists, from sports massage to pregnancy massages, and all have been great. Each therapist has been receptive to feedback and always take the time to initially determine the right pressure so you can lay back and relax (you also cant beat their prices, especially packages). When my family visits, they even sign up for a massage - I highly recommend.

I was in a car accident in August and started coming here shortly after. The atmosphere is wonderful, the front desk staff are always accommodating and friendly, and Raya is an amazing masseuse! All staff are very knowledgeable about the body and make sure youre comfortable. Would absolutely recommend whether youre interested in a post-injury massage or an amazing massage in general

This has been a consistently good place for a massage. The price is reasonable if you are a member. It is clean, quiet, respectful and friendly. Their online booking makes it easy to choose when you want your appointment and the staff descriptions help you pick an appropriate therapist. Kam is an excellent massage therapist .

Friendly, responsive and individualized services. I have chosen Nicole as my massage therapist and feel I have a partnership with her. She provides feedback and suggestions to keep me moving in a healthy way. In addition, I am always greeted with warmth from the front desk and they make it easy and efficient to get in and out.

Lillian is a fantastic massage therapist with great bedside manner. She allowed me to relax to my desired level in following my lead with conversation/silence. The room and facility was very clean and relaxing. I would definitely return!

I have 2 therapists at Elements LO that I absolutely LOVE! Whitney and Charli are the BOMB! I love a deeper, more therapeutic pressure, and Ive seen both of these therapists 2-3x now and both are incredible. So intuitive, and I leave feeling refreshed and that my sore and tender spots are worked out! Highly recommend either of them.

I had the most incredible massage from Kam. It was two hours which was just luxurious and I super needed it. As a former high level athlete, my body has seen better days. I have multiple recurring injuries and even pins/plates in some of my limbs. Kam expertly worked the areas I needed best. I prefer deep pressure, and he got down in there in a way I haven’t experienced for awhile. My body is like night and day a couple days later, my range of motion and general stiffness is much improved. Thank you Kam for your care and work, I will be back!

Its 3 stars -- just average. The ambiance it nice enough the the therapists are good enough. Front desk staff is attentive and helpful. But its nothing special. The prices are fair for what youre getting. Great spot if you need a quick massage and want something simple...if you want luxury and to spoil yourself --- keep looking!

The massage was customized to meet my needs. The massage therapist communicated throughout as he worked. I opted for the hot stone massage and he checked in to make sure the temperatures werent too hot. The entire experience was relaxing and helped remove tension in my muscles.

8/13/2020 - RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENTS:Roger, first of all my name as listed in this posting is Mary so I dont know why you are using the name Ann Marie in your response! Who is Ann Marie? Anything more than the name mentioned in my posting is considered a HIPAA violation to my understanding of the HIPAA compliance laws. Also, since my doctor is the one to determine the frequency of my massage therapy which is within his scope, I do not believe that neither you nor any of your therapists have the right or the scope to override my medical doctors recommendation especially since I have only seen Shawn about a couple days a week for 2 weeks!-----------------------------------8/12/2020 - INITIAL COMMENTS -- I had a terrible experience with Shawn. I started going for pain relief about two weeks ago and feeling better after he worked on me. Then I go today and they tell me Shawn doesnt feel like his treatments are helping me improve and doesnt feel comfortable working on me anymore. I was just amazed, humiliated as the owner tells me this in front of the entire lobby staff. Shawn didnt even bother to ask how I was feeling, just made assumptions as if he is the medical provider and not considering how the therapy is helping me. Shawn should not be a massage therapist if he feels his massages are not helping people feel better! I have never had such poor, unprofessional treatment anywhere else. Either they have a bias against colored people or they shouldnt be in the practice of massage therapy! This experience poisoned me to Elements Massage and would never recommend them!

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. My massage itself was somewhat relaxing and enjoyable, though I was hoping for more deep-tissue and trigger-point therapy than a Swedish massage. This was a typical, spa relaxation massage- great if thats what youre looking for, just not for me personally.

Well, I wasnt going to leave a review, but they asked me to, so heres my honest opinion...The place is conveniently located, clean and quiet. The receptionist was very nice. The masseuse was very friendly and courteous but I would never, ever go back to her. Why? Because it was the most painful massage of my life and I was NOT getting a deep tissue massage. I asked her to reduce the pressure several times and made lots of ow noises, but it seemed like she was determined to cause me pain. It was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Ive had a handful of professionals massages at other places but never felt the tension relief I was seeking until I visited Elements. Rayna was my therapist and introduced me to trigger point therapy. Heaps of pressure and knots that Ive built up over years of working on a computer was relieved by her amazing technique. She was kind and talked me through what she was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend Rayna and I look forward to working with her again to even further better my posture and relax any remaining knots.

Elements has the most professional staff. I have had massages from relaxation to prenatal to deep tissue, and the therapists at every level are so great! I always feel so wonderful having such an inviting atmosphere to come into and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I had a 90 minute massage with Kam (not sure on spelling.) And it was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. He had great communication and very consistent pressure. I was an LMT for over 5 years and have hundreds of massages and I have to say he is phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.

Elements in Lake Oswego is amazing and has the most talented therapist! I have terrible low back issues and then I was rear ended while stopped at a light... so to sum it up, I have terrible back problems!! Being a mom of 2 little kiddos leaves me with little time for myself, so I never made getting a massage a priority until my doctor prescribed it. If only I would have done this sooner!!! The relief this has provided me cannot be summed up in words! I always thought of massage as something to do for fun and relaxation, but didnt realize the actual healing it can bring to a broken body! Melissa and Cam have been my favorite therapist (although there is not a bad one in the bunch). They are more in tune with my body than I thought was possible for another person to be! Icing on the cake is how friendly and great the front desk staff is to work with! The whole package that Elements in Lake Oswego provide is above what I could have ever expected! Ive always found this place to be therapeutic and helpful. I cant recommend a specific practitioner because everyone has different needs. But Im more than happy with my regular therapist and have even found a second one here who gives me a xomparably good massage.

Consistent proficiency with each massage I have had at Elements since becoming a member . Although there are slight differences in style, I have come away after each massage feeling relief. I owned a Day Spa for 26 years, and I understand the heart and soul of any business is the heart and soul, caring and professionalism of its team. The Lake Oswego Elements Massage is a good place to go for a massage. I like Abbie in particular. She gives a nice firm massage without it being unbearable. And I always feel great afterwards.The price is pretty reasonable, and the membership is a good deal. The people there are very professional and friendly.The one thing I really dislike is their dreadful website. Things that should be simple and intuitive (like looking up your upcoming appointments) are horribly unintuitive, and downright annoying. But all Elements Massage franchises seem to be stuck with the same website.

I received a relaxation massage today from Stephanie and I loved every second of it. It is clear to me that Stephanie is experienced and talented. The spa support staff were friendly yet professional, and I will certainly be back soon. I highly recommend Elements and Stephanie.

So far I’ve enjoyed all of the therapists I’ve visited (which is more than 6). I like to switch it up every few visits, but I recently visited Greta and think I might hang with her a bit because I found her to be very communicative without being too talkative, she regularly checked in on pressure, and I found her to be a relaxing presence.

I love Iryna and the services she provides! As an LMT myself, she is an integral part of my self care routine! Her massages keep me going!

Heather was AMAZING! I had been in pain for 3 weeks straight and the first relief I had was after 60 minutes with Heather working on all the knots! I bought a 90 minute massage through Groupon.I called 5 days prior to book an appointment. Joshua was standoffish to say least and after noting down my preferred schedule he insisted I give him my credit card details over the phone!! I reiterated I have a fully paid Groupon voucher he still would not confirm-the appointment and abruptly told me I must visit the Spa- show my credit card details( again, for what when I have a paid voucher) and that it was company policy and there was nothing he could do!I asked to speak with a Manager who was ofcourse not available, I requested a call back, never got one. I obviously took my business elsewhere!Who in their right mind asks credit card details over the phone???

Did not feel like just a massage. It was more like going to a Physical Therapist and having them work on the muscles in a therapy way instead of just a normal massage. The massage therapist did not follow a script like massage. The therapist found the problem area and then worked in that area. Great Experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

I love the whole experience of going to Elements Massage, the front desk people are up beat and great at getting you the info you need. Then the massages themselves put you at ease and really tailor to your issues.

My massage from Kate was absolutely perfect. And I really like their membership program, it keeps the cost of each massage below $70. Really amazing

Bryce was amazing. I have fibromyalgia and its hard to find a masseuse familiar with the issues that need to be addressed in a massage without causing more pain. He used myofascial release and I felt wonderful after.

I recently visited for a massage to relieve some back pain. The massage was fine but didnt resolve my issue. The massages are expensive here especially if you routinely use Groupons at other places.

I had a deep tissue massage today and it really moved some stuff for me energetically. I have felt great all day (and night) and a little dizzy, too. Stuff got cleansed! Its a good thing!
