Quinn L did a wonderful job! I did the 90 minute facial and it was incredibly relaxing. The entire staff was friendly and polite. The spa felt clean and smelled incredible. I would come here again!

I was squeezed in for a last minute appointment near the end of the day. I opted for the deep tissue massage. The location and facility are pretty good. The massage was very light, but maybe it was because it was towards the end of the day. I read the reviews prior to booking and read about how great the deep massages were, but perhaps my timing during the day would have made a difference in my experience (theyre human and were likely tired). Overall, I was grateful to have been placed on the schedule last minute, but I wouldnt return for a similar massage for the price paid.

Fern was absolutely amazing! Walking inside you immediately feel welcome. The establishment is very clean and so calming. The rooms were great as well. It was truly such a peaceful relaxing experience. I can’t wait to go back again.

Inside of the building was very nice and gave you a feeling of relief. Between the music and the creative decor, really made you feel like you were somewhere blissful. The massage itself was wonderful and very soothing, but I was sore for the next couple days. I did however choose the deep tissue option, so beware....they really do get in deep! Obviously not a bad thing, but just something to note. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I was hoping for more time, but I am still very satisfied. Thank you for your service.

Nice locations. Some massage therapists are better than others. One rushed through our appt. Another was really rough, even on the scalp and temples. Still willing to try others since I bought a package.

You wouldnt know from the outside that Zen Garden is a sanctuary once the door closes behind you. Situated in strip mall between a car wash, a dog groomer and McDonalds, I approached with great trepidation. But once inside, the vibe was quite peaceful and very professional. The masseuses are experienced and focused - but maybe a little too much so. I like a deep tissue massage, and man I got one! But my masseuse, whose name is Wendy and is excellent and experienced, flipped me around the table like I was a piece of meat. When she went for my neck, which she did release quite well, it felt a little like a police arrest. All in all, a great place. But I would remind them that a truly great massage is not just about squeezing muscles. Its also about touch, empathy, gentleness, and attunement.

I wouldn’t recommend. Booked couples massage, one deep tissue & the other was supposed to be swedish. Both ended up being deep tissue. My masseuse focused primarily on my neck and their hands were dry a lot which pulled on my neck skin. Couldn’t stand my neck being touched for the next two days. My spouse said their massage felt okay but wasn’t hard enough and they didn’t feel like it helped their back at all. Left disappointed and not relaxed at all. Didn’t know aromatherapy was extra, assumed it was included for the price we paid.On the positive side, they were very nice, professional, started right on time. The place was clean and the atmosphere was beautiful. My masseuse included some minor stretches in the massage which I liked.

The massage therapist I go to here does so well every time! She always gets the spots that are bothering me and is clearly very experienced. I love how they offer so many different modalities. The hot stones and Thai massage are my absolute favorite. The space is always clean and everyone is so nice. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏻

Couples Massage: Being a new client the front desk was helpful and friendly. On arrival felt very safe and sanitary during covid times. The couples message room is very romantic and relaxed. The quality of massage is amazing with highly trained staff with years of experience. My body already feels amazing and boyfriend agrees himself. This place is Better then hand and stone and elements massage in my opinion! This was the best quality message I have had in years.( sad to think we went anywhere else)my body is happy, So happy I know about this place now.

Always an excellent massage, especially when combined with the stretching. Highly recommend the Tui Na; it’s the most effective style ever.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I had a terrible experience when this location opened up in June. When I arrived they took the right precautions and sanitized my pen and board and took my temperature. They also asked me to fill out a form with any injuries, medical history etc. When I got to the room with my masseuse to begin my thai massage, she asked me to lay down. She did not go over my injuries, did not offer me a change of clothes, and did not close the door during the entire massage so people were walking by and able to look. I felt extremely uncomfortable at this location and reached out to the manager, Wendy, to express my concern. She had no sympathy and expressed that if the masseuse hurt me because she didnt go over my injuries then I should sue her. I explained that I just felt extremely uncomfortable and that wasnt my intention. The group does care about your well being or satisfaction with their services, they are hungry for money and want you in and out. Highly unimpressed and such an unfortunate waste of money.

This was my first ever massage! I know Victoria personally so I chose her as my masseuse and I could not be happier! I havent felt that relaxed in a long time. I do landscape installs so my shoulders and neck were super tight. After she worked her magic tho, I felt amazing!

Brooks gives a fantastic massage. I picked Swedish. She is very specific in doing one area at a time thoroughly. Then gets the overall as well. We were in town for a 6 week visit. I had a massage after week one and wanted to book every week if I could afford it! Got my second one today as we leave a Friday. Love the space... very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful. Special area for foot massage too! Coming back next year... hopefully can revisit Brooks.

Love this place. Went in in pain, walked out standing upright and the relief lasted for several weeks!! I cannot recommend Sherikha Lewis highly enough! I would give her 50 stars if I could! I have had hundreds of messages and many times, the masseuse is just doing it by rote, but Sherikha is in tune with your muscles and hits every knot. She wants you to feel better. I cant wait for my next visit!

Zen Garden is the best in ambience at both of their locations. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming when you first enter their spa’s. My most recent experience has been with LMT Alena Chin who I would highly recommend for back, leg and hand pain/stiffness or just a relaxing massage. Their Owner/Manager Wendy is also an excellent massage therapist and has created a great service to her clientele.

I called several weeks in advance to book a couples massage as a wedding present to my fiancé and got everything scheduled without a problem. The day before the massage, I received the reminder email and somehow the massage time had changed by 2.5 hours from what I had initially scheduled it for. I called to confirm that the email was just incorrect and that my massage was indeed when I had scheduled it for and found out that the emailed time was what they had me down for. They then proceeded to “lecture” me about confirming my appointment time after scheduling (they thought I had booked online) and then informed me the person I had talked to to book the appointment (when I told them I had called in to schedule) no longer worked there. Unfortunately none of the later times or days before the wedding worked for me so I wasn’t able to reschedule the massage. In my opinion, the entire situation was very poorly handled.UPDATE to my earlier review: I was later contacted again and informed they were able to move some things around to fit us in. We haven’t had the massage yet but I’m very glad they were able and willing to work to get us in. Definitely looking forward to the massage!

I had a wonderful time here, the lady that helped me & massaged me was very friendlu & experienced. She really helped my problem shoulder. Price was not bad at all, they accommodated me very well for being a new walk in customer. If first impressions are anything, I highly recommend!

The table Thai massage with Kay or Wendy have been perhaps the best massage I’ve ever had. Amazing stretching, great pressure. Respectful and responsive.

Booked an appointment for 1:45pm. While on the phone, the woman booking me was very distracted with speaking to someone else so I repeated the day and time several times to make sure we were on the same page. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me my appointment was for 2:45. I explained there was obviously a mistake, I never would have agreed to that time. She then told me they called me yesterday and confirmed 2:45 with me which was an absolute lie. I showed her my call history and they never called me yesterday. She told me that I would have to pay anyway if I dont stay until 2:45. I will never book here again. Theyre highly unorganized and refuse to admit their mistakes.Not to mention its impossible to get in and out of this shopping center and no parking. There too many other options than dealing with bad service. Go elsewhere.

The rooms , decor, soft music and the relaxing atmosphere are fabulous.My appointment was on time and the massage therapist did a fantastic job!I recommend you try them !!

Dont let the outside fool you, inside the Zen Garden the décor is thought out in nearly every detail. Once you walk in the doors you will then see this is a very nice space. All the people Ive encountered on my 3 visits here have been so kind and very good at there jobs.
